54. Coldness

Chapter 54- Coldness

"The least you deserve? The least you deserve is for me to run you through where you stand or to have you face the pyre before all of Camelot for your betrayal. However, as you did save my life, we won't talk about what you deserve before I've heard everything. I want an explanation. That's the least that I deserve."

Arthur's face became cold and blank, not showing even a hint of emotion. Merlin had seen him hold court before, but it had never been like this.

Arthur had never looked more like his father.

Merlin almost shuddered at the sight.
