OK since it's been busy for me and my beta's here's a ch for four of my stories since I had the time to do them.

Chapter XLIX: The Cat, The Canary, And The Strange.
Last Time.
"Damn it, Luffy! Come into the kitchen if you're hungry!" Jumper said before walking up stairs to a room. She closed it and removed her helmet. Revealing she looks like Naruto's sexy jutsu and looked at different monitors before they switched on. They each showed a different Naruto in different scenarios. The first showed him on a ship with a Jolly Roger that's wearing a straw hat.
The next was the same but him fighting a group of pirates with Jutsu's. The next showed him giving missions to teenaged heroes with Batman in a cave. And the last showed a similar scenario but with an 'X' on their costume training in a room that's attacking them with weapons. "Two pirate versions, an alternate Justice League version training the sidekicks."
"And another with the people with powers being ridiculed for having them." She said before hearing another voice behind her.
She looked back and saw Tsunade standing behind her. "You were late coming back home, Naruko. I just came to check up on ya." Naruko sighed before looking back to the screens.
"Sorry, had to check up on one of my counterparts." She said turning on another monitor showing Naruto fighting aliens with Atom, Wonder Woman, Ice, and Firestorm. "Everything all right?" Tsunade asked as Naruko nodded. "Yeah, just had to change it to where Superman wouldn't escape during Joker's assault, via getting into the Watchtower with a spaceship."
Fortunately, I stopped Joker before testing how strong that Naruto is." Naruko finished as they looked towards the screen.
Now.
Rann; Morning.
Kage looked on as Kanjar Ro held a Kryptonite wand at Superman's throat as Batman, and Martian Manhunter laid on the ground.
Naruto noticed one of the League's elastic guys, Elongated Man on the ground as well. He has short brown hair and wearing a full body suit that's white and purple with 'EM' inside a black circle on the chest.
Naruto glanced to his left and saw a man in a red body suit with a cowl, yellow boots, and gloves. He has a white belt with a grey holster on his right leg and a jetpack with the straps over his chest in an 'X'.
The man picked up a ray gun before Kanjar Ro spoke. "Surrender Rann to me, Adam Strange! I've defeated your friends, and my Kryptonite wand is more than enough to drain the life out of the Kryptonian... And in his weakened state, any laser blasts you might shoot will hurt Superman!"
Adam glared before lifting his gun. "Don't know who you think you're talking to, Kanjar Ro. But I didn't just fall off the Zeta Beam. I've been protecting this planet for a long time now... I've kicked your alien butt more times then I can count, with help from my friends in the Justice League. And without. You don't scare me."
Adam shot his gun and hit the wand away. "He's all yours." Adam said to Superman who turned to Kanjar Ro. Later, the people of Rann celebrated as Adam and the League stood on a platform, waving. Beside Adam is a woman with black hair wearing a purple shirt, black pants and yellow boots.
She's holding a baby girl in a purple Onesie as a bald man with grey eyebrows wearing green and purple robes walked up and talked to J'onn. "Sardath.. The citizens of Rann do this often?" Sardath nodded before speaking. "Every time Adam saves the planet, yes... From the moment he was accidently sent here by my accidental Zeta Beam experiment."
"Adam Strange has been our protector. Time and time again he has put the safety of Rann before his own safety to combat interstellar invaders and natural disasters.. Sometimes with your own assistance, like today. No Rannian is more fortunate than I that Adam Strange has chosen to call Rann his home rather than return to Earth."
"For he is the husband to my daughter Alanna, and father to my grand daughter Aleena." Sardath finished as they left for his house to eat. Missing a teen boy linger as everyone else left. The teen picked up a mask of Adam and ripped it before walking to a museum commemorated to Adam and took the Kryptonite wand as well as another suit of Adam's along with a jetpack.
Later, Adam Strange's House.
The League sat with the Strange family and ate as they talked about if Adam has ever missed Earth. "It is your planet of birth. Do you not miss it? I think of Mars every moment." Elongated Man picked up bread before speaking. "Adam visits Earth quite often, using the Zeta Beam." Adam nodded as he held his daughter.
"Elongated Man is right. I do miss Earth, Manhunter, but now Rann feels like home to me. My daughter was born here, my wife's family is here. On Earth, I'm just another guy. On Rann, I'm needed." He said as Aleena giggled.
Later, that night, Naruto was woken up as a voice was broadcasted over loudspeakers. He got dressed and flashed beside Batman while he, Adam, and Elongated Man looked at the teen from earlier, dressed like Adam as J'onn flew to them. The teen went on saying they don't need Adam or other 'Outworlders' to protect them.
Beside the teen is Kanjar Ro, still cuffed. "He put a force field around the building so he can't get to him." Batman explained as they just stood there. "Plus, he's using Kanjar Ro's Kryptonite Wand and is keeping Superman at bay in his bed." The teen let Kanjar Ro loose to show he can catch him like Adam.
"That idiot! Kids these days." Adam said as Kanjar Ro dashed away as Adam messed with his jetpack and looked for something to disrupted the field. "I've fought Kanjar Ro before. I know his tendencies, his strategies, how he thinks and it's through the battles that defeating him is easy today."
"Salan has none of my experience. He doesn't know the trouble he's in." He finished before picking out a device. "Elongated Man.." Elongated Man took the device, stretched to the field and created a hole large enough for the Team to go through. They caught up to Kanjar Ro, now in the jetpack as Salan is on the ground.
Kanjar Ro took off, having Naruto dash after him before appearing in front of him. Kanjar Ro stopped just as Salann hit his jetpack, having it blow up. Later, Adam decided on training anyone who wants to help protect Rann from threats as there was another celebration.
Star City; Nighttime, Docks.
Kage dropped on a roof behind Black Canary who was watching a warehouse. "OK, Canary, what do we have? Or did you just want the sexiest man on the League all to yourself?" He asked closing his eyes in a smile. She sighed as she facepalmed before speaking. "I was just calling Wildcat before you called me, Kage."
"And I heard your message after he replied, 'I'll be there', as it sounds like he was fighting." A truck backed up as two men opened the large door so it could back inside. Naruto shook his head getting Canary to look over to him. "Something wrong?" Naruto waved her off. "I'm fine, just getting Deja vu... Again."
She looked back down before commenting. "Yeah, I got it as well when you dropped down. Weird." Naruto hit the side of his glasses and zoomed in to listen on the men's conversation. "Alright; let's move this stuff out!" One said before the voice box disappeared.
"Wildcat, it's Black Canary. Kage and I are at the warehouse, where are you?" Canary asked as she put a hand to her ear. "Kage's there? Sorry, baby-OOF! I got hung up." Naruto heard Wildcat through his earpiece, along with the sound of punching. "This is getting old, Ted! Need a hand?" They heard more punches before Wildcat spoke.
"Nah, I got this. I'll be there in ten minutes." She sighed as she put her hand to her face. "Would those be real minutes, or Wildcat minutes?" They heard him get hit before replying. "Come on-oof!" Naruto sighed before zooming in to see the men unload illegal guns.
"We can't wait for him, Dinah..." Naruto trailed off seeing she was already jumping down, and landed on the trailer of the truck. Naruto got on the edge before dropping down. "Maximum effort." He calmly walked over to the warehouse. He saw Black Canary take out the men before sidestepping as the last one flew past him into the wall.
Naruto quickly got his bow out before shooting an arrow in the barrel of an assault rifle a man picked up and had foam explode from the arrow. Black Canary grabbed the man's arm, and twisted it, having it break before kicking his stomach several times and threw him at a stack of boxes.
Naruto shot a regular arrow, hitting the tire of the truck, keeping it from escaping before hearing cheering. Looking down, Naruto saw a laptop with a woman in a red dress with slits showing off her legs and a snake tattoo going from her right leg to her left shoulder and a hole showing her cleavage.
She's wearing sunglasses with her hair in a bun with chopsticks through it and red shoulder length fingerless gloves.
She raised the hand of a muscular man in a cat costume.
"The Winner! Wildcat!"
Later, The Watchtower.
Kage was walking past the gym before Oliver was sent flying past the door. Naruto looked inside, and saw Black Canary without her jacket walking to Oliver in gym clothes.
"OK, so I missed an ass whupping. Dinah, what's the plan with Wildcat?" She looked a little nervous before speaking. "Plan? What pl-!" She stopped as Naruto raised his hand. "It's alright, the others don't have to know."
Later, they sped down through traffic as Kage rode his Tomahawk, and Black Canary was on a blue Harley-Davidson with Green Arrow riding behind her. She explained that because Wildcat's been staying up in the Tower more and more, he's going into 'Meta-Brawls' from going through a midlife crisis.
Naruto stared ahead as they continued to drive. Later, they drove to a parking lot and changed clothes.
Naruto is wearing back jeans, and a leather jacket.
Dinah is wearing a white jacket, black shirt, white skirt, and necklace with black high heeled boots.
Oliver is wearing a green jacket, shirt and pants.
They waited a few hours before a van drove up and an African-American male stepped out dressed like a rapper. Dinah walked over and spoke to him before walking over. "I need a thousand dollars." Naruto and Oliver raised an eyebrow at that. "Why?" Dinah sighed at that. "It's not like going to a stadium, the location is a secret."
"For a grand, this guy gives us the info and a ticket in." She finished as the man looked round nervously. "Oh, now I see why you need me. You didn't need Green Arrow, you just needed green." She looked offended at that. "It isn't like that." Naruto leaned against his bike that's under a Genjutsu. (Illusion Technique.) to look like a normal bike.
"No? Then tell me, what is it like?" Oliver asked as she stared at him before looking down. "I thought I could trust you." Oliver sighed before they both walked over as Oliver pulled out the money. 'Those two should just screw and get it over with.' Naruto thought before the man held three tickets.
Unknown Location.
The Heroes looked at the rich people walking near the concession stands before walking to the lockers. They passed several people in costume, mostly villains they've faced before seeing Wildcat shadow boxing beside picture of a man with brown hair, blue pants, and a boxing championship belt on and 'Ted Grant World Heavyweight Champion' on it.
"What is this?" He asked as Dinah walked over as Naruto stood at the door with Oliver. "We want to help you Ted, we want to get you out of here." Wildcat pulled his cowl off showing his grey hair. "Why, does it look like I have a problem?" Dinah narrowed her eyes. "You do if you don't see what you've become. You're entertainment for these people. The rooster in a cock fight."
Ted sighed at that. "Fighting is what I do!" Naruto walked over and looked at him. "Then take off your costume and go back to boxing, or wrestling. Fighting is not what Wildcat does, saving people is. You want to fight that's fine, but don't drag your name down with it."
Naruto turned and walked out leaving the others behind. He changed into his costume before Oliver, and Dinah walked out and did the same. Dinah explained they would have to attack the fighters and trash the building to get Wildcat to stop for good before going up to the rafters.
Once there, they saw Wildcat fighting a muscular man in a large dome cage. The man is wearing a lime green uniform with dark green chest and shoulder armor and boots. His head is nothing more then a green flaming skull.
Green Arrow shot an arrow down that opened to cuff Wildcat to the cage. "OK, folks, party's over!" Naruto dropped down as Green Arrow shot a rope arrow and swung down with Canary before fighting off security. Naruto kicked one away as Canary punched one, grabbed his arm, and kicked him several times before seeing the villains walk to them.
Both Naruto and Green arrow put an arrow in their bows and pulled back before Wildcat stood in between them. "Wait! What are you doing?" He asked Canary who glared at him. "If the only way to get you out of here is to bring this place down, then so be it. What side are you on?"
Wildcat looked up to the announcer's room before letting the villains pass. "Can you use that Sonic Cry of yours?" Naruto asked keeping his arrow drawn. "No, at this range it will kill them. I have a better idea." She said before looking at Roulette. "How would you like to see two League Members fight?!"
Wildcat looked on in shock as Canary propositioned a fight between her, and him. Roulette excepted and the villains left.
Later, Naruto leaned against the wall of the locker room as Canary started stretching as Green Arrow watched the door before turning to her. "You bought us time, but we're still going to have to fight our way out of here. Change your mind about the Scream?" He asked as she continued stretching.
"No, Ted will just come back. We need to settle this the only way he understands." Green Arrow sighed as he picked up an arrow and spun it in his hands. "I thought you was just pretending to care?" She stopped and looked back at him. "What's that supposed to mean?"
"Like all that flirting at the Watchtower. The way you acted interested to get me to help you." She walked up to him and frowned. "Who said I was pretending?" She said. "Oh no, not again. I know your game." he told her. She looks directly at him, "It's not always a game".
"No? Come here. Look me in the eyes and tell me that." he requests. Black Canary walked towards him. She just reached him before Green mist came out of the arrow, knocking her out as Roulette walked in. "Don't worry. You'll still have your match."
Naruto walked beside a stand just as Green Arrow went into the cage with Wildcat protesting. "Oh, you want to fight a woman instead?" Green Arrow asked having Wildcat throw a punch. Both men fought with Wildcat having the advantage, bruising Green Arrows face and threw him throughout the cage.
They continued even after Black Canary ran out and was held back by security. After several minutes, Wildcat uppercuts Green Arrow who fell on his back and didn't move. Wildcat checked his pulse and didn't feel any before Naruto grabbed the two men holding Canary and broke their arms before throwing them away.
Canary ran in just as Roulette did. "No more. I'm done. For good." Wildcat said just as Naruto pressed a button on his arm piece calling the police to the building. Later, Naruto saw Green Arrow move as Canary was kneeling by him. Arrow groaned as he explained that he used a stunner to fake being dead so Wildcat would quit before they left with Wildcat.
Later, Watchtower.
Kage saw Wildcat go into a room with J'onn to work out his need to fight before seeing Canary walk with a bandaged Green Arrow. They left on a coffee date before Naruto yelled out. "Seriously! Screw and get it over with already!"

OK I just saw Batman: The Killing Joke movie... I liked it and with the mixed reviews that seems to be the opinion of everyone Minus the few I've come across that said it's the worst they've seen, of course they could just be joking/purist that say comics/books are better than the movies.
OUTSIDE the first 30 minutes which most don't like. Now I get why the first 30 minutes is on there.
Unlike for the novel which at the time people had 20+ years of getting to know Barbara, for a movie almost 30 years later, not everyone knows her as they may not read comics/never read the novel. So it's character building for Barbara so we would feel more sympathy for her when she's shot.
Now if they at least removed a few minutes of it, it would have been better.
(I won't say what as not to spoil it for anyone.)
But those that did see the movie know what I mean. And that few minutes is the main thing people don't like/hate as it wasn't canon for the comics and is out of Character.
Even though I've read it may have happened in the earlier comics/certain comic storylines. For those that know what I'm talking about and is knowledgeable on the older comics let me know if that's true.
Me? It didn't bother me, it was more like 'Oh, that happened' and I just went on watching the rest of the movie. Now Bruce Timm did work on it and I think he was the one that pushed for that because he hinted at that in Batman the Animated Series, more so the last show/Season 4 and in the comics for those shows/for DCAU canon it did happen.
I was also introduced to Batman/DC Comics through that show/universe so it didn't take me by surprise.
Sorry I don't know how to explain it better without spoiling it for those that haven't seen the movie.
Now I'm not defending it. Yes, for the movie it's terrible, I'm just saying it didn't bother me as much as it has other people. But I'm also someone who, if there's a movie I want to watch, or a game I want to play I'm going to watch it, and play it.
I've seen movies that got mixed reviews and at the very least I liked it for one watch and was glad I did watch it. I've played games that got around 4/10 and loved them, and played games that got 10/10 that I found good but never went back to it after beating it once, or found it alright/average.
I also think if they got Jay Oliva who did The Dark Knight Returns, and Flashpoint Paradox, or Brandon Vietti who did Under The Red Hood, and co-created the Young Justice TV show, it would have been better then what we got.
But maybe the hype for an almost 30 year story that's considered to be one of the top 3 if not the number 1 best comic of all time it just failed to live up to it. FOR The Killing Joke portion of the movie and forgetting the first 30 minutes, but of course that could be why people thought it was just average, they couldn't forget that first part.
So yeah, I liked it and bought it on Blu-Ray. Sorry for the lengthy/nothing to do with these two stories A/N.

Just wanted to give my thoughts on the movie as I'm sure I'll be asked about it.. Especially since it was released online 2 weeks before release.
