Yeah, so Writer's block decided to come visit me in this chapter. But no worries, I'm still alive, and a very busy person. Seriously, being an adult kind of sucks. The only good thing is I make money to buy myself anime and manga and a bunch of stuff that my parents may consider junk.

And I've noticed I have drifted off from my summary of the story. So I can either try to go back to the summary or just change it. Either way, I determined to do good chapters for my readers.

So shout out to all my reviewers (if you're still reading this, you seriously are amazing. I hereby bestow onto you a virtual cookie) : Georgia Claw, Icognito, egyptianqueen13, darthcat, XpixieXsticksX, .Princess, K-Bird Lily 2, Bunnymundslittleegglet247, tessington, TheHallow, Wags14, Elean101, .Awake.X, Emilie1302, niki5249, masterofkiwis, Anon

Disclaimer: I do not own Rise of the Guardians in any way. I just own my OC, Genie.

I'm not really liking that tone that Jack is using. It almost sounds like a husband scolding his wife for cheating on him or something. Except of two things: first, Jack is not my husband. And Second, I did nothing wrong. So strike that last statement, I don't like that tone at all.

"What? I was falling asleep." There really is no reason for me to explain myself. So why am I doing it? "He offered his shoulder, and I knocked out. Seriously, feel his fur, it's so soft. Emphasis on the soft."

"Well, I do try to take care of my fur..." Jack glared at him to stop. "I'll be quiet."

"No, don't be quiet bunny. Tell us what you do to take care of your fur. I'm interested."

"Stop trying to change the subject. You still need to answer my question." Ok, I've had it. Exploding now.

"Stop stalking me!" Only a few days here and I've had it. Jack and Bunny looked a bit surprised by my outburst, I'm glad it got Jack to shut up. "I get you're worried and all that but keeping an eye on me 24/7 isn't helping." We stood in silence for a bit, I guess they were letting everything soak in. "Besides, The place where Pitch finds me is somewhere you could never go." I whispered that last part.

"What…?" They both said in unison.

"Nothing, I need to be alone for a bit to cool off." I turned my back of them. I could feel Jack's aura sadden a bit. Great, Now I feel bad for yelling at him. "Jack, please don't follow me." Before either of them could say a word, I already took off in some random direction.

I didn't care where I was going or if I'd get lost, I just really needed to be away from Jack at the moment, even longer than a moment maybe. I'm so lost inside my own mind that I lost track of how many doors I had passed. I would have kept going further if it wasn't for a hum that caught my attention.

Now normally I'm not really nosy, but lately….Hm, do I really want to know who is humming and where it's coming from. They do say that curiosity killed the cat. But I'm not a cat so it shouldn't kill me.

Immediately, I turned around and followed the humming until I came to an open door. Slowly, I got closer and stuck my head in slightly; the humming was coming from North who was hard at work at a small desk.

"Well, you're a busy bee, aren't you?" I said out loud. He turned his chair in my direction, a big smile plastered on his face.

"GENIE!" I have yet to get tired of that smile. It brings me a sense of peace. "Come in, come in." He placed his feather easel back into the small pot of ink. "How did you find me here?"

"Where exactly is here?" I stepped into the room and was met by one of the most beautiful sights in my life, books. All the walls in the room were nothing but bookshelves with no empty spaces.

"My personal library. Beautiful, isn't it?"

"You bet! My God, this is my dream room."

"Well, Knowledge is great. The more you know, the more you can see into the wonders of the world. Plus, it great pastime when tired from toy making."

"So if this is your personal library, is it ok for me to be in here?"

"Of course, you are my friend." He patted my back a bit more gently than before. "But why are you all the way on the other side of building from workshop?"

"Really? I walked that far? I guess you can walk pretty fast when you're angry."

"Let me guess…Jack again."

"He's super clingy. It was kind of cute at first but now it's just plain annoying…and I'm super exhausted."North knows my situation so he must have some kind of advice to give me. Except there are no words coming from his mouth. .

Instead of talking, He just turned around and headed back to his work desk, returning to me with a light blue book in his hand.

"If you read this, you will understand more." He placed the book in my hand and started to head out the room. I studied the book for a while before yelling out to North.

"Wait a minute. What is this? How is this going to help my situation of annoyance and exhaustion?"

"I'll tell you this much, Jack was around 16 when Man in Moon turned him immortal." Before I could ask anything else, he was already down the hall.

He left me alone in the room of books. Might as well see what he means. I opened the cover to the first page; it read in big letters "The History of Jack Frost." I can feel a bit of excitement well up inside me. Quickly, I turned to the first page and read the first sentence. "If you ever forget why you are here or who you were, this book will help you remember."

It took a while for it to make sense but I get it now. This is Jack's history. Reading further, I discovered that this contained facts of what Jack's life was like before he became a Guardian.

This will be a great read before bed. I closed the book up and continued to look around the room a bit more. Mentally, I was making list of books I wanted to borrow before a colorful row caught my eye.

He had a book for each of them. Red for himself, Gold for Sandman, Pink for Tooth, Dark Blue for Bunny; so fitting for all of them. I want to read them all. Looking further down the aisle, I could see something with a small piece of cloth covering it.

I probably shouldn't have but I did, I removed the cloth to see a dark black book…yup, I'm sure of it, this is Pitch Black's book.

It seems like new though, like no one has touched it. I guess everybody fears to read what's inside. For some reason, I feel myself being drawn to it; I want to read this one more than Jack's. I wonder if North will notice.

In a flash, I had that black book in my hands and sprinted out the room.

Meanwhile, North decided to hold a meeting with the rest of the guardians. He summoned them all to his personal room where his ice train set was.

"Good to see everybody…..wait a minute, where are Sandy and Tooth?" Jack and Bunny were leaning against his worktable.

"Tooth's busy and there's always some place in the world that's sleeping, so Sandy's busy too." Jack answered sarcastically. He wasn't exactly in the best mood since Genie ran off on him.

Seriously, nothing hurts more than when the girl you're crazy for is mad at you.

"I guess I just talk to you two then, since you are the main ones that needed the talking to."

"Look Mate, if you're going to talk about the lass…"

"Genie is upset. Us as guardians are not doing our job. We promised Jamie that we'd protect his sister, not make her feel uncomfortable."

"I know I know." Jack waved his staff around in anger; a bolt of ice blasting out towards North by accident. "Sorry, I didn't mean to."

"This just proves that you and Genie need time apart." Jack seemed to panic slightly at that idea. After all, No one could protect her better than him, right?

"So Bunny, I think it'll be best if Genie moves to your warren now."

Finally made it safely to my room, I need to hide Pitch's book somewhere. So where can I hide it that Jack or North won't look in. I know they'd check the bed, the cabinets aren't safe, neither are the drawers, my suitcase isn't really that safe either….Unless…

I ran over to my suitcase, dug through it, and pulled out my bag of women's necessities for the time of the month…yes, my period. I quickly tore open the top part of the bag and poured out some of the pads. I then maneuvered the book into the plastic bag, being careful to not tear open any further.

Once it was fully inside, I stuffed the pads back into the bag, covering it up almost completely. It doesn't look perfect but it should keep Jack away from it.

Right when I finished, Jack, Bunny, and North came into my room.

"Genie." Jack acknowledged me.

"Hello, Bunny and North." Nope, I'm not ready to talk to Jack yet. Still fuming, not as bad but still. Yes, very childish. He simply just rolled his eyes at me.

"Genie, I have noticed that Jack's been stressing you out a bit lately. And he has something he wants to say." North pushed Jack a bit closer to me. "Go on Jack."

"North come on, I'm not five."

"Stop being a dill, mate." Bunny chimed in. He seemed to be under a bit a pressure from the two older guardians.

"Sorry." I heard Jack grumble under his breath. I guess I better be an adult in this situation as well.

"Me too Jack." I gave him a small smile, and he gave me one in return.

"Great, now that's over, Genie, pack your bags up. You're heading to Bunny's warren." Well, that kind of caught me off guard.

"I'm what?" I'm a bit confused. Didn't jack and I just apologize to each other to make things better?

"It is clear that you two need to be apart for a while. We discussed it earlier among us. Tooth and Sandy were not present so it was decided that you now will be going with Bunny for a while." The room was silent for a while. My reaction broke the silence.

"REALLY?! AWESOME!" I felt like I was moving like the wind when I was packing. I made extra sure to pack the book that North gave me to read. It will be nice to read about Jack without Jack hovering over my shoulder.

"You're too excited about this." Jack mumbled.

"No need to be spewin, mate." Bunny patted Jack's shoulder in reassurance. "I won't try anything. Promise."

It didn't take long to pack up everything. I never really took anything out to begin with. My bags were all zipped up and ready to go.

"Ok, I'm ready." I shuffled over to North to give him a quick hug. "See you soon North." Looking over at Jack, I wasn't sure what to do. Do I just smile or should I give him hug too?

"Don't worry, I'll be by to visit soon, I'm not ready to say 'bye'."

"Let's go Sheila. Get you settled in." Bunny motioned for me to go to him.

"Cool. So how we gonna get there? One of those snow globe thingies that North has?" He chuckled at me.

"No way. Hope you're not scared of falling." He tapped the floor twice with his foot.

"Why would that even mat…?" Didn't even get a chance to finish my sentence. I was now falling down a big hole, and it's a total blast!

It was the morning of tomorrow, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring….well, except my dog. She kind of snores loudly. But she's my perfect company for this early morning writings. It is now 2 am and I'm exhausted.

So I think I only used one Australian slang word in his story that I haven't used yet.

Dill- an idiot

Thanks for reading guys; everybody may leave a review on your way out. LOL.
