Eris came out of the shadows and stood firmly in the center of the room. "Oh my dear sister, what happened to you…? You've faded away…" She smirked darkly.
Alice turned. "How did you…?" She was stammered, why was she here…?
"Hmm, heat detector sister…we could see you the whole time. What's I'm curious about is where your turtle friends are?"
"Eris, what do you mean we?" Alice stepped in front of the others, not that it meant much…
Eris smirked and stepped aside as a larger shadow appeared. "She means we…" A dark voice bellowed form the shadowed figure as the light of the moon reflected off of the three sharp blades protruding from the tops of his hands.
"You…" Alice felt rage build up inside her, but it was shattered when a crashing sound came from behind them and four figures stood in the light of the night sky just inside the now large broken window.
"Raph!" Alice called to him. All four turtles were instantly lined up in front of the others.
"Told you it was a trap…" Raph grumbled to Leo. They stood their creating a barrier between their friends from Shredder and Eris. Their white eyes shone in the glow of the moon, a light breeze rippling through the room from the broken window.
Alice shivered. "Err, guys I'm going to need a little coverage here…"
Their stance weakened at Alice's words when they realized she was still naked. They turned around but were halted by an angry April slapping all four turtle faces in a row.
"Just give me the bag!" April hissed.
The turtles cleared their throats and turned back round Leo handed her the bag and they resumed their threatening stance towards shredder as Alice dressed.
Casey was wise enough not to look when he saw April face of fury. He whistled and looked to the ceiling.
"Thanks April…" Alice said getting her finally piece of clothing on before reaching for her blade. She stood in the line with the others hoping the awkward silence would pass.
"Well that was interesting…" Eris pouted un-amused; Shredder's face was unmoving.
"Enough of this nonsense!" Shredder announced preparing his blades.
"I bet you're wondering why I teamed up with him huh sis?" Eris hissed darkly from Shredder's side.
"No, not really. You joined because you were at your lowest, your weakest and you needed someone to pick up the pieces, not to mention your new goal for revenge the usual rubbish thing that idiots fall for." Alice said casually shrugging.
Eris growled and went for her sword but was stopped by a large hand from her master next to her. She looked up confused.
"The only one's who are weak here…are you!" He bellowed before sprinting towards the turtles, clashing blades with Leo and Raph, Donnie and Mikey flanked him and came round his back, but Eris intervened and kicked them out of the way.
Alice came round and blocked Eris' attack with her blade allowing Mikey and Donnie to circle round and help the others.
"Stop this Eris!" Alice hissed over her blades at the demon in front of her.
Eris chuckled darkly before pushing on her blades causing Alice to falter back.
"I am not afraid of you!" Eris hissed launching for Alice whilst she was still on the ground. Alice blocked her attempt but didn't avoid her fist flying threw the air before colliding with her cheek.
"ARGH!" Alice groaned when she was skidding across the floor from the force of Eris punch.
"ALICE!" Raph Yelled from across the room, his distraction causing shedder to disarm him, Leo intervened allowing Raph to get to Alice's aid.
Alice pushing herself up and wiped the blood form her split lip away, her eyes never leaving Eris'. She saw Eris start for her again, but before she could prepare Raph's shell was in front of the blow shielding Alice.
"Raph…" Alice looked up at him curled over her body with wide eyes, his white eyes glaring down at her before he swept around and pointed his Sai at Eris.
"Enough Eris, you were lucky to get away with your life before, I'm not fond of giving people second chances." Raph threatened.
Alice was unmoving as she watched him stood before her protecting her weak form from her sister.
Eris began a dark cackle throwing her head back and bracing her stomach. "What are you her bodyguard, she is nothing! If you want purpose either join us, or die by my blade."
"No…" Alice managed to get out, the thought of loosing yet another so close to her, her parents and now…him. Alice scowled and pushed herself forward so was by Raph's side and presented her sword, the tip pointing towards Eris.
"You will not take any more from me Eris!" At that, Alice bolted forward and collided her blade with Eris'. Raph watched as her speed increased attacking her with all her strength. Raph went to flank Eris but was stopped by a foot ninja blacking his path. He could see Alice and Eris fighting behind him.
His attention was caught when Mikey's body was thrown against the wall across the room. "Mikey!" Raph called. Cutting down the foot in front of him and rushing to his side.
"Leo! We have to pull back!" Raph shouted over to his brother.
"That's…new!" Leo grunted defending against the shredders attacks. "Get Mikey, out of here, we'll follow!"
"I can't leave Alice!" Raph bellowed across the hall.
"There's no time for heroics! We'll get her out! Now go!" Leo shouted pushing Shredders blades away with his own. Raph grunted, torn and frustrated, but he knew his brother was right.
He slammed a smoke bomb to the ground the purple smoke rose engulfing Raph and Mikey, allowing them cover to escape through the broken window.
"Donnie! Now!" Leo called wiping his mouth before bounding from wall to wall to avoid shredder.
Donnie nodded and went over to Alice and grabbed her waist before throwing a smoke bomb to the floor and escaping with Alice flailing in his arms.
When they landed on the roof opposite they started running. "Where's Raph!" Alice panicked, looking around for him as she was whisked across the rooftops.
"Right here dollface!" Raphs voice sounded from beside Donnie and Alice appearing from the dark running in sync with Donnie's speed.
"Someone has to go back for Leo!" Donnie yelled.
"No need!" Leo's voice sounded from behind them.
"Leo! Where April!" Donnie sighed.
"They're fine I got them out They're heading home now."
"T-together?" Donnie stuttered.
"Now is not the time to worry about that Donnie!" Leo scorned.
"R-right, you're right…" Donnie said defeated.
"Lets get back to the lair…" Leo reasoned following his brothers.
"But I wasn't able to hack the computer with Donnie's virus!" Alice called across the rushing wind.
"We'll explain when we get back, we need to get you and Mikey patched up!" Leo called to her.
"Patched up?" Alice said under her breath. She was suddenly aware of a stinging pain from where Donnie's hand was pressing to her side. Looking down, she could see her crimson blood tricking from the seams of his hands, bleeding into her clothes.
"How…?" Alice started.
"Don't talk, we'll get you fixed up back at the lair just relax." Donnie said softly to her.
Alice looked over to Raph running along side them; his eyes were on her, full of panic and worry, his brow knitted and eyes white. It made her heart swell with pain.

When they got back to the lair Mikey was set down on the sofa with a cold cloth on his head. Alice was taken to the lab and laid on the table, now she was aware of her wound the adrenaline was slowly fading and pain was becoming stronger.
"Argh! Damn it!" Alice hissed as Donnie inspected the wound.
"Careful Donnie or you'll be on the table next." Raph threatened from just behind him.
"I can't work with you looking over my shoulder Raph!" Donnie scorned. Clearing his throat his looked down to Alice.
"I need to remove your shirt to get to the wound." He said hesitantly.
Alice looked over to Raph and nodded, she just wanted the pain to go away. Raph stepped forward and took the scissors cutting up the length of her top before pulling it apart. Alice grunted when the material was peeled from her wound.
Raph flinched but kept a stern gaze, making sure the wound was exposed enough before looking to Donnie and nodding in confirmation to continue.
Alice had her eyes squeezed shut, mostly from the pain, but also from the humiliation of being half naked in front of her friends…again.
Donnie took his place next to her again and picked up a disinfectant cloth. "This will sting a little…"
Alice chuckled. "Lie to me for once will you…?" She grunted.
"Uh, ok…you're going to feel nothing…" Donnie continued hesitantly.
"You're a rubbish liar." Alice chuckled before hissing in pain when Donnie applied the wipe to her wound wiping away the blood.
After, he started to bandage it up and Raph had brought her a new shirt from her bag. As Alice was buttoning up her shirt, Master Splinter entered the room.
"Mikey is fine, just out of it. So, what happened?" He stood beside his sons and looked down at them all his hands behind his back.
When none of them spoke first, Alice decided to speak up. "My building, I didn't realize, I didn't know but…Shedder is the one who bought it, he and the foot ninja have taken it over and they have Eris." Alice sighed. "God knows what they could do with her connections with the blades…they could rebuild them…" Alice grunted, her fist tightening on her thighs.
There was a moment of silence before Donnie spoke up. "But during the commotion I was able to insert the stick into the computer the virus has been landed and the Archangel system is own, they won't be able to send and receive any goods or be recognised as an organisation, I've completely blacked them out. It'll buy us enough time to figure out what to do." Donnie explained.
Alice's head snapped up. "Donnie you genius!" Raph punch his shoulder.
"Ah! Yes well, it only bought us time…not solved the problem." Donnie continued.
"It's enough…" Alice started, everyone's eyes on her then. "It's enough time for me to terminate their contract of ownership on the building and, get rid of Eris…"
"You think that's what it'll come to now?" Leo asked.
"If she is allied with a man like that, there is no knowing what they could end up accomplishing, Shredder I don't know much about, but my sister, with any amount of support could destroy cities if she wanted. I have to take care of her that is my burden." Alice finished.
Splinter placed a simple hand on her shoulder causing her to look up. "We all have our burdens, but let us not think on it now, you must recover and Mikey has yet to awaken, rest my sons." He turned to leave the lab. "Tomorrow is a new dawn. A new day."
With that he left, leaving the brothers to think on his words and their yet again failed battle with shredder.
Eventually Leo and Donnie retired to their rooms and Raph took Alice in his arm carrying her to their room.
Laying her down on the mattress carefully so as not to touch her wound. He closed the door and took off his weapons and bandana before looking over to Alice.
Alice was struggling o take her shirt over her shoulders, Raph knelt beside her and helped her take it off, he fetched a tank top to pull over her head and lead her arms through. They continued like this in silence until Alice was in her sleepwear and they were closely tucked into the sheets together.
It felt like hours, they laid in each other's arms, Raph ran his hand through her hair and Alice clung to the front of his shell.
What could they say; there was nothing that was left unsaid in the mere motions and eye contact they had given each other. Eventually they fell asleep comfortably in their silent embrace.
