"I'm glad you're here Annalise."
"I haven't seen you in a few years. You deserve more than a phone call. The boys are getting so big."
"They eat like grown men."
"How do you tell them apart?"
"Their eye color. Asher has a lighter blue."
"Does the baby sleep through the night yet?"
"No."
"You look exhausted."
"I am."
"Have you heard from Violet?"
"She answered my call yesterday."
"Did she ask about Aira?"
"No. I don't know what she wants."
"What do you want?"
"I want her to be happy again. I hope she gets remarried to a great guy. And I hope he accepts Aira as his own."
"She's a widow. It's not like she got knocked up by some bum off the street. You need to let her know she doesn't have to put herself down for being a single mom. Her circumstances are different from the average single mom."
"I know that. She insists that no quality man will want an instant family. She uses my abortion as an example. Violet thinks Fitz wouldn't have married me if I had the baby with Edison."
"So what happens if she remarries and gets divorced? Is she going to give her kids away?"
"I don't think so Annalise. Violet is overwhelmed. She needs more time to pull herself together."
"I know this has to be really difficult for you."
"I'm coping with my loss better. Aira sleeps in the nursery now."
"I hope Violet gets her back before she starts babbling mama."
"Violet needs to make a decison before Aira's first birthday. If she can't decide what she wants, I'm going to seek permanent guardianship. I won't let Aira be confused."
"You want Aira?"
"I want Aira and Violet to be happy."
