Well, my night was shitty. After waking up from that nightmare, I couldn't head back to sleep…and it was 2 in the morning. I had decided to take a warm shower to calm myself down.

Everything went smoothly at first; I had no trouble figuring out the new shower in my connected bathroom. I was able to be silent enough to get a towel and my bathrobe out of my bag, Jack seemed like a pretty deep sleeper.

I did notice that the door to the shower was totally see-through glass though. Weird but whom am I to argue with North's….artistic décor? I was so entranced by the shower door that I forgot to lock the door to the bathroom.

Stupid me. A few minutes into my shower, I turned to see a wide awake Jack staring at me with his mouth wide open and drool dripping out the corner. Before I could cover myself and yell, he had already ran out.

I didn't have the courage to go out and face him afterwards. I opted to just stake it out in the bathroom until morning.

That leads up to right now: 8 in the morning, fully dressed, sitting at the kitchen table with a bowl of sugary cereal turning into mush in front of me. Don't know why I poured myself some, I can't bring myself to eat; I can barely keep my eyes open. So it didn't faze me when a few of the elves jump up onto the table and scurry off with my bowl, the box of cereal, and the milk."

"Hey!" I stood up for a second before collapsing back down onto the chair. "I'm actually too tired to chase them. I've never pulled an almost all-nighter before. No wonder a bunch of people in my class fall asleep."

"You do know the elves took your food, right?" The object of my embarrassment took a seat in front of me.

"Give me a second, I'm building up my energy." I couldn't look him in the eye, and I could tell he felt the awkwardness between us. Pretty sure he understands why. So let's see who will be the first to talk.

The first minute passed by, nothing; second minute, still completely silence; three, four, five, six, seven. Neither one of us wanted to break the silence.

"Great Morning, you two!" North's booming voice caused my heart to give a small jump; Jack, on the other hand, was calm and still as a rock. Of course, he's been living here for a while so he must be use to it.

"Hey North." Jack responded.

"Genie!" He patted my back… a little too hard though. It almost made me fall out of my chair. "Did you enjoy first night?" He looked at my face and must have noticed the small bags forming under my eyes. "You did not."

"It's fine North. I always have a hard time sleeping in a new place. I'm sure that tonight I'll knock out cold." He wasn't convinced, even with a smile I gave him.

"Genie, follow me." North quickly grabbed a carton of milk and a plate of cookies before heading out the room. I gave one more look to Jack before following North.

It wasn't long until I was led into another room.

"Cookie?" North moved the plate in front of my face. I was about to say no until a loud growl reminded me how hungry I was. So I took a random cookie and started munching while North shut the door and moved to the table in the middle of the room.

"Is that a glass train set?"

"Nope, it's ice. I made it myself." He proclaimed proudly. "Come sit here Genie and tell me what is ailing you."

"Nothing is…"

"You can't hide it from me. I can tell. Somethings are bothering you, and Jack is one of them. You think I not notice the silence between you two. Yesterday, you were attached at hip." Well, at least he didn't catch on that Pitch was the other thing.

"No point in hiding this then. Long story short, I was scared last night, asked Jack to stay with me, couldn't really sleep, took a shower and forgot to lock the door, and Jack saw me naked." My face was turning bright red from having to tell North this.

"Hm, and you couldn't sleep cause of Pitch, right?" I couldn't help but be shocked. How did he know?

"How did….are you a mind reader?"

"Ha! I wish. But no, good friend Man in Moon told me." I couldn't find any more words to say. I was no longer scared of Pitch after last night, I am absolutely terrified…and a bit angry.

"Yes, Pitch was there." I confessed to him. "He's still hunting for me."

"It's only been one day. Pitch isn't easy to give up when it comes to building up an army."

"But I don't think that's all he wants of me. He's sexually interested in me."

Shoot, I couldn't talk to her. North just had to come in and...

"Someone's cranky this morning." Looks like Bunny decided to come visit.

"Austin, Sector 6, bicuspid; Seoul, Sector 10, lateral incisor." And he brought Tooth with him, great.

"Sort of."

"Let me guess, you took a crack onto Genie." Yup, Bunny knows about my crush on Genie. "Not that I blame ya, she is a spunk." I'm gonna have to look up what these sayings mean later.

"What does that mean?" Tooth finally took a break from her work to chat with us.

"It means that Jack's got a thing for the lass." Tooth looked at me with wide eyes; I could have sworn that she knew. Shoot, even the Man in the Moon knows about my crush on Genie.

"No, I didn't…take a crack on her? What does that even mean? I saw her naked."

"In the nuddy?!" Bunny nearly choked on a piece of carrot he'd been munching on.

"Keep your voice down. She's embarrassed enough already. She hasn't talked to me since last night. And it's killing me." I slammed my head down onto the table.

I've had a crush on Genie for the past 4 years. As I watched over Jamie, I watched over her too. There was just this connection I felt with her and her brother. Whatever it was, it always brought me back to them.

I watched her make the transition from cute teenager to a beautiful adult. At the time, I would have given anything to be able to talk to her. To hang with her, to take her to her senior prom. But instead, I had to stand by and watch her attend by herself. Of course, I still did go and caused a bit of mischief. Especially to some girls that had been picking on her. No matter how old they get, it's still funny to see someone's tongue get stuck on ice.

So when she saw me for the first time, I was thrilled. And now she's staying here with me and I even got to sleep in the same bed as her. I'm not gonna lie, seeing her naked was one of the highlights of my everlasting life.

"So she's not talking to ya?"

"Didn't I just say that?"

"Since you're being a wuss, I'll talk to her to calm her down."

"I am not a wuss!"

"Talk to Jack, control my dreams, Talk to Jack, control my dreams: that's all on my agenda today and then I really do need to sleep. I'm going nuts." I was sitting in front of the fire place at the main area where the yetis were already working on next year's toys. Seriously, how do they…never mind.

I was about to get up from the floor when I noticed a big shadow approaching my side, and it had long ears. I couldn't help but cheer loudly.

"BUNNY!" He seemed a little scared by that outburst.

"Genie, hey. Mind if I sit with you?"

"Sure." Bunny took his seat. "So I was chatting with Jack earlier and he let me know about the incident last night."

"You're kidding me? Shoot, North knows, you know, anybody else?"

"Tooth."

"Is there anybody in this building who doesn't know about Jack seeing me naked?" I couldn't' help but noticed a few elves gathered in the corner a few feet away from her, looking over and me and giggling amongst themselves.

"This is almost as bad as high school."

"Day's been kind of dramatic for you, hasn't it?" I'm really drained of my energy now. I scooted closer to Bunny and laid my head on his shoulder.

"You have no idea. My gosh, you're so soft." I couldn't help but rub my head into his fur.

"Uh, yeah, well, I just wanted to say that you shouldn't be so hard on Jack. I mean, when he became a guardian…" The more he talked, the more comforting it became. My eyes started to close and before he knew it, I was fast asleep on his shoulder.

"…became a guardian, he was a teenage boy. So technically he still does those weird teenage things where they want to be around the girl they like. Does that make any sense?" I look down to see that the lass has fallen asleep on me.

Isn't this just Ace? If Jack sees us in this position, he may become mad.

Looks like I fell asleep. I couldn't help it. The fire was comfy and his fur was super comfy. I hope Bunny doesn't mind. Back to my dream.

It's dark right now, I guess Pitch must be searching the corners of the globe again looking for me. Since North said I could control my dreams, I'm going to give it a try. I started to think of the things that made me happy.

Immediately the image was become true. I was back inside my room at my house, sitting in front of the window watching the snow falling. Truly that's what makes me the happiest.

"This makes for an interesting read." Crap, I turned towards my bed to see Pitch sitting on it and reading my diary. "It is kind of sad that you're scared of the dark, we'll have to work on that."

"What are you…" I was somehow frozen to my seat.

"I see North is trying to teach you how to 'control your dreams'." He mocked at me. "You're still a newbie. I have more power over you." He grinned over at me before continuing to invade my writings. "I was finally able to break down some of those doors in your subconscious; that's how I know one of your fears. And I found this just laying about so I decided to have a nice read."

"You're making yourself way too comfy in my room." I was struggling with all my might to regain control of my body. It's not working.

"Here's an interesting passage: 'In the car? And it was sloppy and full of saliva, like too much than wanted. It wasn't how I wanted my first kiss to be. In actuality, I've always pictured my first kiss being in the wintertime during a snowfall..." That's the entry of when my ex gave me my first kiss.

"Stop!" He just glanced up really quick before continuing.

"'I would be leaning up against the tree in my backyard looking up into the sky. He would stand in front of me and caress my check softly while looking into my eyes lovingly. We would stay like that for just a few seconds before he'd lower his lips onto mine. Sounds kind of cheesy yes but that's what I would have liked. Oh well, can't repeat a first kiss.'"

He closed my diary. "Let it be."

Now my room was melting in front of my eyes and turning into my backyard. Pitch stood off a few feet away while I seemed to be 'glued' to the tree.

"A bit late to be romantic since I already see you in a totally different way." He started to slowly walk towards me. "Seriously, this is way out of character for you." The closer he got, the more scared I got.

Now he stood in front of me, leaning in to where I can feel his breath on my face once more. His hand came up to my cheek and started to caress it slowly. He stared into my eyes for just a few seconds before they closed and his lips were on mine.

It was way different than from the last time; After all, he was copying my fantasy.

The kiss was so slow and gentle, so…perfect. His other hand came up and towards my hair to push back a strand before settling on the back of my neck. His tongue licked my bottom lip before pushing their way into my mouth and wrapping around my own tongue.

The stability in my legs failed me now. I almost fell onto the ground before the hand that was on my cheek moved around my waist, pulling me back up and now up against his body. By instinct from the fall, my arms had gone up around his neck to catch myself.

My breathing was getting faster from the amazing ecstasy I was feeling with his tongue. And he must be enjoying it too. I'm hearing never ending moans from him.

I was so caught up in the kiss that I didn't noticed that he no longer was controlling my body. After thinking about it and getting more sense knocked into me, I decided that enough was enough.

I was able to get my hands onto his chest to push him a bit away.

"I'm not done." He whispered to me before trying to get back to my lips

"Too bad for you, I am." I formed one of my hands into a fist and then BAM! I punched him right in his cheek, knocking him back a few feet. "That was so out of character for you."

"I was trying to be more appealing to you, hoping you'd decide to join me." He was rubbing the check I punched.

"Not gonna happen. This is my dream, and I don't like you in it. Ok, that sounded so lame. But you get the picture. Get out!" Before I could yell at him some more, the scene went blank. And he wasn't in front of me anymore.

Instead, I was now staring right into the eyes of Jack and Bunny. I was lying down on the floor in front of the fireplace. Yup, I'm awake again.

"Care to explain why you were sleeping on Bunny?"

Yes, Love it. I actually really like how this chapter came out. I should be starting to get some more Bunny love in here. I know some of you are waiting for that. I hope you guys like this chapter.
