A/N: Hello faithful readers! I hope you enjoy this chapter, because I literally shrieked as I was writing it. I had been hitting a wall so to speak, with where to go. And then it hit me as my Dad watched Ragnarok for the third time. Sometimes you just need a little reminder :) I hope you like where this leads...

As Eli was brought in on my contingency plan, I realized I wasn't prepared for this outcome. I had no way to get our team clear of the potential blast radius. Plus, I knew Callie and the guys would be stubborn and try to stop me. I hated keeping it from them, but my rationale was that there was a 66% chance it wouldn't happen. Thor got a message from Heimdall about trouble on Muspelheim. So while Thor and Loki went to investigate why, I was getting advice from Rocket.
"Say I wanted to get everyone back to the protective dome quickly…" I said, while Oliver played with my hair. Rocket looked suspicious for a moment and said, "Why?"
"Can I trust you to keep a secret?" I asked quietly.
"Of course," He said seriously. I sighed, "I have a contingency plan, in case this Thanos… Well in case our first options don't go as planned."
"What kind of plan?"
"Like, I discovered a new ability. And it involves me absorbing the power from the stones, without putting on the Gauntlet."
"And doing what with said power?" He asked, crossing his arms and looking at me skeptically.
I quickly brought up a classified video, of a nuclear bomb test that SHIELD had on file, "This."
His face fell, before looking back up at me critically.
"You are gonna set yourself off, like a bomb?"
"Yes?" I said, unsure, "It may not need to happen, but I need to know everyone can get clear."
He set his jaw, before rubbing it with one hand, "I might be able to make something to reel everyone in, using the Aero-Rig's. But we would need everyone to wear one. I'll just have to create a master switch to turn them on remotely from my suit."
Breathing out, I said, "So, there is a way."
"The other option is that I have a second dome that we get underneath. No need to fly anyone back to our base camp."
"No, they need to be far away. It's not something I want anyone to witness. Lagos was bad enough. This would be like 10,000 times worse. I'm very sure I won't survive it," I said, making Rocket frown.
"I see why you want it a secret. Your husbands wouldn't let you anywhere near the battlefield," He realized.
"Sera?" Peter asked from behind me. I turned, wide eyed saying, "Peter…"
"You're planning on blowing yourself up?" He asked disbelief.
"Peter, do not breathe a word of this. This has to be a secret," I said, looking him straight in the eyes.
"But… you can't!"
"Why not? If it gives you all a future, one where he loses, I won't hesitate," I said honestly, "Don't you want a future, with my daughter?"
"Of course, but I also want you to be there!" He yelled.
"Keep your voice down," I said, smacking his arm.
"Peter, you, Rocket and Eli are the only ones that know so far. I need you to promise me that if I tell you, you will take Callie out of there. Make sure she gets to safety, do you understand me?" I asked.
"Yes Ma'am," He said after a moment.
"Like I just told Rocket, there is a 66% chance I won't need to. But I need to know you will all be safe if I have to. All the blame for this plan is on me, got it? You are justified in getting my daughter to safety, on my orders."
"But why you?" He asked, eyes watering slightly.
"Because… this new ability… I might be the best chance we have at ending this, as a last resort of course," I said, "And I couldn't ask someone else to risk their life if I wasn't willing to do it myself. For Earth, for the Universe," I said, quoting him.
"Dammit," He sighed, before nodding, realizing I had him backed into a corner with my point.
I sighed in relief, before telling Rocket, "One more person should be made aware of the plan. And I bet she won't be as resistant as you two."
"Who?"
"The General of the Dora Milaje."
"You plan on becoming a bomb?" Okoye asked, not accusingly, but inquisitively.
"Simply put, yes. But I want you to know so you can get T'Challa out of there. He won't appreciate what I am going to do, but Rocket is making something that would reel everyone back to our base camp safely. I just need you to endorse you and your soldiers to wear it. It makes jumping easier. Quick escapes from what we are going to be fighting… flying away… T just needs to wear it. He may not use it, but it should be in a spot where he can't reach to pull it off," I explained.
"I understand this is your way of keeping the promise you made to King T'Chaka," she said softly.
"Yes. Besides, Nakia told me about the Heart Shaped herb garden. It hasn't grown back yet?"
"It grows slowly. It may not bloom for another year."
"I won't leave Wakanda without a king, without the Black Panther," I said seriously.
"Then I will keep your secret. You honor Wakanda with your sacrifice."
"It may not happen," I said, knowing it may. The way my life was, it was entirely plausible that these next two months would be my last.
"But if it does, Wakanda will know the hero who saved their King, who saved the world."
"The King will be missing you by now," I said, avoiding her look, "I'll have Callie give you a path back."
"Pathfinder!" I said loudly, getting Callie's attention.
"Coolest codename ever!" Callie squealed as she ran through a portal beside us.
"Seriously? Can't walk like a normal person, you have to portal jump?" I chuckled as she brought up a portal to Wakanda for Okoye.
"Keep me informed," Okoye said, nodding once to me, before walking through the portal. Callie closed it as I heard a loud noise, coupled with a bright light outside.
"Follow me," I said, to Callie. As we walked out to the middle of the field, I saw a man with a large white bread and long white hair looking at our mountain range.
"Santa?" Callie whispered sarcastically to me.
"Odin AllFather," I said, putting a fist over my heart like Loki taught me as he turned to smile at us.
"Seraphina. It is a pleasure to meet you before I leave. And young Calliope, Heimdall tells me that you mastered your gift well. You shall be a great warrior. Seraphina, my son's see you as sister, and I believe they are better by your companionship. I only wish I could have kept her away longer."
"Who?" I heard behind me. Thor and Loki were there, looking at Odin, just coming through one of Strange's portals. I waved to Stephen, who gave a small smirk back, before it closed.
"Father?" Thor asked as he got closer.
"Look at this place. Its beautiful," Odin said, still gazing over the mountains.
"Father, it's us," Thor said, as Loki slowly approached Odin's opposite side.
"My sons," Odin said, as Loki looked up in surprise, "I've been waiting for you."
"We have come to take you home," Thor said as Callie and I looked at each other.
"Home, yes. Your mother calls me. Do you hear it?"
"No, Father, we don't," Loki said, making Odin smile at him.
"Your magic has strengthened my son. Your mother would have been proud," Odin said, patting Loki on the back lightly.
"Let us talk, I don't have much time left. I have failed you. It's upon us, Ragnarok," Odin said, looking down.
"No, Father, I stopped Ragnarok. I put an end to Surtur," Thor explained.
"No, it's already begun. She's coming. My life was all that held her back, but my time has come. I cannot keep her away any longer."
"Father, who are you talking about?" Loki asked.
"Goddess of death, Hela. My first born, your sister," Odin said, making Thor and Loki wide-eyed in confusion.
"What?"
"Her violent appetites grew beyond my control, couldn't stop it, so I imprisoned her. Locked her away. She draws her strength from Asgard, and once she gets there, her powers will be limitless."
"Whatever she is, we can stop her. The Avengers will aid us, like we will aid them. We must face her-" Thor reasoned.
"No, we won't. I'm on a different path now. This you must face alone."
"I love you my sons," he said, making Loki tear up.
"Sera, take care of them," He said looking back at me.
"I will," I said, knowing what was coming next. The brothers did not seem to understand, but Odin gestured to the surrounding fields and forests and said, "Remember this place. Home."
If I didn't see it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed that a person could evaporate into light. The brothers hung their heads in mourning, before I noticed the sky getting darker.
"Thor!" I yelled, getting his attention, as a black portal opened. Lightning danced over his fingertips as Loki gently touched his shoulder, "Brother."
They turned using their magic and lighting to change into their armor. Callie and I were already in our suits from training so we came to stand beside them, ready to fight this Goddess of Death.
"So, he's gone," She said as she emerged, smiling wickedly, "It's a same, I would have liked to have seen that."
"You must be Hela. I am Thor, son of Odin," Thor said introducing himself, "My brother, Loki, son of Odin."
"Really? You don't look like him," She said.
"Perhaps we can come to some sort of arrangement," Loki said diplomatically.
"You sound like him," She sneered, "Kneel."
"I beg your pardon?"
"Kneel, before your Queen," She said after she extended her arm to reveal a sword.
"I don't think so," Thor said, before throwing his hammer at her. Mjolnir flew towards her, but stopped short at her outstretched hand. She looked at us smirking, and I said, "Oh shit."
"That's not possible," Loki said, as I pulled Callie behind me.
"Darling, you have no idea what's possible," She replied, before crushing Mjolnir. The shockwave was so immense that I turned my back and threw my wings around Callie in protection.
"Open the Bifrost!" Loki yelled skyward, as Thor yelled, "No!"
"Mom!" Callie screamed as my wings retracted and we got sucked up in the Bifrost.
"Shit, not again," I said to myself.
