A/N: I'm not actually going to apologize for being late in updating... Because the main reason is I lost my grandfather early in October. Also, My P.C quit on me and I had to get a new one. Got weather from Hurricane Matthew that caused my internet to act up as well.

But I am updating all of my stories so I can just explain all of this just once.

Chapter LI: The Doomsday Sanction.

Last Time.

Naruto shook his head and said to himself, "Man. Another deja vu episode. If I get any more of those I'll start to think I'm living some other life. Which in this job doesn't sound like a stretch." Naruto said before a blur ran past him. "Damn it, Rev! Watch where you're going!"

Naruto yelled as the blur stopped showing an anthropomorphic Roadrunner with red feathers and a black suit.

Rev dashed away before he heard Cheetah walk up beside him. "What's his story?" Naruto sighed as he looked to her. "He's Flash from a few thousands years from now. One day he found a Museum for the previous Flash and found a time travelling treadmill." She raised an eyebrow at that before Naruto continued.

"And like 20-30 years from now, 'Splicing' will be the next big thing. He told me that's what he is." She blinked at that before speaking. "Splicing?" Naruto nodded before pointing at her. "It's... what you did to yourself." Her jaw dropped at that before she grabbed him by the collar.

"You mean to tell me, becoming half an animal will be in style?!" Naruto nodded again before reaching down and squeezed her ass before flashing to his room.

Now.

Washington, D.C. Early Morning.

An alarm clock went off having Amanda Waller turn it off. She turned on the News as she fixed a cup of coffee. The news was about an island being evacuated as a volcano was getting ready to start erupting in a week and the Justice League offered to help out. Amanda picked up her phone and dialed a number.

"Yeah, have the car ready in twenty minutes. And get the division's heads together an hour early." She said before going to take a shower as the news talked about Lex's surprise Presidency campaign. As she walked down the hall, she missed her security camera going off as she past them.

When she was done, she reached for a towel just as a gloved hand handed her one. She pulled the curtain back and saw both Batman and Kage standing in her bathroom. "Get a robe. It's time we talked." Batman said before turning around as Naruto did the same.

Amanda got dressed in a robe before the heroes turned back around. "Amanda Waller: Born in St. Louis. World Scholar. PhD in Political Science. Served in Intelligence for three Administrations. And then disappeared from the public eye four years ago." Batman said as Amanda scoffed.

"Am I supposed to be impressed at that? Maybe I should rattle off your resume? I could blow the whistle on you anytime I want." Amanda said getting Batman to stare at her. "Fine. Why don't we both step into the light together? I'm sure the people would be just as interested in your activities as mine." Naruto kept quiet as they 'talked'. "Secret weapons, bypassing congress, illegal cloning experiments."

Naruto, who had his arms crossed gripped his forearm hard at that remembering Galatea. "What do you want?" Amanda asked Batman who walked up to her. "I want to know... What do you think you're doing?" He asked as she glared. "Did Superman ever mention that to get Luthor his pardon, he had to tell us of your alternate dimension adventure?"

"Which one? There was the alternate timeline where Savage had Germany win WWII. Then there was the one where we went to a comic book universe that someone set up based on a comic here. The one where we stopped an evil Syndicate from ruling Earth. Or the... Lord's?" Naruto asked realization dawning on him.

"Yes, that's the one. We started wondering what would happen if you took the same route that the Justice Lords did. So, I had my people run some simulations. If the Justice League ever went rogue, the results became eerily clear; in every scenario, you beat us. Badly. But that was before Cadmus. Now, we have the technology to protect ourselves." Batman just glared at her.

"Whatever you think you're doing. If you ever pose a threat. The Justice League will take you down." She snarled at that before speaking. "If we pose a threat? You've got an orbiting satellite with a laser weapon pointed down! In another dimension, seven of you overthrew the Government and assassinated the President!"

"We're the good guys. Protecting our Country from a very real threat. You." She finished as Batman just stared at her before leaving, followed by Naruto. "Just so you know, the Supergirl and I from that dimension didn't follow them. And also," He looked over his shoulder and glared at her. "I will find Galatea."

The Watchtower Original Nine Meeting Room.

"How long is this going to take?" Flash asked from his seat. "I thought we had an island to evacuate?" The other Original Members looked to each other before Wonder Woman spoke. "First Team's down there. We'll join them as soon as we're done. I want to hear what you've learned."

Naruto sighed and leaned forward before Batman picked up. "Cadmus is in the business of developing weapons. Specifically to fight us." Martian Manhunter picked up after Batman before looking around. "They're worried we've grown to powerful. And want to even the odds."

"Exactly. They were behind the Ultimen and the Supergirl clo-" Batman was interrupted by Naruto. "Galatea." He said before Flash spoke up. "What are they so worried about? We'd never try to take over." Batman stared at him before speaking. "The Justice Lords did. What's to stop us?"

"Me. The Lords only went that far because I died. So you'll just have to focus on keeping me alive." The others deadpanned at that. "Let's put a pin in that theory." Martian Manhunter said before they continued. "I've seen the budget, but where are they getting the money from?"

"Lex?" Naruto asked leaning back in his seat. "He could back them and even fake an attack in order for us to look bad, then use a weapon to subdue us... It'll get the populace that does fear us to vote for him, even if they weren't going to before. I've put the Question on i-!" He stopped as the others minus Batman groaned at that.

"I'll admit, he's a little paranoid, but he's just as good at Batman in deducing clues. If anyone can find a link between Cadmus and Lex, it's him."

Unknown Location, Cadmus Meeting.

Amanda sat at a table with General Eiling, Professor Hamilton and three other people. Two men and a woman.

The woman as pale skin and long violet hair. She has white eyes and is wearing a dark red dress showing her cleavage with a black tattoo just above it.

The next man is wearing a labcoat and glasses. He is bald and has a black goatee.

The last man is skinny, has black hair in a bowl cut and wearing a lab coat.

"Galatea will be healed soon." Hamilton said as Amanda nodded. "And the Doomsday weapon?" She asked as he turned the page in his folder. "The lobotomized part of his brain is healing at a remarkable pace." She nodded before looking at the woman. "Tala, have you formed a plan on retrieving the armour?"

"We've come up with some promising scenarios, but they're going to require certain additional resources." Amanda sighed at that. "Fine, see me after the meeting." They talked for several minutes before Amanda spoke up to the bowl cut man. "Dr. Milo, splicing together human and animal D.N.A.. How's that going?"

"I know what you're thinking, but my experiments are quite close to paying off. Dr. Langstrom's research is paying off and proving to be extremely useful. I just need a little more time. And I promise, I'll have something concrete to show you very soon." Milo said as the others stared at him.

"Concrete? Like that superpowered warthog that tore up your lab last week?" Amanda asked, folding her hands on the table. "Professor Hamilton's already shown me the... remains." Milo sighed before speaking. "That, that was just a prototype." Amanda narrowed her eyes at that.

"Dr. Milo, I'm not known for my sense of humor. But I know a sick joke when I see one. In light of your lack of progress, I'm pulling your funding. As of now, we'll be setting you up in a new, non-vital capacity, and confiscate your classified research. As you're well aware, any talk about Cadmus or what goes on will result in your immediate sanction. Good day Dr. Milo."

Milo got up and left the room before going into another, several doors down. He saw Doomsday with his limbs cuffed to the ceiling and floor asleep. "I know you're faking." Doomsday opened his eyes as Milo explained Cadmus created him from Superman's D.N.A..

And forced him to hate Superman before offering to let him go in exchange for destroying Cadmus. As Milo set him free, Doomsday grabbed Milo's head and crushed it.

A Few Days Later, Gotham, One A.M.

(The rest of the episode up to when Batman leaves the Watchtower is canon and will be skipped.)

Kage landed on a rooftop with a billboard before a video pops up, zooming in on a person in a white mask came up. "Oppressed citizens of Gotham, your cries for help have been heard! I am Anarky -voice of the people- here to save you from the plague of corruption that now infests this once proud city."

"Those hired and elected to keep us free and safe won't lift a finger! And why would they? They've been bought and paid for, encouraged to turn a blind eye. If they won't act, I will. At dawn's first light - The sources of Gotham's ruin WILL. BE. DESTROYED. Now back to your regularly scheduled programing of propaganda and communist garbage."

Naruto rubbed his face at that. "As if there isn't enough going on tonight. Sonia, Martha, I found the billboard." A moment later, Batwoman dropped down as well as Martha n an outfit.

She's wearing leather pants with blue knee-high boots an armoured shirt with a blue bird on it. Over that she has a leather jacket, blue gloves, and a blue cowl extending from her hairline to her cheeks.

"I see a man with the same mask just underneath the billboard." Martha said before Naruto looked down. "Good eye, Bluebird..." He trailed off as Anarky came back up. "Hello, Kage. I was hoping to get a minute of your time. See, I've got a story to tell you. About crime and violence."

"Greed and vengeance. But it's also a story or redemption. Of second chances. Of change. I've planted three bombs were Gotham's corruption is at its strongest. But unlike those I fight to overthrow, I believe in choices. So I offer you one: Let them detonate or stop them."

"Your actions will determine what I do with you." Naruto jumped over as both Batwoman and Bluebird grappled over to the man. As they landed, the man handed Naruto a piece of paper with an address on it. "You have ten minutes to get to it. There are a group of people guarding it... Mainly to make sure no citizens get near it."

Naruto nodded as he jumped down with Bluebird and got in his tumbler. "I'll meet you there!" Batwoman said jumping on her glider. After driving several blocks, Naruto saw a large square-shaped bomb guarded by ten people. He ejected out with Bluebird and they fought the group.

Bluebird picked up tonfa sticks and used them against the last two men. Naruto sealed the bomb before reaching up to his ear. "Oracle, we have a problem." Naruto said as Batwoman tied the men up. "So I saw. This Anarky guy mentioned three bombs. Two are still out there."

"I'll send clones out, just send anything you find to them." Naruto said before creating a group of clones to go around the city. Several minutes went by before Naruto heard Anarky over a billboard. Bringing up the computer on his arm, a small screen came up wit Anarky. "Interesting. Even after all I told you about the places, you spared them."

"Sorry to disappoint you." Naruto said as Anarky shook his head. "Disappoint me? Not at all! Come on down to the address so we can continue the trial!" An address to the docks came up as Naruto walked to his car. "Are we really humoring this guy?" Batwoman asked as Naruto looked back. "For now."

Gotham Docks.

The trio walked inside an abandoned warehouse before lights came on. They saw Anarky wearing a red and black hooded coat with a large group of men with him.

"Ah! I'm so glad you came. It's an honor, really. There's so much for us to discuss!" Anarky said as Naruto looked around. "What do you want?" He asked as the group moved to surround them. "I'd like to propose an alliance. I think the two of us could accomplish great things together."

"I think you need to turn yourself in." Naruto replied before the group attacked. Naruto dodged one man having Bluebird kick him away into the wall. Batwoman threw several batarangs around the group that shocked whoever they hit. After taking care of the group, Anarky ran towards them only for Naruto to appear in front of him and punched him to the ground.

Naruto cuffed him and took off his mask revealing a teen boy. "A kid?" Anarky scoffed at that. "So what? I just wanted to make a difference." Naruto sighed at that. "There are better ways to do it."

The Next Day, Dusk, The Watchtower.

J'onn looked at a monitor with Batman and Naruto before hearing a beep. "A missile is heading to San Baquero!" The others got up and looked at the screen. "It's lined with Kryptonite! Can we hit it from here?!" J'onn shook his head before Batman picked up a phone.

"Stop the missile! The missile heading for San Barquero! I swear if anyone dies on that island today, I'm coming for you." Naruto jumped down as Batman began explaining that Waller was just as surprise about the missile as they are before going to the hangar with Batman. "CLEAR THE HANGAR! NOW!"

They each got in a Javelin before dropping down outside and headed towards the missile at top speed. "Batman, Kage, you're going too fast!" J'onn said over their earpieces before Batman spoke. "Using the Earth's gravity will speed us up! We'll reach it in only two minutes!"

As soon as they made it past Earth's atmosphere, Naruto hit the thrusters up to full force and flew towards San Barquero and saw the missile heading towards the island. Naruto and Batman shot missiles towards it only for a magnetic field to throw them away. "Shit, Magnetic Repulsors! Batman, Leave!"

"But-!" Batman was interrupted by Naruto. "No buts, I've got the best to survive this!" Naruto sped forward and flew over the missile. It suddenly magnetized to the hull and Naruto pulled up hard, hitting the trees as he flew over the Island. The windshield cracked before Naruto pulled straight up.

Alarms went off before Naruto ejected in an escape pod, having the Javelin crash in the water.

BOOM!

Naruto tumbled towards the island on the water having the wind shield break off. Water filled the cabin right as he went on a wave and hit the beach hard. The last thing Naruto saw before blacking out was Doomsday landing near him with two burn marks on his forehead.

Later, Watchtower Med Bay.

A shirtless Naruto woke up with his chest bandaged and saw Supergirl sitting by his bed as Batman watched a news report on Lex's Presidential race. Supergirl got up and hugged him gently. "Ahh!" She quickly let go causing him to chuckle. "Sorry." She punched his shoulder before Superman and Wonder Woman walked in. Batman spoke without looking away from the report.

"You sent Doomsday to the Phantom Zone, didn't you?" Naruto and Supergirl looked surprised at that. "He left us no choice." Superman replied as Naruto groaned. "Spoken like a true Justice Lord." He said getting the two to look at him. "What?! Come on, we're nothing like them." Naruto got up and continued.

"You just passed judgement on a criminal without Supergirl or I there! And you tried to lobotomize him!" Wonder Woman's eyes widened at that. "By the look on Diana's face, you didn't tell them about that either. You know, secretly I have been a little worried that the League would follow the same route as the Lords."

Naruto said walking out the door, not even glancing towards Wonder Woman's way. "And with what just happened on that island, and you leaving me out of that farce of a sentencing... I'm more afraid than ever. But if things do go the same way, I won't hesitate in following my counterpart's choices as well."

Naruto left and saw Shayera about to walk in. "Naruto-" She stopped as he raised both of his hands and just walked past her. "Save it."

Supergirl followed Naruto but stopped seeing a man in armor go to the Med Bay. He's wearing white armor, the helmet has a white spike in the front and two yellow spikes in the back, surrounded by purple stripes.

He has a yellow shield on the left shoulder. A purple dragon head covers the left arm above his hand while a sabretooth tiger is on his right. And a long cape is flowing behind him. (1.)

"Omniman? You OK?" Omniman nodded at that. "Yeah, just some bruised ribs." He replied going inside. Supergirl shrugged before gong after Naruto.

Only thing else I can think of to say (For this story as it's also D.C.) is that.. YOUNG JUSTICE HAS BEEN RENEWED FOR A SEASON 3! Greg and Brandon are the only ones confirmed to be returning and we don't know the day it'll come out of what network it'll be on..

If it is C.N. I hope they do it on Friday nights like they did for the first 18 episodes.. Or evenings in general as that's when all the shows are showing their new episodes,. Yeah I'm sure some if not most people forgot they showed the episodes on Fridays at 6 before going to Saturday mornings in March of '12.

So hey, we did it in getting at least a 3rd season for this show! I say at least as we'll need to support it when it comes out. I'd say at least late '17 But I did read that someone put up "If it is Netflix who needs the entire season completed first before putting it up it'll take longer." That was either the reporter, or someone who works on the show/W.B.

I'm not clear on how seasons work but does that mean that at least for animation they'll still put up episodes if the season isn't complete? Let me know if that's true please.

I guess it would make sense on the cartoons now only taking a couple of months between showing new seasons and shows new episodes for almost a year before either taking a month or two off and shows the rest. I know Korra showed the last season 2 months after season 3 ended. The last episode of season 3 was in August and the 4th came out in October.

Hell, now that I think of it, Invasion started a week after season 1 ended! So I have no idea how they show the episodes.

(Finish the entire season 1st, or go to a certain number than show the season as you finish the last half.)

But again let me know because I'm not 100% on how it works.

I only put that here because this story is also D.C.
