All Laufey wanted to eat was fruit.

Nothing anything but fruits of all kinds. Whatever the realm had to offer was what the former Prince wanted to eat, eat, eat. All the drinks were cool water mixed with the nectar of moon fruits. Fárbauti brought his beloved mate all the fruits he could buy or he could find. Of course only the best would do so often he would have to take an hour or two.

However the effort and the sometimes dangers were worth it when he saw Laufey's joyful smile every time he returned with a basket filled with fruit. Grinning from ear to ear Fárbauti picked the last of the fruit that was the sweetest before putting them into the basket and covering them with the lid and tying it up with string.

Putting the basket on his back Fárbauti heading back to his home. It only took less than an hour and when he came upon it he saw Laufey walking up to their home as well with bread. His mate must have gone over to the little market to buy some.

Happily jogging up to his perfect mate he tapped his shoulder to Laufey's shoulder. "Hungry for something else, beloved?"

"No, I was just taking this to your sister, however she was not home." Laufey sighed taking a fruit from the basket before biting into it and sighing happily. "Thank you, Fárbauti, their perfect."

"You are welcome. I am glad you enjoy them." Fárbauti grinned before reaching over to take the loaf of bread Fárbauti took it and bit into it. "Mm, this bread is perfect! Where did you buy this?"

"I baked it."

"Thou sayest what?"

Frowning Laufey took a piece of the bread. "I baked it. When I was little I used to get lonely so I would sneak off into the earlier mornings where the bakers would be making their bread and one of the beakers would teach me."

"Laufey, why did you not say anything? I would have gotten you all that you needed to make your breads and sweets. Can you make sweets?"

"Yes."

"… Laufey, quickly take the basket I shall return!"

"What- Where are you off too?! Fárbauti, wait! Wait for me!" Laufey yelled rushing him. "I wish to know what has gotten into your head!"

"Do not worry! I shall return soon!"

Slowing down from running Laufey frowned. What was he up too? Well, for now, Laufey would just go home and eat his fruit. Heading back to their little home. Once inside Laufey set the basket down before staying inside until he had eater four more of the fruits.

After cleaning up Laufey went out into the fields to help out with the crops. As he walked to the fields he smiled as crops started to peek out. Once there Laufey looked around before seeing that no one else was in the field. Both his in-laws where nowhere to be seen.

That was certainly odd.

Going over to where they had a basket he picked up before going to pull out any weeds that didn't belong near the plants. After nearly two hours Laufey was joined by the others. They gave their greetings and engaged in small conversation before they finished their work.

By the end of the day Laufey thoughts where back to what to give his mate for dinner. He had yet to cook much only mastering a few simple foods. Maybe some soup would be good. In fact soup sounded like a good idea.

Going inside Laufey made as simple soup. It only took about an hour to make. However during that time he had managed to eat seven pieces of fruit and still felt hungry. Starving in fact. Grabbing some more fruit from the basket Laufey started to eat and wondered where Fárbauti had wandered off too.

Twenty minutes passed before the door opened and Fárbauti walked in grinning with a large bag of something. Getting up while still taking bites from fruit he was given Laufey stood next to their table as he watched his mate open and started to put out a bunch of stuff and paused noticing what it was.

"Is all this to make breads and sweets?"

"Yes! You have such talent! We can open a shop and work there together!" Fárbauti grinned looking at his mate with happiness. "We can work together! Laufey we're going to be Bakers!"

"What?!"

"We can bake and spend all our time together!" Fárbauti's voice was full of excitement. "We'll bake bread for the rest of our lives and have ten children!"

"Ten?!"

"Yes you right that may be unreasonable."

"I should say so…"

"Forty!"

"We shall be discussing how many," Laufey frowned watching a more items were laid out. "You certainly bought a lot."

"I have more in the cart!"

"We have not a cart!"

"I bought one!"

Gaping Laufey rushed after his mate who rushed out of their home. Right in their front yard was his mate's beast and attached to him was a large cart with everything to open a Baker's Shop. From the littlest of cookware to the largest.

"By the Norns…"

Surely this was some kind of jest?

However a week later Laufey found himself enjoying the shop they had and the both of them worked on making the breads, sweets and it was probably much nicer than he had expected it to be. They worked together, baking, creating new sweets and tasty bread.

"I cannot believe you learnt to make bread and yet other food.."

Did you say something?"

"Er, no not at all!"

The months passed and all was well…

Fenrir fixed the bed to his liking.

The large circle bed very big, very comfortable and had many silk pillows. He had been rearranging them so there where all up against the sides. It was getting late, the sun had set and soon it would be time to rest for the night and he had fed his pups already.

The beast he had killed and the servants had cooked it carefully and gotten some other things his pups could eat. After dinner he had brought them to his room where he had been collecting things since coming home.

Getting down onto the floor he trotted over to his curly haired pup Bruce, picking him up and placing him in the bed before going after Clint who was perched up on the bookshelf. Next he found his only female pup Natasha who was going through a box and put her in the bed before sniffing the air looking a few boxes that he enjoyed playing with.

Going over he moved them around wagging his tail finding Tony. Picking him up he rushed back to set him into the bed. Next he looked around sniffing the air before searching his room. He found Captain drawing and his friend watching. Easily getting them Fenrir went back to hop into the bed setting them down and nudged them to one side so he could lay down before snorting and looking around.

A servant came in to turn off the lights. A few complaints from the pups and Fenrir nuzzled them and cuddled them wanting all of them to sleep. An hour later they had all fell asleep. However Fenrir was wake watching them happily.

One of them whimpered in their sleep. Concerned Fenrir leaned down to lick the wolf ears trying to comfort the little mortal pup.

Loki shifted over in his sleep since it was actually nighttime this time that he dreamt of his Bera memories and highly enjoyed them. The Baker Shop they owned, the hunting trips they took, the training had together, they even attended a very tense Winter Festival.

That Winter Festival in swing but it was torn by those who wished to seek rule over Midgard and those who wanted to keep the peace and live in their own realm. It wasn't like what was recording back in Asgard or other realms. There was no record of Asgard wanting to attack Midgard. Disgusting. However some of the wonderful memories made up for the hard times the Kingdom suffered.

Loki watched as his parents enjoyed their little shop. How they heard the news of Odin's new born and how he had married a Princess named Frigga. How they heard of the King of Asgard health was declining. How the realm was dividing and how both his parents where part of the resisting, helping anyway they could.

Fárbauti rose to be the General their army. Laufey spoke of their war secrets that he had often heard from his siblings before the family had abandoned him. They worked together gathering information, planning, bidding time building weapons. All within a two years' time they were ready for when the King tried to force the Kingdom to obey such horrid laws.

However it didn't come to pass.

The King of Asgard died and Odin ascended the throne, his wide now Queen, his son was two years of age and he ruled Asgard and they were rich with all they came to pass. The became known as the Golden Realm for Odin had coated it all in pure gold. From where no one knew, however it was rich beyond all.

For a while they thought that Asgard would stay away from their homeland. They had hoped and prayed but something happened and soon the King of the Jotuns alongside Odin led them to Midgard. It was a trick of course.

Both his Father and Bera along with their army started the Civil War between the Kingdom. They fought, they fought, they managed to wing and King Thrymr was on Midgard not knowing of what had come to pass. His lover and mate was killed trying to protect the remaining Kingdom. It came as sad news to Laufey when it came back that a blast has killed his Bera.

A sadness that was like none other but still the disbelief that his Bera would cut their bond. Still unknown and still hurting as they matched on. Next they would wait for the last of the army to return form Midgard when someone brought news that only the King and his arms were fighting and winning and suddenly King Odin appeared and betrayed them.

Odin had turned on the King and wad going to kill them all. King Odin apparently saved Midgard from it's terrible fate. Now they would head here and no doubt that they once proud King would try to kill them. However when he arrived Laufey followed Fárbauti into battle.

They won.

They won the Civil War of the Ice Realm.

However peace was not to be as Odin King of the Aseir landed on their soil calming that they had sought War against Midgard. Odin would hear not pleas and would not accept the truth of a Civil War nor would he listen to reason and so with no choice they went into Battle against the golden realm.

Their already tired and battered army fought on and Laufey fought alongside his beloved mate until suddenly a pain appeared in his abdomen. It continued on for twenty minute before it grew to great and Laufey was forced to run. Forced to flee to the Temple.

Inside Laufey was followed by his mate. They believed a miscarriage of their first born. Both already waiting for the lost and would have to mourn later. Instead a great and beautiful gift form the Norns that made the War stop for only a few minutes as they saw their newborn son who was perfect.

A perfect small born child.

It was short lived as only twenty more minutes spent to try to bond when Fárbauti was forced away to led the army and tried to five his mate and child time to hide. However a cry of pain and screams came. Laufey hid his small born away from the dangers kissing his small child on his head whispering his love begging the Norns to keep him safe before leaving to the raging battle.

Surely no one had ever entered a temple before in a battle.

All would be well.

Laufey cried out in pain as he hit the ground with a hard thud. Gasping with his lungs burning Laufey was breathing harshly. A metal boot slammed down on his chest causing him to cry out and he struggled gold eyes glaring up Asier.

"You fool!" Laufey spat. "You have no right to do this! I have told what has come to pass! Release me, Odin, release me and set my people to right!"

"Actually, no." Odin smirked at him. "Do not think I know not that these magical chains limit your magic and now that all of your 'people' are done to a natural size I do not have to be shouting."

Growling Laufey struggled even though his arms where tied tight behind his back with golden rope chains and his magic cut down. He knew not where his beloved Fárbauti was nor did he have anyone to tell him as all where bond and chained.

"You know Laufey what amazes me Laufey is that you are not even a part of the Royal Family anymore. I have heard that they cast you out for marrying someone they do not approve off and yet here you are… Look around you," Odin smirked as he waved his hand around. "You have failed, your Father failed, your brother failed and all the Jotun royal family is dead! Except you."

"Let my people go, Odin. You have won, you have all that you wish," Laufey glared at the asgardian with hate as his eyes stung but wouldn't let tears shed. "You've proven yourself King of all. You have it all! You have stormed out home, burned out homes, killed many, made orphans, and now you stand there to give a speech!"

Odin nodded smugly.

"You have killed my Mate!" Laufey screamed desperately trying to shake off the metal boot. "You have everything; you've stolen everything from me! Make you final demands and leave us be!"

"You see this, Jotuns?" Odin grinned as he removed his foot and yanked the now smaller version of Laufey to his knees forcing him to face the countless Jotuns who were in chains all shrank down and scared. The women, men, children, all in forced in separate cages. "This is your Ruler. This… this former Prince. Your leader is nothing more that has been Prince who is now nothing more than a Baker! Tis laughable!"

Odin's Warriors burst into laughter.

The Asier King mocked. "All Hail Laufey, the Lost Prince of Jotunnhime!"

No one of Jotun kind said a worried, their worried faces for their last of the Royal Jotun who still struggling, refusing to five up. Luafey wouldn't give up, he would be moved until they were out of the Ice Realm. Odin laughed again grabbing Laufey's raven black hair forcing him to stand up and shook him and leaned close to him.

"I have a choice for you, Laufey," Odin said in a hushed whispered. "If you give me what I want than I shall give you what you want. I shall leave your sad excuse for a realm."

Glaring sideways at him Laufey hissed. "You've taken all from my people and I already, what more could you want?"

"When I am gone in three hours' time I shall take with me the Casket of Ancient Winters," Odin spoke as if not hearing Laufey's words. "And I shall have my men release your still alive mate. Yes, Laufey, your precious mate is still alive. We shall form a peace treaty as well, but first I shall take the last time away from you."

No one missed the way Laufey's eyes widened in mixture of shock, horror and disgust. Laufey growled at Odin refusing when Odin waved his hand and all the Jotuns screamed in horror as one of the guards walked towards a cage of children with a torch. Their kids wailed in horror carrying for their mothers and beras.

"No…!" Laufey cried before looking at Odin. "Stop, I will do as you say!"

"Oh, you'll have to do better than that."

Dropping to his knees Laufey bowed his head. "King Odin… leave them be and I shall do as you have asked of me… please, Odin they are innocent children,"

"Hmm," Odin waved his hand for the guard to stop before letting out a bellowing laugh and looking down at the furious golden eyes before jerking his head towards a tent where they would complete. "Come on, you fool, walk!"

Once in the tent Odin threw Laufey down and he hit the carpet floor with a groan. It was taking it's toll, both the battles, giving birth, fighting passed to find his injured mate, fighting Odin and loosing terribly and now this situation. Despite what was about to happen Laufey feared for his little baby. The poor little baby, his poor little Lofi was alone and surely it had been two hours at the least. Norns bless the poor babe with safety.

The sound of the paper be writing was heard and Laufey forced himself up into sitting. He glared daggers at Odin his eyes flickering from gold to red as he cursed the other young Ruler with all his might until the man turned to him smirking.

Laufey bit his tongue back when he was forced down onto his back and Odin climbed on top of him. Glaring at the smug King, Laufey scowled at him. His already worn out body tensed as the Asier moved his knees apart to settle between them.

"You are sick Odin." Laufey hissed trying to hide the shakiness from his voice. "You cause so much damage and now force yourself upon me just to take more from me."

"You flatter yourself Laufey." Odin started to touch. "I take what I want from everyone I conquer and besides this is what I have been wanting to do since you've made a fool of me in the Midgard forest."

"You sought a fight with me! I did nothing wrong!"

"No, however, having one's enemy pinned beneath them like this is thrilling and when it's over you may tell your life mate all about it." Odin chuckled darkly. "Or keep it hidden; which I am sure you will."

"One day you shall burn in Helhime for the acts of which you commit."

"Come now, Laufey," Odin said huskily as he pressed his face to the other's neck. "I can see how scared you are and you are shaking. Stop trying to be brave so I can have my fun."

"I believe the right term is rape."

"I did give you a choice."

"A forced one."

"You are going to be annoying in the future, I can tell."

"Hatred in to light a word for you, Odin." Laufey hissed. "Do not think I will ever bow down to you after this nor shall I take orders from you."

Barking a laugh Odin shook his head. "We'll see about that. Now than, go ahead and scream because gentle I shall be not."

It hurt.

It hurt so much.

Laufey's mother in-law was waiting when the tent flap opened nearly an hour later with Odin gripping her son's mate's upper arm tightly half dragging the former Prince. She was worried when she saw how pale Laufey was, how his legs shook as he tried to stay standing, his eyes trying to roll back into his head and his breathing was gasps.

Standing up she walked towards them. "Please, give him to me."

"Take him, woman," Odin said look satisfied and threw Laufey at her. "I have no use for him anymore."

Laufey gasped losing his balance and tried to keep from falling when his Mother in law caught him and held him tight whispering that all was going to be well, all was almost over. They waited as they heard the troops leading out and he was vaguely aware of that bastard saying he had taken the casket and soon the bright light flashed and they were gone.

The chains vanished releasing them from small size. Laufey still felt sick but forced himself up and stumbled a bit heading towards the temple. Mother rushed forwards helping him and telling him that he should rest or would become weaker.

"My baby… my baby's in the temple…"

"Baby?" she gasped. "Laufey, you were with child?"

"Small born… Lofi… my baby…" Laufey mumbled trying to press onward to the temple where he should soon be with is newborn child. "I must… I need too…"

Bu the time they got there the temple floor was covered in blood, the statues knocked over, all that was scared and holy was destroyed and nowhere among the chaos was his little Lofi. Crying in shock horror and in pain Laufey rushed around looking for the baby, desperately trying to find him.

Legs sprawled under him staring at where he had left his newborn, firstborn, small born baby. It couldn't be real. It all had to be a bad dream. A bad dream that continued on for an unknown amount of time when suddenly a small light of hope.

"Laufey! Laufey! Laufey…!"

Whipping around Laufey watchedin shock as his mate, who was injured, rushed towards him. At first he thought it was just an illious. All the trauma that occurred had let him feeling like nothing was real and everything was numb. However the voice as to real and his name being called like that could only be the real person.

"…Fárbauti..?"

Those strong arms wrapped around him holding tight. Laufey started to sob and held back just as tightly as the two shared their relief that both were alive and their sorrow for the destruction of their realm and for the loss of their child. Their child that represent their love for each other.

They only had each other.

When Loki woke up he looked at his Bera who was also awake and looking the other way trying to hide the tears.

Loki swore revenge against Odin and now he would seek out Thor to do so.

A/N: In Norse Mythology Odin raped Laufey. No stones, I said before I was using stories from the Myths to write this, so don't be mad at me.
