Lone Wolf.

Once I walked with a noble team.

The caring ones to friends.

The harbinger of death to their enemies

I watched as, ship by ship,

The enemies grew to great.

One by one, they fell.

I knew we wouldnt win.

With each loss,

My ferociousness grew.

I watched my enemies fall.

Just as my planet had.

I knew I would succumb.

I knew there would be no escape.

My mission complete, I turned

I watched my world burn.

The home I would never leave.

My ammo runs dry

And so does my strength

I watched, transfixed, as

They marched closer. Swords burning.

I watched in wonder as, by a miracle

They fell, as if the Holy Spirit

Decided I was worthy.

They twisted and fell.

I watched a friend rise up

A harbinger of death indeed.

Metal flying into the enemies

Surrounding me. Defeating me.

I lay there, broken, injured.

I watched as Jun finished the elites.

Darkness threatened to overtake me

I fought to stay awake.

Knowing I wouldn't wake up again.

Yet I couldn't fight forever.

As darkness pulls me under.

I see a welcome sight.

A fleet of warships. Of aid.

I close my eyes.

And savor darkness' warm embrace.
