"She doesn't know me though," Last-Dance said simply as he took of the mask to reveal Ely. "Not the real me. She has no idea I'm even a women," Ely pointed out.
"Let's make you a nice drink," Tammy said standing up.
"Ely, you have to understand that love is just one of those things humans have to endure," Kim said suportivly. "If she really likes you, then she won't mind. I could always wipe up a small spell to help you take your mind off of it."
"Oh good idea, I'll get your little witchy tin," Tammy said bringing a small tobacco tin over to Kim.
"No, I think im okay," Ely said with a sigh.
"Sometimes, a little spell can be just the remedy," Kim said opening the tin and taking out a white petal and popping it into the tea. Ely watched as the brown liquid began to change with swirls of silver. "Drink up."
"Ah," Ely hissed gripping her head just as she was about to take a sip.
"You okay?" Tammy asked.
"No, somthings wrong," Ely said looking round.
"Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered, weak and weary," Kim started as Tammy and Ely turned to her.
"Poetry? Didn't really take you for the type," Tammy joked as Ely looked worried.
"Oh no," Ely said rushing to her feet and heading to the window.
"Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore, while I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping," Kin carried on as suddenly, a light tapping was heard from the window Ely had reached.
"Ash," Ely said opening the curtains to see the raven.
"What's going on here?" Tammy asked looking creeped out.
"As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door," Tammy carried on as Ely opened the window. "Tis some visitor," I muttered, "tapping at my chamber door, only this and nothing more..."
"They have her," Ely said watching Ash.
"Who?" Tammy asked still looking confused.
"Raven," Ely said turning to face the two.
"Wait, what the frick just happened?" Tammy asked looking from Kim to Ely. "That's the bird from before."
"Ely wanted a way of keeping an eye on Raven in case anything happened so I bewitched an old piece of Jewellery," Kim started as Ely walked back towards them.
"I gave it to Raven and it comes find me if anything happens," Ely said thinking.
"And the creepy poem?" Tammy asked looking at Kim.
"Im not sure really, maybe an effect of the spell or something," Kim shrugged.
"Well just so you know, it was bloody creepy," Tammy said looking at Ely. "What we going to do?"
"We might need the Titan's," Ely said as the raven called out to her. "They've helped Raven before with her farther so they will have a good understanding of what to exspect."
"Sounds good," Kim nodded.
"I'll drive," Tammy said grabbing the keys.
"Okay," Ely nodded grabbing the mask off of the table. "Tell them your with me."
"Wait, your not coming with us?" Tammy asked confused.
"I need to find Raven," she said looking up at the two. "Ash can take me to her."
"Are you sure about this?" Kim asked looking skepital.
"They have the key, they have Raven," Ely said. "And they will be ready for anything."
"Okay," Tammy nodded before grabbing her friend in a hug. "Don't let this be the end of another Last-Dance chapter, yeah?"
"I'll try," Ely said giving her a light rub on the back as Tammy let go.
"Take this too," Kim said taking a chain from around her neck that was tucked into her shirt. It looked like a bats wing, a claw of some bird and several stalks from different herbs all tied together round a small vile.
"Oh it's... lovely?" Ely said looking unsure at the thing.
"It's rare exstract," Kim explained. "Who knows what will happen when you find her but this will gibe you a tempuary boost if you need it."
"This might have been handy a few years ago," Ely said looking at Kim.
"It's a one of a kind," Kim said putting it in her friends hand. "And I know how bad you are with looking after things."
"Fair point," Ely said putting it over her head and tucking it into her own shirt before putting on her mask. "We don't have long."
"Well see you soon then," Kim smiled as Last-Dance dived out of the window with the raven leading the way.
"Why does she always have to jump out of the window?" Tammy said as the two headed to the door. "Just as easy to use a door."
"It's a hero thing," Kim shrugged as they left and headed out to the car. As they got in Tammy paused looking deep in thought. "She'll be okay."
"I know, it's just..." Tammy started. "Do you think we have time to stop for ice cream?"
"Please just drive," Kim said looking annoyed.
"Okay," Tammy said looking a little nervous at the look Kim was giving her. She started the car and pulled out into the road where they headed to the coast. It was less than a ten minute drive till they parked up before exiting the car.
"So fricking weird driving on the opposite side of the road," Tammy said locking up. "Everything's so backwards here."
"Yeah," Kim nodded as they walked onto the coast line and stopped. They looked over at Titan tower that stood on the island with a huge body of water separating the two from their destination.
"Did Ely say how we'd get across?" Tammy asked tilting her head slightly.
"Nope," Kim said simply.
"Don't suppose you have a flying broom or ownt with you?" Tammy asked as Kim looked at her.
"We don't really fly on brooms you know?" Kim said as Tammy gave a groan.
"I know," Tammy said as she began to remove her shoes.
"What are you doing?" Kim asked watching.
"I don't want to get my shoes wet," Tammy said as she managed to get the first shoe off.
"You going to swim it?" Kim said clicking on.
"You got a better idea?" Tammy asked as shoe number two came off and she started to head to the sea.
"God damn it," Kim said before quickly taking off her own shoes and following Tammy into the sea.
The swim took nearly twenty minutes to reach the island and to say the two was tired was an understatement. They paddled out of the water as Tammy collapsed to her knees out of breath and Kim tried to catch her her own.
"We're never... doing that... again," Kim panted as she laid against a large boulder.
"Agreed," Tammy said sounding just as tired before getting back to her feet. "Come on, we're almost thier."
The two slowly shuffled over the beach towards the tower, unknowing that the security systems had picked them up within the tower, informing the Titans.
"What's happening?" Robin asked looking at the screen as Cybord tapped away on the keys. "We being attacked?"
"Erm, I don't think so," he said as the screen lit up of feed from the shore line with Kim and Tammy walking towards them. "Maybe they've been shipwrecked? They look worse for where's."
"Could be or could be a trap," Robin said thinking. "I'll send Starfire down to have a look. Beasboy, scout ahead and check them out."
"On it," Beastboy saluted as he turned into a hawk and flew out of the window.
He flew through the air till he spotted the two girls and dived down not to close to be seen. As he came close to the floor he quickly changed his form into a crab. He scurried across the sand till he was in ear shot of the two.
"I could kill for a tea," Tammy said dragging her feet.
"I could kill for some silence," Kim added.
"You know what? I think I have some sand in my nickers," Tammy said beginning to walk with her legs split more appart.
"Your going to be a real catch for some guy you know?" Kim said with a raised eyebrow.
"Stop, please," a voice suddenly commanded from above as the two looked up to meet the alien princess.
"Ah, flying girl," Tammy pointed out as Starfire lowered herself to the ground while beastboy turned back to his human form and joined her.
"And a green shapeshifter," Kim said looking impressed. "I think we found the Titans."
"Correct," Starfire said looking at the two suspiciously.
"Thank God," Tammy huffed. "I'm so knackard."
"Who are you guys?" Beastboy asked looking unsure.
"Kim..." Kim started.
"And Tammy," Tammy added as she flopped down onto the ground to sit.
"Last-Dance sent us," Kim carried on as Beastboy and Starfire exchanges looks. "Raven's been taken."
"We must go to Robin..." Starfire started before a giant black form appeared before disappearing leaving just Raven with a bloodied Last-Dance.
"Ely!" Tammy called jumping to her feet and running to them. "What happened?"
"Ely?" Beastboy asked looking confused.
"I'll explained later, we need to get her to the tower," Raven said as Starfire stepped forwards and picked Ely up in her arms with ease. Ely was unconscious and not looking too good.
