A/N: Thanks for all the follows, faves and also reviews on the last chapter, and I am actually quite surprised that I managed to get this up as quickly as I am; but it really seemed to flow together nicely.
I am taking a liberty here, because I do want the big bad as such to be female for at least the first few stories of this series; since throughout Charmed it seemed to be predominantly men in that role, and I do know who she is, and as I go on more will be explained as to how this and them becoming evil and being still alive (that may give you a clue) came to be.

Hopefully, I will have the next chapter of this up soon, and predict there will be at least 2 more before it is done. I am also in the midst of trying to edit another story, which am maybe hoping to get actually published for real, so that is also taking up some of my time as well.
But this one, at the moment is still very much on my radar also, since I have for the most part got a little fed up with writing my Glee stories.

Thanks for reading,

Down below, a blonde female watched through a pool of water and smiled as she saw the events going on before her of the Halliwell manor home. Where the future witches now lived, the children of one of those who had banished her to her hell.

"My queen" said a demonic dark lord as he appeared into the dark dank cave; and the blonde turned to look at him. "When do you want us to attack"

"Not just yet" replied the blonde, and turned back to the pool of water. "I want them to be more split before I send someone" she continued. "And right now it's too soon"

"Let us know when my queen" said the dark lord, as the blonde looked to him with a nod. "And we will send our finest to take them out"

"I know you will" replied the blonde looking to him with a smile. "I have every confidence in you" she continued, before the dark lord looked to her with a nod and then shimmered out. "You're going to pay for what you did, to me" said the blonde as she turned once again to the pool. "And when I'm finished with the three of you, I'll go after the rest of your family as well" before continuing to watch the events in Halliwell manor, and plan her attack upon them.

Finishing up work on the Monday, and leaving the club in charge of his night manager; Chris went back to the manor and made a start on a meal for that evening.

Chopping up onions, and carrots to place into the stew he was in the midst of cooking; he was taken from what he was doing, when some orbs materialized in the kitchen and Melinda appeared.

"Tell me why again, I became a high school teacher?" she asked, as she picked up a piece of carrot from the bench.

"Hey do you mind, that's dinner" said Chris, and Melinda looked to him.

"Well sorry" she replied, in a snarky manner back to her brother. "But I didn't get to eat lunch today, since I got stuck supervising detention"

"Guess that would have been a change for you, huh" said Chris, with a laugh. "Supervising it and not being in it"

"Okay, so I got detention a few times" said Melinda, looking to him and Chris looked at her with another laugh and Melinda frowned. "Forgive me for not being the perfect straight A student that you were"

"Hmm yeah" replied Chris, with a nod. "So why did you get stuck with detention duty?"

"Because I'm pretty sure Principal Haskins still hates me" said Melinda, with a small laugh. "And this is like some kind of torture, he's inflicting on me" she continued, with a sigh and grabbed another piece of carrot and Chris glared at her. "Do you think anyone would notice if I turned him into, I don't know a goose"

"Yes, I'm sure they'd notice a goose running around Baker High" replied Chris, looking to her and as Melinda went to grab another piece of carrot. "And can you not eat everything before it's actually made into our dinner now"

"Oh, so you're cooking dinner?" asked Melinda, and Chris looked to her with a nod. "I already have plans with Susie tonight and I won't be here"

"Great, so what am I meant to do with enough here for all of us" said Chris, as Melinda looked to him.

"I don't know, leftovers maybe" replied Melinda with a smile to him. "I'm going to go and get ready, see you later" she said and orbed out of the kitchen, leaving Chris in there to still cook up a meal now for only two of them.

Returning home from work, and heading through the front doors of the manor; Wyatt placed his bag down by the front door and headed into the kitchen, the smell of food luring him.

"Hey" said Wyatt, as he saw Chris, sitting a table reading a book. "Guessing Mel's home then too"

"Umm no Mel's gone out with a friend" replied Chris, closing up the book and marking his page. "So it's just the two of us" he continued as he stood, going over to the pot on the stove. "And there will also be plenty as well for leftovers too"

"Umm, as amazing as it all smells" said Wyatt, with a small laugh. "I already ordered a pizza, and it should be here really soon"

"Pizza, you ordered up pizza" said Chris, looking to him as Wyatt gave a nod.

"Yeah, Monday nights we always grab pizza for dinner" said Wyatt, as Chris shook his head. "What?"

"It just would have been nice to have gotten a heads up first you'd be doing that" replied Chris with a small sigh. "You know before I did all this"

"Sorry, but how I was meant to know?" asked Wyatt, giving a small laugh. "It's not like you told Mel or I some little family dinner was going to be happening tonight"

"Yeah, you know what just forget about it" said Chris, with a sigh; and going and getting some empty containers from the cupboard. "I'll just put all this into them, and well it looks like I have lunches for the next week now"

"Chris, come on" said Wyatt, looking to his younger brother. "It smells amazing" he continued, and Chris looked to him. "So I'm sure I'd be wanting to take some to work with me as well"

"Yeah, whatever" replied Chris, as he leveled the last spoonful of stew into a container, and then closing that up and putting the pot into sink, looked to his older brother, and then orbed down to the basement where the freezer was to put the meals into there; and hearing then the doorbell ring, Wyatt headed to the front door to grab the pizzas he'd ordered in the hopes that Chris would at least join him in eating them; but was quickly told by his younger brother that he was going to head to the club and see what was happening there. Leaving the oldest Halliwell, alone in the manor to eat on his own, and wonder if the three of them moving in together was such a good idea after all, since at the moment all it seemed to be causing was more distance than ever between them.

End Note: I know it's a short chapter, but it is setting up firstly the evil that is lurking they don't know about yet; and also as well just at the moment how separated they are, even though they are all living under the same roof again.

Next chapter, will hopefully be up in a couple of days. Thanks again for reading, and I will catch you all again soon.

Love,
