Hi Guys, ok, so what's my excuse this time for taking a long time. I actually have 2 excuses so I'll start with the one I'm proud of. So, one of my cousins (pretty much my guy bff) and his girlfriend are having their first child, a baby girl. So I decided to make something special for her; for the past few months, I've been knitting a baby blanket. And I'm pleased to say that I finally finished it and gave it to them.
The other one is that I've been having some mystery symptoms. I've been having extreme migraines, extreme abdominal pain (so bad to the point where I can't move), and my hearing was going. But it's all been taking care of and I'm at 100% once more.
Enough about me, let's move on.

Underlined: Bunny's Austrlian slang, but I think I only used one in this chapter so here's what it means. Bloody oath- That's certainly true.
Disclaimer: I do not own Rise of the Guardians in any way…..I wish I did. I apologize for any horrible grammar/spelling mistakes. It is currently 3:21 am and I need to wake up in about 3 and a half hours.
Jack's POV
"Kind of a big mess we're in, huh?"
"Blood oath!" Currently, Bunny and I were 'keeping watch' over Genie and Sandy. North had decided to just move her into the same room where Sandy was sleeping since it wasn't far away. We needed to move fast since Man in Moon called an abrupt meeting after he saw Genie faint.
He wanted all of us present but I couldn't leave my girlfriend or my friend right now; not in the states they're in. Sandy was still healing from his injuries; and when Genie finally wakes up, she'll most likely be distressed since she now knows the truth about Pitch. So I insisted that I stay to watch over the two of them. North was about to disagree until Bunny backed me up.
Bunny agreed that with the threat of Pitch, we shouldn't leave the two of them alone. He explained that if Pitch were to show up right now, Genie would be his main target. And if he were to see Sandy there, he would finish what he started.
Not some of the best counter points but North saw that no matter what he did or says, there was no way I was leaving this room. So he budged and agreed.
The bed was more than big enough to have two people on, so there was no harm in adding two more, right?
Right when North and Tooth had left the room, I climbed over the two sleeping figures and settled up right against the wall with my staff by my side; I then gently grabbed onto Genie by her shoulders and pulled her towards me until her back was against my chest. Her head fell back into the junction between my head and shoulder.
Bunny had stayed behind with me. He moved towards the foot of the bed, he sat cross legged and had his boomerangs placed on his lap. Pitch would have his hands full if he were to show up right now.
Even if it's just the two of us, we'd surely give him a run for his money.
"And for once, mate, you're not the cause of it." Bunny was trying to use humor to lighten up the drowsy atmosphere. That statement did cause me to chuckle a bit. Hurt to admit it but there was a reason why the word 'mischievous' was associated with the name Jack Frost.
"Very funny but not the time, Bud."
"Just trying to cheer you up."
"Cheer me up? Let's recap everything that's happened in one day: Sandy was almost killed again, the kids in the world are probably having nightmares as we speak; and we just found out that Pitch can break through the barriers, not only putting Genie in danger but also Jaime and Sophie. There is nothing you can say right now that will 'cheer me up.'
With everything going on, I haven't had the chance to let Genie know what we did. As planned, Man in Moon had placed a protective barrier over her home as well. And after some heavy persuasion on my part, mostly just me bugging the hell out of North, I had convinced him and Man in Moon to let me create the biggest snowstorm in history. Because of that, everything in that town had to be shut down. Now her family can't leave the house for at least 4 more days.
I did make sure they had enough necessities to survive: food, water, electricity and such. Yeah, I found a way to make sure all the homes still have electricity and power for their heating systems.
"Jack, you need to calm down."
"I swear, if Genie wasn't in my arms, I'd attack you right now. Is that calm enough for you?!"
How can I calm down when Pitch is trying to take everything I love away from me, again?
Pitch, that damn asshole. I had never liked him to begin with, but now I absolutely loathe him with every fiber in my being. Unknown to a lot of people, except Man in Moon, I had met Pitch previously before the whole 'destroy the Guardians' fiasco.
It was at that lake, the one where I died. It didn't matter where or how far I travelled. I always went back to the lake. For some strange reason, it just felt like home. My guess is cause that's where the life of Jack Frost was born, where it all began.
One cold dark night, I just had a sudden urge to go there. While flying along with the wind, a black figure had caught my eye. It was weird that even though everything was dark, he still stood out. He was strolling around the edge of the frozen lake, his hands interlocked comfortably behind his back.
I didn't like that he was there; it felt like he was trespassing on my territory. I wanted to straight out confront the guy; so I made sure to land right in front of him. He did jump back slightly when I landed, so I thought I had accomplished the goal of intimidating him.
Being closer than before, I was able to get a better view of him. As embarrassing as it is for me to admit, he did scare me. The guy was tall, had teeth that looked like sharp razors, and his eyes were a bright piercing yellow, sort of reminded me of a snake.
Out of everything, the eyes are what scared me the most. When he looked straight into my eyes, it felt like they were cutting away the layers of my soul to attack the center.
"Who are you?" I pointed my staff at him and waited for an answer. He gave me this puzzled look before looking up at the moon. "Hey, I asked you a question."
He continued to ignore me for some time; we were surrounded by an eerie silence. After some time, he finally looked back at me, his lips formed a smirk. He let out this creepy chuckle that sent shivers up my spine, in the bad way, and gave me goose bumps.
"Jack Frost, I presume." My eyes widened, the staff in my hand lowered slightly.
"How did…"
"How did I know your name? Simple, word travels fast in the realm of immortals." He then pointed up at the moon. "My old friend was quick to let us all know about his newborn, Jack Frost. But I must say, I don't see what's so impressive about you."
So Man in the Moon will talk to this creep but he won't talk to me? What makes him so special?
Pitch had decided that he had enough of our interaction and turned to leave, but not before leaving me with his name and a promise to meet again.
Our conference was short; but it was enough for me to decide that I didn't like the guy one bit. It was at least 200 more years until we met again.
"Jack…Jack…Jack!" I was so lost in my head that I didn't notice North and Tooth were done with the meeting; and they were now back in the room with us. Bunny had moved away to let Tooth have the spot at the foot of the bed. She was kneeling in front of Genie; but she was able to reach forward enough to place one of her hands on my arm in a comforting motherly way.
With her other hand, she reached towards my face and rubbed against the corner of my eye with her thumb. When she pulled away, I saw that her thumb was glossy, I had been crying and I didn't even notice.
"Jack, we heard you from down the hall."
"Sorry." I mumbled.
"What's wrong?" why did she have to ask that? Now I just….Damn. Before anyone could see anymore tears from me, I buried my face into Genie's hair.
"I've lost my mom, my sister, and my home. Everything I cherished was gone in a flash. You don't know how terrifying it is to wake up alone, not knowing who you are or where you belong. I use to think that the reason no one could see me was because I was meant to be alone. And then you guys came along and were so accepting. Well, 3 of you were."
"Hey, I've already apologized for that." I tilted my head to the side to look out to the others.
"Yeah, all forgiven. Bygones be bygones. But I admit, even after being sworn in, I was still scared to get close to any of you. I was scared that I would wake up and all of this would have just been a dream, everything would be taken away and I'd be all alone again. Call me selfish but I don't want to lose any of you guys."
But most of all, I don't want to lose Genie.
Pitch's POV
I can't remember that last time I've been so excited and agitated at the same time. On one hand, I'll soon have my girl beside me where she belongs; on the other hand, I'm waiting. Why am I waiting again?
Oh yeah, because of that stupid deal I made with her. The clock is ticking too slow, has it always been so slow? When you've lived for thousands of years, you stop caring about the concept of time.
Upon closer inspection of our room, I discovered that I had to acquire two more items to make it perfect: nightstands and a bookcase full to the brim of various titles. I'm not exactly sure what genre she prefers so I just took as many as I could in one sitting. But if she needs more, I will happily ablige.
The layout of the room was fairly simple. The bed was placed up against the wall, right in the middle of the wall; the nightstands were placed on both side of the bed; the cabinets were against the adjacent walls of the bed and the bookcase was right across the room.
The necessities are here; if there is anything else she demands, I will send my Nightmares to acquire it.
So as I said earlier, I'm highly agitated. Currently, I was lying down on our bed, my hands cupping the back of my head, fingers interlocked. For the past few hours, I've just been staring up at the ceiling. There was nothing else for me to do. I had already gone to make more Night Terrors for my army. It needed to be done since I accidently disintegrated a few of my originals; they were in my way, somewhere they shouldn't have been.
The feelings of agitation are getting worse by the second; I closed my eyes and took a few deep breaths. I turned onto my side and reached out with one hand to rub along the empty sheets. In a weird way, it felt like the bare spot was taunting me.
Be patient, I told myself. She'll be here very soon.
After today, every morning for the rest of eternity, Genie will wake up next to me, wrapped up in my arms and resting against my chest. She'll look up at me with those dark brown eyes and give me a small smile. Her hair will be a wild mess, proof of the fun we had the night before.
I want her, I need her, and I'm going to have her. In fact, I'm going to get her right now. Forgive my French but fuck that stupid deal. I'm not waiting one more second.
So now to just check if she's asleep. The dim lightening in the room created a shadow across the top of the bed; I took one more look at the empty spot before letting myself merge into the darkness.
I can feel her, I can feel her asleep, just my luck. Concentrating hard, I was able to easily slip past the barriers of her subconscious.
Normally, the barriers to a subconscious are strong; that's why it took me so long to perfect my trick of creating nightmares. But I found that the more I did intrude, the weaker the barriers became.
Normally when Genie is asleep, she always has such imaginative vivid dreams; but today, there is nothing. Instead, it's an empty vast white room. No pictures, no color, no nothing. This is shocking, to say the least; if only the room wasn't so bright, this would be my kind of place to hang.
Genie was sitting up against one of the walls in the room, her knees were pulled up against her chest and her arms circled around them. Her head was lying on top of the knees and her hair fell forward around her.
I do love her long hair but I think we should cut it a little; right now, it looks like it would get in the way of a few things.
When I got closer to her, I was able to hear her mumbling to herself. It was along the lines of 'No, this can't be happening' and 'what do I do?'
Just seeing her there shook away my agitation; I wanted nothing more than to run my hands all over her body; to push her down to the floor in submission and taste every inch of her.
But I know that if I say even one word to her, she'll most likely run away. It's not like she'll get far but I'm not in the mood to play cat and mouse right now; there will be plenty of time for foreplay in the future. So for insurance, I ordered my sand to surround her; if she moves, it'll pounce and wrap around her delicate body.
Silently, I sat down next to her and just continued to listen to her sweet voice for a few more seconds.
"What do you do about what?" I finally spoke up. Her head snapped up from her knees, her eyes were wide when she saw who was sitting next to her.
Just as I predicted, she tried to move away, before she could move even once inch, the sand wrapped around her whole body and trapped her against the wall.
"What are you doing here? Let go!" She thrashed around the best she could to get the sand to loosen.
"If I do that, you'll run away. So no, you're staying right where you are." She continued to fight against the sand, her teeth clenched tightly. Every now and then, she'd let out these little small growls of frustration.
Now she knows how it feels when you don't get what you want; try feeling that for the past few days.
But I do have to admit, her small growls were adorable yet alluring all at once. I started to imagine her making those noises in bed. Normally, I don't like being dominated; but there was just something so appealing about the thought of her commanding me.
In the beginning, it won't happen; but when she begins to accept her place, I'll let her. I'll let her do whatever she wants to me, as long as I can hear those growls.
"When did you become so feisty?" I reached towards her face, running my index feeling down her cheek then across her lips.
"You tend to get angry when people break their part of the deal."
"I only keep them with they are beneficial to me. And in this one, I got the shitty end." I moved to where I would kneel in front of her. "3 days and nights. Do you know what you've put me through since our last meeting? Working or resting, it didn't matter what I did, you plagued every single thought."
"Not my fault."
"Yes it is." I gripped onto her chin to hold her face in place. "But don't worry; you'll make it up to me very soon." Even when kneeling in front of her, I was a good few inches taller. Her eyes were glaring up at me; the way I was holding onto her chin made her lips form into a pout.
It was just too good to resist. I leaned down closer until our lips were mere inches apart; instead of kissing her like she'd expect, I simply slid the tip of my tongue along her plump lips.
"You're just too hard to resist." I whispered. "But we do have a certain matter to discuss."
The small white room around us began to morph into an exact replica of our room back home. I released her chin before moving back to sit next to her; she was still trapped against the wall so she won't get the full view yet, but this should be a good enough observation for her.
"What do you think?" I studied her expression from the side while I waited for her answer. Her eyes were moving frantically all over, her mouth opened and closed a few times before she spoke.
"What is this?"
"Our room. This wasn't the original reason I went to see you but then it dawned on me; did I get everything you'll be needing for your stay? I got you dressers and cabinets for your clothes and some books since I know you like to read. Honestly, my main concern is the bed. I got the biggest one I could find, I believe it's called a super king. It already came with the silk covers but if you want something different, then just let me know."
I found myself rambling on and on; I was actually kind of nervous of what she'd think of the room. It is missing a woman's touch but I did the best I could.
"Gee, I don't know. We could use some curtains, some rugs, maybe some popurri."
"I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not."
"In this case, I am."
"Now's not the time for it love, it doesn't answer my question."
"Ok then, how about this? You're insane!" I was a little taken back by her outburst. "There aren't any doors or windows or sunlight or anything else that a person needs to remain sane. This is a freakin prison!"
I wasn't expecting that much of a negative reaction out of her. It made me a bit angry, I worked so hard on this room and she just shot it down. I stood up and moved a few inches away from her, needing to make some space before I did something I might regret. But I made sure to keep an eye on her, even if she's tied up at the moment, she could possibly regain control of her dream if she tries hard enough.
She's never been able to do if before but I'm not taking any chances.
"I worked very hard on this room for you, show some gratitude. And besides, my prisons are already reserved for some guests."
"Guests?"
"The Guardians, I believe you met them before, the first night we met." I've replayed that first night in my head several times; I would have gotten rid of that damn brat and taken Genie with me if it weren't for Jack.
I was waiting for her to respond to that statement, I was looking for some sort of clue.
In those few days of being away, I had searched every inch of the entire world and never came upon her. So I had formed a theory that she'd been hiding out with the Guardians. It all made perfect sense.
The way she reacted to my statement was interesting. Whenever someone lies, one of the major things they do is avoid eye contact, and that's exactly what she's doing. So that just proved to me that my theory was correct.
It's ridiculous and sad that it took me this long to figure it out. But even if I did figure it out back then, I wouldn't have been able to slip past the barriers to their realms.
"I've been dying to lock them behind bars for years, especially Jack Frost."
Even if she was avoiding eye contact, I could see the corners of her eyes. It wasn't hard to miss the way they lit like Christmas lights at the mention of the winter spirit's name. And she also formed a small smile.
Why would she smile like that? The only reason a person will smile at someone's name is if there are feelings there. I know that Jack likes her. Has he been pursuing her?
Has she developed feelings for him also?
"Why'd you do that?" I asked her.
"Do what?"
"I saw that look. When I said his name, your eyes brighten and you smiled. Why did you smile?"
"I don't know what you're talking about."
"We can stop playing stupid. I know they've been keeping you from me. And I know that Jack Frost is trying to win your heart."
How far had they gotten? Has he kissed her? Has he told her that he loves her? Has he made love to her?
So many questions swimming around in my head; I shouldn't feel threaten. I'm obviously the better choice but I can clearly see it. When I'm around, Genie doesn't smile. But just the mention of Jack's name was enough to make her do it.
If you were to put me and Jack next to each other and ask Genie to go to the one she loves, she'd choose him in a heartbeat.
The sand that was once wrapped round her was now swirling around on the floor around me. I was the one that was currently growling. The difference is that mine isn't as cute as hers.
Even with the sand gone, Genie hasn't moved from her spot, instead, she cowered further against the wall. She had wrapped her arms over her head and closed her eyes.
Good, she's scared of me. She better be.
She didn't notice that I was walking back towards her; nor did she notice me standing in front of her fragile form. I reached down to grab onto her by her arms and pulled her up to my height; leaving her feet dangling.
"Listen good baby, because I don't like repeating myself. Jack Frost is the enemy and you are mine! Deny it all you want; I will happily remind you everyday who you belong to. And I'll make sure Jack is close enough to hear it from your mouth as well."
By this point, I was yelling right into her face. She has still yet to open her eyes; but I could see the tears coming from her clenched eyes and hear the sobs coming from her mouth. I'm not sure if it's from the fear or from the pain my grip on her arms is causing.
At this point, I don't care.
"I'm not waiting anymore Genie. I'm coming for you right now; and when I get there, you'll come with me willingly. If you don't, I will resort to plan B, which involves Jaime and Sophie. Do we have an understanding?"
I didn't need a verbal answer; I just needed a small gesture to show that she understood me. She showed no indications of movement; she continues to dangle in my arms. Weigh the pros and cons can't take this long.
It was small but I finally got my answer, a resisting nod of the head.
"That's my good girl."
Jack's POV
Tooth had thought it'd be a good idea for all of us to brainstorm together on some battle plans. Problem is, it's really hard to think of any offense tactics when you don't know what to expect. Sandy was the only one who knows anything but he's still recovering.
Also, the mood in the room hasn't improved one bit; thankfully, Bunny gave up trying to use humor to liven things up.
The way we all feel right now is close to how we felt when we held Sandy's funeral that one time: Desperation and Despair.
There was really no glimmer of hope right now.
Our pitiful silence was soon disturbed by the frantic arrival of Phil, the yeti. He had come running down the hall at full speed, tripping over his own feet right at the entrance of the room. He rolled back up and started to just wave his arms around in random directions while yelling something in his native tongue.
Over the years, I've become a bit of an expert in the yeti language. So even through his bumbling, I was able to make out what he was saying
"Pitch Black." Immediately, North and Bunny shot out of their seats and took off towards the globe room, Phil was right on their tracks. Slowly and gently, I lifted Genie off my chest and laid her down onto the bed on her side.
A small part of my conscious was telling me that it would be a bad idea to leave her, it reminded that not only am I her boyfriend but I am her protector; but the rest of me was hell bent on kicking Pitch Black's ass.
And making sure that he'd never lay a finger of my girlfriend ever again.
"I'll be back." I whisper into Genie's ear before placing a quick chaste kiss on her cheek. I then grabbed onto my staff and jumped off the bed. Tooth had been waiting for me in the hallway outside the room; we both rushed towards the globe room together to meet up with the others.
Now usually before you reach the globe room, you see this bright light at the end of the hallway right when you enter.
Here's the strange thing, right now, there was no light. It wasn't until we got closer that we saw the reason why. The room was barricaded by a shield of black sand.
Tooth stopped a few inches away from the sand, grabbing onto my hoodie to stop me as well. I actually wasn't preparing to stop, I had planned to just bust through the sand and fire at whatever moved.
"Why'd you stop me?" I was pulling forward, trying to get her to release me. Damn, she has a pretty strong grip.
"It's not smart to just rush in, it might be a trap." I was about to counter with a 'so what'; but was rendered speechless when these two long tentacles like things shot out from the sand and wrapped around me and I'm pretty sure around Tooth also.
We were both pulled through the sand barrier and flung across the room; Tooth had managed to catch herself before landing, by flying of course. I, on the other hand, do not have wings and can't fly without the wind's help.
I had mentally prepared myself to land on the hard ground, but instead, I landed on something big and squishy.
"Ow!" The squishy thing I landed on yelled out in pain. When I rolled off the thing, I saw that it was North . Looking up, I saw Bunny was a few feet away, barely getting up onto his feet. I couldn't see where Phil is, I hope he's ok. I really like that guy.
"What happened?" I reached down to grab onto one of North's hands; he accepted my offer and pulled himself up.
"Don't know. One second, we outside; then next, poof, we inside."
"Mates, you might wanna look at this." North and I dusted off some dust from our clothes before looking up at the scenery in the room.
The four of us were completely surrounded by a mixture of Pitch's Nightmares and some other kind of creatures. I had seen this type of animal once before; in a book with lots of pictures. They were the perfect duplication of saber tooth tigers.
I thought those things were extinct.
They have obviously done some work before we got here; all the yetis and some of the elves were scattered across the room. They were all unconscious and the elves bodies were covered in bruises. The yetis actually had patches of fur missing; I could tell that those patches were ripped right off their bodies by sharp teeth.
"It's about time you joined us, Jack." I turned around and looked up to see Pitch Black on top of the globe, which was now completely covered in his sand.
He was sitting there casually; one of his legs was bent up, the parallel arm was resting on top of it. From what I could see, he was also holding onto a black whip with his other hand.
"You!" I pointed my staff at him and blasted off an ice attack. Before it reached him, he flicked his wrist with the wipe; it came up to knock my attack off in some random direction.
We all heard a loud crash and some rumbling from where my attack had landed.
"Not happy to see me? Such a shame, I've been looking forward to this moment for quite some time now. Now let's see, one, two, three, and four. Aren't there suppose to be 5? Where's the other one? Oh, he must be hiding after his humiliating defeat by my hands."
I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one in this room that can't wait to attack; but I'm more than sure that I'm the only one shaking from anger. I couldn't even think of any comebacks right now, that's how pissed I am.
"As exciting as this reunion is, I'm afraid I'm going to have to cut this it short. You see, I'm in a bit of a hurry. So if you don't mind, just return what's rightfully mine and I'll be on my way."
"I won't let you put even one finger on her!"
Genie's POV
I had woken up right after Jack kissed my check; my eyes opened in time to see Jack and Tooth rushing off towards the globe room, guess Pitch is already here.
Not wanting to face the music yet, I stayed in bed with Sandy for just a few more minutes. Some of his injuries had already healed, but there were still a few prominent ones that stood out along his golden skin.
To think, he's in this position because of me. This whole mess was caused by me. And the sucky thing is, there was nothing that I could have done different to change anything for the better.
If I hadn't been home that night, I would have gotten a call the next morning from my parents, telling me that Jaime and/or Sophie were dead.
If I had gone with Pitch that first night, he'd probably already have me chained to the bed and claimed me.
The only difference would be that I would have never met the Guardians and gotten the chance to get to know them on a personal level. I would have never seen Tooth's motherly side, never known Bunny's humor and unwaveringly support. I would have never connected with North or Sandy.
But the worst part if, I would have never gotten to know what it feels like to be properly loved, especially by one of the greatest guys I've even known, Jack Frost.
That's why it makes what I have to do next all the more painful.
Doing it was easier said than done. My mind was commanding my body to start moving but everything in me was on lockdown.
I rubbed Sandy's arm, my way of telling him goodbye. I rolled onto my front and crawled towards the end. Once I was off the bed, I tried to move towards the door but my legs weren't listening to my brain.
Instead of moving, they gave out on me. I dropped down to my knees and buried my face in my hands, trying really hard to hold back the tears. That seems to be the only thing I'm good at now, crying. A few tears did fall from the corner of my eyes and I felt that pressure in my chest that was itching to be let out. My throat started to burn from the restraint of keeping that loud cry in.
For once, I can't be a coward. I didn't do a good job at taking care of Jaime and Sophie when they were kids because of my personal feelings. After a certain scare that made the feelings disappear, I made a vow that I'd make it up to them somehow.
I guess today's the day I do it. I'm sorry Jaime, I'm sorry Sophie. It looks like your big sister isn't coming home; but I'm going to try to make this world decent enough for you two, how, I don't know yet.
"Thank you and I'm sorry; I hope you and the others will forgive me." I wonder if Sandy can hear me. Probably not, if he could, he'd be doing whatever it took to keep me safe.
Finding some kind of inner strength, I was able to stand on my two feet again and started moving towards the door. The battle taking place in the globe room was fierce; I could hear it from down here.
I had almost tripped once I got into the hallway; a few of the elves were running away from the battle, good thing some of them were able to escape. I know that the Guardians are Pitch's main targets but that doesn't mean he'll leave out the elves or yetis, especially if they get in his way.
A few of them ran right in to my legs and tried to take me along with them.
"Go on, I'll be ok." I tried to take another step but they weren't letting me go. They were adamant that I follow them right now; one of them even tried to untie my shoes.
I'm not sure how untying my shoe would stop me.
"I can't go yet, I need to see Jack. Please." They all turned to each other, conversing among each other by ringing the bells on top of their hats. In unison, they all looked back up at me and nodded their heads, finally releasing my legs.
"Thank you."
Hopefully there will be no more interruption. The closer I got, the louder Pitch's voice got; and man, was he angry. He kept insisting, no, commanding that the Guardians take him to me.
Jack kept refusing. He then went on to swear on the grave of his mother and sister that he'd protect me, even after his last breath.
I reached the entrance of the globe room, seeing that it was blocked by black sand.
"Well Pitch, how am I supposed to get through?" I reached out to touch the sand with my index finger. Within one inch, the sand started to split down the middle, opening up a little portal for me.
Just a few more steps and it'll be over, I hope. I took a deep breath and stepped through the portal. The sand then closed up all the way again, stopping the possibility of me changing my mind.
"Fine, if you won't take me to her, just tell me where she is. I'll get her myself."
I thought he was talking to all 4 of them, turns out, he was only talking to 2: Jack and Bunny. North was knocked out on the floor, front side down, with his hands holding loosely onto his swords. He was surrounded by these black tiger like creatures, all of them snarling at his body.
I couldn't' even pin point where Tooth was, and I had looked all over the room. I started to feel a little relief, thinking that she had managed to escape until I noticed a broken window right by the fireplace.
Jack and Bunny were standing back to back in the middle of circle composed of the same black creatures that were around North. Both of their faces were constantly moving side to side, knowing that at any second, one of the creatures could attack.
"I didn't think it was possible for me to hate you more, but you've just proved me wrong." Pitch was standing at the apex of the globe that was also covered in black sand. You couldn't see one single light shining through.
"Feelings mutual!" Bunny yelled at him, making the creatures growl at him more before moving closer. Jack was about to fire off some kind of attack, but one of the creatures snapped its jaws near the tip of the staff, almost taking it off.
That staff is Jack's life; if it's destroyed or broken, Jack would be in the same state.
"Pitch, you son of a…come here!" Bunny had hopped onto one of the tiger's heads and propelled himself up towards Pitch.
He didn't make it far. Pitch snapped his fingers at the tigers; some of the ones that were facing Jack turned their attention away from him and focused solely on Bunny's form. They then pounced up towards him. Their jaws grabbed onto Bunny's feet, he never made it anywhere near Pitch.
He screamed out from the pain, dropping his boomerangs. Working together, they all flung his body across the room with great force; he crashed into one of the walls, hard enough to cause a huge crater-like dent.
Pitch looked like he was getting ready to aim some kind of attack at Jack; I need to stop this now.
"STOP!" I yelled out at the top of my lungs, the sound echoed off the walls. Pitch and Jack both turned me to with shocked faces; their weapons lowered at the sight of me.
I looked over at Jack then back up to Pitch. The wipe in his hand was now gone; the shock now replaced with a smirk.
"There you are." Pitch jumped down from the globe and landed outside the tiger circles where Jack was in.
"Genie, run!" Jack tried to charge at Pitch, only to be blocked off by the creatures once again. A few of them snapped at his feet, stopping him from moving any further. "Why are you just standing there? Run now!"
"To where?" I asked him. Pitch stopped midway between me and Jack; he even moved to the side a little to give Jack a better view of me. "Even if I ran, where would I go? It doesn't matter, I could go anywhere in the world, and he'll still find me."
Jack just couldn't comprehend my reasoning. He thought that he'd be able to take out Pitch and the tiger things on his own; he couldn't even do it when he had his team.
"How long have you been standing there, my love?" My attention turned back to Pitch, who had began walking again. It wasn't long until he was in front of me. He held his hands out with his palms up, beckoning me to come to him.
"Long enough." It pained me to do this; but I reached out and placed my hands in his. Gently, he grabbed onto them and pulled me up against his body. He released my hands; his arms now circled around my waist.
"You're finally where you belong." He leaned down into the crook of my neck and started placing small kisses, sometimes nipping at my skin.
I could feel Jack's eyes on us; suddenly, the feeling of shame overtook my body. I hated that he was being forced to watch this.
"Genie, what are you doing?" Betrayal laced his voice.
I wish he could read my mind; that way I could explain to him what's happening. To tell him that I'm sorry.
"What does it look like she's doing?" Pitch turned out bodies to the side, giving Jack a better view. He was able to see the possessive hold Pitch had on me; hopefully, he would be able to see that I was reciprocating anything.
"She's being claimed by her King." Pitch grabbed onto the back of my head and smashed his lips onto mine, forcing his tongue into my mouth. The hand on my head forced it to move to the side, giving Pitch better access.
He was trying hard but he couldn't get me to kiss him back. After what seemed like a century, he pulled away from me, a trail of saliva still connected us.
"You taste so good. I can't wait to sample the rest of your body." He whispered into my ear before licking the outer lobe; his hands slipped under the back of my shirt and started to rub circles across my skin.
His hands began moving up until they came to rest at the clasp of my bra. I placed my hands on his shoulders and tried to push away.
I was basically telling him not to do it here and to stop.
He didn't cease one bit; and he didn't like that I was telling him to stop. His hands were now replaced with his nails. Roughly, he ran them down my back and across my hips. This caused me to cry out a little in pain.
Jack heard that cry; and he didn't like it.
Before Pitch could tell me anything, a big blast of ice crashed into him, sending him flying across the room. I looked back towards Jack, who was now free from the tiger circle. Actually, the tigers were nowhere to be found. The room was now completely bare of black sand.
That ice blast had taken those out as well. How hard did he have to concentrate to make sure that the blast didn't hit me?
Jack was wobbling up to me, he was holding onto his staff with both hands for dear life. That attack took a lot out of him, he could barely move, let alone stand.
"I didn't…get you…did I?" He took in deep breaths after every other word.
"No."
"Good." His whole body then gave out on him. I was able to wrap my arms around him before he collapsed, but my body wasn't prepared for the unexpected added weight, so he kind of took me down with him.
At least my hold on him was good enough to reduce the impact.
I was kneeling over Jack's unresponsive body. I had thought of picking him up and running, but when I tried, I could barely get his body to budge. He may look skinny, but man, he weights a lot.
Pitch's shadow soon came upon us both. It grew bigger and bigger until it formed a hole big enough for 3 people. I was able to take one last look around the room, my eyes settled on the glove that was now free of black sand; it was nice to know that the shining globe would be my last memory of this place.
The last thing I heard was Pitch's dark chuckle; the shadow in the ground swallowed Jack and I; we were now falling down a black hole.
I couldn't even see my own hand in front of my face, that's how dark this hole is. Realizing the situation I'm now in, I started to have a panic attack. Blindly, I began reaching out, trying to find Jack. Never had I wanted to feel the cold so badly.
I even tried yelling out his name but nothing came out of my voice; it was like this hole robbed me of all my senses.
I fell for what seemed like hours; for a second, I thought that Pitch had decided to trap me inside a bottomless hole of sorts, leaving me in complete solitude for being near Jack.
When I thought that it was never going to end, it ended. I landed on some soft cushion of sorts. The hole that dropped me now closed up.
I placed my hand on the cushion to push myself up; only to slide back down. Running my hands over it, I figured out that I was lying on pure silk.
"Oh God." I whispered. I rolled off whatever it was I was on. Once I was on my feet, I saw it. It was the bed, that exact bed that Pitch had showed me in my dream.
"Pitch!" I ran to the closest wall. My hands formed fist and they started to pound against the concrete wall, hard.
"Pitch!" I yelled again, this time in more anger than before.
During this, I started to wish. I wished that this was all just a horrible bad dream, that when I wake up, I'll be back at the Pole with everyone.
After a while, it became clear that that wall I was pounding on was real and this wasn't a dream. It wouldn't even be classified as a nightmare.
"Why? Why is this happening to me?"
Pitch's POV
I had expected some type of resistance from the Guardians; that's why I made sure to get a good percentage of my Nightmares and Terrors to come with me. Good thing I did, they came in handy.
The tooth fairy was the easiest to take out. All it took was one Nightmare; it charged at her and knocked her straight through one of the windows.
North was a bit harder; he was able to hold off my Nightmares at bay. But once a Terror stepped in, he was done for. The Terror had been able to grab onto the collar of North's shirt and swung him against the guarding rails of the globe.
After that attack, I lost interest and turned my attention to the remaining two. Jack and Bunny were working together. Their tactic was proving to be effective; but that soon changed when they were surrounded by the Terrors.
The Guardians always tried to tease me with their claims of 'I'm not afraid'. But today, I can feel the fear, especially from these two. Jack was terrified of losing the fight; he knew that when it happens, he'll be forced to watch me waltz out of the room with Genie on my arm.
The rabbit had a similar fear, but his had more layers to it. I could see it. He also fears that Jack will found out about his romantic feelings for Genie.
Now normally, I'd be infuriated over this but when you think about it, it could work to my full advantage. Jack considers the rabbit his best friend, so imagine the pain and betrayal he'll feel once he finds out the ugly truth.
Not long after this revelation, Bunny had been disposed off, leaving Jack all by his lonesome. Before I could tease Jack any further, Genie had stepped into the room and yelled out.
It seems that she listened to the talk we had earlier; she didn't run or resist when I touched her. Instead, she submitted to me; and in front of Jack. This made it all the more better. I wanted to continue ravishing her body there in front of the winter spirit.
It was then Genie began resisting; she tried to push away from me. She didn't want Jack to see anymore; but I wanted him to see all of it.
Jack had then found the strength to not only take me out but also the Nightmares and Terrors I brought with me. Great, now I need to go make more.
I saw that there was no need for me to attack; his last blast took everything out of him, he actually did the work for me.
This is what he gets for trying to play the hero; instead, he became the sitting duck.
All I had intended to do today was take Genie; but Jack put himself in the perfect position for the taking as well. Strolling up to him and Genie, I was forced to make a sudden decision: do I seize him now?
It took me only two seconds to come up with the answer: Yes!
This leads us to now. Genie is safe in our room; while Jack is chained up to the wall in one of the many cells in my lair. The chains were long enough for him to lie down and to move around a bit, but it stopped a good 3 feet away from the bars.
This cell saved specifically for him, it's the one closest to our room, so he'll hear every single thing.
"Wakey wakey." I nudged his side with my foot. "You know it's rude to not answer your host." His eyes fluttered opened, he moved his hands up to rub them. When he lowered them, he noticed the cuffs that were wrapped securely around his wrists.
"What the…"
"Welcome Jack. I trust you find your accommodations satisfying." I turned away from him and walked through the bars out of the cell. He was looking around, taking in his new surroundings. Afterwards, he then grabbed onto the chains and started tugging on them.
They were never going to break. Just like everything in my lair, they needed my sand.
"How?"
"Trying to play the hero backfired on you, that's how. I admit, I'm amazed that you were able give off that kind of attack. One has to wonder if you'll be able to do it again."
"My staff?"
"I didn't think it was important enough to bring." Truthfully, I completely forgot about it, it wasn't near Jack or Genie when I took them. Not like the others will be able to use it though so there's no need for me to worry about it.
"Where's Genie?" His knees wobbled as he stood, it was like watching a baby deer learn how to walk. With very step he took, there was a possibility of him falling flat on his face; sucks that he actually didn't. After a few shaky steps, he was fully stable and charging towards me.
The chains didn't let him get near me at all.
"You're a prisoner now Jack; which means you can never refer to the Queen by her name. That honor is for me along. Instead, to you and all the other that will be joining soon, she will be known as her Highness."
"Her Highness? Queen? Pitch, just because one of your nicknames is the Nightmare King, doesn't mean you're an actual king. Geez, you're really starting to lose it, aren't you?" He knew the chains wouldn't nudge an inch and yet, he still continued to pull at them.
"It's reliving to see that your sarcastic nature hasn't changed. But I will be King of the immortals. I now have my greatest weapon, my main source of fear. And now I own a second source. Before you ask, yes, it's you."
"I don't know what you're talking about, I'm not afraid."
"You were scared that I'd take Genie away, well, that's come true. Now you're scared of what I'll do to her. That's fear right there. So with the two of you feeding me, I'll be more powerful than all immortals combined. Not even the Man in the Moon will be able to stop me."
"You're forgetting about the others."
"Others? Who? Tell me Jack, who among the immortals will be able to defeat me? Mother Nature, Groundhog, Cupid, Liam the Leprechaun? Not many strong allies you have. I just took down you, Sandy, Tooth, North, and your supposed best friend Rabbit. As I've told you before, word will travel. The smart ones will join my side and serve me. The others, well, they can join you."
Enough was enough; I've had a long day and am in desperate need for release. I turned away from him and started to head down the corridor, stopping right at the spot where our room was located.
"What do you mean by supposed best friend?" He couldn't see my face right now; if he could, he'd be able to see the giant sideway smirk on my face.
"I guess I can tell you before I go. You know how I know everyone's greatest fears? Well, Bunnymund has a new one. And it's a good one. Ready to hear it Jack? He's in love."
"And that makes you question our friendship?"
"It does when you consider who he's in love with."
"I don't get it."
"Ah, adolescents are so naive. I guess I have to spell it out for you. Jack, he's in love with Genie."
Genie's POV
The floor was super uncomfortable for me; so I opted to go back to the bed. Now, I was lying on my side on the far left side of the bed. I hated that no matter which way I faced, I would be met with a giant wall, that's main goal is to stop me from obtaining freedom.
It sucks to say, but a big part of me has already given up fighting. It wasn't finding a reason to keep going. If I didn't give into him, he'll use Jaime and Sophie against me. I don't want them to be a part of this in any way.
So the decision was made, I will do whatever Pitch wants me to do tonight. And all the other nights for the rest of my life; or at least until he gets tired of me and throws me away.
Hopefully the 2nd choice comes true.
I feel so vulnerable right now; I absolutely hate this feeling. For some reason, I crossed my arms over my chest. When I did this, I felt something small and smooth lying around my neck. I quickly grabbed onto the end and pulled it out slightly to have a better view.
It was the locket Tooth had North make for me. With everything happening so fast, I had completely forgotten that I had this.
I wanted to use it now, but logically, that would not be a good idea. Pitch will be back any second; if he even sees it, he'll want to take it from me. I need to hide this now, someplace where only I will now.
I had thought of hiding it in the nightstand by the bed but Pitch may look in there; why, I don't know but I just have that feeling he'd do it.
He could look anywhere in this room; and it's not exactly giant. So where's the place that has the least possibility of being found?
Scanning the room for what felt like the hundredth time, I finally settled on the location: in one of the books.
Jumping out of bed, I quickly ran over to the book stand and took a random book off the shelf. I opened it to some random page, and then pulled the locket off, ripping the chain in the progress. I placed between the pages, slammed the book and placed it back in the shelf.
I sprinted back and launched myself onto the bed, and was about to lay on my back when Pitch stepped into the room. So I settled for sitting crossed legged at the foot of the bed. I was a bit winded from the small sprint across the room.
While walking towards me, he had already begun the process of undressing himself. By the time he was in front of me, his cloak was on the floor and the button to his pants was undone.
My eyes travelled over his entire body; from the lean shoulder muscles down to well sculpted abs. I wanted to stop there but my eyes went even lower past the unbutton pants to where his big bulge was.
"Don't be nervous."
"I thought you liked making me nervous."
"Not all the time."
"That makes absolutely no sense Pitch. You've told me yourself, you want me to fear you."
"Yes, I want you to fear me but I also want you to love me."
"It's not possible for me to do both." I pushed myself further back onto the bed until I came to sit against the headboard. He climbed onto the bed to follow, I expected that. He must be excited that I put myself in a position with no escape.
I had prepared myself mentally for whatever his next move would be. What he did next wasn't what I was expected: The back of his hand was caressing one of my cheeks, his thumb lightly massaging my lips; it was so gentle, something that Pitch normally isn't.
I pushed his hand away from my cheek. I knew it would make him angry but at the moment, I don't care. It's pissing me off that he's trying to play the sweet guy when he just kidnapped me and locked Jack up in a prison.
"What if I told you that I love you, would it be possible then?"
"I don't believe you're capable of love, Pitch Black." From the look on his face, I can tell that statement really got to him. He looked like he just got punched in the gut and had the air knocked out of him.
He looked down at his lap, lost in his own thoughts. I took the chance to survey the room once more. Besides the lack of sunlight, doors, and windows, it's actually pretty nice. The silk sheets feel nice against my skin and the mattress is very comfortable.
Since I was in a rush earlier, I wasn't able to look over the titles on the bookcase. I felt a twinge of excitement knowing that they were all for me; I absolutely love reading. Whenever I'm bored, I often fantasized about the accessories my future dream home would have, and one of them was a built in library.
My mind flashed back to earlier, when Pitch had mentioned that he worked hard on this room; it's clear now that he actually did. Even though his main goal is to claim me, he didn't just buy the bed.
And he did a good job at matching the cabinets and dressers for my clothes. Oh shit, I just remembered! All of my stuff is at Bunny's, I have nothing! What the hell am I gonna do?
I was brought out of my thoughts when I felt a warm hands rub up and down my cheeks and both sides of my neck. Pitch grabbed my face softly and pulled me forward; he came halfway until our lips were mere inches apart.
"Let me prove it." He whispered. "Let me prove to you that I am capable of love and of being loved." He moved forward more until his lips connected with mine; Instead of being rough and demanding, the kiss was so soft. He didn't even try to shove his tongue down my throat.
He was trying to portray that he could be tender and charming.
After a few more seconds, he pulled away a bit, enough to where we could lock eyes again. His eyes were speaking to me, begging me to accept his offer.
Sex, I knew it was inevitable tonight; but this proposition will probably be my only chance of being handled softly instead of being manhandled like a ragdoll.
He continued to anxiously wait for my decision, his hands still cupping my face. Mentally, I scolded myself for what I was about to do. But I had to remind myself that I'm doing it to protect 2 very important people in my life.
"Please be gentle." I muttered, giving him the go ahead.
His response: a smile. Not a smirk, a genuine smile.
He grabbed onto the bottom hem of my sweater and pulled it off over my head, tossing it aside off the bed. Not even 2 seconds afterward, my bra had joined it on the floor.
"Lay on your back." I slide down on the bed until my head came to rest on a stack of pillows. Pitch straddled my hips, pressing his still clothed erection against me. His hands came to rest about the waist band of my pants, his thumbs toying with the button.
He looked up at me with heavily lusted hooded eyes before unhooking the button to my pants. In one swift move, he not only had my pants off but also my underwear, socks, and shoes.
I wanna know how the hell he did all that in one movement.
I quickly became aware that I was lying naked in front of Pitch, everything was exposed. No doubt that my cheeks were stained red, they were burning too. I wanted to cover myself but I didn't know what I wanted to cover more.
Pitch starred intensely at my body, his eyes moving up and down several times; lingering mainly on my breast.
"You are a work of art." He licked his lips.
He placed his hands on both sides of my heads, lowering himself down until his body became flushed against mine. My legs moved to wrap loosely around his waist.
Hesitantly, I placed one of my hands on his back and the other in his hair; I had expected it to feel slimy but it actually felt kind of soft and a little dry all at once.
"Touch me however you like, my Queen." He whispered into my ear before licking the outer lobe. When he started to nibble on the lobe, my upper body arched up against him. I bite onto my bottom lip to stop the moan that wanted so badly to be heard.
He, on the other hand, didn't hold anything in. He had felt my breast pressed up against him when I arched.
He started to place open mouthed kisses across my check until he came to my lips. He licked my bottom lip asking for entrance, which I gave to him.
His mouth and mine moved in sync, our tongues meeting halfway to battle for dominance. This time, I did moan. It amazed me how pliable his lips were against mine.
Pitch won the battle of dominance, pushing his tongue all the way into my cavern. He explored every inch; every so often he would try to coax my tongue to do the same. Hesitantly, I pushed past his and entered his mouth; I didn't get far. He had nibbled on my tongue before pulling apart.
My hands on his back moved to where they now rested against his pec. While massaging them, I would flick his nipples with my nail, earning a few moans combined with my name.
His face moved lower until they were level with my breast. My hands were placed behind his neck to pull him closer.
Pitch kissed a pathway between my breasts before he began to fondle them. He would twist and pull at my nipples, making me toss my head side to side from the sudden amount of ecstasy that ran through my body.
My right breast was suddenly surrounded by his warm mouth; he would alternate between sucking the mound and swishing his tongue around my nipple.
He pulled away to give the left one the same attention.
"Oh God, Pitch!" I screamed out. My left breast has always been more sensitive than my right. I started to feel this pressure build up in my lower region; it began to burn, making me feel a combination of pleasure and pain.
Now I wanted him to hurry up by now; the pain was beginning to be more than I can bear.
Sensing what I want, Pitch kissed my left nipple before moving all the way down until his face was between my legs.
He grabbed onto one of my legs and pulled my thigh over his shoulder, giving him better access. His tip of his tongue licked attentively at my clit, his hand rubbing against both of my thighs.
My breathing was coming out shuddered; my mouth wide open, letting out rather loud moans. I had closed my eyes and weaved one of my hands through Pitch's hair, pushing him further down.
He was more confident now. He pushed past my lips and began probing my entrance with his tongue; he was lapping up greedily at my juices. He used one of his arms to hold my hips still; I wanted so badly to thrust my hips against his mouth to feel more of his tongue.
"Pitch, I'm can't….I'm gonna…" Pleasure had made me incoherent, I couldn't form one completely sentence. All I could get out of my mouth were whimpers. The pressure was finally at the brim, I needed so badly to release.
When his sharp teeth scraped the underside of my clit, that's when I lost it. My body finally released that tension; my whole body arched, my hands going to grip onto the covers.
I had expected the burn to disappear after that release; but instead, it got stronger and was now pulsing.
Pitch sat up onto his haunches, his fingers came up to his lips to wipe away the cum. He took one look at me before licking his fingers clean.
"I could definitely get use to that."
I brought my hands up to my face to push away the random strands of hair that were stuck due to my sweat. My heart beat was still rapid; I guess cause my body knew what was coming next.
I hadn't noticed Pitch push off his pants until he crawled back up my body. His erection was pressing up against the inside of my thigh.
He reached down with one of his hands to grab onto his base, guiding it to my hyper sensitive hole.
"Just relax darling."
The tip was right at the entrance; after a few nudges, the head was fully immersed. Not use to the intrusion, my hands clung onto Pitch's shoulder, my nails digging into his skin.
His head fell into the crook of my neck, his hot breath causing a shiver to run down my spine.
Once he was sure I had adjusted, he pushed further in, inch by inch.
I thought there would be a certain amount of pain; but the only amount of pain I had felt was the burning sensation from earlier. Now, that burning was gone. My walls had stretched to accommodate his wide girth
He stopped moving once he was fully buried deep inside me. His lips smashed onto mine once more, with more passion than before.
One of his hands buried into my hair while the other grabbed onto lower backside to angle my body. He pulled out slightly before thrusting back in, immediately hitting my G-spot on the first try.
I wanted to scream out and beg for more, but his mouth was still over mine. Instead, I wrapped my legs around his backside and nudged him to continue.
He obliged, this time pulling out until just the tip was left before ramming forcefully back in. This time, I couldn't hold in my scream. I pulled away from Pitch's lips and moaned out. My head bent back, exposing my neck to him.
While thrusting him and out of me, he began to lick and nibble on a tendon in my neck before fully biting it. The skin broke, a few drops of blood dribbled down my neck onto the bed.
I found myself gasping for air; each thrust was leaving me completely breathless.
"I'm so close, my love." He released my hip for just a few seconds. He grabbed onto my wrist to place my hands over my head; he held them there with just one hand.
The other hand went back to its original place, holding my lower body at an angle.
In and out, in and out. The sound of skin slapping against the other with moan deep and high echoed off the walls in the room.
After what seemed like hours, my walls finally clasped tightly around his member and I came once more. Two more thrust in and he came as well, emptying his seed into me.
We rode out our orgasms before he collapsed on top of me. Both of us were trying hard to catch our breaths; our bodies sticking together, him still buried inside me.
He kissed the tip of my nose before pulling out of me; rolling onto the lay at my right side. He leaned over to wrap an arm around my waist to pull me against him.
I suddenly felt this stinging sensation run up my backside.
"Ah wait!" I pushed his arm off my waist to let me fall back into my previous position.
"I thought I was gentle." He reached below us and grabbed onto the blankets. He got up onto his knees and maneuvered my body the best he could to get me underneath the covers.
"I was a virgin. So yeah, of course it'll hurt the first time." He jointed me underneath the covers, pulling them up until the top rested above my boobs. Instead of moving me to him, he moved closer to me, laying his head onto of my chest.
It didn't surprise me that I was suddenly very tired. I yawned out loud before closing my eyes to let the fatigue take over. Before I was fully out, I could still hear Pitch's voice. At first, he was talking to me; but afterwards, it seemed that he was talking to himself.
"Your body has the rest of eternity to get use to me." He kissed the part of my neck that now has his mark. "I do hope Jack enjoyed the show."
I know, definitely not my best chapter but at least I got it out for you guys. I tell you, that lemon took me for freakin ever to write; and it's not very good. I still struggle with those. But you know what they say, practice makes perfect.
I really hope you all know how much it means to me to have amazing readers and reviewers. You all definitely make my day.
So quick story: whenever I write this fic, I watch the movie non-stop; it helps to give me inspiration. I've watched it so many times these past few years that it now skips…. A lot. So I've had to go buy a new DVD. Let's see how long this one last.
Also, I'm gonna start re-writing my earlier chapters. My writing has changed in a short amount of time and they don't match at all.
Please leave a review; until next time, Peace!
