Author's Note: Ahhh, I'm soo sorry! I don't know what happened. This and that just happened and then a month flew by. I'll post the next few chapters to make up for my lack of updates.

"You wanted to know the full story, didn't you?" Daemon Spade asks. He turns his head towards me.

He catches me by surprise, but I nod. "Mm, yeah," I reply a bit slowly.

He starts his story. "I was an aristocrat. However, I was disgusted by the degenerate aristocracy. I felt that no matter what their position in life was, highly capable people should be the backbone of society. Elena, a duke's daughter, shared my ideas. She was like the sun. Her smile was like the moon that cleansed my worries. Cecilia, though indirectly, was the one who introduced me to Elena. They were very good friends." He turns to me again. "She was like you in more ways than one. Very sharp and observant, but still kind and considerate towards others. She managed to retain more innocence than you though." He smiles faintly. "I fell in love with her when we were children, but her parents married her off to Alaude."

Sawada turns to me with a horrified look. I shrug. From how Alaude acted towards me, I'd guess that Cecilia was perfectly fine. Alaude wasn't as horrible as Sawada thinks he was.

"One day Elena introduced me to a man that had immense respect from the common people, and I felt I should build a relationship with him," Daemon Spade continues. "I loved her, so I couldn't go against her suggestion. I then joined the Vongola Famiglia. Back then, everything with the Vongola was perfect. We would exhaust ourselves protecting the people. Aristocrats, bandits, politicians, and even the police from time to time. We were vigilant against anyone who was corrupt. Even I had a passion for the Vongola Famigila, and I contributed what I could. Elena loved me even more for it. However, that time of joy would not last very long. Primo started to run mad. I told him that if we did not continue to win and fight, we would no longer have a reason to exist, but Primo would not listen. We changed to peaceful ways, and out power to fight dwindled away. And as I expected, we became complacent. Our territory was targeted by our enemies. Elena died asking me to 'protect the weak' and I vowed that I would recreate the Vongola so that just hearing the name Vongola would make people tremble."

"That's why he hates a weak Vongola," Reborn says. "A mafia so big it would silence a crying child."

"In truth, I wasn't mistaken in the Vongola I created. Now the Vongola have excessive strength. The fools have been wedded out of the upper levels, and the weak blood has been rendered ineffective. Just as Elena desired, I have brought down the weak among the Vongola," Daemon Spade said.

"But…" Sawada starts. "Would Elena have liked that kind of Vongola, I wonder?"

"W-What?!"

Sawada replies, "Using power and money to control people though fear… You didn't even take the feelings of the weak into consideration."

"Sawada, Tsunayoshi! You think you understand Elena's feelings?!"

"Eh? Elena's feelings?" Sawada asks. "I understand them."

"W-What did you say…?" Daemon Spade asks.

"Elena was…grateful for you," Sawada replies. Daemon Spade's eyes widen. "I feel it with the Vongola's hyper intuition. Elena-san wants to say 'thank you' for trying your hardest to keep on living without forgetting who you really are."

He starts to cry. "Elena, I couldn't save you. Forgive me…" He starts to disappear.

I feel that the end is going to come soon, so I say, "Thank you for finally completing your story for me." I smile a little. "I can understand now."

He nods. "You really are like Cecilia, my childhood friend."

"You should say 'hi' to her for me," I say. "You've been keeping her and the others waiting for too long. I'm sure they missed you."

"You have lived too long Daemon. Don't worry, you're returning to your beloved Elena. You can entrust the Vongola to Tsuna."

"Wait… What are you saying?!" Sawada asks.

Reborn replies, "Daemon should know from his own experience. Vongola's Tenth candidate definitely has some pitiful weaknesses, but it's nothing to be worried about since he's not weak."

"Fu… How many decades has it been since I felt sleepy and listened to Elena's feelings…? The conflict has been solved at last… Even though this was following Sawada, Tsunayoshi's awful script. Show me your method of doing things Sawada, Tsunayoshi. However, if you do anything to bring shame on our name, I won't forgive you, since this is Elena's beloved Vongola."

As everyone starts to come back, the feeling of happiness that follows after winning a tough battle, like the one that was just fought, starts to spread. I didn't really do anything, but I'm still around for the celebration afterwards. I smile a little as Hibari returns. "I forgot to thank you, didn't I?" I ask Hibari after Mukuro goes over to Dokuro. "Thank you for taking such good care of Katsu for me, Hibari-san," I say. I glance at Mukuro's real body and turn back to Hibari. "My time may end soon, so I apologize if I can't make it up to you," I say quietly. "I'll get Mukuro-sama to fight you, I guess."

"What are you talking about?" Hibari asks.

"If Mukuro-sama's body was killed in this fight, then…" I start slowly. "I'm the replacement. A permanent one." Even Hibari's eyes widen at this. "I owe him my freedom, after all." I look at my shoes for a bit. "So, if that's the case, then soon, I'll be 'sleeping' for a very long time. I might only wake up again when it's time for me to die." I turn to the sky. "Mukuro-sama will probably give me a day or two to do as I like, and then take over. You'll take care of Katsu again for me, won't you?" Hibird lands on my head and I smile a little. "And Hibird too, of course."

"What are you talking about, my cute Kasumi?" Mukuro ask. I turn around and my eyes widen. He's standing in front of me. Not as an owl. Not as an illusion. He's really there. "You're not leaving anytime soon."

"Mukuro-sama? You're…" I ask slowly. I smile. "You're really okay."

"Of course I am. Who do you think you're speaking to?" he replies. He's all beat up right now, but it looks like he'll be okay after all. Mukuro pats my head. "Besides, with your current skill level, I think that we'd be able to get by using our real illusions to create a body for me. You would just have to never leave my side."

"Um, that's…." I start. Hibari looks like he might kill Mukuro.

"What is it, my Kasumi?" Mukuro asks. "Are you overjoyed hearing that?"

Judging from Hibari's glare, I'd say that right around where I am now is a dangerous place. Mukuro is right behind me. Maybe I should run away.
