Chapter 13: First Family Christmas..

"Christmas Kisses…"

When Fitz's lips finally touched Olivia's he could not believe how soft, sweet, they truly were. He had been imagining for months how their first kiss would happen, but nothing could have prepared in actuality for this moment. He intended the kiss to be soft and tender, but the moment her mouth opened, his tongue found hers instantly.

He generously allowed their tongues to taste one another. He tasted a hint of pumpkin, and raspberry on her lips. The combination of the warmth of her mouth, and texture of their tongues meeting, caused both of them to moan then whimper. Fitz realized he'd never get tired of kissing her, and would never want to kiss another woman the rest of his life.

Every part of his body was on fire, as he felt Olivia's hands begin to play with his curls. He had not had the time to cut his hair, and decided to wait till after the Holidays were over. Now he realized it was the best decision he'd ever made. Her nails raked through his head, skimming, caressing, scratching his scalp; making his desire for her increase.

"Livy," he groaned, as he carried her to the couch in front of the tree to lay her down.

She smiled against his lips, and pulled away momentarily blushing. "Yes Mr. President."

"Mm," he groaned as he placed her gently on the sofa, and placed himself in front of her.

She placed her hands back on his face and pulled his lips to her own. There was no awkwardness, as she kissed him sweetly. Olivia was showing him with tender open mouth kisses, that she had fallen in love with him. That he, the Leader of the Free World had her heart, it she was content with it.

Olivia slowly let her delicate fingers trace over his face, memorizing every whisker, dimple and mark. As she caressed his cheeks and neck especially, she felt his skin become warm. It made her smile against his mouth. His lips already made an imprint on her, the night he kissed her on his birthday. She knew, even though she did not want to admit it, that she needed him in her life.

Before either of them knew what was happening, the kissed turned more passionate. Their lips and tongues were fighting, meeting in a fire of passion, making up for the four months she made him wait. Fitz pulled her lower body into his hips so she could feel the desire she was creating within him. It was a fire he had never felt before, and he knew no other woman could or would ever be able to extinguish it.

Olivia made the sweetest whimper, into Fitz's mouth, causing him to roll on top of her on the sofa. Her hands found the base of his shirt, aching to finally feel his soft skin, she knew beckoned underneath. She felt Fitz shiver, as her fingers began running up and down his back muscles.

"My Livy," he cried out, not sure he'd be able to stop. He wanted her more than any woman on this earth, and their first time definitely could not happen right now, with all their kids in the other room.

"Fitz," she felt his hands, feeling her legs up and down on her pajama pants. One hand reached the hem of her shirt, and he wondered if he should proceed.

"It's okay," she giggled against his mouth, letting him know he could reach underneath and feel her soft skin. His callus hands made contact with her silky stomach. She sighed into his mouth. He moved his hand in a circular motion causing her hips to move against him.

He hand went lower to just beneath her panties. He felt the top of the band and felt lace. Fitz pulled away and tried to look down but Olivia held his gaze. "You'll have to wait to see those later, IF you're a good boy."

"Is that so," he huskily replied, with hooded eyes. He began to move down her body and took his hands and placed them at the top of her pants. He began to pull both down, but she grabbed his hands, halting his progression.

"OUR children are in the other room," she reminded him. "You are NOT un-wrapping me right this second."

"But it is Christmas morning," he grumbled against her bare stomach. He flicked his tongue just over her navel, making her squeal. "If you're my present, I can't wait till tonight."

"Fitzgerald," she protested. "NO."

"Just a little lower," he kissed around the top of her panty line. Each kiss he lingered longer and longer, letting his tongue trace around her band. She almost cried out, at the sensation he was causing.

"Fitz!"

"I promise I'll be good." She bit her lip in anticipation, as she lifted her hips, so he could lower them slightly. He slowly pulled them down and stopped just above her bikini line, seeing a scar. He placed himself above her, and lifted his eyes.

"I had a c-section Fitz. I couldn't get Emmalynn out. My labor wasn't bad, but when it came time to push her head and my hips weren't communicating. She was facing up, which made the situation worse. I had to have a caesarian. If I have any more," she started to say in tears, hoping one day to give Emmalynn a brother or sister.

He left lingering kisses along her scar and quickly positioned himself over her face, so he could gaze into her expressive brown eyes. Fitz wanted more than anything to let her know that she'd have more children, if that's what she wanted. He would make sure it would happen. He ran his hand down her stomach and placed it directly over her scar.

She placed her hand over his, and squeezed. He kissed her forehead and her lips, trying not to think of the danger involved in having a c-section. Mellie didn't have Karen and Jerry that way, but it was major surgery and anything could have happened. The thought of losing her, before they even met, frightened him.

Fitz pulled away and wrapped both his arms around her small body. "You'll have more babies Livy. I promise."

"You think so," she asked back, understanding what he meant.

"I guarantee it Sweetheart," he told her, with a voice that caused the sweetest smile to spread across her face.

"We'll see. But as long as I have you, I can live with that. You're all I need to get by in this lifetime and the next," Olivia felt her cheeks flush, as those words left her lips.

He almost uttered "I love you," right then and there but his eyes shot up as he heard the kids making noise in the kitchen. It sounded like pots and pans were being located to start breakfast. He heard Jerry ask where the pancake griddle was located, and cabinets being rummaged through.

"You're my lifeline Livy. I can't live without you, Emmalynn and my kids. You're the only woman on this earth that's ever made me feel this way. I'm not ever going to leave you." Fitz told her back.

"I'm not ever going to leave you either," she leaned in for another kiss but heard Karen yell at Jerry that he was found the wrong flour to make pancakes. Karen showed Emmalynn the bag, and heard Emmalynn call for Olivia. "We better get in there before flour ends up all over your kitchen."

"Sounds like a plan," Fitz told her, getting up and taking her with him. They walked hand in hand into the kitchen, and stopped when they saw Karen and Jerry arguing. Emmalynn was telling them to hush but both wouldn't listen. Fitz wrapped his arms around her in the door frame as they listened to the kids argue.

"Dad uses this flour ding-bat," Karen scolded Jerry, picking up a bag of white flour.

"No he doesn't, he uses this flour," Jerry protested back, pointing to a box of Bisquick.

"That's not flour, that's Bisquick," Karen shoved him. "Dad doesn't use that one. Gram never made her pancakes with that. Gram always told Daddy if you used that it was cheating. She always used flour. It tastes better."

"Mommy likes this one," Emmalynn said, reaching for the White bag of flour. "It's the best."

"Yes it is Pumpkin," Olivia tells Emmalynn making Karen and Jerry turn and see them in the door way. Their Dad's arms are still wrapped around her waist. His head is placed on her shoulders. They were so happy that he could barely contain it. He kissed underneath her ear, making her legs weak.

"Mommy your legs okay," Emmalynn asked seeing her mom's legs wiggle.

"Oh yes sweetie. Fitz was telling that flour is best," looking at Fitz. "Right?"

"Yes Ma'am," he kissed her nose. He looked at Jerry. "I use the Bisquick when I want to be lazy Jerry. If your Grandmother ever knew, I'd don't think I'd be President' having that stuff in the kitchen is blasphemy."

Olivia turned to face Fitz, and kissed him sweetly on the lips. "I knew there was a reason I agreed to go out with you." She began to walk away but he grabbed her hand and pulled her back, making the kids giggle.

"So you're going out with me because of my baking skills," he raised an eyebrow.

"Among other things," looking him up and down, making Fitz grin. She licked her lips, which caused Fitz's eyes to shoot up. "You did tell me the day we met that being President had it perks."

"Yes it does," he pulled her in for a huge hug, squeezing her tightly. He whispered into her ear, "I promise I'll show you later."

She giggled against his neck. "Mommy no mush gush," Emmalynn called out.
"Presents and food please."

Fitz and Olivia got the hint and began to make breakfast for the kids. Since it was Fitz's kitchen, Olivia sat with the kids and watched him and Jerry make breakfast. Fitz had the tendency to burn the pancakes so Jerry was there to make sure he didn't.

/

"Gifts From Santa…"

As Fitz finished the pancakes, Karen got drinks out and everyone sat down for breakfast. Fitz tried to sit next to Olivia but Karen and Jerry wouldn't allow him too. Emmalynn sat next to Jerry and Fitz.

"These good Fitz," Emmalynn told Fitz taking a bite.

"You think so, as good as your mom's?"

"Kinda," she told him back. "Mommies pumpkin are the best."

"Pumpkin," everyone in the room asked at once.

"Yes, they the bomb," Emmalynn countered back, making everyone laugh. Olivia kissed her head, and they finished eating. Karen and Jerry put the dishes in the dish washer, and everyone sat next to the tree. They were about to start digging into gifts but Fitz told them to stop.

"Come on Dad," Jerry complained.

"No wait," Fitz sternly told his son, and ran up the stairs and came down with a camera. Karen and Jerry rolled their eyes at the sight.

"Do we have too," Karen now whined, making Olivia and Emmalynn laugh.

"Yes Karrie," Emmalynn spoke up.

"Karrie," Karen looked at Emmalynn, because of what she called her. "I like it."

"Take pic Fitz," Emmalynn insisted.

"Yes Ma'am," Fitz told her and set the camera's timer button. He placed it down and once he hit the button, he ran to sit by Olivia and the kids in front of the tree. It flashed and took a picture. He went and checked. He liked what he saw.

They took a few more "family" shots next. Fitz insisted on taking a few of just the girls, which made Olivia take some of just the boys. To get pay pack, Karen and Jerry took some of just Fitz and Olivia by the and under the mistletoe, making them smooch.

"Coo-wee's Momma," Emmalynn said, grossed out.

Fitz then went after her, making her scream out in delight. He gave her kisses all over her face. "Momma, save me."

"Nope you on your own," Olivia told her daughter, not wanting to get attacked by Fitz next. He winked and she knew he would get her later.

After Fitz finished messing with Emmalynn they finally began opening presents. Fitz gave Karen and Jerry all their gifts. Of course they loved everything and began opening Olivia's.

Emmalynn gave Jerry one of his final presents, and he about had a heart attack. "Liv, how did you get these," he asked pulling out an Arsenal, Manchester United and England "Football" Jersies.

"Stephen is Scottish and still has family over there. I heard from your Dad you really liked those teams, so I asked Stephen to help me get these. These are the real…" she barely got out before Jerry scooped her up in the biggest hug.

"Liv, you totally rock. You are Dad's best girlfriend ever," he screamed out ready to put one on.

"Jerry she's the only girlfriend, and the one for me," Fitz corrected him, making Olivia blush. Jerry started to pull up his shirt but Fitz motioned for him to go change in the bathroom. He took off running and came back modeling one at a time, making Olivia happy.

Karen then began opening her presents. She loved everything and when she came to a special box, Olivia grinned. Karen opened the box and could not believe what she got her. Olivia, thanks to Stephen again, managed to get her English teas, Cadbury Roses and Heroes, and a T-shirt from Harrods in London and an ornament.

"Liv, this awesome, thank you." Karen squealed out, giving her the biggest hug. "I can't wait to try everything. How did you know?"

"Your Dad said you were getting into hot tea, and you loved the English chocolate and candy. Stephen helped me out again. The stuff from Harrods well let's say I know a guy."

"Another guy," Fitz pretended to be jealous.

"Chill Mister, he's not you," she kissed his cheek.

"He better not be. I don't share anything that I love, really well," Fitz pulled her back over for a kiss, allowing her to be cradled in his embrace. His eyes locked with hers deeply making her entire body come alive. She knew exactly what he meant and leaned into his arms.

"Is that so," she teased him.

"Definitely," he wiggled his eyes. He lifted her up so they could touch foreheads. "You. Are. Mine." Each word there so much possessiveness, it turned her insides upside down.

"You're incorrigible."

"Momma Fitz gift," Emmalynn insisted. Fitz then sat Olivia up and placed her in between his legs so her back could rest against his chest. She leaned back and felt his arms snake around her waist. Her little girl than handed Fitz one of his gifts they had bought for him.

"Emmy wanted you to have this, to keep with you in the White House," Olivia explained to him.

Fitz than began to un-wrap the gifts and smiled at what he saw. Emmalynn gave him a copy of "Goodnight Moon" to keep and a Sophia the first book. This particular book was the first one they shared at her apartment. He smiled because Fitz knew she remembered.

Olivia scooted out of the way and Emmalynn crawled into his lap and gave Fitz a huge hug. He thanked her, and when he pulled away she ran her hands down his face again. "You like Fitz?"

"Yes very much Pumpkin," he called Emmalynn for the first time, making her eyes sparkle.

"You know why?" She asked to see if he knew.

"Yes," he pointed to both books and gave her the answers she was looking for. "Now I can read these to you, even if I can't be there to do it in person."

Emmalynn shook her head in agreement and turned around in his lap. "My Fitz," she told her Mom, Karen and Jerry. "I am not moving."

"Smart girl," Fitz agreed, making Olivia laugh. Emmalynn then reminded her mom of the gifts from her. She reached under the tree and pull out two rectangular boxes. Fitz gave her the strangest look, not sure why she would get him anything.

"You're very HARD to buy for," she teased him.

"I am not," Fitz countered.

"No seriously Dad, you are," Jerry piped in, nudging his shoulder.

"Jerry's right Dad you are difficult. What do you get the most powerful man in the world, who has it all," Karen said next.

"Okay you have a point," Fitz admitted and began to open the box. He opened the first box and smiled when he saw its contents. Inside was a bright blue dress shirt and tie to match, from Brooks Brothers. He placed the shirt and tie up to his chest, and Olivia's eyes widened at how it made his eyes shine.

"Wow," she breathed out.

"I take it, you approve." Fitz smiled back. She nodded her head up and down, happy with her choice. "You know I don't think I have this color."

"Good. I just hope you have a suit to match."

Fitz shook his head, and opened his next box. This time it was a different color shirt and tie from Armani. The shade of purple made him blush, because it matched the towel she caught him in coming out of her shower. The tie had different shades of lavender and navy. He smiled because he knew what suit this would work well with. "Livy."

"What can I say, I absolutely LOVE my POTUS in purple," she winked. Fitz turned crimson red, making the kids wonder if they were missing something. He pulled her over and kissed her sweetly on the lips, allowing his lips to taste her fully before pulling away.

"It's perfect," he thanked Olivia.

"I know," she gazed into his eyes.

The kids then got their attention and began to clean up the mess. Once everything was put away and cleaned up, Karen and Jerry got to mess with their new things. Emmalynn played with the presents that Fitz gave to her, and Olivia kept them company.

Christmas Night…

As the day went on, Olivia had not felt this happy since before Christopher passed away. She called her parents late morning, an Emmy got to talk to everyone. Fitz was with his kids and her mother gently reminded her to set up a meeting, when he was able too.

Alice then asked, "You said yes?"

"Yes Momma, I said yes. And I am totally okay with it. I'll talk to him about seeing you and Daddy after the State of the Union or Super Tuesday. I think he's schedule is pretty booked up till then." Olivia explained to her mom.

"Okay sweetie," Alice replied back. "So should I be looking for you on the news on a public date?"

"Not yet Momma," she assured her. "I think this is just between us and the kids for now. We'll tell Cyrus before we had back to DC."

"That's wise. Be careful and I'll talk to you New Year's."

"Yes Ma'am," Olivia answered. She then said goodbye and spent the rest of the day with Fitz and the kids.

By the time Emmalynn went to bed was almost nine. Jerry read her one story and Karen the other. Olivia came into Karen's room, where she wanted to sleep and sang her "Amazing Grace." Once she finished, Emmalynn was asleep. She cuddled up next to her daughter, and closed her eyes.

About an hour later, she felt a tap on her shoulder. "Liv?" It was Karen.

"I fell asleep," she asked. Karen nodded. "Us Grants wore you out."

"No your Dad did," Olivia teased. Karen helped her get up and thanked her for coming to spend Christmas with them. "This is where we needed to be sweetie."

Karen smiled and told her she would see her in the morning. She walked by Jerry's room and saw him modeling his "Football Jersies." He saw her and gave her a kiss goodnight on the cheek. "You are SO your father's son." He grinned and went back to play on his tablet.

Olivia then walked down the stairs and did not see Fitz anywhere. He had given her a tour earlier and looked in all the places she thought he would be, but could not find him. Olivia then turned slightly and saw that the back deck doors were opened slightly.

She opened the door gently and saw him resting in the hammock. His eyes were closed and his breaths were slow and steady. Olivia went inside and grabbed a blanket from the couch to cover him up. She tip-toed to him, and was about to cover him up, but he reached for her, pulling her into the hammock.

The hammock rocked vigorously, making her cry out. "Fitz if we fall!"

He nibbled on her neck, making her laugh even more. "Num, num," he told her, as he lightly nipped at her neck. She squeaked even more, attempting to get him to stop.

She reached behind her, and tried to tickle him. Fitz turned her over, and placed his body on top of hers, with the blanket now covering them both. When both their breathing calmed down, he got lost in her eyes. "Did I ever tell you, how much I love your eyes?"

Olivia felt her cheeks heat up. "No."

"The day I met you, the moment our eyes connected," he stammered. "I felt this connection that even now I can't explain. You gave me this moment of clarity. One that I had been searching my whole life for," his voice deepened. "I knew then that I was supposed to find you. With one look, I knew that I'd never be able to let you go. With one look,…"

"I saw you. I see you. I ONLY see you…" she finished his sentence. She felt her tears come down her face. "Fitz." She buried her face in his chest, and he held her close. "Don't let me go okay."

"Never," he said back, holding her small body tight against his. "Liv?"

"Yes Mr. President," she wrapped her arms around his neck.

"How did you and Emmalynn get here without me knowing?" He had been dying to ask her all day but never had the chance.

"I called your agents and they snuck me and Emmy inside after you all went to bed. I slept in one of the guest rooms at the other end of the house. I woke up Emmy early so we could be downstairs waiting for you and the kids. My parents knew this is where I wanted to be. They helped buy our tickets to come out here."

Fitz raised his eyes, in awe of her parents. "They helped you."

"Yes. It was also my Mom and Dad that convinced me to go finally give us the chance. I guess Abby told her EVERYTHING you did for me and Emmy since day one. My mom is not easy to impress but she told me if I didn't go out with you, that she would. She basically told my father to take romance lessons from you." Olivia giggled.

Fitz laughed, and it made Olivia's heart melt. He sounded so carefree. "I have to thank them I guess. You both made all our first Christmas back here perfect."

/

Their First Xmas…

"Good," she leaned up to kiss him. He stopped her and got up out of the hammock. She tried to follow him and he allowed her too. She wondered what he was up to and saw him, reaching under the tree. "I have these for you."

"Fitz," she chastised. "How did you find the time?"

"I have my superpowers," she kissed her lips. "Now open."

She squeaked out the most adorable sound, and opened the first box. She tore the paper off and sent wrapping paper everywhere. When she realized what he was, she broke out in the biggest laugh. "Oh My God Fitz, you are crazy!"

"Hey it's how we met," he told her. In her hands was a pink car repair kit, including a PINK tire iron. She had seen them in the stores, but never thought about getting one. The entire kit was pink, including its carrying case.

"I can't believe that my POTUS boyfriend, just gave me a pink car repair kit," she looked up in disbelief.

Fitz laughed but loved hearing her call him her boyfriend. "I like that. Say it again."

"My boyfriend," she gazed deep into his eyes and blushed. He then handed her the next gift, a bag. "Fitz," she attempted to frown. "What did you do?"

"Just open it," he insisted.

"Fine," she huffed. She pulled off the tissue paper and reached inside the bag. She gave Fitz the strangest look when her hand touched something soft and plushy. She gave the item a tug and pulled out a purple, stuffed Elephant. The shade of purple, not only matched the shirt she gave him earlier, but the towel. The Elephant had the bluest eyes, like Fitz. It was rather huge, and wore a White "Grant: For The People" t-shirt.

He saw her bottom lip begin to tremble, and he lifted her chin up so he could look into her eyes. She could not believe she was getting emotional over a purple elephant. "Livy?"

"It's perfect," she told him and threw herself into his arms, hugging him and the toy. "Now if I can't be with you at night, I'll have her."

"Livy," he groaned pulling her even closer. "We'll figure out how to spend some night's together okay. I don't care how, but I won't make too many nights away from you."

"You can't sneak out of the White House Fitz to come and be with me and Emmalynn," she tried to tell him.

"I know but let me fix it so we can spend some together. I don't want you fixing this or handling me this time. Let me try." She nodded. "Come on. Let me carry you to OUR bed."

As he picked her up, she told him, "This is OUR first Christmas together."

He gazed down, kissed her lips, as he cradled her in his arms. "Yes it is; the first of many." Fitz carried her and the elephant to his room. He placed her on the bed, and went and changed in the bathroom. He came out in a light blue pants and a dark shirt. She raised her eyes, and loved how the shirt showed all his chiseled chest muscles, and the pants hung just right on his lips.

She licked her lips, making Fitz shake his head. "You like?"

"Yup," was all she said, as she sauntered pass him. She changed quickly and came out in a white pair of silk pajama pants, and shirt to match. Her hair was down now. He loved how it draped perfectly over her shoulders and face. He watched her comb it and smiled. This was something he could get used to. She felt his eyes watching her closely. Before she knew it he was behind her, guiding her into the bed.

He lifted the covers up and she slide in first and then him right next to her. He perched above her and not lost in her scent, and how beautiful she looked lying in his bed. He was dying to kiss her and do more, but did not want to push their intimacy. Yes they had four months to make up for, but granted it didn't have to be right now.

She placed he hands on his face, and told him "I'm sorry." He tried to ask her why, but she placed her finger over his lips to silence him. "I am sorry Fitz for making you wait so long for us to be together this way. I wish I hadn't but I was afraid. Hell I am afraid."

"Sweetheart, I understand why you wanted us to wait. It was better this way. Our hearts knew we belong to each other during those four months and I was okay with that. You did what was best for Emmalynn and yourself," Fitz tried to assure her.

"But I put you through hell," she lamented. "You did all these incredible romantic things for me. You snuck out of the White House, gave me and Emmy passes, and what you did for me on Halloween. Hell you scared the shit out of my mechanic. Now he calls me every so often to make sure my SUV is working okay. I feel so stupid keeping us apart."

Fitz grinned. "Yes you did but me through hell, but I enjoyed the chase. But all that matters now is that we are together. I loved wooing you and your little girl. I have always been a romantic, and it was good to know that I still had those skills," he brushed her fingers across his chest. "This time Livy, I swear it will be different for both of us."

"I know but Fitz, I'm being serious. I feel terrible that I made YOU….NO US wait so long for this moment," she looked into his eyes.

"Olivia Pope I would have waited A thousand years for you, if that is what it took. I will wait a thousand more if I have to. But we're together now and everyone else can get used to it. You and I are going to make this work. When we get back to DC, I want the world to know I am in this with you." He told her, in a voice that made sure she knew he was serious. "I am taking you out on a date."

"Fitz you can't just show off your new girlfriend, right after the new year. We need a little time to get used to each other." She tried to help him see, it would be wise not to rush things. "After the first of the year you CAN take me on a date though; nothing public."

"Swear to me, Livy," he insisted. "We'll do a private date after the New Year."

"I promise Fitz," she winked.

"Good," and he thought about it and knew deep down she was right. "But after Super Tuesday and I win the nomination, I am taking you out in a public date. Do you understand?"

"I live to serve the President," she placed her head down thinking of something else. "What is it?"

"I also don't want us to date publicly because of…"

"Christopher's family," he finished for her. "But I thought you don't associate with them."

"I don't but to do this right, they deserve to know. His mom wants to see us after holidays anyway. She's really nice but his Dad is a real flipping PRICK." Olivia groaned.

Fitz broke out laughing, not believing the name she called Christopher's father. As he laughed, she ran her hands under his shirt making his skin warm in the process. She heard him groan, knowing she was getting the desired reaction. Olivia's small fingers where on his back, tracing his shoulder blades, spine and sides. Each touch, caress, heightened his need to be closer to her.

Gradually he leaned down and kissed her. Their lips met and began to kiss each other tenderly. Open mouth kisses were placed onto the other, until Olivia opened her mouth and granted Fitz access. His tongue found its way easily inside and began the battle with hers.

He placed his hands on her face, as she felt underneath his shirt, up his chest. Every muscle on his rib cage, her fingers traced up his chest, making Fitz' skin feel as if it was on fire. Finally he broke away from their kiss and lifted his shirt off his body. Her eyes widened and marveled how tone, sexy and chiseled his physique really was.

"Wow," she mouthed. He came back down on her, and began trailing kisses up her shirt. Fitz got to her neck, and nibbled under her ear. "Oh God," he heard her moan. "Fitz," she breathed.

"Yes," he licked her ear, than sucked on it. "I want to un-wrap you. I want to make you love you."

It had been so long for her; probably longer for him. He felt her movements stiffen and pulled away, and looked at her face. Olivia squeezed her eyes shot tight unable to look at him. Fitz could now see her fighting herself. He did not say anything but placed himself on her side and turned her so she could face him.

"Sweetheart look at me," he gently asked. She shook her head 'no.' "Please?" He caressed her face and placed light kisses all over cheeks. His hands found their way up her back, and began to press into her muscles, relaxing her slightly.

Olivia finally opened her eyes and saw him. She bit her lips, leaned in and kissed him sweetly. She took her hands and caressed his face, and nuzzled herself into his neck. "I'm sorry."

"It's okay. We'll wait. You and I have forever. You're worth the wait," he whispered into her ear.

"I am," she cried out. The last man she was with was Christopher and even though her and Fitz were now together, she was not ready for that level of intimacy as of yet.

"You don't want me," she dared to ask.

Fitz rolled himself onto his back, and placed her right on top of his chest. He shifted his body just right, so she could feel the "effect" she has on his body; his entire being. She blushed, understanding what she does to him. Never in his life, has his body reacted to a woman this way. By one glance, walk, smell of her hair, or perfume, he wants to take her against the wall, and make her scream his name.

"Olivia Pope," he huskily stated. "Don't you ever ask me that stupid question again? One look from you, and MOST of the time, THIS happens." Moving his hips up to her pelvis, showing her, how much he wanted to be with her. "I feel like a teenager, around you. All I can think about is us naked."

She let out the biggest carefree laugh. "Oh really, well you'll just have to tell me about THOSE thoughts sometime."

"I rather show you," Fitz kissed her neck.

"I rather touch you." He ran his hands up her legs and into her silk pants, squeezing her bottom.

"I rather," he rolled her over, and began to lift up her shirt. "Taste you," allowing his tongue to lick her hot skin.

"Fitz," she practically screamed out, about ready to lose all control and they were not even making love yet.

"Yes," she kept kissing her bare stomach, raising her shirt in the process. She yanked his head up and pulled his lips to her own and kissed him furiously, heightening Fitz's desire. Her tongue plunged into his mouth, causing him to moan loudly. By the time she pulled away from his lips, they were full and pink from her kiss.

He placed both hands on her face and held her there, not allowing her to look away. She squinted not sure what he was thinking. She blushed, because clearing she left him speechless at her aggression in the bedroom.

"Fitz?" He rolled behind her and spooned her from behind. He squeezed her tightly, not wanting to release her for anything on this earth. He placed kisses on her neck. "What is it?"

"You just…" He couldn't find his words. "I'm never going to let you go or be over you."

"Good. Me either," she stated back. They chatted a few minutes more and eventually there were longer spans of silence between them. She turned her head and saw that Fitz had fallen asleep, when they were talking.

She turned herself around and watched him sleep. "What am I going to do with you Mr. President," she kissed his lips.

"Mm," she heard him in his sleep.

Olivia then watched him another minute and whispered, "I love you Fitz." Fitz sighed and she snuggled her face into his chest and drifted off to sleep.

TBC…

Okay ya'll that is it for this chapter. I guess it was kind of a filler, but at least it was #OlitzCentric which I hoped helped. Olivia and him are NOW a couple and will tackle some dating, PRIVATE and PUBLIC in the next chapter. Will Fitz meet her family…keep reading and see.

But she did apologize for keeping them apart for so long. Yes she's feels silly now that she did but, but it seemed Fitz LOVED to chase after her. But he has her now so that's all that matters.

So please leave me some #Fireworks at the end. Going to try and update something for you all for the long weekend. Happy 4th of July.

P.S. The pumpkin pancakes are real. I make them in the fall for my family. They are YUMMY. ;-)
