Rin chewed the inside of her cheek as she stared at the pile of clothes lined up on her bed. Just...what the heck she is doing?

It was already a Friday night and currently Rin's room was a complete disaster due to the fact she had tore her entire closet apart for every clothing she could find.

Why? Because she had made a stupid promise to go on a...date with that idiotic blond haired playboy!

Just a couple of days ago, they had not only manage to pass their report on time but, to Rin's complete shock, a perfect score!

Rin was dumbfound. She wasn't shock at having a perfect grade, being an honor student and all but what shock her was the fact that she practically did nothing on the report to obtain that score and that Len was the one who did all the work.

Rin then suddenly felt a wave of irritation as she remembered the smug look on Len's face when they received their grade. How was it possible? Well, sure Rin knew that Len wasn't stupid or anything like that (not that she would admit it) but it was still...skeptical on how he manage to do the report in such a short amount of time.

Did he do some sort of magic on the report? Did he just bribe some guy to do the work for him or something? It was just strange.

Rin frowned as she stared down at her clothes. Why was she so worked up on what to wear? This was Len, we are talking about! She shouldn't even be looking forward to this!

She sighed as she ran a hand through her hair. Why did she even agree with that stupid deal? Well, too late to regret it now.

Rin stared down at the piles of clothes, trying to figure out what would be a good choice until her eyes stopped at her brand new outfit she bought with Mikuo. She wondered if it was a good choice to wear on her...'date' with Len. Rin cringed at the thought of 'date'.

No, this not a date. She was just trying to keep her agreement with Len and that was it. Nothing more and nothing less.

She sighed heavily. She continued to stare at the outfit before she reached for it and picked it up. It was a nice outfit though it would be a waste to wear it for a stupid guy like Len but...

"No, no, no." Rin immediately shook her head. Definitely not. Rin sighed heavily before she placed the outfit to the side and quickly cleared the piles of clothing all over her room. This was not a date. She was just holding her end of the bargain with Len. Nothing more than that.

Knock Knock

Rin paused at what she was doing and glanced over to her door. She placed down the clothes onto her bed and walked over to the door. She opened the door to see Miki standing in front of her with a small tray at hand.

"Miki? What's up?" Rin questioned. Miki smiled slightly. "Oh it's nothing much. I just brought some cookies for you to try." She said as she lifted the tray with a small plate of cookies on it. Rin blinked then smiled as well. "Thanks Miki." She said as she took the plate from the tray.

Miki smiled then peeked into Rin's room and noticed the disaster inside. "Ah, what a mess!" Miki frowned then turned back to Rin. "What are you doing in there?"

Rin looked over her shoulder to her messed up room then looked back at Miki with a sheepish look. "Nothing much. I was just...trying to look for some clothes."

"Why?" Miki couldn't help but ask. Rin wasn't sure if she should tell her about her agreement with Len. If anything, Rin would rather keep this stupid deal a secret to save some of her dignity but then again...this was Miki. Surely she could keep a secret...right?

"Well..." Rin started reluctantly. "There's this...thing me and Len are going to do tomorrow."

"You and Len-sama?" Miki blinked in surprise. Rin nodded. "Yeah, it's well...something me and Len agreed on and I had to look for something to wear so-"

"Wait, Rin-chan..." Miki cut in with a look of shocked realization. "Could it be that this is...a date?"

"No way in hell." Rin deadpanned and crossed her arms. "It was only agreement for the report we had. If I didn't agree to it, I wouldn't be able to get him to help me in the report."

"But Rin-chan, you are going on a date with Len-sama." Miki repeated in pure disbelief as if the impossible became possible...which wasn't really far from the truth. "Its not a date." Rin huffed as she turned back into her room. "I was just forced into this so this is not a date."

"But a man and woman going out alone together seems a more like a-"

"Its not a date!" Rin exclaimed with an irritated look. "I am just keeping my end of the bargain and that's all. I rather drop dead than go on a date with a playboy like that idiot." With that said, Rin felt her mind calm down. That's right. If she thought of it like that, she could calm herself down.

She was not going on a date, she was just keeping her promise. That's it. Its just that.

Miki didn't look convinced though but she didn't say another word about it. Even if she did try to correct her, Rin would argue with her and Miki rather avoid that. "If you say so, Rin-chan." Miki muttered before she looked over to scattered clothes everywhere. "So what are you going to wear? With a mess like this, I'm certain you were having trouble looking for clothes to fit."

Rin scratched the back of her head as she looked around the room. "I'm not really sure."

Miki raised a brow. "Well, I'm honestly not surprised." She sighed as she looked around. "There has to be something around here that would fit you on your date."

"Its not a date." Rin said dryly but Miki ignored what she said and glanced around the mess of a room before her eyes stopped at the clothes on the bed. "How about those?" Miki said, pointing at the said clothes. Rin looked over to where Miki was pointing and blushed.

"Those are nothing!" Rin said as she tried blocking Miki's view. Miki raised a brow at her before effortlessly sidestepping her and walked past her.

Before Rin could say anything, Miki took the clothes and inspected it. "Hmmm I've never seen these clothes before." She noted. "These look new and unused. Not to mention, its really cute." Miki looked back up at Rin with a blank expression on her face. "Are you sure you aren't going on a date with Len-sama?"

"Miki, stop it." Rin sighed heavily. "I'm telling you, I'm not going on a date, it more like an...appointment. Period." Why can't she get that piece of info across to Miki? It was ridiculous beyond belief.

Miki shrugged and looked back at the clothes in her hands. "Well, I think these clothes would fit you well." She said as offered back the clothes to Rin. "You think so?" Rin wondered as she looked at the clothes. Miki nodded in response.

"Yeah, the clothes seem good enough for your da- I mean appointment." Miki immediately corrected herself when Rin gave her a look. "Do you want me to help you on your hair and make up tomorrow?"

"Huh? Why?" Rin blinked and Miki raised a brow. "Isn't it obvious? You need to look nice for your da- appointment." Miki smiled. Rin frowned at that as she placed down her brand new clothes at the side. "I don't think that's necessary-"

"Of course its necessary!" Miki exclaimed. "A girl going out with cute clothes should look cute as well. Don't worry, I won't place any heavy make up on you so how about it?"

Miki looked at Rin expectantly and Rin sweatdropped. She didn't really see the point in wearing make up. She wasn't fond of cosmetics and all that stuff. Make up made her face feel heavy and uncomfortable which is why she tried to avoid those things. The only make up she seemed okay with is some lipstick and that's it.

"I..." Rin began and Miki gave her a look that meant she was not taking no for an answer. Rin, being unable to go against the pressure of Miki's stare, finally sighed in defeat. "Fine, you win."

Miki smiled at that. "Good! I'll be sure to wake you up in the morning to start with our little...project." Miki giggled. Rin blinked at that. "Wait, wait, wait. What do you mean wake me up?"

"Well, beauty isn't going to be done in an instant." Miki said, placing her hands on her hips. "It takes time so I have to wake you up early so that I can get you all pretty up and clean. No excuses and no delays."

"You sound a lot like Miku when you say it like that." Rin shuddered as she pointed that out. It was scary in so many levels. "But Miki I don't think I need to wear make up or dress up for someone like Le-"

"No buts!" Miki exclaimed before she marched towards Rin and poked her on the chest. "You are going to dress up pretty whether you like it or not, got it?"

Miki stared down at her intensely to which Rin immediately shut her mouth and nodded her head frantically. She was definitely scarier than Miku when it comes to this.

Miki slowly grinned. "Alright then, I'll be going back to work now so I'll see you at dinner later." Miki giggled as she skipped out of the room. Rin just stood there silently, unsure what just happened.

Rin sighed heavily and glanced over to the clothes from the corner of her eye. Should she really use those tomorrow? "I guess I got no choice then." She muttered to herself. Rin ignored the mess in her room and fell against her bed with a sigh.

All of a sudden, she feels like she was going to regret going tomorrow for the rest of her life.

Meanwhile Len washed his face before he looked into the mirror and smiled. Tomorrow was the day he was going on a date with Rin.

Never in his life would he think he'd see the day he would go on a date with his long time crush. This was a dream come true! Sure, the only reason he managed to get Rin to agree to this was because of their deal but a date was a date and it was good enough for him.

Len grinned like an idiot in front of his mirror at the thought. He still couldn't believe Rin agreed to go on a date with him if they managed to get a high score on their report. Len had worked hard on that report. Going back and forth in the library was exhausting.

He had never worked so hard in his life. He would rather party all night long than study in a dusty old library but for the sake of the deal he made with Rin, there was no way he would let a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity like that slip from his grasp. Thankfully, all that hard work paid off.

Len had planned the whole thing out. This date was going to be awesome. He was definitely going to do a better job than Mikuo.

Len frowned and his eye twitched at the thought of that teal haired male. Mikuo may be his friend but it was obvious that he had a bit of feelings towards Rin which irked him a lot since Mikuo knew fully well about his long time unrequited feelings towards her.

"Its alright Len." He sighed to himself. "Don't be so negative. Tomorrow you should just focus on your date with Rin." Len paused suddenly before his lips stretched into a silly grin once more as he realized what he just said. "Your date with Rin. A date with Rinny." Len grinned to himself.

He then shook his head to clear his thoughts and took one last look at the mirror. He need to look perfect for Rinny. Surely, this is a very important day for him and he wanted it to be perfect.

He grinned before he grabbed a nearby towel and wiped his face as he walked out of his bathroom. Tomorrow was going to be important so he had to make it perfect.

"So..." Len began with a irritated smile on his face. "Why the hell are you here?"

"Isn't it obvious?" Miku smirked with a similar annoyed look. "We're here to hang out with Rin."

The two glared at each other intently, hoping they would burn a hole into each other's heads. At the sideline, Kaito (who wasn't sure why he was dragged into this mess...again) was just minding his own business, trying not to get involve with the commotion taking place in front of him.

Len wondered why in the world was the person he wished wasn't here right in front of him? Just a few moments ago, Len was just patiently waiting in the entrance hall because he and Rin agreed to leave together since they live under the same roof after all.

He was okay with waiting...but that was until the front door burst open and the teal haired she-devil and her minion intruded his home and here we are.

"Hatsune, as much as I 'appreciate' your presence in my house, I suggest you get out." Len said with a forced princely smile. Miku snorted loudly and flipped her hair over to her shoulder. "And miss my chance to see my sweet Rinny? I don't think so, shota boy."

Len's eye twitched at the name. "Hatsune-san I'm trying to be nice here." He said as the irritated aura surrounding him grew darker. "I don't like to repeat myself so would you please get out of my house and never show your face again?"

"No way, midget. I am going to wait for Rin even if I have to put up with you." Miku scoffed. Len felt a vein pop in annoyance and before he could retort back-

"Sorry for the wait, Len-sama." The two jumped at the voice that suddenly spoke behind them and they looked over to see Miki smiling at them.

"Miki, what are you doing here?" Len couldn't help but ask. Miki just tilted her head with that same bright smile. "I work here, Len-sama." She responded in an innocent tone.

"Haha, very funny Miki." Len laughed dryly. "Anyways where's Rin? Has she been in her room this whole time?"

"Oh yes." Miki nodded. "I was with her in her room, trying to help her get ready for your little...outing." She smiled. Miku snapped her head to the blond haired male and glared. "So it is true that you are going on a date!" She shrieked.

Len scoffed. "Yeah, so what?" He said. "Its not of your business and besides how did you know about this?"

"Hmph! I don't need to tell you about my conta-" Miku was soon cut off when Miki interrupted. "I'm sorry Len-sama but I may have accidentally told her." She sheepishly admitted.

Len frowned at her. "Why in the world would you tell this she-demon about this?" He scolded. "She-demon?!" Miku repeated in anger.

"Okay! That's enough Miku." Kaito immediately stepped in and grabbed his girlfriend's shoulders. "I'm sure they have a good reason on why they are going out together today so relax."

"What do you mean relax?" Miku growled. "My sweet, adorable Rinny is going out with this womanizing lady killer!" She pointed at Len's face, her finger was just an inch away from his face.

Len rolled his eyes and pushed her finger away her face. "I'm flattered that you think so much about me but its none of your business so shoo."

Before Miku could yell at him, Len turned to Miki and asked. "Anyways Miki, where is Rin ?" He questioned, ignoring the fuming teal haired female that was currently being held down by Kaito. "Isn't she suppose to be with you?"

Miki blinked and glanced up at the grand stairway. "Rin-chan! You can come down!" She called out.

"I'm not coming down!" A familiar voice yelled from the corner of the hallway. Miki frowned. "Rin-chan, I worked hard on dressing you up so the least you could do is show it off for me!" She exclaimed. "Besides you look adorable!"

"Over my dead body!" Rin yelled back. Miki sighed and turned to Len. "Excuse me Len-sama. I'll be right back." With that said, Miki turned and briskly climbed up the stairs, disappearing into the hall.

The moment Miki disappeared from view, Miku finally escaped from Kaito's grip and glared at Len. "You know Kagamine, I don't approve to you." She sneered and Len rolled her eyes. "Gee, tell me something I don't know." He mocked.

"I swear Kagamine, I will never approve to you. I don't understand why girls would find you attractive."

"Maybe because I have looks and a charismatic attitude."

"Charismatic? Your personality sucks."

"Tell that to every girl who is caught staring at me every time I walk down the street."

"Ugh! This is exactly why I don't understand at all!" Miku yelled. "Its no wonder Rin-chan hates you." Len frowned at that. "Don't say that." He said. "Rin just doesn't get that I like her nor does she get that everything I have done so far was all for her."

"Going out in the middle of the night to party isn't something a guy would do for a girl." Miku groaned, crossing her arms. Len scoffed. "What can I say? I'm the school's party animal and that's not going to change." He said. "Besides I try my best to spend as much time with your 'sweet, adorable Rinny' so you can't say much to that."

Miku frowned and opened her mouth to say something until they heard the muffled noises and banging sounds coming from the top of the stairs. A few minutes later, Miki came to view on the top of the stairs with a heavy sigh before she smiled. She then moved toward, tugging Rin into view.

They paused at the sight of Rin. She wore a purple turtle neck shirt and a white sweater over it with a little orange ribbon accessory on it, a bright orange skirt and brown boots with purple and white stripped socks. She didn't have her signature ribbon on her head, instead her hair was tied to two low pigtails.

Rin had a sour look on her face but despite that, she looked really pretty.

The two girls walked down the stairs and stopped in front of them. "So..." Miki began. "What do you think? Isn't she cute?"

Before any of them could react, Miku squealed, completely different from her previous attitude a moment ago and she leaped towards Rin, glomping her. "Rinny! You are so cute!" She yelled happily, rubbing her cheek with Rin's, much to her discomfort.

"Miku, get off!" Rin exclaimed, trying to get the excited female off her. Kaito and Miki tried peeling the female off her to which lasted for about a few minutes before they finally got Miku to let go of Rin.

Rin sighed in relief and crossed her arms with a frown. "Miki, I didn't ask you to make me look like this." She huffed. "But you look adorable, Rin-chan." Miki grinned. "Right Len-sama?"

When they didn't receive a response after a minute, everyone turned to him, only to see him staring intently at Rin, his face was bright red and he had an enchanted look on his face.

Rin blinked at this before she slowly turned just as red and looked away in embarrassment as an awkward silence fell between them.

"Ehem!" Someone cleared their throat. The two immediately snapped out of their daze and turned to see Miku glaring at Len before she marching up to them and getting in between them, shielding Rin from Len's view. Len glared back at the female before she scoffed at him and turned to Rin, this time with a grin.

"Come on Rin-chan! Let's go hang out instead. I'm sure it would be way more fun than with that shotacon over there." Miku pointed behind her. Len's eye twitched at the name and he gritted his teeth in response.

Miku grabbed Rin's arm and was about to pull her towards the door but Rin stood her ground and slipped out of Miku's grip. "Sorry Miku." Rin said. "But I can't."

Miku blinked in confusion. "Eh?" She uttered. Rin looked over her shoulder to Len reluctantly before glancing back to Miku. "I...kinda promised to go out with...Len for today."

Rin had a look on her face as though she had been punched in the stomach just say that but even so, Len couldn't help but have a triumphant smile on his face at the fact Rin chose him over that drama queen. Len then approached her and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"That's right, Hatsune." He said smugly. "Rin choose to me over you." This irked Miku a lot and Kaito stood in the sidelines, refusing to get in her way this time since he realized the more he gets involve, the higher the chances of him dying would go higher.

"You basta-!" Miku wanted to pounce at him and strangle him to death but Rin simply reached over her shoulder and pinched Len's hand. Len yelped as Rin pinched his hand away from her shoulder before she frowned at him. "I'm not choosing you or Miku. I just want to keep my end of the deal so we can get this over with." She huffed.

Rin then turned to Miku. "Miku, as much as I appreciate you wanting to hang out with me, I need to do this...no matter how much I hate it." She grumbled the last part.

"Eh? B-But-" Miku began but Rin raised a hand to her and shook her head. "I can't explain it to you but its for the best." She sighed heavily. "Sorry about that, Miku."

Miku froze there like a statue due to shock as Rin took Len's arm and proceeded to drag him out the house. Len just smirked at the teal haired statue as he walked past her and they were out of the door.

There were a few minutes of silence and Kaito hesitantly approached the frozen figure. "Um...Miku?" He waved a hand over Miku's face to see if she was still okay. Miku didn't respond until a minute later, Miku drooped her head and arms like a puppet who's strings got cut.

Kaito flinched at the action and glanced at Miki's direction to see if she could do something but she was gone. Did she went back to do her work? Or did she just want nothing to do with this and escaped? Which ever it is...it was a really smart move.

Kaito glanced back at Miku who was motionless for a while. "Ummm...Miku?" He repeated until he noticed Miku balling her hands into fists and was beginning to shake. Kaito immediately back away slowly before taking cover at the side as Miku's head shot up and she roared in pure anger like a beast.

"That bastard! What has he done to my beloved Rin-chan!" Miku yelled, gripping her hands tightly to the point her knuckles were turning white. Kaito was trembling in fear as his girlfriend looked like she was about ready to rip someone apart and he sincerely hope it wouldn't be him.

Before Kaito to crawl away to safety, he froze when he heard a deep demonic voice that sound entirely different from Miku's voice yell. "Kaito!"

Instantly, Kaito scrambled to his feet and stood up straighter than a post before he rigidly turned and began marching up to the demon standing in the middle of the room.

One of the things he had learned over the time he had spend with Miku is that if she was in demonic mode just like this, it was best not to reason with her and just follow orders if you want to live longer.

Kaito soon stopped in front of her like a soldier. "W-What is it, my lady?" He stiffly asked. He had an obviously distressed look on his face and a cold sweat was trailing down the back of his neck as he waited for Miku to respond.

Miku was radiating evil energy all over the place to the point the house was beginning to look darker, despite being daytime.

"We are going after them and we are going to stick to them the whole day no matter what it takes." Miku hissed. For a moment, Kaito could've sworn he saw Miku's long teal hair raise up and transform into snakes like Medusa.

A protest was at the tip of Kaito's tongue when he heard Miku's orders but he just bit it to keep his mouth shut. He didn't want to die yet and he was certain that if he said one wrong thing, his head would be placed on a silver platter.

Kaito gulped dryly and saluted. "Yes, my lady!" He exclaimed. With that said, Miku turned stomped to the front door and threw the door open. Kaito saw the sky clouded like it was some kind of bad omen (Which probably was) and birds immediately flew away into the distance the moment Miku stepped outside.

Kaito gulped once more before following after her. For reasons, Kaito thought the end of world would be better than what he was about to witness today.
