The sun was shining brightly in the sky as Rin continued to drag Len through the streets. Rin wasn't exactly sure where she was taking them but she rather not stop until she was sure she was far away from the house, knowing Miku's…temper tantrums.

Len didn't seem to mind as he didn't let out a complaint or made an attempt to stop her from dragging him around. In fact, Len had a huge smile on his face as his eyes were glued to their entwined hand. It's not every day he gets the chance to hold hands with Rin so he might as well enjoy the softness of her hand while he still can.

Rin finally decided to stop at the middle of the park to which she looked around to make sure the close was clear and she sighed heavily when she saw that there was no one around.

"Looks like we haven't been followed." Rin noted. "I guess we are safe for-" She stopped when she noticed Len was creepily smiling at her which caused her to shudder and lean away from him. "What?" She questioned suspiciously.

"Oh it's nothing." Len dismissed with that same happy smile. "I'm just happy that you chose me over the washboard drama queen. I was pretty sure you'd pick her over me any day."

Rin snorted. "I told you I wasn't picking you or Miku." She huffed. "But in normal circumstances, yes I would definitely go with Miku instead of you…" Rin paused for a second. "But I'm a person of my word and I did agree to…going out with you for a day so I'm just keeping my end of the deal so I wouldn't hear you complain about it in the end."

Len just smiled. Well, whether or not she was just doing this for the sake of her promise…he was still happy that she agreed to go out with him after all this time. He warmed his chest a bit.

"Well, even though it's because we made a deal…" Len grinned widely. "I'm just glad that I would get the chance to spend the day with you alone for once."

Rin turned bright red at his smile as well as the sincerity of his voice. Rin looked away in embarrassment as she mumbled. "Whatever." She shuffled a bit then paused before her eyes gazed down and she glared. "How long are you going to hold my hand?" Rin growled as she tugged her hand but Len held onto it tightly.

"Just for today." Len said teasingly. Rin frowned and tried pulling her hand away but Len wouldn't let go. That was until Len continued. "You know…I spent the week working on that report."

Rin paused as Len went on in a rather theatrical way. He covered his lips as his eyes held a dramatic look of disappointment and fatigue. "I had to spend the entire day in the library, working through book after book, trying to find good information to place in that report. I had to stay up a couple of nights just to search through the internet for valid sites and yet you wouldn't even give me the day to just hold your soft hand? How cruel can you be-"

"Okay, okay I get it." Rin grunted as she pinched the bridge of her nose. She understood that Len wasn't the huge book worm unlike her and yes, she understood in a way that it is hard to research on a broad topic alone so in a way she did feel guilty. But that didn't mean he could guilt trip her into agreeing with...this. "I understand alright? Just for today…and that's it!"

Len grinned once more and gave a small squeeze to her hand. Rin frowned with irritation but she felt reluctant deep down inside since the chances of someone spotting them are high and she would hate to be mistaken to be together with this idiot but since she (stupidly) agreed, she had to do it…for just a day.

"Alright Kagamine…where are you taking us?" Rin huffed. Len grinned and proceeded to lead Rin down the street.

Meanwhile…

The streets were in chaos. Everyone were dashing down the streets in panic as what appeared to be a dark force was making its way through the pavement. The being was horrifying as its long hair swished around in the air like snakes and its eyes beading red as darkness completely cover it. The sky was literally turning darker with each step it took and crows were circling the sky, following the being.

Parents were quickly scooping up their children and running back into their homes while others were ducking for cover as the being walked by.

Kaito just silently followed after the being…who used to be Miku. This was even worse than he imagined. He understood that Miku was upset but he didn't think she was this upset.

For all this time, Kaito thought he had already seen the worse in his girlfriend but apparently, he was dead wrong. He had already seen how upset Miku was when Rin went out with Mikuo that day but this was a new scale.

Kaito didn't honestly think Miku hated Len this much. He knew his girlfriend and his best friend had a terrible rivalry towards each other but this was just crazy! He wondered what exactly happened that caused Miku to be like this towards Len to the point of transforms into something…unrecognizable. It was just scary.

Kaito decided to just follow after her, even though he knew he'd be safer away from the terrifying being going on a rampage...he better come along just in case.

With that thought in mind, Kaito begrudgingly followed after the dark being as people ran away in terror.

"Where are you taking me, Kagamine?" Rin questioned as Len continued pulling her along the street. "Relax Rinny." He teased. "We're close so be patient for now."

Rin huffed and wanted to protest but decided to just be silent for now. She had no idea where Len was planning to take her but she hoped it wasn't somewhere crazy like a high class restaurant or something. Being 'friends' with some rich can leave a dent on a person's ego sometimes, especially for Rin who had to save her money for a rainy day.

"Where are we going, Len?" Rin repeated and Len sighed. "Don't worry Rin. You'll like it I promise."

She frowned. Although she knew that Len would never bring her to a place she hates, she wasn't too happy with the idea of not knowing where they were going.

Len then suddenly stopped which caused Rin to stop as well. "Len?" Rin uttered. Len turned to Rin and grinned. "We're here."

Rin blinked before she realized an extremely large group of people were gathering around a large building. It seemed like something big was going on like some kind of event. "What are we doing here?" Rin questioned.

Len smirked and pointed above the building. Rin looked confused as she followed where Len was point. Right on top of the building was a billboard that said: Luka Megurine Live Concert.

Rin's eyes wide open as if they were on the verge of popping out of her eyes and she turned to Len in complete shock. "I-I-Is that-?" She stuttered, shaking pointing at the billboard.

Len nodded and grinned. "Yup and guess what…" He then reached into his pocket and pulled out two tickets. "I got us tickets to this concerts and its front row too!"

Rin gaped at Len. Luka Megurine is in fact her favourite idol of all time. Rin had always listened to her music whenever she had the time outside her studies. Getting tickets to her concert was the most difficult thing in the world to Rin since she was usually broke, and even if she did afford the tickets, she still wouldn't be able to go because the tickets would normally be sold out the moment it comes out.

And now, at this very moment, those divine concert tickets were right in front of her face…

"Rin? Rinny? Are you okay?" Len said as he waved his hand in front of Rin's face. He was a little concerned when Rin suddenly froze and was now unresponsive. Did he accidentally broke her or something?

He knew Rin absolutely adored this singer since he had often seen her listening to her music and even, heard her singing to one of her songs so he thought that he'd surprise her into going to the concert with him on their first date but…

Len frowned at how unresponsive Rin was and was about to call out to her once more when-

"KYAAAAAAAAH!" Rin suddenly squealed in excitement which startled him and the people nearby. Rin immediately snatched the tickets from Len's hands and stared at them with twinkling eyes. "Is this for real? Am I really holding Megurine-sama's concert tickets? Is this really real?"

Len wasn't sure how to respond at first as he watched Rin smile widely and Len could even see sparkles around her. He had never seen Rin this excited before…it was actually kinda cute.

He smiled. "Well yeah of course it is, silly." He laughed. "It's one hundred percent real so-"

Len froze instantly when he felt arms suddenly wrap around him tightly into a bear hug. "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" Rin cheered as she hugged him. Len didn't know what to do. This was technically the very first time Rin has ever embraced him so…openly before.

He began to fluster as he realized how soft her body was against his and that he could smell the sweet scent of orange and vanilla in her hair. Normally, he wouldn't be affected at all when a girl hugs him, with his reputation and all but this was different…

Len was lifted his arms hesitantly, wondering if it was truly alright for him to return her embrace. Rin had never got close to him in an rather...intimate way like this before so the last thing Len would want is for Rin to snap out of her excitement and yell at him.

But before Len could decide, Rin released him and began to bounce around in glee as she pressed the tickets against her chest. "I'm so happy!" She squealed.

Len immediately missed Rin's warmth and softness against him but he honestly can quite complain at the moment. Len's face was bright red due to the action and he scratched the back of his head. Well…this was interesting.

He let out a sigh then cleared his throat to bring Rin's attention back to him. "Alright, alright Rin." He started. "Calm down. We should already hurry and get inside."

Rin brightened and nodded energetically. Len smiled as he led the girl through the large crowd of people.

Somewhere within the crowd, Miku stared, star struck at the large billboard. Kaito stood behind her, scratching the back of his head as he looked up at the sign as well. Kaito wasn't sure what to feel about...well, he wasn't exactly sure what was happening.

Just a moment ago, Miku was on the verge of going on a rampage and the next she was now in a total daze. Kaito knew Miku loved this singer- He had heard Miku sing to her music a couple of time- but to think the sight of the billboard with her name on it was enough to get Miku to freeze over.

It was a miracle itself and honestly Kaito wasn't complaining.

"Kaito! Kaito!" Miku suddenly exclaimed, grabbing his arm and pointing at the billboard like a child wanting a brand a new toy from a display window. "Megurine-sama is having a concert here! Here! How could I have not realized this?"

Kaito sighed tiredly but he couldn't help but think how cute Miku looked when she gets all excited...even though she was so close to becoming a demon at one point.

"We have to get those tickets right now!" Miku declared as she proceeded to pull Kaito towards the long, long line of people. Miku's smile slowly dropped when she saw how far the ticket booth was and the line of people. At this rate, they would never get the chance to buy the tickets...

"Um Miku, the line is-" Before Kaito could finish his thought, Miku slowly took a deep breath and yelled in her demonic voice as a dark aura surrounded her. "Move!"

Almost automatically, the crowd split over as the people huddled to the side in shock and fear. Miku brightened, her killing intent faded as though nothing happened and she skipped through the crowd with Kaito.

Kaito sweatdropped. He wasn't even going to bother commenting about this and just looked apologetically at the people as they walked by. Miku excitedly stopped in front of the ticket booth and smiled bright at the man behind the ticket booth, who was currently cowering in fear.

"Two tickets please~" She sang. The male shakily took out two tickets and passed them to Miku before ducking for cover. Miku grabbed the tickets and bounced to the side while Kaito sighed, knowing fully well who was going to the pay for those tickets.

"Um...how much are those tickets?" Kaito politely asked. The person, without coming out of his hiding place, lifted up a sign with the price scribbled on it. Kaito's eyes bulged in shock as he saw the price. That was like a fortune to him!

Kaito just stood there with a depressed cloud over his head while Miku was at the sidelines, jumping around in joy.

"Len! Look! Look!" Rin excitedly said as she showed Len a pink phone case she bought nearby. "Finally got the case! What do you think about the logo? It's got the Megurine-sama's signature in such a figurative art! It's a limited edition too!"

Len took a quick glance on the phone case but turned his attention to Rin's blooming face. He was more entranced with Rin's smiling face which caused Len to smile as well. If he could only make Rin smile like this all the time...things would be great.

"Yeah, I think it looks great." Len said and Rin beamed. "Isn't it? So cool! I thought it looks awesome!"

Len couldn't help but chuckle as Rin rambled happily. So even Rin can act like a fangirl once in awhile. Normally, Rin would seem rather passive when it comes to things girls normally like such as make up and fashion, unlike that drama queen, Miku.

But seeing Rin get excited over something...it was really cute.

In between her rambling, Rin soon realized what was happening right now and who she was with. Rin turned bright red. Damn, she had forgotten she was with Len at the moment and that she had just show him a really embarrassing side of her.

Len tilted his head when he notice Rin suddenly fell quiet and she turned her back to him. "Errr...never mind what I said." She muttered. Len blinked at the sudden change but then he noticed Rin's ears were turning bright red.

'Cute...' Was the only thing that Len thought of when he realized what was happening and he began to laugh softly. "W-What's so funny?!" Rin squeaked and span around to face him, her cheeks just as red. Len continued to chuckle. "Sorry, sorry." He said. "I just thought...you're adorable when you're as red as a tomato."

Rin turned ever redder at that. "Ahhh! That's enough already, you stupid player!" She exclaimed and turned her back once more. "Ugh! Let's just hurry into the concert." She then briskly marched into the building, leaving Len behind.

"Hey! Wait for me!" Len said as he chased after the blond.

In the building, there were rows of seats lined up in front of a huge stage. The people were chattering with one another in excitement as they flooded the hall and took their seats. Rin couldn't contain her excitement and skipped over to the front row with Len following behind her.

As they took their seats, Len asked. "So is this singer really that good?"

Rin snapped her head to Len and huffed. "Of course! Megurine-sama is popular globally!" She explained. Rin then looked around the hall flooded with anticipating people. "In the first place, she isn't a singer that is too good for a crowd of this capacity."

Len hummed in response. Suddenly the lights dimmed and the stage began to shone. The crowd began to buzz loudly in anticipation. The spotlight moved around the stage as if searching for something before stopping right in the middle of the stage where a figure could be seen.

A young woman with long bubble gum pink hair could be seen standing there with a gentle smile. She wore a black sleeveless dress with bright red lace that reach to her mid thighs. In her hands was a black bass guitar.

The crowd immediately screamed in excitement, some of them jumping up from their seats while others waved their hands into the air. Rin followed and cheered, waving her arms into the air.

Len blinked and tilted his head. For some odd reason, that woman looked really familiar...

"Hello everyone!" Luka exclaimed to the microphone in front of her. The crowd responded with loud cheers, including Rin. "Today, I'll be performing you a world premiere of a song right here. Leia!"

The crowds screamed once more as Luka began to strum her guitar with the band behind her and began to sing. The music bounced through the walls along as everyone followed the beat.

Len watched with awe, now he understood why Rin loved listening to this singer. Although, he still couldn't shake the feeling like he knew her from somewhere...

Moving the thought aside for now, he glanced over to Rin who had the biggest smile on her face and was cheering excitedly. Len smiled.

Somewhere in the back...

Miku was squealing her lungs out and leaped to her feet as she cheered for her favourite singer. Kaito sat beside with a sigh as he cringed slightly. He wasn't really used to being in large crowds, especially in concerts were everything was too loud in his opinion.

He wasn't sure why he bothered coming here in the first place. Kaito looked over to Miku. She was absolutely glowing with joy. His eyes softened as a small smile stretched on his lips. Well, if she was always this happy...he wouldn't mind going along with her crazy schemes all the time...

"Uwaaah, that was amazing!" Rin exclaimed the moment they stepped out of the building. "Its the first time I've ever been to one of her concerts and to think it would be that amazing!"

Len chuckled. "Well, I'm really glad you enjoyed it." He said with a grin. Rin looked over to Len then sheepishly scratched her cheek lightly, unsure what to say next.

"W-Well, um..." Rin began. Len looked over to her as Rin cringed and looked troubled. "Errr...thanks...for letting me see the concert." She muttered softly that it was close to a whisper...but Len still heard it and he grinned widely. "No problem."

Rin turned bright red and cleared her throat. "A-Anyways! Let's just continue with this stupid deal of ours so we can get this over with!" She said as she walked faster than him.

"Hey, wait up Rin!" Len said, following the girl with a smile on his face.

"That was the best concert ever!" Miku squealed as she and Kaito walked out of the building. Kaito winced as he rubbed his sore ears. Miku continued to giggle and grin widely. "Megurine-sama was just beautiful! And her voice was amazing! Uwaaah, I wish I could perform like her in a stage like that one day!"

"Riiight." Kaito grumbled. A part of him wondered if Miku had finally given up on her plan to destroy a certain blond, if so then he and Miku could finally be in a real da-

"Wait! Now is not the time to be thinking about this!" Miku exclaimed then looked around. "Where is my sweet Rin?!"

Kaito suddenly wanted to bash his head onto a wall as Miku searched around frantically with a sneer. "Come on, Kaito! We have to save Rinny from that demon!" She said.

'Aren't you talking about yourself?' Kaito couldn't help but think as Miku grabbed him by the arm and dragged him through the crowd of people. He let out a tired sigh. It was still morning and already he felt so exhausted.

He takes back what he said...He rather not get involve with Miku's insane plans anymore.

But he obviously couldn't complain since complaining now would be the end of him so for now...he might as well go along with this and see what happens next.

With that thought in mind, Kaito silently followed his girlfriend into the sea of people.
