Dapplepaw trotted along the stony shores of the border sadly, she had falsley admitted to herself that she disliked the manner of her old clan.
Her walking came to a stop as she reached a rushing stream that led to Iceclan's territory, her blue eyes glittering in anticipation and fear, when would it end?
Inept to her surroundings, a dark tabby tom ,not much bigger than Dapplepaw, approached her on the other side of the stream. "What are you doing here?" the tom snapped, waking Dapplepaw to reality. She widened her eyes in shock and jumped to her paws, unable to speak as if the words were stuck in her throat like a rotten peice of prey.
"Well? Answer?" the tom stomped his paw on the shore, demanding an answer out of the stunned Dapplepaw. "I-I.. I'm lost.." She lied, not able to say the truth,
if lying would get her somewhere, she would take the risk. The tom gave a disbelieving snort, then pounced on her, to Dapplepaw's surprise, he was very strong.
"I don't give a flying feather about getting lost, now you're coming with me.." He whispered in her ear, making her shake.
