Enjoy

I was drained, my body was covered in sweat and I couldn't control my breath at all. My body felt as though it was in flight or fight mode. All of this because of my lovely mother. I did a side roll barely managing to dodge a strike that would have spilt in two. "Perseus, how do you except to defeat the most powerful beings if you can barely hold you own against me!" She her swung her dagger again, I blocked it but she swung her other hand and cut my arm. Ichor had started to flow freely. She clipped my foot and I fell to the ground with a hard thud. She promptly put her dagger to my throat. "If this was a battle, you'd be dead." I gave her a sly look, "Good thing you're my mom then."

She sighed obviously disappointed in my progress. She helped me up to my feet, "we're done for today , I don't train you with this intensity because I hate you, it's because I want you to become stronger, I want you to be the greatest Titan of all." She said all of this to me with a warmth and love only a mother could have. I felt my eyes water just for a little bit. "Same time, tomorrow son." She gave me a flask of nectar to drink for me wounds and we both walked out of the training area, in different directions towards our palaces. She went to the right where all the major Titans lived. I went to the left where minor gods and my siblings lived.

As I entered my palace, I felt as though something was off. Maybe someone had been here? The hair on my body rose and I ducked a strike that would have beheaded me. A cloaked man cursed as his just failed his job and forfeited his life. I swung a left hook but he grabbed my arm and twisted it, he drew a dagger and swung with his other hand and stabbed me in the shoulder. I hit him with the back of my fist and managed to to get him to let me go.

"Come on bitch, let's do this." He swiped at me and I grabbed his hand cutting my arm deeply. I made his arm rotate and I broke it at the elbow. The assailant let a scream of pain. I tackled him to the ground and started beating his face in. Left,right,left,right. Over and over again. Ichor had started to fly out, my hands were covered in golden liquid. "That's enough son." I looked up to see my father, the Titan of time Kronos. His expression was blank but in his eyes I could see a little pride in him. He must've be proud of my brutal display of self defense. "Come we have much to discuss, but clean yourself off first." A smile on his face.

Father and I had gone to the park area area. It was an area of peace, nymphs were being chased by gods, couples were lying down in the green area and overall it was a good vibe. We were on a brick path, next to a lake. Father had bread in his hand and was throwing pieces to the birds. "Perseus, all this you see now, did not exist mother, I and the other Titans brought this about with blood and death. We slaughtered the Ancients and I dismembered my father piece by piece till he was nothing but a head." He said all of this with a insane gleam in his eye, I could tell he enjoyed these memories, it must have been his prime years of power. I felt a chill run down my spine as he recollected on the past.

" I can tell you've grown and you've been working your hardest. I believe you have the most potential out of all your siblings, all your power is latent and untapped. The only way you could unlock this power is through your emotions, through brutality and hatred just as I did. My father should've had this same exact talk with me. So, I make this offer to you, in order to stop the cycle of violence that is bound to happen. Will you join the Titan council?" My eyes lit up, this was the moment I had been waiting for so long. To join the council was my dream. "Yes" I said eagerly. "Then it's agreed, don't do anything stupid til then." He flashed away in golden light. I stood there relishing my moment of victory. "You look happy." I turned to see my older sister Hestia, walking towards me. Her face was gorgeous and I admired her slim figure, her hair was red as it it was fire itself. I was stunned by her beauty.

It was five seconds before I knocked myself out my daze and finally responded to her. " I might join the council sister." " THE council? She tilted her head confused for a second, I nodded in response. Her sunset colored eyes widen in shock. "Oh my Chaos Percy I'm so proud of you!" She wrapped her arms around my neck and gave me a tight hug. I felt her breasts against my chest, I might've been blushing.

I was in temporary paradise in her embrace, I didn't want it to end as she let go of me. I did my best to hide a frown from appearing on my face. We looked each in the eyes, a certain type of tension was most certainly present. "Come on, let's take a walk," she took me by the hand and I tried not to pass out on the spot. "Perseus, I always knew there was something different about you. When you were first born, I saw how weak you looked, you barely had any power at all, but now ever since mother started training you personally I've been proud to see you come into the god you were meant to be." She tuned towards me and we looked each other in the eye once more.

She took my face in her hand and moved it down my cheek. "Please don't let the council change you Perseus, don't let the power go to your head, stay in the path your on and don't ever become the worst person you can be. Can you promise me that?" I nodded to her, trying not to die due to extreme pressure. "Say it to me…" "Yes Hestia, I promise I won't change." She took my hand again, "pinky promise?" "Yes pinky promise." She flashed me that gorgeous smile, her teeth as white as fresh snow.

"Good." She let me go free. "I have something I need to do Perseus, don't forget our promise." She walked away gracefully, her hips complimenting her gait. Once again, I stood in awe. I think it's time I went home. I flashed to my palace making sure there weren't any assassins lurking around this time. I took a shower and then laid in my bed. It wasn't soon till I was drifting off.

"What an interesting day indeed," I said aloud. I closed my eyes and dreamed of Hestia and her beautiful eyes.

Little did I know I was still being watched.
