President Natius Claw looked out over the Capitol. Today was Reaping Day. And this one would be interesting, perhaps the most interesting of all Reapings since the very first Hunger Games. A lot had changed since then. But the Capitol had learned from its mistakes. And if the districts had thought that the Capitol was strict before, they had no idea how things would be this year. The odds would not be in their favour.

A/n: A bit of an explanation of what on earth is going on right now (in the FanFiction):
Okay, so take your minds back to the time (in the actual story) when Katniss is about to execute Snow. She shoots but he dodges and suddenly BOOM FIGHTING! He was planning with some of his advisors (including Claw) to fight back against the rebels. A few of the Capitol rebels were still faithful to Snow, and they leaked info to him. In all the fighting President Snow died, so did a lot of other people like Katniss and Peeta and Gale and a bunch of other rebels too. Eventually, the Capitol regained hold of Panem and now everything is much worse! Yay! Anyway, now there are the 76th Hunger Games! And these are going to be even worse, so they should probably be called the Starvation Games or something… I am aware this really doesn't make any sense but I felt like I should actually write something so people know what's going on... ANYWAY STORYTIMEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
It was time for the Reapings. Let the Games begin. But this time, the Capitol won't be playing around. These Games will be brutal.
