Prologue - The Disappearance of Magic
Magic. It's a mystical energy that can be used to create what could be considered miracles. Though not completely understood, there is some knowledge about its uses when combined with wand-waving and incantations. There used to be an infinite amount of latent magic in and on the entire earth. But suddenly it all disappeared, along with the memory of magic. A few centuries later magic reemerged, but only a small amount. When magic reemerged, so did witches and wizards in small populations. They made many advances, such as creating spells for everyday use. Soon enough there were many magical creatures. Time went on and soon it was August 1991. The year the boy-who-lived, Harry Potter, will go to Hogwarts. Yet, one other special child will start too. The child has a destiny as big, if not bigger than the boy-who-lived. And so the story begins...
