Hey, everyone! This one, as you can probably guess from the title, focuses more on Sokka. It's an interesting point of view that I've never tried before. I hope you enjoy it! (By the way, still don't own anything.)

If one were to ask Sokka about Katara and Aang's relationship, the first thing that would have come out of his mouth is sure to be something about "oogies." As the Avatar and the Waterbender were still in the early phases of their relationship, they were constantly hugging, whispering "mushy stuff" (as Sokka put it), and…most disgusting to the warrior…kissing.

It wasn't that their kissing was steamy or anything. They preferred short, closed-mouthed pecks on the lips or cheeks. What bothered Sokka was that they kissed all the time. Not to mention they called each other "sweetie" all the time. "Sweetie" this and "sweetie" that. Yuck. Sometimes it got to the point where He didn't even want to be in the same room with them.

Katara's temper also annoyed Sokka. If he made so much as one complaint about the pair's displays of affection, she would start yelling at him as if he had lost her necklace. Not that he thought that Katara would hurt him or anything; he just hated arguing with her.

But one thing he did enjoy was Aang. The poor kid had it so bad…he was terribly awkward around Katara, and his face was always beet-red when she so much as held his hand. He stammered and stuttered all the time, which Sokka found amusing. But Aang would do absolutely anything for Katara, going to great extremes to make her happy. He truly, truly loved her, more than anything, and Sokka couldn't help but realize how perfect and right Aang was for Katara. He would never hurt her, and she knew it.

And that made her happy.

Which, although he wasn't often able to do so himself, made Sokka happy. So the next time Sokka saw Aang and Katara cuddling together, rather than making a disgusted comment about "oogies," he smiled. "I love you guys."

And though Katara was asleep, Sokka swore he saw her lips curve into a smile, as well.

"Take good care of her, buddy," he whispered to Aang. "She's special."

Aang smiled and kissed Katara's cheek, eliciting a soft sigh. "I know."

Sokka's smile grew. If Aang made Katara happy, he could have her. Because when Katara was happy, that made him happier than an all-you-can-eat buffet ever could.

Aang stroked Katara's hair. "I really love her…so much."

"I know ya do," Sokka replied. "But do me a favor, and stop with the oogies before I throw up."
