AN: Hello all, no I'm not dead and I am sorry for the absence. Fair warning the updates will be coming slower, because of these things called A-Levels, which actually require a LOT of work. Also, sorry about this but I will be stopping the questions at the bottom of each chapter. I apologise, but they were getting too hard to keep up with. The last winner, and the last ever was logwet review me a character you want in

Few questions answered here (if yours wasn't answered please PM me, I can't answer all my reviews in AN or fan fiction gets upset)

This will eventually be a Leyna story, pointeofdance, thank you, I'll be sure to ask you if I need someone to Americanise my words AWESOMENESS *wink face* heloo I'm from Cornwall, I took maths (in 1 year instead of 2) separate sciences, history, and French as well as the compulsory ones. And hey you're my brother's age! S.O.S I should have done that dammit!

In Which A Problem Occurs:

It wasn't until the next morning that Leo realised Ben was a Problem. Yeah the type that deserved a capital P, Leo had only been his older brother for a week, and now he was going to disappear for who knew how long to get Nick safely to camp. In fact Leo remembered Annabeth telling him this story, how Luke on the way out of camp had poisoned Thalia's tree. Meaning that if he was to go to camp- they'd probably keep him there on patrol duty. There were only so many campers who stayed year round after all.

So how on earth would he manage to deal with Benny not throwing a tantrum about his older brother leaving him? It wasn't like Leo could be in two places at once. Besides he couldn't really forgive himself for being such a pathetic older brother. Benny was cute- (the little rant about how Benny was a baby name and he wanted to be called Ben now was so funny) and frankly Leo didn't want to leave him. But he had said he'd get Nick to camp and he couldn't abandon that either. Neither of the options was very good to be honest. It's not like he could just call up a god and ask them to arrange transport for Nick...

He could call up a god and ask them to arrange transport for Nick. What a brilliant idea! Well obviously it was, it came from his head after all- but really he was outdoing himself. Now where was his notebook?

-Hey Supreme Lord of All

Just wondering, if it wasn't too much trouble, would you perhaps possibly be able to get Newbie to camp. I know I said I'd take him, but you know, I don't want to leave Ben, and I'm pretty sure if I try to leave he'll raise all Tartarus.

-The Leomaster

Yep that'll do, Chaos was like Boss of Everything. He'd take care of it.

-Leo Valdez

I am not a get out of jail free card. What I mean by that is, although I am going to help and advise you on how to prevent deaths in this war and alter the next war, I am not going to solve all your problems. However as this could conceivably cause future problems, I will provide an excuse for you to leave. Check your mail.

-Chaos

Mail? And wow, Chaos played monopoly, now that Leo thought about it, a game that caused arguments in every house; that was so made by one god or another, probably Eris. How would mail help him though?

Leo stuck his head out of the apartment and looked in the mail box outside, there were two letters in there, one addressed to him, and one for a Mr Nicholas Bewson, huh, that was quick, not like regular go... nope he wasn't even gonna go there. It might sometimes take a while but Leo Valdez learnt his lessons dammit, at least sometimes, cough*pyromaniac*cough. Wow, now even his own brain was mocking him.

So, he grabbed the letters and opened his.

Mr Leo Valdez.

You are required to report to M.O.N.S.T.E.R HQ immediately; your cover story is that you have been accepted into a prestigious boarding school on a scholarship for design and technology and all things mechanical. The school name you will provide is Olympus academy. There is a web page.

Failure to appear at HQ before 48 hours have passed will result in a team being sent out to drag you back kicking and screaming, or unconscious, whichever is more fun for them.

Bring your guest.

This worked thought Leo, this worked brilliantly. He could show the letter to Harvey and Jo and ask one of them to drive him and Newbie there. Ben could be given the boarding school excuse, be buttered up with the promise of letters and Leo being his pen pal- visits and such. Yes, this would work very well.

Leo wondered what was in Newbies' letter, it felt heavier than his. He could take a look... No, no that was bad; looking at other people's letters was rude. Besides Leo wouldn't put it past Chaos to make sure Leo couldn't open the letter.

Leo left the room to go give newbie his letter and explain the circumstance to Harvey and Jo. Seemed like the Problem was solved.

Nicks P.O.V

Nick was beginning to think that maybe his luck wasn't so bad. Sure he'd been hit by his stepdad, after his moms' death a year ago; sure he'd been spending the last few weeks on the street trying not to get eaten by a bunch of monsters; but now he was safe and comfortable, with the promise of being taken to a safe haven by someone who was in the same boat as him, although he was about 89% sure Leo was actually insane, not in a bad way, kind of in a Dr Who way. If Leo took him to camp via TARDIS, he was so stealing it. So the streets might have taught him a few bad habits.

To be fair most of the time he'd been getting money by busking, until the police came along and asked to see his licence and he had to leg it. That was scarpered about a week ago when he's smashed his guitar over a Cyclopes' head. What a waste of a good guitar.

Nick looked up as Leo came into the room, with his trademark manic grin, and a... letter. "So I spoke to Jo, and she's going to drive us to camp, I've also has a word with a godly friend, whose provided a cover story." Leo threw the letter at him "here's yours, have fun reading, if you have to laugh please do it subtly, Jo and Harvey don't want a madman in the house."

"At least not another one..."

"What was that Newbie? Was that a 'thank-you Leo you're awesome' or was it the 'I just insulted the one who saved my life and I most certainly need a bucket of paint thrown over me'"

Nick looked up from the letter at Leo's expression, gulped and almost whimpered. "The first one, definitely the first one."

"That's what I thought. We're leaving in about an hour, get ready."

Nick nodded as the door closed and looked down at his letter, opening it quickly.

Mr Nicholas Bewson.

Mr Valdez will be bringing you to HQ soon, please remember the M.O.N.S.T.E.R agents have many children and you will be in a cabin with your fathers other children (once he claims you) until then you will be with the Hermes cabin, Hermes is a master thief, remember this as it seems to be inherited by the majority of his children.

Your cover story should anyone inquire is that you have been accepted into a prestigious boarding school by the name of Olympus high, a scholarship in music.

Enclosed is a spare change of clothes, and two weapons, just touch the image and they will materialise. While not wishing to conform to stereotypes, your fathers children are often good archers, therefore we have enclosed a bow and arrows. However if this is not a talent of yours feel free to use the sword enclosed.

To avoid trouble and jealousy from others at HQ, please mention that these weapons are a reward for surviving what you have, not a gift. Quite frankly anyone who survives Leo deserves a medal anyway.

PS; Though I am playing along please remember M.O.N.S.T.E.R. is currently only a cover story for Leo and yourself, referring to camp as HQ will get you laughed at.

Nick looked up from the letter. Well. That happened.
