New chapter, yayyy! It's not as long as the last ones I think, but I tried to make it longer and I hope you like it anyway!

Chapter 4: The important meeting

The coffee was cold as Harry took a small sip, savouring the bitter flavour and acuired taste even though it was practically creating a brain freeze. He stared at the cold cup of coffee, pretending to drink it as to not face the other people seated in his office, waiting impatiently for him to finish. Harry put down the cup after a few moments of consideration, clearing his throat.

"Well, um, welcome to this very important meeting."

Someone snorted, and Harry rotated his head to face Severus Snape, his arms crossed hard against his chest. The older man hadn't changed that much after the war, but his prejudices against Harry weren't as venomous as before, which made Harry relieved.

"I would hardly call this a meeting, rather an illegal break-in," he said, uncrossing his arms to take a sip of his tea. Hermione and Ron snorted in agreement.

"Sorry mate, but I agree with Snake over here," he said, Severus glaring at him for the nickname, "This could be the most dangerous thing we've ever done, and that's saying something."

Harry sighed, rubbing his nose in slight annoyance. Didn't they understand how important this was? Blaise Zabini, who had been leaning against a wall lazily, scoffed, making Ron look at him with a glare.

"What?"

"Oh, nothing, just thinking," he answered, a grin forming on his face as he took in Ron's outrageous expression.

"About what?" Ron asked coldly, barely refraining from punching the damned git. Blaise chuckled.

"It's just so ironic you of all people, member of The Idiotic Trio, would back down without even trying. I mean, Potter's got a pretty good plan over here, and you're just going to ignore it?" Ron growled, ready to jump on him when Harry grabbed his shirt and pulled him backward.

"Don't argue, Ron, Blaise is right, you're just too selfish to see it," he said, giving a nod to Blaise who nodded back, expression now serious if not a little angered. Ron looked back and forth at Harry and Blaise, stunned at the motion.

"When did you get all friendly with each other?!" he asked furiously, glaring at the both of them although it was weak compared to Harry's. Harry sighed.

"We grew up, Ron, you should try it sometime," he said, and Blaise snorted, nodding in agreement.

"Whatever, if you're going to be a git toward your best friend, I'm out," Ron said angrily, storming out of the door without glancing at Harry or the others, who stood stunned not really knowing what to do. Harry glanced nervously at Hermione, who sighed tiredly.

"I'll go and talk to him," Hermione said, like this was something she'd expected all along. Which she probably had. She exited the office, going after Ron while muttering non-audible words under her breath. Snape took a last sip of his tea, putting it down on Harry's desk and calmly crossing his arms.

"Well, that was certaintly interesting," he said, looking amused at Harry and Blaise, smirking widely.

"Yes, it was, wasn't it?" Blaise said after a moment, looking rather satisfied with himself and grinning mischieviously. Harry scowled.

"Maybe, but we need Ron's help if we're going to break into Azkaban and rescue Draco Malfoy, which I'm not sure he wants to do if you continue to act like gits around him," he said, and Blaise stared at him.

"And who was it calling him selfish? I do recall you saying he's 'too selfish to see it'."

Harry looked away, feeling slightly ashammed at his actions.

"Yes, fine, I'll admit that," he said, "But who was it who started it, Blaise?"

"You did."

"How did I start it? I didn't even say anything!"

Blaise sighed, waving his hand in an 'I get it, this argument is done' motion, and turned to Severus.

"Sev, do you have a plan? I mean, you're our best shoot at getting into Azkaban besides Weasley, right?" he asked, looking expectantly at Severus who nodded, pulling out an old-looking scroll.

"I might have a plan."
