I don't own the teen titans.

Jinx found herself stood in a battle field. The sky was thick with dark clouds and the wind was harsh. She couldn't recall how she had got there but she knew she didn't want to stay. She turned to run when she stopped at the sight before her. A thick army of shadowed creatures were lined up as fare as her eyes could see and at the very centre of them was a flaming horse with a women sat apon it. Her skin was a blood red and two large black horns reached out of her dark hair and ran down the most of her back before turning, flicking up in sharp points. Her armour was black but seemed to glow with an undescribable shimmer. Suddenly, the womens arm outstretched as a flame ran up it and formed into a tall blazing sword. Once fully formed, the army of shadow creatures charged forwards towards Jinx. She turned and ran but the creatures soon caught up to her and...
"Ahhh," Jinx yelled sitting up as Raven leaped out of her seat.
"Jinx?!" Raven called back unsure what just happened. "Calm down, you was dreaming."
"Dreaming? What?" Jinx asked looking confused and out of breath. "I was dreaming... but It felt so... so real."
"What did?" Raven asked sitting back on her chair.
"I don't know. A war or battle... or something," Jinx said thinking. "There was a massive army and a burning horse and a demon women thingy and... actually, that does sound like a dream thinking about it."
"A burning horse?" Raven repeated suddenly rushing to look through a pile of books before picking one. She flicked through for a moment before stopping at a page and turning it to Jinx. On the page was an old, crudely drawn picture of the flaming horse and the women from Jinx's dream.
"That was it!" Jinx said pointing to the women. "She had a fire sword and horns..."
"Bellum," Raven said out loud making Jinx look at her.
"Bellum?" Jinx repeated looking at the text on the page but none of it made sense to her.
"It's Latin," Raven explained. "It's Latin for War. I didn't even think about it till just now. That's why I felt like I'd met Cathy before, she use to lead my feathers armies. She's Bellum."
"Jesus, why does she have so many names?" Jinx asked trying to get her head around it all.
"War takes on a lot of different names," Raven added.
"Wait, you think the women in my dream is Cathy?" Jinx asked.
"Could be, It makes sense," Raven shrugged. "She said she's War and can controls an army and rides the red horse, that practically sums up Bellum."
"But she looks so... different," Jinx tried. She didn't want to believe Cathy had been anything to do with Raven's farther.
"Maybe a spell or somthing? I don't know," Raven said looking at the upset on Jinx's face.
"Lets go talk to her," Jinx said after a short pause. "Let her tell us."
"We could do I guess," Raven said as Jinx stood up.
"Well, let's go then," Jinx said as she jumped at Raven. Raven quickly grabbed her out of instinct and she found herself holding Jinx bridal style in her arms. "I just woke up so I'm a little tired still. Reckoned you could just do you mystical teleporting thing to get us there quickly," Jinx grinned as Raven rolled her eyes before black swallowed the two up and they vanished.
They reappeared on the floor with the medical wing on. Raven dropped Jinx but the pink witch was quick to catch herself and landed on her feet. Jinx then let herself in through the door before pausing.
"You okay?" Raven asked from behind.
"She's gone?" Jinx said as Raven came in to see door 1 open and empty.
"That's not good," Raven said as the two girls exchanged looks. "We need to find her."
"Okay, okay, okay," Jinx said thinking. "You check down stairs and I'll go up."
"Jinx, I know you like her but we have to call this in," Raven said looking at the women. "If she is Bellum, then there's a good chance she's not on our side."
"But I really dont think we should tell anyone just yet," Jinx said looking unsure and a little panicked.
"What's really going on here?" Raven asked eyeing the women.
"I think she stole my Titans commicator," Jinx said looking embarrsed.
"What? How?" Raven asked in confusion.
"Maybe when I was talking to her this morning? I dont know," Jinx said unsure. "I was so tired I probably didn't notice. Robins going to kill me."
"Oh, Jinx, she could be anywhere by now if she has your T-com," Raven said pinching the bridge of her nose. "I'll give you ten miniuts before I call the Titans in," Raven said before a light smirk appeared on her face.
"What's so funny?" Jinx asked.
"It's just funny seeing an ex thief getting robbed," Raven smirked as Jinx rolled her eyes.
"What ever," she said before running off to look for Cathy.
Jinx decided her best bet was the roof. If Cathy had gone down stairs then surly the other Titans would have already called the alarm. The windows on the tower don't open up enough to fit through so the roof was her best bet. She raced up there and finally hit the door leading to the roof which was already unlocked and open. Jinx stepped through and spotted Cathy sat on the very edge of the roof, her wings now gone.
"Hey," Cathy said as Jinx approached her.
"Hey," Jinx panted as she reached the other women and extended her arm out. "I need that back."
"Sorry," Cathy said handing Jinx her Titan communicator. "I assumed I would need it to unlock the doors."
"How did you even know that?" Jinx asked taking the device back.
"It just made sense seeing as it's all you guys seem to carry with you," Cathy shrugged as Jinx called Raven on the device.
"I found her," she said looking at Raven's image.
"Cutting it a bit close there, weren't you?" Raven said back.
"Yeah, sorry, I'll call you back in a bit," Jinx said before switching the device off. "What are you doing up here?"
"Thinking," Cathy said simply, looking out over the city. "You serious about taking down Gurter?" Cathy asked looking up at Jinx.
"Yeah, of course we are," Jinx said stepping over and sitting on the ledge next to Cathy, thier legs dangling over. "He's going to destroy my city if we dont do somthing plus, you really want to spend the rest of your life running away from him?"
"Its better than spending it being a slave to him," Cathy said as Jinx thought for a moment.
"Give the Titans a chance," Jinx said looking at Cathy. "We have six days left till Gurter returns so help us help you."
"Its not that easy," Cathy said leaning back ever so slightly. "He's powerful enough and I can't lift a finger to help you as long as he has my amulet."
"But surly you know him enough to know his weaknesses or something? You can trust us," Jinx asked hopeful. "I mean, if it's the rest of the team your unsure about then maybe we could talk it over a drink or somthing."
"Are you asking me out on a date?" Cathy asked looking amused.
"A date? I err..." Jinx said feeling a blush come on.
"I'm joking," Cathy said although Jinx felt somewhat disappointed. "I'll give you a few days before I have to leave. I don't want anyone to get hurt or your city to get destroyed but, if he gets ahold of me, fare worse will happen."
"Thank you," Jinx smiled giving Cathy a hug without thinking before sitting back up feeling embarrassed. "We should head down to the team."
"Okay," Cathy nodded as the two stood and headed down.
