Tuesday morning, having gone downstairs to put the coffee pot on, and have it be brewed by the time he'd be going down to eat breakfast, Wyatt then went upstairs again and headed to the bathroom to take a shower, but found the bathroom door to be locked on the one he shared with Chris.
"Chris, come on" said Wyatt, his brother having already as well being in the bathroom when he'd gone downstairs. "I'm going to be late otherwise"
"Go to the other bathroom then" came Chris's reply from the bathroom, and Wyatt gave out a frustrated sigh as he leaned against the wall of the hallway.
"Mel's in that bathroom" he replied, with a grumble. "So what I'm just meant to wait until both of you are finished and I can get into a bathroom"
"Pretty much" replied Chris, and Wyatt shook his head and glanced to the time on the clock that was on the hallway wall, and as Melinda walked out of her room, and he looked over to her.
"Hey Mel" said Wyatt, walking towards her and she looked at her older brother. "Can I use your bathroom, Chris is taking his time in the other one"
"Umm, I haven't finished in there yet" replied Melinda, looking to him with a small smile. "Still got to dry my hair" she continued, pointing to the wet hair she was currently sporting. "And that takes time"
"So, use a spell to do that" said Wyatt, and Melinda gave a laugh.
"You're telling me to do a personal gain spell on myself" she said, as Wyatt looked to her with a nod. "Just so that you are able to have a shower"
"Yeah, I am" replied Wyatt, as Melinda looked at him shaking his head. "Otherwise I am going to be late for work, and that can't happen"
"And I will be late for work also, as well if I don't finish doing my hair and also makeup" said Melinda as she went to head downstairs. "But I also have to as well put the coffee on as well"
"Coffee is already on" replied Wyatt. "I did it like three or so minutes ago"
"Oh, okay great" said Melinda, flashing a smile to him. "So I can go and finish getting ready then" she continued and went to head back to her room and the ensuite bathroom that was connected to there.
"Mel, seriously this is not cool" said Wyatt, as he watched his younger sister walked away; and with a frustrated sigh then headed back downstairs to at least first eat breakfast before he could then hopefully get ready and not be late for work.

Sitting downstairs, with twenty minutes having at least passed by; Wyatt was eating some muesli when Chris came down and looked over to him.
"You can have the bathroom now" he said, and Wyatt looked to his younger brother with a scoff.
"Gee, thanks" he replied, and Chris looked over to him. "Seriously worse than Mel is"
"What, I've been out of the bathroom for like fifteen minutes now" said Chris, with a laugh as he poured himself a cup of coffee. "I was up in my room"
"You could have let me know this" said Wyatt, looking at him as Chris placed a couple of slices of bread into the toaster. "So I was able to get ready"
"And you could have just as well waited upstairs to see when I was walked out of the bathroom" replied Chris, looking to his older brother. "Instead of throwing a tantrum about it and thinking just because you're the oldest you get to do anything you want"
"I don't think that" said Wyatt indignantly, as Melinda walked into the kitchen and gave a laugh.
"Umm, yeah you do Wyatt" she said, having heard the last part of her brother's conversation. "Just because you're the oldest of the three of us. Doesn't make you better than either of us"
"What Mel said" said Chris, with a nod as Melinda walked over to the counter and looked to the coffee pot which was now empty.
"Didn't you say you made coffee?" asked Melinda, looking over to her oldest brother.
"Uh huh" replied Wyatt, with a nod. "And I had my two cups like normal" he continued. "Chris, was the one who finished it off"
"How was I meant to know you'd be wanting coffee?" asked Chris, looking to Melinda as she punched him in the arm.
"Maybe because I have coffee every morning" replied Melinda, shaking her head as she picked the coffee pot up to make up a fresh lot of it. "And have ever since I was like seventeen"
"Well maybe Wyatt, should have thought of that when he made the pot of coffee" said Chris, looking over to him. "That there is now three people in the morning, who want coffee and not just two"
"What you two are so incapable of doing things for yourself?" jabbed Wyatt, and looking to the both of them, as Melinda having started the new pot brewing and then going and sitting at the table with a bowl of muesli also. "That you need your big brother to do stuff for you"
"I on't eed ything" said Melinda, as she ate a spoonful of muesli. "From you" she continued, as she chewed what was in her mouth. "Don't flatter yourself"
"And you wonder why Chris and I didn't want to be living with you" replied Wyatt, and Melinda glared at her older brother, as Chris dejected, "Don't bring me into this", and Melinda looked over to him with a laugh.
"If anyone was not wanting to live here in the manor with the two of you" she said. "Then it was definitely me"
"Oh believe me, I wasn't thrilled with the idea either" replied Chris, shaking his head as the backdoor leading outside from the kitchen opened, and Piper walked in.
"Morning" she said, with a smile to them and the three of them turned and looked to her.
"Yeah, right" replied Wyatt, as he stood up. "It may be morning, but it sure ain't a good one"
"Why what's wrong, honey?" asked Piper, looking to the oldest of her children as he orbed out. "Chris, Mel" she said, looking to the two younger ones in the kitchen still. "What's going on?"
"Do you really think this was a good idea, mom?" asked Chris, and Piper looked to him. "Wy, Mel and me, all living together here?"
"I do, yes" replied Piper with a nod. "Why, you don't think it is?"
"Well we'd not be saying that if we were getting a long now would we" said Melinda, as she stood up and went over to the sink and placed down her used bowl into it; and then grabbed a travel mug and pouring some coffee from the now freshly brewed pot into it.
"It just takes time" said Piper, with a small smile to her daughter. "And the three of you have never had any trouble getting along together in the past" she continued, looking quickly to Chris. "So I can't see why there would be any difference now"
"The difference compared to back then" said Melinda, with a small sigh. "Is that we're not kids anymore, but rather adults with very different lives and also personalities"
"Well yes, but not that different you're all special in so many ways" said Piper, as Melinda gave a laugh and orbed out of the kitchen.
"Great, yeah thanks Mel" said Chris, as her orbs disappeared. "I'll just clean up everyone's stuff" he continued. "It's not like I have work or anything"
"Chris, honey" said Piper, placing a hand to his arm. "Do you want me to clean up here?" she asked. "So you won't be late getting to the club?"
"No, it's fine mom" replied Chris, looking to her. "Why are you here anyway?"
"Oh, I left my cookbooks" said Piper, giving him a small smile, and Chris looked to her with a look of skeptism. "Well, it was just one actually" she continued, with a laugh. "And it's my fave one"
"Umm yeah, okay" replied Chris, with a nod. "I guess it would be where all your cookbooks normally were when you and dad were living here"
"I hope so" said Piper, with a nod also and went over to the top cupboard above the sink and opened it, grabbing out the cookbook that she'd left behind. "I want the chefs at work today, to make one of the dishes from here and when I couldn't find it last night, well I thought I was going mad"
"Yeah" said Chris, with a sigh as he walked over to the table and picked up the dishes that Wyatt had left behind on it when he'd gone upstairs to get ready. "And I just hope you're right about things getting better with Mel and Wyatt and me"
"Trust me, peanut" replied Piper, with a smile to him. "I'm sure you and your brother and sister, will get along sooner enough" she continued, with a nod. "It just takes time"
"Time, right" said Chris, with a smile to her also; and Piper left saying goodbye to that of her middle child; leaving him to clean up and then head off to work himself.
