The next day arrived and it was about 5 in the morning at the harbor. Tyler and Mac got there an hour earlier before the cast-off time to load the boat up with the essentials that they needed for the trip. Allenby was the first one to wake up and meet up with Tyler and Mac.

MAC: Morning there miss Beardsley.
ALLENBY: (yawn) Good morning to you too Mac.
TYLER: I guess everyone else is still sleeping on the boat, right?
ALLENBY: Domon should be up soon. Is there anything I can do to help you guys out?
MAC: (yawn) We need to get the coolers onto the boat for starters.
TYLER: Also, we will be needing coffee as we left the hotel without getting some.

Allenby grabbed one of the coolers that had the drinks for the kids and started to make her way back to the boat. Tyler grabbed the cooler that contained their lunch for the day. Mac grabbed the cooler that contained the beers that they got from a specialty beer store. Domon got up and he stretched out for a bit before he got out to help out Allenby, Tyler, and Mac.

DOMON: (yawn) Morning guys…
TYLER: Morning Domon, could you grab the grill for me?
DOMON: Sure thing, where do you guys want it on the boat?
MAC: Right next to the cooler that contains our lunch for today.
TYLER: I'll check in with Han and see if he can whip us up some coffee.
MAC: Please and thank you Ty, we'll need it for sure.

Domon grabbed the grill and he made his way back to the boat to load it on with the rest of the coolers. Mac grabbed the tackle box and fishing poles and made his way onto the boat. Allenby took a moment to stretch after getting the bait onto the boat. Tyler met up with Han and the two of them got some coffee started for the crew.

TYLER: Morning Captain, are we cleared for departure?
HAN: That we are Tyler, everything is set for the trip.
TYLER: Good to hear. I'm gonna go whip up some coffee, do you want to help out?
HAN: Of course, Tyler I'm more than happy to help out.

Tyler and Han got started on getting the coffee ready as the kids woke up to welcome Mac onto the boat. Allenby went to the bow of the boat and sat down on one of the side benches, holding onto the keychain that Tyler got for her yesterday.

ALLENBY: (internally) Wish you were out here with me RJ, you would have had a great time out on the water. When this is all said and done…
DOMON: Hey, Tyler's gonna get us some coffee ready for us before we head out.
ALLENBY: Oh…that's good to hear, gonna need it for sure.
DOMON: So…is there a meaning to the keychain that Tyler got for you yesterday?

ALLENBY: Yeah…listen I've haven't told anyone about this; but just so you know, I have a little brother.
DOMON: No way…for real?

Allenby nodded in response to Domon's question. The focus shifted to the keychan that Allenby was holding in her hands as she was ready to tell Domon the story about her little brother.

ALLENBY: His full name was Richard Jackson Beardsley; but everyone called him RJ. I'm older than him by about five minutes or so. He was a really sweet kid and we always stuck together when we were little. By the time we were the age of Han's two kids; we got split up and I haven't seen him since. The doctors told me that he's dead; but I never believed them at all.

DOMON: Was this around the same time you lost your parents?
ALLENBY: Yeah…it was, my huge goal is to one day find my brother and maybe reunite with him and possibly join up with him wherever he may be. Domon, did you have a brother too?
DOMON: I did…that was until the Dark Gundam took him over.

Domon recounted on how his brother took the Dark Gundam to Earth and how the events set him on the path he is on now. Allenby had heard about the descent of the Dark Gundam; but never fully understood the gravity of the events that Domon went through. Allenby knew at that moment, now wasn't the time for a sob story.

ALLENBY: Hey Domon, we're gonna have a great time out there today so let's enjoy it.
DOMON: Yeah, you're right. Looking forward to catching some good fish.
TYLER: Here you go guys, freshly brewed up.
MAC: Man did we need this to kick-start our trip.
ALLENBY & DOMON: Thanks, you guys.

Tyler handed Domon and Allenby their cups of coffee and joined them and Mac on the bow of the boat. Han sounded off the horn that let all that was aboard the boat that they were leaving the harbor. As the boat was leaving the docks; Rain was out doing some shopping for her team in the market.

RAIN: Thank you very much kind sir.
SHOPKEEPER: Please come again soon miss.
RAIN: So that's all the items on our list, now all I need is to get back and figure out Dr. Belamy's notes.
JESS: Excuse me, are you Rain Mikamura by chance?
RAIN: Yes, who wants to know?
JESS: Jessica Miller, I was hoping I could get a few questions from you.

Jess headed with Rain back over to the Neo Japan team facility with the groceries in tow. Back on the boat; Tyler, Mac, Domon, and Allenby saw the sun rise come from behind Lantau Island. The four of them had their coffees in hand as they took in the sights before they left the city behind them. As the fishing trip officially got underway; Jess and Rain headed back to the Neo Japan team facility to not only drop off the items from the market, but to also discuss about the cave-in two days ago.

RAIN: Thanks for your help with the supplies Jess.
JESS: I couldn't leave a girl hanging with all of the supplies now.
RAIN: I appreciate that, anyways so what do you want to…
JESS: Hey boys, we've just got back from the market.

Rain was stunned to find the remaining members of the Shuffle Alliance at her team's facility. Jess got her laptop out of her bag and sat down in her seat. Rain sat down in her chair, albeit a little stunned, and was ready to answer any questions that Jess had for them.

JESS: Glad you were all able to make it here today. First things first, Argo how's your health from yesterday?
ARGO: Much improved from the last couple of days. Unfortunately, I passed on my stomach bug to Natasha.
SAI: Don't worry about it mister, it wasn't your fault.
GEORGE: We're just glad that your healthy and you are able to get back into the fight.
RAIN: I was trying to get to you guys yesterday; so how did you all get here?
JESS: I've contacted them all last night and they were able to make arrangements to be here today. Shall we begin figuring out what happened in the last two days?
CHIBODEE: Before we start, why aren't Domon and Allenby joining us today?

Back on the boat, the entire crew changed out from their sleep wear to something more suited for the beach. Domon had on a pair of board shorts with a compression t-shirt and was wearing the hat Tyler got for him. Allenby had on a simple Bikini and a floral pattern skirt. Tyler had his Silver 6 basketball jersey with his board shorts. Mac had his League 73 baseball jersey with his board shorts.

MAC: Do you even gundam? It sounds like somethings kids would say these days like "do you even COD bro?"
TYLER: Do you even lift? I don't think I've ever heard anyone say that "do you even gundam?" we might be the first ones to say that on camera.
MAC: We're gonna do it and we'll get shirts for it.
ALLENBY: They'll sell like hotcakes I swear…
TYLER: Now you're gonna give everyone else that idea Mac.
DOMON: You came up with it first so go ahead and trademark it if I was you Tyler.

Everyone laughed out loud when Domon finished the joke that Mac and Tyler were cooking up. Tyler had his video camera setup, so he could record their trip and put it up on social media.

TYLER: We're about an hour out from where we were in the morning. Everyone's feeling much better than what we were in the morning.
MAC: You know it all too well brother.
TYLER: Right now, what we're having is some water to keep ourselves hydrated since it's going to be a hot one.
ALLENBY: What was the temperature supposed to be like 87 degrees with 70% humidity or something like that?
MAC: Pretty much that yeah.
TYLER: We doubled up on water coolers, got some stuff for the kids and the big kids. Not too bad out right now.
DOMON: I'd imagine that it'll get hotter by the time we reach the point for the trip, right?
MAC: If the laws of nature apply to the spot yes, they will good sir.

Tyler took a sip of his water and Allenby rested her legs on one of the stools they brought up from the main cabin.

ALLENBY: I wanted to ask you this Mac; why did you refer to me and Domon as college roommates?
MAC: Do you want to tell her the story Ty?
DOMON: I'm real curious as to what this story's about.
TYLER: Perfect, so a little while back we went out on an overlanding trip to Utah with Udo Roth from League 73 and an old friend of mine Gallo from Silver Six.
MAC: One of our best adventures yet.
TYLER: We just got to our cabin where we were going to stay for the next couple of days.
ALLENBY: Did one of you guys did something that you shouldn't have or?
TYLER: No, we were about to settle in when we heard this loud yell or something like that not that far off.
DOMON: Was it someone's kids that went out camping in Utah or was it something else?
MAC: This is the part that always give me nightmares.
TYLER: No, no, no this is where it gets funny; so Mac and Gallo had to go back to the G-Wagon and get a camera bag and as soon as they turned from the wagon…
MAC: Here comes the doom…
TYLER: Low and behold that there was a couple of college kids that were there and they went streaking past Mac and Gallo.

Domon just let out a huge burst of laughter as Tyler finished up his story and Allenby was trying to contain her laughter as she was drinking some water. Mac hung his head in shame as Tyler let out a little chuckle.

MAC: The worst thing I've ever seen on a trip in a long time…that was just pure terror right there.
DOMON: Man…Mac I feel bad for you now man.
ALLENBY: Now I get why you called me and Domon the responsible roommates Tyler.
TYLER: It was classic. For those that aren't in the loop about what happened; the two we have accompanying us on the trip are in the Gundam Fight Finals here in Hong Kong and they just finished up a match when the rift opened up.
DOMON: We finished a doubles rematch against the team from Singapore and Malaysia. All of a sudden, we felt a huge rumble in the floor and Allenby and I both fell down into the hole.
MAC: So long story short, you guys were stuck down in the cave that formed from the rift opening for how long?
ALLENBY: Four hours…from 10 PM to 2 in the morning, we were dead exhausted.
DOMON: Not to mention that it took us an hour just to get to Han's boat from where we got out from.
TYLER: We found out about this from dinner last night. Were the two of you only wearing a shirt and your respective underwear too?
ALLENBY: We did and that was due to the fact that our normal clothes stunk up the place and they needed to be washed. We crashed for bed at 3:30 in the morning and slept in till about 12:30-1 the next day.
DOMON: Han's kids brought us lunch and Allenby and I just sat in the room where we stayed at and played Clue the rest of the day.

Mac let out a little chuckle as Domon and Allenby finished their story. Tyler also let out a chuckle as he was getting a new bottle of water. Domon and Allenby also chuckled at this as they knew that it was a simple funny moment they had yesterday.

MAC: For those of you that were hoping for something kinky to happen…your souls have been crushed.
TYLER: Not to mention the fact that there are kids on this boat you idiots.
ALLENBY & DOMON: Do you even Clue?

There was a huge burst of laughter coming out of the entire crew as the ship continued its voyage to Han's secret fishing spot. Back at the Neo Japan facility; Jess was checking in on Rain and the rest of the Alliance as they were all in a discussion about what happened two days ago.

JESS: OK then fellas, let's go over what we already know about the cave-in. Now this happened after Domon Kasshu and Allenby Beardsley defeated their opponents in a tag team match, right?
RAIN: That's correct, we were about to call in both fighters so that we can leave the arena.
SAI: All of a sudden, we felt the earth shake beneath our feet and we knew that something wasn't right.
JESS: At that point in time, that was when the rift opened up correct?
GEORGE: Indeed, the scene was just utter chaos as people were trying to run from the arena to get to safety. Myself, Sai Saci, and Chibodee all stayed behind to help out some of the people that were there.
CHIBODEE: At one point in time; one of the team's communications vehicles was about to fall over and kill everyone on board.
JESS: Would that be the team from Neo Sweden you would be referring to?
CHIBODEE: Yeah, we were fortunate to have our gundams with us to help out. I was able to catch the Swedish team and get them to a safe place.
RAIN: Our team started to pull back from the ring when the rift was opening up and our rear tire got stuck. Fortunately, George came over to pull us out from disaster.
JESS: We all know where you were at that the time of the rift opening Argo; but what was the scene like at your place?
ARGO: We felt some tremors at our facility and throughout the city; but there was little to no damages to report at our level.

Jess went over the notes she has taken throughout their discussions about the event. Jess then took the time to go over her findings on the event and found that most of the claims match up with her findings; but Jess had a few more questions than what she asked the locals.

JESS: Now Rain, yesterday you went out to go find both your fighter and Neo Sweden's fighter, Allenby Beardsley correct?
RAIN: That's correct, I knew that the two of them were stuck in that cave; but I didn't know if they both got out together or went their separate ways.
SAI: I thought I saw a newspaper article with an image of the two of them walking down the street late at night.
RAIN: I saw that newspaper and knew that they made it out; I wanted to make sure that they were both safe and where they should be.
JESS: I can confim that both Domon and Allenby are up and active today, as well as the day before.
GEORGE: Good news to hear at this point in the day.
CHIBODEE: Wait…how do you know about that?
JESS: Ty and Mac took the two of them out on a fishing trip with an old friend of Rav's named Han.
ARGO: Considering that there are no gundam fights sanctioned for the time being; they're at least doing something…

Argo stopped mid-sentence to a notification on the main monitor in the room that let the group know that it was time for the upper management of Neo Japan to get started on their team meeting.

JESS: Man…thought we were going to have more time here. Not a problem, we can go to Rav's place out here to continue this little discussion.
SAI: Sounds like a good plan Jessica.
JESS: Please, call me Jess and thank you for the complement.
GEORGE: How far away is this "Rav" person from here?
JESS: A good 45 minutes away from here out on Dragon Valley, he volunteered to help out some of the people here after the rift opening.
CHIBODEE: A good man, I'm starting to like him already. Is everything OK Rain?
RAIN: Huh? Uh...yeah, it's fine. (internally) How could I have missed the old man's boat on my search from yesterday?

Back out on the boat, the crew had settled in and they were about half an hour away from the fishing spot. The entire crew applied some sunscreen lotion to make sure that none of them burn to a crisp out there. The kids went up to the front of the boat to see the spot upon arrival. The rest of the group headed back to the rear of the boat to continue their discussion from earlier.

TYLER: We're about 30 minutes out from the site and we just got back from getting the sunscreen on us.
MAC: Last thing we need is for all of us to be really toasty.
TYLER: We're starting to feel some of the heat that's going to be on us all day and I just found out that our friends Jess and Rav made it to Hong Kong.
DOMON: Really now? I wasn't expecting them to be here from what you guys said yesterday.
MAC: I wasn't either; but I'm not telling the kids just yet.
ALLENBY: Best not to ruin the surprise huh?
TYLER: I know why Rav came over here and that is for relief efforts after the rift opening and as far as Jess, I'm not too sure why she's here.

Before anyone could ask a question, a dolphin jumped out of the water not too far from the boat. Everyone took a look at the dolphin as it was jumping out of the water.

ALLENBY: Look at the dolphin guys…so cool.
DOMON: Well…things just got interesting out here.
MAC: Hi there Mr. Dolphin, how are you doing today?
TYLER: Look at us…we look like a few numbskulls. What the duce?

Everyone got a good chuckle out of what Tyler just said to the group as the dolphins followed the boat in stride. Tyler then took the camera and pointed it at the dolphins to get a good shot of them.

ALLENBY: Can I just stay that being out here with you guys is way better than anything in the world right now?
MAC: That's a truth I think we can all get down with and we haven't even got to fishing yet.
TYLER: We're glad that you guys are here with us and enjoying yourselves out here with a couple of kids from the barrio.
DOMON: We're more than happy to join up with you guys anytime, thanks for the invitation.
TYLER: No problem, and for those that are wondering about the site that we are going to we will let you know as soon as we get there. For now, let's just relax and enjoy the ride.

Back at Dragon Valley, Jess took Rain and the rest of the Shuffle Alliance to meet up Rav, a mechanic from Fortune Valley, that is good friends with Jess and the boys. Rav heard about the damages caused by the rift opening so he got to Neo Hong Kong to volunteer for relief efforts.

RAV: Ahh…Jess perfect timing. I was hoping you would have showed up.
JESS: Good to see you too Rav. How far way are Ty and Mac from their fishing spot?
RAV: They should be there in about 10 minutes or so from now. Who do we have in my little shop?
RAIN: Rain Mikamura, Neo Japan team coordinator. This is a nice little shop you have here.
RAV: Thank you, I tend to run a classy joint wherever I'm called to.
CHIBODEE: I know you, aren't you known as "The Alchemist"?
SAI: Wait…this guy is the legendary "Alchemist"?
RAV: My reputation precedes me, yes I am fellas and right now I could use your skills.
GEORGE: Is this about the damages from the rift site?
RAV: Right you are George and I can't have you guys looking like movie stars, follow me please.

Rav led the group to one of the locker rooms in his garage that had a set of work clothes for the group to use. A friend of Rav's from Mars' C.G.S. lent him the clothes for the guys to use while they're working for Rav.

RAV: Here you go, one for each of you.
RAIN: This is…really kind of you sir…
CHIBODEE: What's the matter Rain, afraid of a little elbow grease?
SAI: Not a bad fit…I kinda like the jacket.
RAV: A friend of mine from the C.G.S. had some of the gear on surplus and I picked it up for dirt cheap. Oh Argo, could you come over here for a moment?
ARGO: What for if I may ask?

Rav led Argo to where one of the mobile workers was docked at that was up on a jack. This mobile worker was something that Rav worked on in Fortune Valley that had some special parts that needed testing.

ARGO: Did you work on this mobile worker?
RAV: I did, the thing was a derelict when I got it. Engine was sized up and there was a massive oil leak. I ended up swapping out the engine and the transmission, replaced the oil tank, and I even threw in some gyroscopic stabilizers to maintain the balance on rugged terrains.
ARGO: Quite impressive I must admit, but why do you need me out here?
RAV: I've got some crane arms that I was hoping to install on this one to get it ready for the job we've got today. I need you to help me lift them up and onto the mobile worker and I'll need you to operate them when we're out on the job.
ARGO: Shouldn't be much of a problem. I'll help you out.

Argo and Rav worked on the mobile worker while Jess took the rest of the group out to another set of mobile workers that were ready to go, so they can get to work. Rain wanted to pull Jess off to the side and inform her of the information that Dr. Belamy gave her last night.

JESS: Take your pick fellas and head out when you're ready.
CHIBODEE: Thanks Jess, see you out there.
RAIN: Jess, could I get a word with you for a moment?
JESS: Sure, what's this all about?

Rain pulled Jess off to the back of Rav's shop to discuss what she knew from Dr. Belamy.

RAIN: I've spoken with Dr. Belmay from Neo Sweden yesterday and he had some information in regards to Noble Gundam.
JESS: Is this about the hyper mode basically rejecting all attempts to restore the berserker system?
RAIN: Yes…I was baffled when I saw all of the numbers that the hyper mode put out on Noble Gundam in comparison to the berserker system.
JESS: Was there anything else that he asked you about?
RAIN: He did mention to me that her mental state was in far better shape than it has been since she got the hyper mode. My only question is that how Allenby was able to gain a hyper mode in the first place.
JESS: I've talked with Neo Sweden's team myself and so far, all I'm getting from them is "without the berserker system, we can't win the tournament" or something like that. Think you can arrange to have Dr. Belamy speak to me in a few days' time?
RAIN: Sure, it shouldn't be a problem at all.
