Don't own it. Anywho…

Sometimes, it was easy to forget how young Aang was.

He was two whole years younger than Katara, so, naturally, he let her lead the way. He was still a little shy around her, though they had been together for nearly ten months already.

Katara thought Aang's innocence was adorable, but sometimes she forgot that he was a bit younger than she was and he had been raised in the Southern Air Temple. He really couldn't help it.

Aang never really learned about relationships. Back before he had been frozen, he remembered, Bumi and Kuzon both had girlfriends. Of course, they both were about a year older than he was, and they didn't seem to think it was that big a deal. They never really told him anything specific, so Aang didn't have any prior experience when it came to a relationship.

So, when he and Katara were kissing rather heatedly one day, he was a little surprised when Katara's hands roamed a little low on his abdomen.

He broke the kiss and looked at her in confusion, blushing.

"Aang?" Katara asked. "What's the matter?"

"Um…n-nothin," he said. "I just—what…what was that?"

"What was what?" she questioned. "I was kissing you. Is there…something wrong?"

"No, I didn't mind the kiss, just your, um…hands?" Aang squirmed uncomfortably. "What were you…doing?"

"Oh," Katara said. They both blushed a little. "I was just doing a little…exploring. I wasn't going to do anything else. Did you…not like it?"

"No, no…I liked it, it was just…new," Aang replied.

"New?" Katara was a little confused. "Is that…bad?"

""I…I guess what I'm trying to say is, maybe it's just…going a little too fast," he said. "I mean, I don't really know what I'm doing."

"Oh, I see," she said in understanding. "I guess maybe I am going a little fast."

"Maybe we can just slow things down a little?" Aang suggested.

"That seems fair," Katara agreed. "As long as you still love me."

Aang grinned. "Always."
