Hey guys! I have a second chapter here for you all for Forgiveness. Just wanted to let you guys know that I did change my name to lifeoffangirl. For some things it is still saying my old name (which is Titanic4life), but I am not sure which one it is saying for you. Anyway, I hope that you guys enjoy this chapter. I will be posting more chapters (currently have about five written, but just need to publish them) soon. Enjoy!

Chapter 2:

May knocked on the door to a bedroom.

"Who is it?" Daisy's voice asked.

"It's me." May said before opening the door. Daisy sat on her bed, facing a wall. "I heard about what happened and figured that Mack was with Yo-Yo and Simmons was with Fitz and Coulson's gone so that leaves me to be with you."

"Thanks May, but you don't have to." May walked over to Daisy's bed and sat beside her. She didn't look at May, but just stared at the wall.

"You must be-"

"Traumatized? Confused? Scared? Worried? Angry? Yeah, I'm feeling all of those emotions, but you know the one that sucks the most? Loneliness. I feel lonely because Coulson, the man whose like a father to me, is gone. I'm lonely because one of my best friend's released my powers through torture. I'm lonely because I know that the world is going to end soon and it's all because of me."

"Hey we don't know that yet and, besides, this wasn't your fault."

"You're right. It's Fitz's fault and for that, I'm never going to forgive him." Daisy said as a tear rolled down her cheek.

Suddenly, red alarms flashed and a voice said over the speaker, "Cell 3A has been opened. Cell 3A has been opened. Cell 3A has been-"

"That's Fitz's cell." May said.

All of a sudden, they heard Fitz yell, "Jemma! No!" Gunfire. May and Daisy looked at each other before running towards Fitz's cell. Once they reached it, they saw Simmons holding a gun, but there was no Fitz in the cell.

"Jemma, what the hell just happened? Where's Fitz?" Daisy exclaimed. Simmons turned to them.

"That wasn't him. That was something out of the fear dimension." May and Daisy looked at her confused, just as Deke came running into the room.

"There… you… are… what's going… on?" Deke asked, trying to catch his breath. He looked around. "Where's Fitz?"

"I don't know, but that wasn't the real Fitz. That was just an anomaly. My greatest fear."

"You mean, your greatest fear is Fitz going evil?" May asked.

"Not evil, but making a wrong choice, yes."

"But I thought the fear dimension was closed. Wouldn't that have made him disappear?" Deke asked.

"I know. That's what doesn't add up. What also doesn't make sense is why the anomaly would want to close the fear dimension." Simmons said.

"Unless it led to something greater." Daisy said, quietly.

"What do you mean?" May questioned.

"Well it's kind of everyone's greatest fear that the world is going to end so maybe closing the fear dimension was the only way to release my powers, therefore ending the world." Daisy explained.

"But wouldn't closing the fear dimension also rid you of your powers if it is our greatest fear?" May asked. Daisy shrugged.

"Simmons?"

Simmons was biting her finger nail and staring out into space. She didn't answer, but instead said, "What if that wasn't actually the rip? What if that was just a fake and the anomaly released Daisy's powers so the world will end?"

"Are you saying there's another fear dimension?" Deke asked. Simmons nodded.

"Otherwise Fitz would have disappeared when it closed."

"So we are still going to see anomalies then?" Deke said.

"Until we find the real rip, unfortunately, yes." Simmons said.

"Great." Deke muttered.

"So where's the real Fitz?" Daisy asked.

"I'm not sure, but we have to find him."
