The drive tot the wedding was something that all the couples dreaded. Not only did Buttercup leave the dinner, she left Miami. Butch was broken, angry , manipulated and all-around pissed. He wasn't himself and Blossom knew it. She somehow knew what Buttercup truly meant to him. She tried to place the pieces of the twisted puzzle together but she didn't know what the picture looked like originally. It killed her a little inside but not as much as Butch.

As they exited the limo to be attacked my paparazzi onto the red carpet, Buttercup was waiting. Millions of questions popped into everyone's head but she stuck t Butch's side. She discreetly whispered in his ear.

"I stay close to you and take picture and pretend to be happy. This changes nothing"

"If you're so rebellious why follow orders?" She said nothing as she posed for the picture. "Hypocrite" He frowned at her before walking away, letting Buttercup to pose for herself.

Brick and Blossom were posing for fabulous pictures while having mini interviews and booking even bigger ones. "So where's the ring?" Blossom looked at the reporter stunned. Such a blunt question that she had no idea how to answer.

'The ring is..." She looked to Brick to answer.

"It's a family heirloom and I'm having it altered. It's gorgeous and it will be on her finger shortly. I'll be sure to give you an exclusive." With that Brick was quick to pull Blossom away. They continued to walk and smile with poses , trying to quickly reach the entrance. On the way there Blossom couldn't help but wonder, where was her ring? She and Brick had gotten closer but she had nothing to show for it so what it all fake? Was it real what she was feeling and what he was expressing? She looked to him while he was smiling to a camera. Those questions ran through her mind and a flash of doubt ran through her. It settled when she walked though the entrance to see Brent.

Everyone sat at the chairs laid out, waiting for the brides and grooms arrival. Of course Buttercup was keeping her distance from Butch. It killed him on the inside but he wouldn't dare show any emotions. After the dinner, blossom did everything in her power to get Butch to tell her what was going on but he couldn't. Every time she brought it up he died a little more inside but he held it all in. He had to. For the sake of others. But her being here now only proves to him that this roots to something deeper than what's on the surface. He wasn't letting her leave him so easily and he was willing to do anything to prove it.

The whole ensemble of a true wedding was not needed since the deed was done. Thankfully. But that didn't mean the brides wouldn't try to out-do each other at the reception. The colors were simple and well planned out, even though there were two separate party planners they somehow collaborated. It was the typical beach wedding with a slight twist. The Jojo's sat on one side while the Utonium's sat on the other, reminding Blossom that regardless of her marriage there will always be a division because they were just different people. Was Brick faking it all? Does he truly love me? She turned to look at him on the other side but got distracted when Brent came into view. The fact that he was here alarmed Blossom. Her family didn't know about him so ow did he get in? Did he break in? She stared at him for a while, catching the view of Brick.

He watched her watch Brent and he made him want o pounce on Brent. He had her trust and loyalty but Brick still hasn't gotten there yet. He wonders why. Why can't this be easy? The answer came to him as easily as a cold. Love is never is but fighting for it is worthy. Brick noticed Blossom turn to him and he gave her a quick wink before facing forward. She was everything and more to him. She possessed all the qualities that Brick loved in a woman and that's what she is. A woman. A strong independent intelligent gifted woman who will be his and only his.

Everyone turned as the groom came down the aisle and into place. Blossom looked at her father, a face that she hadn't seen in months. She had the urge to jump up and kick his ass again but put the rage away. Not here. Not now. Later.

Butch watched the man with such rage. Since the moment Butch became of age, his father ruin his life before it even started. Exposure to such cruel stuff at such a young age has a great toll on a person. A toll that butch deals with everyday. A toll that he faced to get to someone he truly cares about but for it to push him down in the process. His father won't win. Buttercup will realize the truth. Butch loves her.

Bubbles watched the brides coming down the isles, admiring the dresses the help design. The creamy emerald in Sedurita's dress almost made her want to hurl though. Not in a hideous way but she felt sick. She held it in and leans back into her chair. Others around her looked at her in curiosity but she didn't dare ruin this moment. She knew that is she did, she would pay for it later...

Boomer's deal went through with ease and this trip to Miami was a success. He watched his step-mom walk down the aisle in an eye-drawing dress. Once she walked out of his view, his eye found Bubbles. She looked sickly but he couldn't care move. She did say she felt quite ill though the day. I reminded her about her time of the month coming up but she quickly dismissed the conversation. I watched her carefully before the sound of the minister drew my attention back to the front.

Buttercup sat there dying. She didn't want this life anymore. She was tired of crying and pretending nothing is wrong. She is tired of having to deal with the most abnormal situations. She's been in this lifestyle so long and seen so much. How much more can she take? What's next for her? What's another alternative to getting out? She thought of another life for herself and wasn't shocked to see Butch in it. She cares for him tremendously but he would have to meet her halfway in this situation. She believed her could do it but the question was would he..?

The reception was the real show. Everyone was socializing while the brides and grooms took a light break. Blossom was on a mission to see why Brent was here. She quickly made her way to the table where he was sitting. He didn't move when she sat next to him. He wanted her to feel unacknowledged. "You know these tables are specifically arranged. You will soon be found out" She wanted to sooth him so she could get the information needed and make her way back to Brick without problem.

'What if I was invited?" His voice was calm but blossom could tell something was off about him.

"Then that's a bad thing. No one but Brick, Butch and Buttercup should know about you! Aren't you concerned?"

"No because I snuck in. It's fine, calm down. I'm skilled not stupid. I have this under control."

"So you're here on ...?"

"I'm here because I want to be. I work all the time, give me a break. Plus this is a moment for us to bond or something like that. I know you are a very busy woman. Standing behind Brick and waiting for his every move is a killer job." Blossom was taking back by his comment and how his voice quickly changed.

"You know our relationship is nothing like that"

"Oh so it's a relationship. Cute" He took a sip of his wine. Looking around, avoiding her eyes though this whole conversation.

Blossom looked at him with an emotionless face but she realized his intentions. "I think you should leave."

"They don't keep you around to think. You follow this family on your hands and knees. You put on the outfits they assign, you handle their missions and dirty work. Meanwhile, you say nothing! You even fell for someone who cares NOTHING for you but I DO. I've always been in the shadows but I want you. I'm not going to play second best anymore. I want you." Blossom's eyes widen as Brent confessed to her. The words rang through her mind and she struggled with a response. Brent was now turned to her along with a few other wondering ears. "Tell me you've never wanted me but felt that I was out of reach. I know it's true but now is our time to be together. Leave can't give you what I can. And that's love. I love you." Blossom was just staring at Brent, not knowing that to say. Brent's eyes were focused into Blossom's not looking anywhere else. He waited for a response, just knowing he would hear what he wanted to hear.

He had just professed his love for her. Her first. "Brent, I've always wanted you for as long as I could remember and I love you too but I'm not in love with you nor can we be together. I'm not right for you. My heart belongs to someone else." Her voice was soft and gentle. She didn't want to break him, she tried handling it to him gently but that wasn't working.

"AFTER ALL I DO FOR YOU! IT'S NOT FOR JUSTICE OR ANY SORT OF PERSONA GAIN. IT IS FOR YOU. I CAME TODAY BECAUSE I CANT SEE YOU WRAPPED AROUND HIS ARM ANY LONGER! I LOVE YOU AND I WILL BE WITH YOU!" Brent stood up in anger. Speaking with his hands, the guards sense this as some sort of attack on Blossom and attacked him. Brent fought them off with ease. Tears came to Blossom's eyes as she watched the scene in front of her unfold. She noticed Brick somehow get involved but couldn't see through the tears. She was breaking his heart but it felt as though she was breaking her own. She was finally letting him go in this moment. Blossom quickly blinked away the tears that dared to fall, as she saw Brick and Brent coming together in an altercation.

"STOP IT!" She pulled them apart with slight difficulty, which angered her. Brick's lips was busted and Brent had a black eye and a bleeding nose. "Get a hold of yourself! YOU'RE CAUSING A SCENE!" Once she yelled out they stopped to look at her, both coming to comfort her at once. She held my arms out in protest.

"Why are you moving towards her? She's MINE!" Brick stared at Brent with such intensity and possessiveness.

"You don't know what's good for her. YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW HER!"

"Yeah well I've gotten closer than you have!" His love for Blossom couldn't be described in this moment and it didn't have to be. She knew the truth just as well as he did.

"BRENT BRICK STOP!" She slapped the both of them, causing them to turn to look to her. "Brent listen, I'm flattered by your confession and I would have accepted it years ago but now? I can't. I'm in love with someone else but you will ALWAYS have a special pace in my heart." Blossom slowly moved closer to Brick while talking. Brent's raged flared.

"I DON'T WANT A SPECIAL PACE IN YOUR HEART I WANT YOUR HEART!"

"You can't have it. It's not yours to have." Blossom then realized this was her goodbye to him. She slowly moved from Brick to Brent. She wrapped her arms around his shoulders and pulled him into a hug which he gladly returned. "It kills me to do this but I'm sorry. This is not you. I want you to gather yourself and find a girl the deserves you. You are worth it." I pulled away and kissed him on the lips. Quickly pulling away and looking into his eyes. "This is goodbye, Brent. I'm sorry" The tears that she once blinked away were back with a vengeance. They slid down her flawless face with ease as she watched Brent walk away with slumped shoulders and silent tears. Blossom stood there watching him go and others around her moved on like nothing happened. Brick stood there waiting for her to turn around back into his arms. Instead she turned and ran away leaving behind a trail of tears.

Minutes after the altercation that had everyone talking, the couples of the evening came out in stunning outfits. The whole crowd ooh-ed and ahh-ed. They dispersed within the crowd to say their 'hello's' and 'thank you for coming'. While trying to outshine each other, they messed the situation at hand. It was slipping in-between their fingers and nothing could be done about it.

Buttercup ws doing everything to avoid her parents. In the task of doing so she dumped directly into Butch. There was a longing silence between them. Neither one of them daring to say anything to the other. That was before buttercup heard her parents moving closer. She instinctively grabbed Butch's hand and moved further away through the thick crowd. Butch felt he heat from her touch but said nothing as they weaved through the crowd. Once they reached a certain pint, Buttercup dropped his hand and began to walk away. As if she didn't feel what he felt. It was there. It was undeniable. He grabbed her wrist and pulled her to him. Chest to chest. She looked up to him, trying to hold in all emotion but being so close to him was making her cave in. She fought against him but that only made him hold her tighter. She loved it but she hated it. "Can you loosen up a bit?"

"No because I never want to let you go. Never" He was looking directly into her eyes as he spoke. Almost as though he was peering into her soul.

"And why is that?" She shocked herself by responding. She didn't mean to, it just came out. An automatic response that she didn't think through yet she waited on his response.

"Because, I love you"

Brick quickly went after Blossom after she didn't run back to him. She was crying. Of all the things he's seen this girl go through, she's crying at something like this. This goes to show that she can handle anything but when it comes to her heart, she tries to keep it out. She too weak. She's never had to use her heart in any time of situation, except for now. The tears silently running down Blossom's face brought pain to Brick. He wanted to go kick Brent's ass but he knew that wouldn't stop her from crying. So he wrapped his arms around her. At first she didn't respond as she lay against him awkwardly but eventually she held him back. Letting her tears mixed with makeup stain his shirt.

Blossom was letting it all out. All the emotions she felt. This was a release, something she wasn't taught at school. She held onto Brick tighter as she realized it was him and not Butch based on his scent. After what seemed like hours of crying, she stopped. Just as easily as she started, she stopped and looked away to get herself together. As she was wiping her face, in search of a bathroom to fix her make-up Brick placed a finger under her chin and brought her eyes to his. "You don't have to hide yourself from me when you're vulnerable."

"I don't like being weak." Her voice was so broken and gentle. She hated it.

"Weak? Blossom that was the strongest thing I've seen you do. And don't let anyone tell you differently" She slightly smiled at this and that made Brick smile.

"I don't know what made him want to do that" Blossom moved closer to brick and leaned against his chest.

"Love makes you do crazy things."

"Have you done anything crazy for love?"

"I'm afraid that I will soon"

"We all would like to thank each and every one of you for coming to Miami to help celebrate the renewal of our vows and sharing something so precious and special with us." Maurice was speaking out aloud, captivating everyone with voice and how young he looked. His arm was gladly wrapped around Rosaline's wist but he face would tell you differently.

"Yes we couldn't be mor thankful. Also we would like to thank the people who made this happen. Our planners had to deal with two women so you can imagine how that went." A few laughs rang through the crowd and John made the joke, holding hands with Sedurita

"Thank you again and I hope that our marriage will only be a template for yours and years to come" Maurice looked into Rosaline's eyes as he spoke. To others it looked loving and sweet but Rosaline knew the truth behind the look. Manipulative and deceiving.

"Now Maurice, who would want a marriage like yours? Do you see the way Rosaline is looking at you? Looks like someone will be in the dog-house during their little vacation." More laughs rang as John gave a small smirk to Maurice.

"Like you are now?" There was dead silence as everyone realized they weren't poking fun anymore. This was family versus family.

"You know nothing that goes on in my household, as you are too busy caring for your own!" John was jabbing both Maurice and Rosaline with that one. He released Sedurita's hand as he slightly stepped closer to Maurice.

"Can you two not right now?!" Rosaline's voice caught everyone's attention in surprise. The guys stopped bickering for a moment but they bother knew this wasn't over. Yet it was just beginning.

Boomer stood on a table and held up a glass, "To many years and good health". A ring of 'Cheers' when around the room and Boomer sent his father a quick wink before stepping down from the table.

"Makes me proud to see one of my children have loyalty to their family" John's comment was meant for only Sedurita's ear but Butch heard it as he was coming to congratulate him.

"What the fuck is that suppose to mean?!" Butch was tired of sticking his neck out for a family that did nothing but step on his toes!

"You're an untrustworthy, unfaithful child."

"Of course I am BECAUSE NOTHING IS GOOD FOR YOU!" Butch was letting this man get a rise out of him. Drawing in back in, when Butch was so far out. He turned and looked his father directly in his eyes. "You are not a man. You are nothing, not only to me but to others around you. I will no longer allow you to control me. I disown this family for it has done nothing for me. Family means NOTHING to me. You have ruined everything for me but I will allow it no longer. This shit is for the birds!" Butch began to walk away but he had something else to say. He turned around. "I suggest you change and you change fast or you will lose EVERYTHING. Your children, that bitch on your arm you call a wife, along with your money. If you're not careful you might lose your life. Gone, with a capital G. You are a corrupt, sickening person that will be destroyed. Sorry but I'm not sticking around to watch." Butch turned on his heels in search of wasn't listening to John's response for it meant nothing to him but he did hear one thing.

"You can't get out THAT easily. It's never that easy. You wanna leave? GO. Don't come back when you need help."The words, for some reason, rang though his mind. Butch searched a little faster. He was ready to get the hell out of here.

The brides were lined side to side, their back to the crowd of women waiting to grab the bouquet they were going to throw back. Buttercup sat at a near-by table, watching the desperate women nearly fighting. She silently laughed to herself. Holding that bouquet didn't interest her because the superstition behind it meant nothing to her. She watched as her brother, Brick pushed Blossom towards the group of woman against her protest. Buttercup wished that somehow the bouquet would and in blossom's hands. They looked as if they belong there. Brick and Blossom in Buttercup's eyes were the coupe-to-be. Not that she envied them but they were admirable, in some moments. Buttercup couldn't watch this scene anymore. She got up to go search for Butch. She was ready to go.

Blossom stood in the back of the pack of women when pushed and shoved and Rosaline and Sedurita began to count down.

"1" Anticipation rose withing Blossom. She'd seen movies like these, hopefully she would be that luck girl.

"2" She didn't quite believe in the superstition, it wouldn't apply to her in this situation. She was already set to be married but it wasn't until an hour or two ago did she really want it. It took her a moment to realize what she had. It was Brent versus Brick and she made the right choice. Blossom thought that she didn't need the stupid bouquet to get the man she always wanted. He was already here. She turned around to look at him.

"3".He winked at her then gestured her to hold her arms around which she quickly followed but some greedy woman grabbed the bouquet just in time. The woman cheered in glee while Blossom stood there laughing at her. Brick made his way towards her.

"You gotta be quicker than that."

"I don't need it because i have you" blossom's kissed brick on the lips and he responded without delay, deepening the kiss. Causing those around them to cheer. They pulled apart, both trying to hide their blush. She was about to turn and walk away from him when he held her there for a moment, making sure he wanted to do this. "Something wrong?"

"No. Everything is right for once." Brick got down on one knee and looked up at Blossom. Her heart instantly began to beat furiously. She didn't know how to react. Tear began to come to her eyes in compete happiness.

"Brick..." Blossom's voice was so soft and sweet. He reached in his pocket to pull out a velvet box.

"Blossom Marie Utonium, the love of my life. The only one I want and the only woman for me. Beautiful, intelligent, strong, dedicated, sexy. All adjectives that describe you and now I see that. And now I ask, will you marry m-" Brick's lovely moment was quickly interrupted by gun shots.
