"Hello Fitz."

"I need you."

"You can handle it."

"Olivia I know you're mad, but I need you here."

"I'm thinking of staying here a few months. You should be settled into a routine by then."

"What?"

"Yeah, I might stay gone a year, and I'm thinking about divorce."

"Olivia have you been drinking?"

"I'm sober. I'm taking the kids when we divorce."

"You want to stay gone a year, wait until I have a routine and then take the kids from me? Have you lost your mind?"

"No, I want to stay on vacation. When I'm ready to be a mom again, I'll take the twins and Aira."

"You can stop now Olivia."

"Okay."

"Goodbye Olivia."

"Goodbye Fitz."

He disconnected the call and laughed at his pain. The boys were still coloring and Aira was next to them with her pacifier. It was quiet for a few minutes. He had to call Violet.

"Hi dad."

"How are you?"

"I'm great. I've got sun, sand and margaritas."

"When are you coming home?"

"I don't know. Maybe in a few weeks."

"When are you getting Aira?"

"I don't know. Maybe in a few years."

"You have six months Violet."

"Oh come on. I'm not going to be ready to take care of Aira in six months. I need years. I have to travel and finish grad school."

"You're mother and I will keep her while you work and go to class. You have to give up your vacations."

"I'm not ready to be a mom. You can't make me take her."

"We're going for permanent legal guardianship if you don't take her back in six months."

"No, you can't keep Aira. I'll want her back when I'm ready to be a mom."

"We're giving you a whole year to yourself. Your vacation is going to be permanent if you don't take her back in six months."

"Why are you doing this?"

"Violet, you can't have everything you want."

"Goodbye dad."
