Heart of Power Citadel

Blu sat at the round table, Otulissa, Kludd, Remon and Finn with him, as they were discussing plans.
Jewel was with Bia, Carla, Alex and Skyler practicing their moves.
Rico, Zain, Rafael, Nico and Pedro were off organising men while the leaders were at their meeting.
The Tiagos were with Ruby, who had arrived with them.
But back to the meeting.
"Chances are even if I beat him, his men will probably try to attack us out of rage. If so I would propose using explosives under piles of dirt to create a smokescreen for us to fire through or run during", stated Blu while pointing at a large map of the area.
Otulissa nodded, "I agree, but should we get caught in combat I would suggest the Guardians, Pure Ones and melee fighters to be the front line while those with guns hang in the rear".
Remon shook his head, "No, we should have the guns out front".
Everyone looked at him with a face of confusion, "Do you want those men to die?", asked Blu while slightly screaching.
Remon's eyes glowed blue for a second, "No, I don't".
He then stood up and left the tent, walking for the citadel.
Blu grimaced, "Dammit, now back to planning".
Little did they know the final step of a carefully constructed plan was moving into motion.
Remon walked to the stone door of the citadel, the guards opening the gargantuan gate for their commander, not noticing his glowing eyes.
Remon stepped in and heard the door close behind him, and the chatting of the 4 armed Rio Army members guarding the purple gem, which rested on a stone platform in a metal box in the center of the room.
Remon strolled to the stone and was about to grab it when one of the guards stopped him.
"Sir, we are required to ask why you're he-UGH!", the macaw fell down, his head facing backwards.
The 3 other guards noticed, "Oh shit! Attack!".
The army men charged Remon, who's eyes glowed brighter.
He lifted his wing and shot a blue beam at a guard, striking and going straight through the poor bird.
The other 2 continued, one of them clawing Remon's chest and leaving long red streaks.
Remon retaliated with a wing punch to the guards chest, going through and out the other side.
The last guard punched Remon's face, doing little damage.
Remon grimaced before grabbing the guard's neck in his talon, instantly breaking it and dropping the poor bird.
Remon now strolled up to the stone, grabbing it's metal container in his wing.
"Now, my master will have what he desires", Remon opened the box and grabbed the stone.
Instantly he began to glow purple, and his skin, feathers and beak cracked and started glowing purple as well.
The stone gave off a massive explosion, now the guards and the whole camp knew something was up.
Blu, Kludd, Otulissa and Finn bursted through the door and saw the scene unfolding.
"REMON! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?", yelled Blu who now activated his darkness and charged forward, trying to grab the stone.
But Remon stopped him with an energy blast, sending Blu backwards a bit.
"TOO LATE BLU! MY MASTER HAS ALREADY WON!", Remon then was engulfed in a ball of purple energy and blew up.
Everyone present covered their eyes and ears, cringing at the explosion.
Once the blast subsided, Remon and the stone were gone, Blu punched the ground, "DAMMIT!".
Kludd and Otulissa had looks of fear, while Finn flew away to alert the army.
Blu got up, "Kludd, Otulissa. Get your men and set up a front line".
The 2 owls nodded and quickly flew off, hoping to establish a front line before it was too late.
Blu still stood in the room, looking over the corpses of his men.
One of them had his eyes wide open, a look of fear stuck on his face.
Blu walked over to the bird and used his wings to close the dead man's eyes, "I'm sorry".
Blu closed his own eyes, 'Well, this is it. Nightfly probably has the Heart of Power, and we're doomed. Hopefully, he'll let Jewel and my friends live if he wins'.
Blu had a weak look of hope on his face when a voice spoke to him, "Blu?".
Blu looked to see Jewel, "What happened?".
Our hero rose and turned to his mate, "Remon betrayed us. He took the stone and is probably giving it to Nightfly as we speak".
Jewel walked up to Blu, "Does that mean-", "That Nightfly's reached full power? Yes , yes it does".
Jewel hugged Blu, "Please, don't fight him. I can't lose you again".
Blu returned the hug, "I understand my love, but if I don't face him, all of you will die. I can't risk that".
Jewel looked into Blu's chocolate eyes, "very well, Blu. You can fight, but know that my prayers will be for you to win".
Blu smiled, "Thanks, I'm going to need it".
The fluttering of wings filled their ears as they turned to look.
There, at the gateway, were Rico and Rafael.
"Blu... he's here", stated Rafael, wearing a look of worryness.
Blu sighed, "Okay, tell him to wait. I need to grab my gear".
Rico and Rafael nodded before flying away, to the front line.
Blu looked at jewel, "I'm sorry, Jewel", he then left the citadel and walked to his tent, the soldiers scurrying around him.
Blu felt like life was going in slow motion, the images of those around him becoming blurred as he stepped into his tent.
Our hero slowly walked towards the wooden closet, listening to it creak as the doors swung open.
It was now about noon, the sun at full height.
This meant that light pierced the walls of the tent and bounced off his helmet.
Blu grasped the helmet in his talons, admiring the art on it, before sliding it over his head.
Next, he strapped his left battle claw on, then his right.
After that he tested his powers, creating some dark fire and electricity in his wings.
"Perfect", he then noticed the rapier that leaned against the closet, "Strange".
He grabbed it in his wings, and electrified it.
"Nice", he murmured before sliding it into a scabbard he found.
Blu exhaled before leaving his tent, the camp now empty.
The cerulean macaw heard the sound of chanting and yelling coming from his left, so he began to walk in that direction.

After passing through some tall grass he finally saw it, the final battle.
Almost 800,000 warriors stood on the field, no more than a hundred yards apart.
He saw Nightfly standing in the field's center, his force of 400,000 behind him.
The defenders saw Blu and cheered, making an opening in their ranks for Blu to pass through.
Blu had a permanently furrowed brow as he walked through his army, the cheers of his men echoing in his ears.
Near the front of his force were his friends and family, in battle positions.
Jewel already had her plant armor and sword on, Rico was on fire, Zain was a dragon, the Tiagos had laser versions of their weapons, Magnus had turned his wings into laser pistols, Rafael was in his assassin suit, Alex had 2 wingblade, Skyler has her scythe, Nico borrowed Pedro had their super strength, carla was prepping her water powers and Bia had her mind powers set up.
Zain noticed Blu, "Dressed up for doomsday, huh", he said to which Blu walked up to him.
"yeah, guys!", his friends looked at him, "Before I probably die I want you to know. You are the best friends any 'hacker' could ask for. Bia, keep learning. Carla, I hope you find love. And Jewel, I love you".
Jewel walked up to her mate and kissed him, passionately.
Once they seperated she looked him in the eye, "Make him pay for attacking us".
Blu smiled back, "Oh, I intend to".
Our hero turned to look at a very distant Nightfly, both birds glaring at each other.
Blu now walked out, covering a yard every couple steps.
Cheers rose from both sides, Blu could single out Jewel's cheer.
He looked up to the sky, "This one's for you, Jewel".
When he looked back down he saw that Nightfly was only 5 yards away.
Blu now stopped, and with his ceasing of movement the cheers ended as all present watched intently.
Our hero now had a better look at Nightfly, the spix macaw's golden armor bouncing the rays of light.
The 6 infinity stones were in their rightful places, each one boosting Nightfly's power.
"Nightfly", "Blu", the 2 greeted.
Blu started the conversation, "I'm here, now how do you want to do this?".
Nightfly grinned, "With maturity and valor. But enough talk, let's go".
Nightfly activated the power of the green gem and purple gem, his body glowing the 2 colors.
Blu grinned before going Blu Darkness mode, his body turned black, orange and red tattoos appeared all over his body, his eyes went white and 2 viper heads popped out of his shoulders.
"LETS FIGHT!", the 2 birds were now floating in the air and glaring.
Blu struck first, sending s dark fireball at Nightfly, with this last one blocking the shot effortlessly.
"Seriously I expected more out of the bird I watched kill Reidak", Nightfly then sent a green and purple bolt to Blu.
Blu put up a darkness shield and blocked it, "Wait, you were in the Rio Army?!".
Nightfly chuckled, "Yes, I was forged in the fires of war, in the Rio Army.
I was one of the first to join, actually, fighting against Nigel, The Goddess's and Reidak.
In the heat of the battle with Reidak I had an epiphany, a breakthrough if you will.
I found out the cause to all our problems, all the death and destruction.
It was your fault. You lead Nigel right to the tribe, wouldn't just give up the Darkness and drew Reidak to were the cause of all the wars and death, and to protect the world. You needed to be eliminated, immediately".
Blu wore a face of fear, "Then why did you kill all these good birds, the Ice Claws, Lukhas, Soren, so many birds!".
Nightfly chuckled, "I can't have anyone rising up once I take over, so I set an example".
Nightfly shot an energy beam at Blu, with our hero deflecting it back at him.
The armor clad spix shook his head, "alright, let's play", he then activate the Claw of Alex and the Claw of Memoro.
He fired a ball of yellow, purple, green and red energy at Blu, who tried to block it with a shield, but failed.
The blast sent him flying up and back to the ground before he got back up, "Fuck me that was powerful".
Nightfly fired 3 more shots, Blu dodging all of them before using his darkness tentacles on Nightfly.
Nightfly should have been able to destroy the tentacles, but he had concocted a plan.
He allowed the darkness tentacles to grab and throw him to the ground, where Blu sprung back into the attack.
Blu lit his wing on fire, "POWER PUNCH!" and used the dragon strength to punch Nightfly, this last one being thrown back by the strike.
The evil spix quickly retaliated with a kick to Blu's head, and a punch to his gut.
Blu groaned in pain but continued the attack, punching, kicking, clawing and biting Nightfly repeatedly.
Nightfly managed to kick Blu back, this last one taking out his sword and electrifying it, "Fight me, bitch!".
Nightfly grinned and used his powers to form and energy sword in his wings, "Happy to oblige, Blu".
The 2 let out great battle cries as they charged each other, at the last second Nightfly stopped and sent a fireball at Blu, with our hero slicing it in half with his sword.
Blu now swung down on Nightfly, with this last one blocking the attack.
The evil spix retaliated with a cut to Blu's midsection,and a powerful punch to his beak, causing our hero to cough up blood.
Nightfly then punched Blu, hard, backwards.
Blu managed to land upright and attack again.
He managed to cut Nightfly's side and get a good kick at the evil macaw's chest.
Nightfly staggered back and fell to the ground, looking genuinely scared.
"Please, have mercy on a defeated warrior. I beg of you, mercy!", he pleaded, his wings together and on his hands and knees.
This shocked everyone on the field, Blu included.
Blu lifted his sword to Nightfly's throat, "Do you promise to return the stones and leave?", Nightfly quickly nodded, "Yes, I promise!".
Blu lowered his blade, "Good, now leave".
Our hero turned around and began to walk back to his army, he sw Jewel's happy face turn to one of fear.
"Sorry Blu", said a voice behind him, Blu turned to receive an energy beam in the shoulder.
Blu saw Nightfly shoot off another, our hero was unable to put up a shield before it struck his chest and went right through it.
Nightfly fired off 2 more shots, one hitting Blu's leg and the other smashing into his helmet.
Blu's wing was on the verge of falling off, his chest had a hole in it and his head was scorched and bleeding.
Blu fell back to the ground, not screaming, but spasseming.
Nightfly chuckled as he got up and walked to Blu, "Honestly, Blu. Did you think I was going to just surrender? Geez, but that won't matter soon", he kneeled down to Blu and spoke, "You thought you could beat me? Good luck".
Blu felt weak, the ground around him was covered in his blood, his eyes began to close.
"Jewel, I'm sorry", he murmured before his eyes closed and his heart stopped.
NOOO, BLU!
Oh, well.
