Hi minna!

I hope that this is another pleasant surprise hahahaha

Before anything else, I'd like to ask if anyone of you likes Glass Mask by Miuchi Suzue. I am actually writing a fanfic from it and I initially wanted to post it on this site as well. But when I checked, there's barely 50 fics written for that manga. Please do inform me if you want to see it as well. Here's the summary (subject to change):

What if Maya gave in to the sadness of losing her mother? What if she just disappeared, completely untraceable? What if seven years later, Eisuke is eyeing two women to be the bride of his son. One has a mole below the outer corner of her left eye while the other resembles Masumi's chibi-chan.

I still have no specific update schedule but I do promise a weekly one as I've said in the last chapters. :) I hope you bear with me until the end :D

Disclaimer: I do not own Prince of Tennis, just the plot of this fanfic and the crappy names of the restaurants and additional characters xD

Enjoy!

"You'd know." The king replied as his infamous smirk turns into a smile the closer Ryoma gets to their table.

Third POV

The moment Ryoma was an arm's reach away, Atobe immediately welcomed him in a tight hug. The shorter man's face met with a firm chest followed by muffled sounds. Releasing the golden-eyed boy from his embrace, Atobe leveled his face with his.

"What did you say?" A pout was formed and brows were furrowed.

"I said, I couldn't breathe." The younger man said with a huff. A soft smile plastered itself on the king's face as he removed his hands from the other person's shoulders, not knowing when he placed it there in the first place.

"I'm sorry, Ryo. I just missed you so much."

"You wouldn't have missed me that much if you visited often." Ryoma retorted timidly, sadness evident in the his voice.

"Forgive me, I've been busy these few weeks because my producer-" Atobe sent a glare to Tezuka's direction, "-has been killing me with rehearsals and we just finished recording." Ryoma's face lit up for some reason which confused the king.

"Speaking of that, I heard your newest song! You sounded really great." The taller man blushed furiously, silently thanking the heavens that Ryoma couldn't see this unsightly side of his.

"That is a lot coming from you, Ryo. Thank you." He said honestly with a small smile.

"But I do have a question and… a request if you'd allow." Ryoma said, fidgeting.

"And that is? You know that I'd do anything for you." That made the younger man smile.

"The composer of that song, Tezuka Kunimitsu, isn't he your producer?"

Two pairs of eyes directed their attention to the stoic man who seemed to have stiffen upon hearing his name in the conversation.

"Yes, but what of it?" Returning his gaze to Ryoma, he witnessed how pink dusted the boy's cheeks which made the king's eyes widen a fraction, unconsciously so.

"Well, I want to meet him." That statement alone stopped the pricking on Tezuka's chest, but it was replaced by flutters inside his stomach. 'What is wrong with me?' He thought to himself.

"Please don't misunderstand, there is no question about your singing ability. But to be able to compose a song so perfect for another person's voice, I couldn't help but want to meet him. You know how much I love composing." Ryoma's straight up blushing now which worried Atobe, lightened Tezuka's expression, and left the tensai amused.

"Well, I'm glad that we came today, then." Fuji said as he, too, stood up from his seat and walked towards Ryoma. Tezuka and Atobe eyed the smiling man warily.

Ryoma turned his face to the direction of the voice, which neared with every word. He is quite positive that the owner of that voice is directly in front of him. Then the most unexpected thing happened, Ryoma flushed a deeper red. He whipped his head back to where he assumed Atobe still is.

"Y-you didn't tell me that you have c-company. We were talking here the whole time." He said frantically. Fuji stifled a laugh. "It's alright. it was amusing to see how differently Atobe acted in front of his boyfriend." Ryoma froze, Atobe's face paled, and the pricking on Tezuka's chest returned full force. Fuji then wondered if he had said something wrong.

Then, as if he just processed the words spoken to him, Ryoma's face is back to the crimson color. "K-Kei, you introduced me as t-that? We've talked about this." He said, bordering a whisper.

"It's okay, we are not here to judge you." The tensai said, hoping to make the boy comfortable.

Unfocused eyes are back on Fuji and the shorter boy's hands frantically moved in front of him. "T-that's not it." Ryoma replied, sounding defeated.

A waiter stopped right beside Ryoma with a tray on hand. "Mr. Echizen, here's you drink." Said man's brows scrunched together. "Drink?"

"It's Ponta." Atobe said, his saving grace has finally arrived. The boy wonder's expression brightened and the smile is back on his lips, dimples showing themselves off. Fuji didn't think that coming face to face with that expression would make himself blush, but that is exactly what happened. He brought his right hand over the lower half of his face, hoping to cover it. Tezuka noticed how the tensai turned silent and looked at him only to see the latter trying to hide his blush. The stoic man only rose an eyebrow, finding Fuji's action very odd.

The waiter gave Atobe the drink and he immediately opened it. He grabbed Ryoma's left arm and placed the can on his palm, letting the boy envelop his fingers around it. The ecstatic lad brought it to his lips and drank the purple liquid.

After satisfying his thirst, he was about to bring down the can only for Atobe to get it from him and put it on the table.

The two spectators couldn't believe that The Atobe Keigo could be this gentle with anyone.

"You're still not forgiven." The shorter boy said with a fake frown. "But thank you for this." He continued as he smiled charmingly towards Atobe.

Tezuka and Fuji finally understood Atobe's answer to the tensai's question. If he'll be rewarded with that smile, it's no wonder that the king still supplies him that drink despite his obvious dislike of it.

The three smitten men (because who is to object?) witnessed the draining of color from the boy's face as he faced Fuji, hoping that said man is still there. He bowed.

"I'm sorry, I still wasn't able to introduce myself. My name is Echizen Ryoma." He said with a worried look in his eyes but still with a smile. Fuji grabbed the extended hand and shook it twice. He also offered his smile.

"It's really alright. I am Fuji Syusuke, a producer-" Fuji felt his hand dropped. "Y-you're Fuji Syusuke? The one managing Princess Saku?" The tensai was surprised by Ryoma's reaction, especially with the tone of adoration in his voice.

"Well, yes. I'm surprised you know me." Because it was the truth. Those behind the stars are never in the limelight.

"What are you saying? Of course I know you. I am your fan and also Princess Saku's." He said truthfully, albeit softly. His head is bowed down as if embarrassed with his own confession.

Atobe and Tezuka then witnessed something they didn't think possible. Fuji smiled an honest smile.

"Is that so? I'm glad, then, because I've also become your fan." Ryoma's eyes widened in shock.

"That can't be." He said, lifting his head up.

"It is so. Your voice is really amazing and the way you played the guitar and piano was outstanding." If Ryoma's eyes could widen even further, they would have already done so. How could an amazing person such as The Fuji Syusuke think so highly of him? He's excited at the thought. But what if it's out of pity?

The tensai watched the emotions play on Ryoma's face. It was amusing but the last one he settled with didn't sit well with Fuji. Doubt.

"If you don't believe me, my companion here is also your fan." Tezuka was startled when Fuji looked his way upon saying those words. Yes, he cannot deny the fact that he is amazed by Ryoma's talent. But to be addressed so suddenly… he unconsciously stood up from his seat. It was a good thing that the next performance is not happening until 15 minutes later because had the customers' attention be drawn up front, they would have already inquired about why all the occupants of one table are standing.

"T-there's more of you? I feel so embarrassed for ignoring their presence." Ryoma's back on being beet red. He would have appreciated it if Atobe informed him about having companions. Especially if they're more than one.

"Don't worry, there's just two of us. And since he's not much of talker, we can't really blame you for not noticing." Fuji moved to the side as he tried to console the fully embarrassed boy, making space for Tezuka to come forward. Said man glared at the tensai for the introduction.

"I apologize for not having introduced myself immediately, my name is -" Ryoma slowly lifted his arm for a handshake only to stop midway as the other person continued, "- Tezuka Kunimitsu."

"Eh?" Was the only thing Ryoma was able to utter as the stoic man accepted the relatively low handshake, only for the connected hands to immediately part. 'What was that?' Tezuka immediately thought as he experienced a strong spark the moment they touched.

The younger man was more shocked at the sudden jolt which made him lean a little too far back, losing his balance. Atobe, being close behind him, was instantly ready to catch the lad but the fall didn't come. The king could only frown at the sight of an arm around Ryoma's waist. He glared at its owner who, uncharacteristically, had his eyes open.

I KNOW. I KNOW. "Why is there no sweet moments with Tezuka in this PILLAR PAIR FIC?!"
