A/N-I haven't had to post one of these notes in a while, but I am not immune to trolls or rather a troll. So whoever you are guest I am going to make it simple. My feelings are not hurt that you no longer read my stories, because they are all the same to you. I do find it funny that you haven't just unfollowed me since they are all the same. Seems like that would make your life and my life so much easier. I respect that I don't work for you. Find what works for you.

When you get to the SOTU Address it is a combination of the real address President Obama gave in 2012 mixed with my opinion. I am not going to debate my opinion with anyone. Again, feel free to move to another story if this one doesn't work for you.

Once the family returned to the White House they were on all cylinders. Since this was Fitz's second term he just picked up where he left off.

Olivia didn't have that luxury. She had married Fitz in the middle of his term so she never established her own platform. She had dabbed a little in Mellie's causes along with causes that she found important. Now that they were in a second term not only did the American people want to know what her platform was going to be she wanted to establish her own.

She had spent so much time making putting out fires, and making sure that Fitz got reelected that she didn't focus on herself too much. The people just wanted to see a reliable First Lady, and that is what she presented.

In addition to trying to come up with her platform she was helping her husband with his State of the Union Address. This was his first one in the second term, she knew it would be the most important one he had ever given. It had to be right so they had decided to write it together.

It left her very little time so although they had agreed that she would go to the doctor to get off birth control she had not found the time. Which was fine because Ayden was like the little engine that could. He was into everything.

If that wasn't enough Karen & Jerry had all kinds of things going on at school. Fitz was concerned that Olivia was taking on too much. One night they were working in the Oval.

Fitz looked at his tired wife, "Livvie, honey your hands are full. I know we said we would write the address together, but you are trying to put together your platform, help me, and take care of the kids. I can get a writer."

Olivia stood up pissed, "I am only going to say this to you once. I am not Mellie, and no I am not saying you think that of me I am just saying that. Right now, are my hands full yes, they are, but it won't always be this way. We only get one shot to make sure that all the blood, sweat, and tears we went through were worth it when you give your address. I was stumped when it came to how I wanted to organize my platform. Trying to decide what, when, and how I want to do things, but I have almost got everything sorted. Finally, being a wife and a mother is my most important job. Our son is a toddler he is supposed to be running around like a crazy man, and I am never going to tell the kids to slow down because it means I get very little sleep. Our children didn't ask for this life. The least we can do is allow them to live as close to normal as possible even if we have to sacrifice."

Olivia finally looked at her husband expecting a fight, but all she saw was acceptance. She changed her stance realizing he wasn't trying to start a fight. He just wanted her to be okay.

He opened his arms and she willingly went into them. He kissed her forehead, "You are right. We lose sleep, but promise me you will let Marta help you a little more with Ayden until we at least get past the address. I don't need you in the hospital because of exhaustion."

She nodded knowing her husband was right. She was about to try and apologize, but he wouldn't let her apologize. She just needed to vent, and he was the recipient of her frustration. Olivia felt bad, but having her husband hold her even after she acted like a child reminded her that he wasn't the enemy.

Olivia was in her office working on her platform. She had Ayden in her lap. He had fallen asleep.

Marta came in the office. She had come to get Ayden for lunch, but he had tired himself out.

Olivia looked up at Marta, "We were working on his letters and numbers. I rewarded him for finishing his book."

Marta smiled, "You really are a great mom."

"Just doing my job…"

"No Liv. You are the First Lady of the United States, a crisis manager, a wife, a boss, a friend, and a mother. You never fall on the job especially when it comes to being a wife and mom your two most important jobs. I am just happy that the kids have you. Just one thing…"

Olivia smiled, "What's that?"

"We want to keep it that way. So, can you look at me as your friend instead of the help so I can help more. I don't want to take your place, and the kids know you are there for them especially the teens. Just let me help you please."

Olivia sat back. She knew that she was over compensating especially when it came to the teens. After Mellie's last stunt she just wanted the kids to know that although they had four more years in the White House they were children first.

Olivia looked at Marta, "I do consider you my friend Marta although I haven't been acting like it. That stunt Mellie pulled almost destroyed the kids and Fitz, and in return that almost destroyed me. I don't want to admit that she got under my skin. Ever since then I am just been trying to make sure the children knew I was there. That they know their life is not going to be ripped away from them at a moment's notice."

Marta nodded, "I understand…"

"Thank you Marta…"

"That is what friends are for."

For the rest of the week Olivia let Marta take care of Ayden. This allowed her the time she needed to get her platform in order. Olivia was going to roll out her platform in four phases, and the final phase would also include how she planned to continue to help the American people once the couple left office.

Fitz & Olivia had talked at great lengths. While working on his address they decided their causes would piggyback off each other. It was all about the wording.

For once Olivia felt like things were coming together for them. She had even scheduled to meet with the doctor so she could get off birth control, but before that could happen life happened.

It was two weeks before the State of the Union Address was to be given, and in the middle of the night the couple's door open.

Ayden climbed in the bed. Olivia was knocked out. Fitz had not been in bed long.

He quietly picked his son up who was warm but also wheezing.

Fitz whispered, "What's wrong buddy?"

"Me don't feel good daddy. Chest hurt…"

For the next couple of hours Fitz laid in the bed with Ayden, but it was clear he was struggling to breath. It had not been the first time. It seemed whenever he had a cold it was worse. His doctor had told them that if he got sick again, and was struggling to breathe then it confirmed her suspicion that Ayden had asthma.

He knew that Olivia wouldn't like that, but they were prepared. Fitz had given Ayden a treatment which helped him some. Fitz called the doctor who was walking in the door as Olivia walked in the room to find out what was going on.

She knew her husband had been gone for some time, because the sheets were cold. Her suspicion was confirmed when she saw the doctor walking in her son's room.

When Fitz saw, her he gave her a look that he had it under control. He kissed her forehead and said, "You needed to rest."

She said, "You are the President of the United States…"

He looked her in the eyes, "Yes that is my job, but I am a husband and a father first like you are a wife and mother. Our son is sick. I took care of him so you could rest and be there for him. I'll stay with him while you go get the other two going, and you get ready for the day."

Olivia wanted to argue with him, but she knew that she would lose. In his eyes, he had many sleepless nights taking care of the country. He was fine having one taking care of his child.

Olivia went and got Karen & Jerry up. She made them a quick breakfast.

Both were concerned about their brother.

Karen asked, "What are the doctors going to do for Ayden mom?"

Olivia smiled at her daughter, "Your dad has been with him during the night so right now she is trying to determine what is going on other than asthma. I am worried too, but he is going to be fine. He was very comfortable in daddy's arms. You know when he is sick he likes to be held by one of us. Dad took the night. I'll take the day, and when you get home from school you know he will gladly climb in your arms."

Jerry nodded, "I'll be home right after school…"

Olivia asked, "Don't you have practice?"

"No, it is not mandatory practice so I'll be home."

She knew she would lose with the kids. Since it was not anything mandatory she was willing to let it go.

Once the kids were gone she showered, and went back to Ayden's room. He had his little cow nebulizer machine going. He looked so pitiful. His skin look so pale.

Fitz smiled at his wife, "He has pneumonia which is as bating his asthma. He needs a treatment every four hours, and she is prescribing medicines that will be sent over to the Residence within the hour that we need to give him."

Olivia nodded. She went over to her husband and kissed him.

"Go shower and take a nap. You did not have anything pressing until one so I had Lauren move your calendar around so catch a nap please."

"I will. Thank you. I love you…"

"Love you more…"

Two days later the couple found themselves in the hospital. Olivia called the doctor who had escorted them to the hospital when Ayden began struggling to breath even after his treatments.

Olivia had completely broken down. Fitz had to step up and be the strong one. He spoke short and quick after they determined that he had walking pneumonia. Although he looked so fragile with all needles and lines running through him the medicines were working.

The doctor looked at the worried couple, "He is on the mend. The cough medicine we are giving him has something to help him sleep. Something he hasn't done well the last two days so he could use it which will help him get better faster. "

The couple were very relieved. The country was wishing the couple well.

Just when things were beginning to get normal with Ayden their world came come to a scratching halt again 36 hours later.

The kids were out of school for the next two days due a teacher's workday. Karen had been complaining of a stomach ache. She had been having trouble keeping things down, and the couple were scared she might be coming down with the flu.

They had been taking turns going back and forth to the hospital, and staying at the Residence and working from home while taking care of Karen.

It was Olivia's turn to stay home. Due to Ayden being sick she had to postpone her speech revealing her platform so she had recorded an abbreviated version of her speech, and posted it on her Twitter and Facebook account revealing Phase One. She apologized but promised as soon as Ayden was better she would be out making visits to promote her platform.

She was in the middle of reviewing the list of groups she could visit when she heard a blood curdling scream from Karen.

She ran to her room to find her in her bathroom throwing up blood.

Luckily the agents heard her scream so they came running with Olivia. One of the agents made a call, and it seemed like within minutes they were in the air to the hospital.

The next hour was a whirlwind, and Olivia was almost to her breaking point. She now had two of her three children in the hospital.

She didn't give a damn about being the First Lady. Fitz understood because he was just as fragile as Olivia who was holding onto him for dear life.

She looked at her husband, "I can't lose her. She is just as important to me as Ayden. Is it me? Am I a bad mom?"

"You are the best mom in the world. Unfortunately, right now we are dealing with two sick children, but I don't ever want to hear you question yourself again. None of us are complete without you."

"He is right mom. Please don't ever say that again. That hurts to hear and Karen would be crushed if she heard you."

Olivia just nodded. She opened her arms and held onto Jerry for dear life. Considering all that was going on he didn't complain. He was feeling a little unsettled with both his brother and sister in the hospital at the same time.

A short time later Karen's doctor came out.

"I know you all were concerned that Karen might have the flu or a stomach virus. Neither of those issues is what is ailing Karen. Her gall bladder has ruptured and it needs to be removed. We do have her comfortable, but we need to remove it soon so I came to get your permission. Also, she has been begging us to see her mom."

The three of them felt relieved knowing that ultimately, she would be okay. Fitz & Jerry also inwardly smiled knowing that Karen was begging for Olivia. It was the assurance she needed to hear from Karen without words that she was a good mom.

Fitz kissed her forehead, "I'll take care of the paperwork while you go take care of our daughter. Then we'll head to check on Ayden. Let Karen know we will see her after surgery."

Olivia nodded

She walked in Karen's hospital room, and she was relieved to see that she didn't look to be in a whole lot of pain.

Karen saw her and immediately broke down.

Olivia went over, and carefully climbed in the bed and held her daughter. She sang to her until she calmed down.

Once she was calm Olivia said, "The doctors are going to fix you up, and we will be right here when you walk up."

"Do you promise you and daddy will be here?"

"We are not going anywhere. Your dad released a statement giving a brief explanation why you were here. He is going to let the doctors explain in detail like they later did with Ayden.

"Ok mommy…"

Olivia held her until the doctor came.

Before Olivia walked out the door Karen called her. Olivia turned around.

Karen said, "I am sorry for scaring you today, but I am glad that you were with me. I am glad that I have you as my mom. I love you."

Olivia kissed her forehead as they took her out the room, "Love you more…

Karen's surgery went fine with no complications, and as promised when she woke up her parents were right by her side.

For the next three days, the couple & Jerry spent their time nursing the pair back to health. Since both required agents, it was easy to get the hospital to put them on a floor together in rooms side by side so they didn't have to run all over the hospitals.

Both children's doctors kept the country up to date on their recovery. The couple released one statement thanking them for their support.

Finally, both were ready to be released. Karen would need to stay home and recover from her surgery for another 2-3 three weeks.

Ayden had pretty much fully recovered. He had one inhaler that he would use daily, and another in the event of an emergency. All that mattered was they had their bouncing, healthy, baby back.

There was a brief press conference that the kids agreed to. They wanted their parents to be seen as the great parents they were. It has been hard on them, but they had taken care of the two of them while not missing Jerry's competition although he was okay with it.

The day before the adress Fitz sat Olivia down, and after a small fight she finally admitted that while she was planning to attend the State of the Union address because it was the proper thing to do she was not comfortable leaving the children in the care of a nanny and a nurse.

Fitz was simply going to release a simple statement, but Olivia insisted on making a video that she would post on the White House website, and have her team leak to the media.

After putting herself together she sat down to record her video.

The video said:

Good Evening Everyone. I want to start by thanking not just our nation, but everyone around the world that has sent their well wishes during this difficult time for our family. For those of you who are parent's I am sure you understand the agony that we went through as we watched our son get sick, and that only got worse when our daughter fell ill. We are grateful to have them both home, and both are them are still recovering. Ayden is still building his immune system back up, and Karen is still recovering from surgery. In less than 24 hours our President, my husband, and the father of my children is set to give a speech that important to this country. A speech that it is customary to have his wife by his side, and that was my original plan. However, my wonderful husband knew that my heart would not be there. As much as it is expected for me to be there I am announcing that tomorrow night I will not be at the State of the Union Address. I understand that this decision will not be supported by all, but I learned over the last couple of weeks that things can change in an instant. For that reason, in good conscious I need to be home with my children tomorrow. It is not an issue of trust. It is that my children need their parents. This country needs their President focused, and we have decided that the only way to do that is for me to remain close to the children. Again, thank you for your thoughts and prayers. In a couple of weeks, you will see me all over the country, and I look forward to connecting once again with the American people. Thank you and God bless America.

Since they were not the conventional First Family they decided they would shake things up a bit. Olivia had decided that the children's causes would be part of her platform. So she released a short video that the kids has put together before Karen got sick.

The next night Fitz was about ready to give the address when Olivia walked out the closet with his tie.

He smiled at her. She could tell that he was a little nervous especially because he was going alone.

Olivia kissed him before fixing his tie. "You got this…"

"I know…"

"Then why are you so nervous?"

"We worked so hard for this, and I thought you would be by my side. We made the right decision. I don't regret for one second making the call for you to stay home. It is just a lot of pressure."

Olivia nodded, "Being President is a lot of pressure, but you are the right man for the job. The man I voted for. More importantly you are the man I love. My husband and father of my children. You are a survivor, and that is what they get to see tonight. You go show them who you are, and then you come home to us. I love you so much Fitz, and I know you have had to hold me up lately. Thank you."

"I love you too baby. I am just glad I could be there for you. We were there for each other. We need to get away for the weekend with the kids."

"We'll figure it out."

They shared a passionate kiss before he finally pulled away. He now felt ready to give to his first SOTU address of his second term.

A short time later:

THE PRESIDENT: Mr. Speaker, Mr. Vice President, members of Congress, distinguished guests, and fellow Americans:

For the first time in nine years, there are no Americans fighting in Iraq. (Applause)

While we have far to go, we have come so far. The country not only accepted me as a divorced President, but accepted the First Lady & I even more. The country could look beyond color, and see that I was just a man in love with an incredible woman. My wife & I are on several missions over the next four years, but the one that is most important to us is education. We are a country that leads the world in educating its people. An America that attracts a new generation of high-tech manufacturing and high-paying jobs. A future where we're in control of our own energy, and our security and prosperity aren't so tied to unstable parts of the world. An economy built to last, where hard work pays off, and responsibility is rewarded.

Our country is still divided. We still go into too many cities where they are divided by their wealth and social status. We can either settle for a country where a shrinking number of people do well while a growing number of Americans barely get by, or we can restore an economy where everyone gets a fair shot, and everyone does their fair share, and everyone plays by the same set of rules. (Applause.) What's at stake aren't Democratic values or Republican values, but American values.

In the last four years, businesses have created more than 12 million jobs. (Applause.)

Tonight, my message to business leaders is simple: Ask yourselves what you can do to bring jobs back to your country, and your country will do everything we can to help you succeed. (Applause.)

Jackie Bray is a single mom from North Carolina who was laid off from her job as a mechanic. Then Siemens opened a gas turbine factory in Charlotte, and formed a partnership with Central Piedmont Community College. The company helped the college design courses in laser and robotics training. It paid Jackie's tuition, then hired her to help operate their plant.

I want every American looking for work to have the same opportunity as Jackie did. Join me in a national commitment to train 2 million Americans with skills that will lead directly to a job. (Applause.)

We must stop fighting with one another. Doing the right thing is not a Democratic thing or a Republican thing it is a moral decision. I am all for making this world a better place, but let's start with our country. We have more than 50,000 veterans without a job. A number that I find unacceptable considering they put their lives on the line for us.

And I want to cut through the maze of confusing training programs, so that from now on, people like Jackie have one program, one website, and one place to go for all the information and help that they need. It is time to turn our unemployment system into a reemployment system that puts people to work. (Applause.)

We have too many challenges in education. We should not have teachers running from one state to another for better pay. Our teachers and our children deserve better. If that is not sad enough we have states that are laying off teachers. How are we comfortable with putting our children's futures in jeopardy?

At a time when other countries are doubling down on education, tight budgets have forced states to lay off thousands of teachers. We know a good teacher can increase the lifetime income of a classroom by over $250,000. A great teacher can offer an escape from poverty to the child who dreams beyond his circumstance. Every person in this chamber can point to a teacher who changed the trajectory of their lives. Most teachers work tirelessly, with modest pay, sometimes digging into their own pocket for school supplies - just to make a difference.

We need to work together for the sake of our children's future. It starts in the home, but what happens in the classroom will shape their minds for years to come.

When kids do graduate, the most daunting challenge can be the cost of college

Extend the tuition tax credit we started that saves millions of middle-class families thousands of dollars, and give more young people the chance to earn their way through college by doubling the number of work-study jobs in the next five years. In some states, they have begun to provide one year of free education, and that is an excellent start. We need more. All states should provide at least one year of free education for those who qualify at their location community college, but I would like that to be eventually two years. It would give students more incentive to want to transfer on to a major university to get their Bachelor's, because they will have less debt. (Applause.)

Recently, I spoke with a group of college presidents who've done just that. Some schools redesign courses to help students finish more quickly. Some use better technology. The point is, it's possible.

Let's also remember that hundreds of thousands of talented, hardworking students in this country face another challenge: the fact that they aren't yet American citizens. Many were brought here as small children, are American through and through, yet they live every day with the threat of deportation. Others came more recently, to study business and science and engineering, but as soon as they get their degree, we send them home to invent new products and create new jobs somewhere else.

That doesn't make sense.

But if election-year politics keeps Congress from acting on a comprehensive plan, let's at least agree to stop expelling responsible young people who want to staff our labs, start new businesses, defend this country. Send me a law that gives them the chance to earn their citizenship. Stop talking about building a wall to prevent them front coming in, but building a bridge that allows them to follow the law, and I will sign it right away. (Applause.)

You see, an economy built to last is one where we encourage the talent and ingenuity of every person in this country. That means women should earn equal pay for equal work. (Applause.) It means we should support everyone who's willing to work, and every risk-taker and entrepreneur who aspires to become the next Steve Jobs.

We might say that we live in a male dominated world, but the truth is that women run the world. Not a single man would be here without a woman. While we might look to men to toughen us up we learn how to love, be patient, kind, and understanding. That alone should show us there is nothing a woman can't do. It is why I have supported the military allowing women to serve in any combat roles.

There's never been a better time to build, especially since the construction industry was one of the hardest hit when the housing bubble burst. Of course, construction workers weren't the only ones who were hurt. So were millions of innocent Americans who've seen their home values decline. And while government can't fix the problem on its own, responsible homeowners shouldn't have to sit and wait for the housing market to hit bottom to get some relief.

And that's why I'm sending this Congress a plan that gives every responsible homeowner the chance to save about $3,000 a year on their mortgage, by refinancing at historically low rates. (Applause.) No more red tape. No more runaround from the banks. A small fee on the largest financial institutions will ensure that it won't add to the deficit and will give those banks that were rescued by taxpayers a chance to repay a deficit of trust. (Applause.)

I've approved fewer regulations in the first three years of my presidency than my Republican predecessor did in his. (Applause.) I've ordered every federal agency to eliminate rules that don't make sense. We've already announced over 500 reforms, and just a fraction of them will save business and citizens more than $10 billion over the next five years. We got rid of one rule from 40 years ago, that could have forced some dairy farmers to spend $10,000 a year proving that they could contain a spill - because milk was somehow classified as an oil. With a rule like that, I guess it was worth crying over spilled milk. (Laughter and applause.)

When it comes to the deficit, we've already agreed to more than $2 trillion in cuts and savings. But we need to do more, and that means making choices. Right now, we're poised to spend nearly $1 trillion more on what was supposed to be a temporary tax break for the wealthiest 2 percent of Americans. Right now, because of loopholes and shelters in the tax code, a quarter of all millionaires pay lower tax rates than millions of middle-class households. Right now, Warren Buffett pays a lower tax rate than his secretary.

Does it not bother American that we have families waking up in the morning wondering where their next meal is going to come from? Families struggling to put clothes on their back, and find a warm place to sleep when the wealthy have homes sometimes that can fit two or three families in addition to their own. We must do better as a nation.

Some of what's broken has to do with the way Congress does its business these days. A simple majority is no longer enough to get anything -– even routine business –- passed through the Senate. (Applause.) Neither party has been blameless in these tactics. Now both parties should put an end to it. (Applause

I believe what Republican Abraham Lincoln believed: That government should do for people only what they cannot do better by themselves, and no more.

The point is, we should all want a smarter, more effective government. And while we may not be able to bridge our biggest philosophical differences this year, we can make real progress. With or without this Congress, I will keep taking actions that help the economy grow. But I can do a whole lot more with your help. Because when we act together, there's nothing the United States of America can't achieve. (Applause.) That's the lesson we've learned from our actions abroad over the last few years.

With the bipartisan support of this Congress, we're providing new tax credits to companies that hire vets. My wife has worked with American businesses to secure a pledge of 135,000 jobs for veterans and their families, and that is just the beginning of her plan.

One of my proudest possessions is the flag that the SEAL Team took with them on the mission to get bin Laden. On it are each of their names. Some may be Democrats. Some may be Republicans. But that doesn't matter. Just like it didn't matter that day in the Situation Room, when I sat next to Bob Gates - a man who was George Bush's defense secretary - and Sally Langston - a woman who ran against me for president before becoming my Vice-President.

So it is with America. Each time I look at that flag, I'm reminded that our destiny is stitched together like those 50 stars and those 13 stripes. No one built this country on their own. We need to stop looking at sex, race, creed, and sexual orientation. Rather look at the person in front of you, and appreciate their differences. It is what makes the world go around. How boring would life be if we were all the same. We all have something to offer. Let's work together to make this country a better place. Lift each other up instead of tearing each other down, and fighting to do what is right for your fellow man.

Thank you, God bless you, and God bless the United States of America. (Applause.)

Fitz made his usual rounds before being led out. He was ready to be back in the arms of his wife and children. This had been a trying time for their family, but they had pulled together and survived.

Being President already took up a lot of his time, but getting ready for the SOTU took even more time. He was ready to try and get back on a schedule again especially to free Olivia up. He knew she loved being a mom, but she was a working woman. She needed that part of her life to thrive, and he promised himself he would make sure that happened.

The door opened to let him into the limo. He got in and was surprised to see none other than his wife and children.

They all yelled, "Surprise…"

Fitz smiled, "What are you guys doing here?"

Olivia smiled, "Well we could all use some air. The doctor was okay with Karen coming out for a short time so I thought I would arrange for us to have dinner. We missed you, and were hoping you might have missed us a little."

Fitz looked at them, "I missed you more than a little."

The limo headed over to Texas de Brazil where they would be having dinner. She had heard rave reviews about the restaurant. She wanted something good but simple, and loved the restaurant set up. You could enjoy 50-60 items that ranged from appetizers, gourmet vegetables, soups, and salads. Once you were done you turned the card at the table green, and a variety of lamb, pork, chicken, beef, and Brazilian sausage comes out as well as house baked cheese bread.

Olivia sat back and watched the kids hang onto their dad. Sure, she missed her husband, but there was nothing sexier than seeing him be daddy. More importantly seeing him just be Fitz the man not Fitz the President.

The family enjoyed dinner. Everyone was tired and ready to call it a night.

When they got back to the Residence Fitz went and fixed a candle lit bath for Olivia.

He undressed her and put her in the bath, "Relax, I'll make sure the kids are okay."

Olivia tried to protest, "Babe, I know you are exhausted."

"We both are, but you more than me. Being a First Lady, mom, wife, and nurse is a lot. I gave a speech. I'll be back in a minute."

She was tired so she got in the bath, and could not be more grateful for her husband.

Fitz checked on Jerry who was working on a report. "Son, do you need anything more I head to bed?"

"No dad. Just working on an assignment before bed."

"Okay, don't stay up too late. I love you son. Thank you for helping your mom and I with your brother and sister."

"Love you too dad. I'll always be here for family."

He grabbed Karen's last dosage of medicine and headed into her room. She had changed into her pajamas and climbed in bed.

Fitz knocked and came in, "Hey honey. I am bringing your meds and wanted to check your stiches."

Karen nodded, "Is mom okay?"

"Yes, just a little tired..."

"I know I feel bad."

"Don't all that matters is you getting better."

Karen nodded, "Thank you daddy for always taking such good care of us. I know I was out of it before surgery, but I meant what I said. I have the best parents ever…"

Fitz kissed her forehead after checking on her and giving her meds, "Well we have the best kids ever…"

Finally, Fitz walked into Ayden's room. He was finishing his neb treatment. Fitz could tell he was two seconds from being knocked out.

Fitz put the machine up, and put his son in bed.

Ayden kissed his daddy's cheek. "I love you daddy. I miss you."

"I miss you more son. How about daddy take the weekend off so we can all spend some time together."

Ayden nodded slowly, "Yes please daddy…"

A few minutes later he was out.

Fitz made it back to their room. Olivia was still in the bathroom.

He walked in to check on her.

"I figured you would be coming in soon so I warmed up the water. Join me…"

The couple enjoyed a quiet bath together. He took care of his wife. She didn't lift an inch. He dried, lotioned, and dressed her before putting her in bed. Then he took care of himself.

As much as both wanted to make love they were both too exhausted to carry the act out.

They were cuddled in bed about to fall asleep when Fitz whispered, "I know we have been through a lot lately with the kids, but tonight all I could think about was having more. A little bit of pain and scared times does not equal the amount of joy they bring me rather us."

Olivia looked at her husband before kissing his forehead several times before saying, "Good, because I want that too which is why I am seeing the doctor in the morning."

Fitz pulled her closer before they both drifted off to sleep dreaming of Olivia being pregnant again.

A/N-I hope you enjoyed. I know that I was very vague about Olivia's platform. It will be revealed in time. Her platform will be more aggressive than in other stories.

Until next time.
