Okay so here's the second update for you to not kill me. I squeezed my brain out for these two chapters. I hope you guys like it.

Chapter 53
Percy was up early. He thought that he can't get some sleep last night but thanks to his sister, she made sure that he gets some sleep simply by exhausting him during their practice. It's not like he was not tired enough. Emotional pain is more difficult to handle.
Two hours later he was at MSG. The day passed by with a blur. People were running around making sure that everything was set, that nothing could go wrong.
Percy never let on that he was nervous. He smiled at everyone. He tried his best not to get distracted and so far he's managing it well. They held a meeting for one last time making sure that everyone knows what they are doing. It was his biggest concert so far and he was glad that everybody supports him.
"Nervous?" Allie asked after the meeting.
"Maybe?" He replied. Allie raised her eyebrow at him.
They've become close when she became his Road Manager. Allie treats him like a brother. She wanted him to be honest with her. She wanted him to tell his opinion about everything that they wanted him to do. She wanted him to open up. She treated him like a family.
"Well that's reassuring." She teased. "Anyway I know you'll do great. You always did."
"Aww thank you."
Allie rolled her eyes on him. "Now young man you better get ready, you have less than two hours to get ready."
"Yeah, yeah. Have you seen Nico?" He asked.
"Nope. But he's probably on his way. He did call me a while ago, checking up on things."
"Hmm that's weird. He is always early to keep me in check." He laughs.
"He's probably just busy. Now shoo, get your ass back to your room and start preparing."
"Yes mom." He teased but went anyways.
Once he arrived at his dressing room, he went to take a shower. He just finished wearing his boxers when his phone started ringing.
"Yes?"
"Perce I'm inside now. Where are you? You said I needed to see you before the concert start." Kelsi said.
"Yup. Where exactly are you?" Kelsi told him her location.
"Okay just wait for me there." He instructed. He threw another pair of shorts before going out not bothering to wear a shirt.
"Hey!" He called when she saw his sister.
Kelsi raised her eyebrow at him when she sees him without a shirt. She is in fact with her friends that happen to adore his brother so much.
"Hey girls." Percy greeted oblivious to the red cheeks of the two girls his sister is with.
"Hey Percy." Alex and Sam greeted, Kelsi's two best friends.
"So what's up?" Kelsi asked smirking upon seeing her friends drooling over his brother's body. "Are you in a hurry that you forgot to throw a shirt on?"
Percy realized what Kelsi was trying to say.
"Oh sorry." On instant he crossed his arms over his chest in attempt to cover his body.
Kelsi chuckled. "So what is it that you want to tell me?"
Percy bowed down and gave her the instruction. Kelsi nodded his head. She turns towards her friends. "You guys go ahead. I'll catch up with you later. I just need to do something."
Alex and Sam nodded. "Bye Percy, good luck. We know you're going to do great." They waved at him.
"Thank you." He replied smiling at them.
"You didn't mention that you are with your friends." He accused.
"How should I know that you decided not to wear a shirt and besides it's not like they haven't seen you shirtless? God's your pictures are all over the net and it's disgusting."
Percy just stuck out his tongue at her. "You ready?"
"No." She confessed.
Percy smiled at her. He holds her hand. "You're going to do great. Just remember this is for mom and dad. And besides I wanted to see their reaction."
"And how are we supposed to see that?"
"You just wait I've got it covered." Percy grinned at her.

Nico and the rest of the group were entering the hallway when Nico saw Percy and Kelsi talking. He immediately gestured them to stop.
They hide from the boxes that happened to be in there. The whole gang was there. Hestia is not with them since this morning Poseidon invited her to their home. They will meet her later after the concert.
They hide from them but they can still see them from their spot. The two were talking. Nico gestured them to wait. He approached his two cousins.
Percy and Kelsi looked at him when he called their attention.
"It's about time you got here." Percy stated.
Nico smirked at his appearance. He gestured towards Percy. "Why aren't you ready yet?"
"What?" He asked confused.
"Don't tell me that's what you are going to wear." Nico said amused.
Percy rolled his eyes. "I was in a hurry okay."
"Yeah right." Kelsi mocked. "He just happens to like walking around shirtless for the benefit of seeing girls all around him swooning for his oh so gorgeous body." She motioned to the few girls walking past them giggling.
Kesli and Nico laugh at him.
"Shut up!"
"Oh don't worry he always does that when he was nervous and I tell you it's quite a lot."
"Okay, okay that's enough." Percy complained.
"Why aren't you ready yet? You've got less than an hour to prepare." Nico scolded.
"What? It's not like it will took me forever to get ready."
"Yeah I know that but surely Alejandro is on the verge of panic now, seeing that you are nowhere near his sight."
As if on cue, Alejandro came running to them. He crossed his arms when he came to a halt just in front of them.
"I was looking all over for you. Don't you know what time is it?" He scolded Percy. Percy just smiled sheepishly at him.
Alejandro was the official stylist of their whole clan. So when Percy entered showbiz, he volunteered himself to become Percy's personal stylist. Not to mention he has a huge crush on him. Yeah, Alejandro was gay but it never bothers them. Usually Percy likes to tease him.
"You want me to go change? Don't you like to see me just like this?" Percy teases him.
"Oh god you're gross." Kelsi complained. "I can't believe you actually like this stuck up, obnoxious.."
"Hey now." Percy interjected.
Kelsi hugs Alejandro. "Good to see you again."
Alejandro smiled sweetly at her. "Good to see you too dear. You look dashing."
"Thank you."
Just in then Calypso entered the scene. She came from the other hallway, opposite to where Nico came from. Upon seeing Calypso, Alejandro and Kelsi scrunched up their nose. They both hated her.
"Hey guys." She greeted.
Kelsi and Alejandro gave her a fake smile while Nico and Percy smiled genuinely at her.
"Hey what are you doing here?" Percy asked.
"I'm going to watch your concert, you silly." Calypso smiled. They've become friends after a while when they're started doing their song. They managed to put aside their past and decided to be friends again. Their song wasn't finish yet though, since they were both busy.
"Oh thank you."
Their friends watch them from behind the box.
"Isn't that Calypso?" Silena asked.
"Yeah it is her." Thalia confirmed. Beside her she felt Annabeth tensed. She throws her a concerned look but she just waved her off.
"Wow, she's gorgeous." Connor blurted which earned him a smacked from Clarisse.
"Ouch!" He exclaimed. They looked at him with wide eyes. Upon realizing what he's done, he clamped his hand on his mouth. Any time they will be busted and it was all because of him.
He shrinks down upon seeing all their glares at him.
"What was that?" Percy asked looking at their hidden location. "Did you guys hear that?"
Nico's eyes got wide when he realized it must be them.
"Yeah I heard a male voice." Alejandro answered. "I'll go check it out."
"No." Nico said forcefully. "I mean I'll go check it out. You two should go ahead. Percy needs to change like right now."
Alejandro nodded his head and pulled Percy with him. Percy waved goodbye to them and let Alejandro take him.
It was the three of them left.
"I should probably go ahead too." Without waiting for them to reply Kelsi walks away.
"I should probably check that one." Nico stated. Calypso nodded.
"I'll go ahead too." She smiled and walks away probably going to her seat.
Nico let out a deep sigh. That was close. With one look around him to check if someone is around, he marched right back to them.
"What was that all about?" He questioned.
"That was Connor." They explained.
"We almost got busted guys."
"Sorry." Connor apologized.
"Is that Calypso you're with a while ago?" Thalia asked although they already knew the answer.
"Yeah."
"So what's she wants?"
"Nothing, she just wished Percy good luck and to tell him that she is watching the show." Nico said distastefully, thinking that it was not a good idea that she was here.
"It looks like Kelsi wanted to punch her in the face." Leo chuckled.
He earned a questioning look.
"What? Hey I know Kelsi right, and I can tell she doesn't like her at all."
"Yeah you're definitely right. Kelsi claimed to be the number 1 member of the Anti-Calypso group." Nico chuckled.
"What do you mean?"
"He means that she hated her too much." Charles summed up for them.
The group chuckled.
"Well we can't blame her though."
"Alright guys come on before somebody sees us." Nico suggested.

They were all overwhelmed when they entered the stadium. There were thousands of people screaming Percy's name. The whole stadium was fully packed.
Nico pointed them their seats. He instructed them to go ahead. He'll just have to check on something.
"Wow." Travis and Conner said in unison.
"Wow just wow." Silena said.
Nico approached them a little later, asking if they need something.
"We're all good." Charles answered.
"Well if you need anything just tell Mark and he'll come find me." He gestured to the guard assigned for them. The group nodded.
"Listen I need to go now." He said when he saw that there's only fifteen minutes left before the show starts. "You guys enjoy. Don't worry. He'll never see you here. We made sure of that." He winked at them before walking away.
"You look hot Nico!" Someone blurted from the audience at the VIP section. Nico just smiled and waved at them. Girls swoon at his gesture. Some squealed. Others started to gossip around how hot he is.
Thalia leaned back on her chair annoyed.
"Well someone's jealous." Annabeth teased her who's sitting beside her.
"Ha ha laugh all you want." She said when she saw her friends silently laughing at her. "I can't blame them though. I agree with them but that doesn't mean I appreciate the thought that they want him."
She turned towards Annabeth who's currently holding her laughter. "Don't worry honey you'll get your chance when these.." She gestured to the crowd. "These thousands of girls/women started chanting your man's name and drooling over him."
Annabeth scowled at her, not very fond of the idea that thousands of women want Percy for themselves. Thalia smirked at her when she saw her reaction. Thalia leaned back on her chair and put her arms around Annabeth.
"Don't worry Annie, we all know you're the one who Percy wants." She reassured her.
Annabeth ignored Thalia from calling her Annie. She just crossed her arms and settled her eyes on the clock.
When the timer strikes 1 minute, the whole crowd went wild. The group was once again overwhelmed. It was ear shattering. They were all chanting Percy's name.
(A/N Okay before I start Percy's concert, I wanted you to visualize Justin Timberlake's concert on Madison Square Garden. It was called the FutureSex/LoveShow. He was so hot in there and I envisioned Percy's concert just like that. Same clothes and how JT carried himself during the concert. Same stage same format, just different songs, well I'll put some JT's song in the concert. Just imagine Percy doing the concert just the same.)
Percy gets ready at the back of the stage wearing his suit and tie. All around him, the dancers, the band, the crew, Eric and his other guards, Allie and Nico wished him good luck. 30 seconds before the show he went to the platform that will take him up to the stage.
The countdown begins from 5, 4 … He silently prayed. 3 , 2 and 1. The stage went dark, the band started playing. The crowd went wilder if that's even possible.
He started singing while he was taken up to the stage. He sang first the FutureSex/LoveSound then Like I Love You.
The crowd went even louder when he sang his signature song My Love. He showed how he's good at dancing. The crowd was so amazed by him. Even his friends were speechless. Seeing him live was overwhelming.
Annabeth kept her gazed at him all the time. She was so proud at him. She admitted seeing his different concerts on the internet but it was better in live.
"He's so hot." Clarisse blurted out loud. Chris was shocked hearing his fiancée. Even with the noise going on he heard her clearly. The other girls heard her too and they nodded in approval. Ananbeth narrowed her eyes on them but they just smirked at her.
At the middle of his concert, he was at the center of the stage. There's a piano and he was holding a guitar.
"Let's take it slow for a while." He said to the crowd. He drinks his water. "So, tonight I have a surprise to all of you."
The crowd cheered even louder.
He handed the guitar to one of the crew. He grabs his mic and started walking towards the end of stage.
"This is will be the first time that it will happen and probably the last or not." He smiled. "Well it took me a lot of begging before she gave in."
Upon hearing that he mentioned a "she" the crowd went wild.
His friends look at each other. They are not far away from Calypso's seat and right now he's heading right there. Annabeth felt a little nauseated of the possibility that he was talking about Calypso. It didn't help that she heard the crowd behind them hoping that he was talking about her.
Thalia put her arms around her to comfort her.
He went down on the stage. Immediately the guards surrounded him. Thalia saw Nico from a far with a confused look on his face. She knew that even him didn't know what's Percy's talking about.
Percy went to his sister's side. "Ready?" He asked without his mic on. Kelsi nodded. She let her brother guide her to the stage.
The crowd cheered when they saw that Kelsi was the one he was referring to. They never knew what she can do. So it was exciting for them.
His friends let out a sigh of relief that he wasn't in fact referring to Calypso. Thalia grinned at Annabeth who she thinks is close to crying.
"So guys you know my sister, Kelsi." He started. Kelsi waved at the crowd and greeted them with hello.
The crowd started chanting her name too which earned them a smile from her. Percy guided her at the center of the stage. She went in front of the piano and Percy settled on the seat right next to the piano holding a guitar.
He leaned forward to whisper something to her. He squeezed her hand and kissed her forehead which the crowd adores so much.
"So this song that we'll about to sing was a song written by yours truly." He informed the crowd. "Kelsi helped me through it. That's why I encouraged her to do the song with me. So I hope you guys will like it."
He motioned Kelsi to start. The song will be Down by Jason Walker. The song was actually about how was Percy was feeling from the couple of months.
As the song ended, Kelsi hugged her brother tightly. She never knew how great it is to perform in front of thousands of people. She was sure it shocked both of their parents but it was all worth it. Percy thanked her and kissed her on the forehead. She waved goodbye to the crowd before settling back with her friends who were squealing. They never knew about it. She took them by surprise too.
"Wow. That was beautiful. They were so good." Katie praised.
The rest of the show came in a blur. Percy was awesome. He didn't disappoint. He gave all his best. Sadly the show must come to an end. With only one song left, he delivered his speech.
He came back on the stage wearing a black shirt, with his pants from earlier. He scanned the crowd who were cheering loud at him. He takes a bow. He blows kisses. He settled his mic on one of the stands.
"So I'll take that you guys have fun tonight." The crowd cheered.
"I don't know what to say." He stated with teary eyed. "But thank you. Thank you for believing in me again." The crowd cheered even louder.
"I am so lucky because I have the best fans in the whole world. Thank you guys very much. I love you all. You're the reason why I love my job." He said with teary eyed.
The crowd chants his name.
"Sadly this show has to end. But I'm leaving you with a song that I wrote it myself months ago. This song means a lot to me because I wrote it for someone who's so special to me."
The crowd cooed. His friends look at each other. They turned to look at Charles but he doesn't know either.
"I was wishing that she'll hear it tonight but sadly that's not the case."
There were murmurs around the crowd. Thinking of the possibility who might be the girl he is talking about.
The band starting playing the song, seconds before the first line begins, "Wise Girl this is for you."
Annabeth was rather speechless. Their friends look at her with smile on their faces. She was closed to tears now. Thalia hugged her. Silena, Clarisse, Reyna and Katie joined too. They all stayed with each arms around each other while hearing the song.

The whole song Percy just stayed at the center of the stage pouring all his emotion on the song. The whole crowd felt it. They even thought he was crying at some point of the song.
He takes a bow at the end of the song. The dancers and the band joined him at the center. They took a bow one last time. Percy went around the stage waving goodbye to the crowd saying thank you's and I love you's. With one last waved, he disappeared backstage.
Mark their bodyguard, told them to wait for a moment. So they settled on their seat. Annabeth was so anxious and nervous at the same time. She wanted to see Percy right away and tell him she still feels the same way and that she loves the song so much.
Percy was greeted by his sister once he emerged from the stage. Kelsi hugged her tightly. "You were amazing."
Percy chuckled. "Thank you. You did a good job back there too."
Kelsi punched him in the arm. "Thank you but that's because you were right there with me." Percy kissed her forehead.
He was greeted by the rest of the crew. Nico and Allie hugged him too. They praised him for doing a fantastic job at the stage. He grinned at them. It took him a couple of minutes before he finally entered his room. He slumped on the couch. Kelsi followed him.
He reached for his phone to check it but to his dismay, none of the messages was the one he was hoping for. He groaned and leaned back on the couch.
"What?" Kesli asked.
"Nothing." He mumbled. "Where are mom and dad anyways?" He asked.
Kelsi shrugged her shoulders. Eric came in to check on them but then he leaves again, leaving them with Kelsi's new bodyguard Shawn.
Kelsi got an idea. She whispered it to her brother.
"Are you crazy? We will get in trouble."
"So what? They'll probably let it slide since you did an amazing job right there. Besides we will be gone just for a couple of minutes. Please." She pleaded.
"Alright." Percy gave in. "But remember we should be back as soon as possible before Mom and Dad check up on us. So approximately we just have 30 minutes or so." Percy explained.
"Deal."
"How are we going to get rid of Shawn?" He asked.
Kelsi smiled sheepishly. "Leave it to me." She went out of the room.
Seconds later she peaked inside. "Come on."
Kelsi and Percy act casually when they meet someone. Most of them just congratulated him.
"How did you get rid of Shawn?" Percy asked once they were done buying what Kelsi is craving for at the 7 eleven shop.
Kelsi take a sip from her Slurpee. "Simple, I told him to get me something from the vending machine. Apparently he doesn't have any idea about our little adventures." She grinned.
Percy shook his head. "He's going to get in trouble. He'll probably lose his job just because of this, you know." Percy said guiltily.
"Nah, we will explain it to Dad." Kelsi simply said.
They were near the entrance at the back of the stadium when someone called Percy.
"Percy!"
They turned to look.
"Jason?" It was a little dark at that area but somehow Percy knew it was him.
He steps in the light. Surely it was him and he looked a little disoriented.
Kelsi felt a little nervous upon seeing Jason's state. Danger was screaming in front of them. She tugged on Percy's arm. "Let's go."
"Leaving already?" Jason asked when he saw Kelsi tugging on Percy's arm. "Don't I just want to talk to your dear brother here." He smirked.
"What do you want?" Percy asked calmly but he put his arm in front of Kelsi motioning her to get behind him. She nervously obliged.
"I told you already I just wanted to talk." He stated pointedly narrowing his eyes on Percy.
"You're drunk." Percy exclaimed. "We will talk some other time when you are sober enough." He grabs Kelsi's arm and guiding her back towards the door but Jason cut them off by stepping in front of them.
"Not so fast."
"Jason." Percy pleaded. He was with his sister and he can't take a risk while she was with him.
Percy and Kelsi were astounded when Jason showed them a gun.
"Percy." Kelsi squeaked.
"What are you doing with that thing? Why do you even have one?" Percy demanded.
Jason pointed the gun at him and pretended to shot him. Percy's breath hitched. He thought Jason will shot him right then.
"What do you want?" Percy demanded.
"I told you already, I just wanted to talk." Jason shouted.
Kelsi's phone started buzzing on her pocket but she's afraid to pick it up.
"You're an asshole Jackson." Jason spat. "You take away the one girl that I truly love."
"What are you talking about?"
Jason laughs bitterly. "O playing dumb are we? You son of a b****!"
"Wait, are you talking about Calypso? Nothing is going on between us." Percy stated firmly.
"I don't believe you! She broke up with me because of you." He accused.
"Wait, she broke up with you?" She never told him about it.
"Yes and it's because of you. You stole her away from me just to get back at me!"
"I don't know what you are talking about." Percy defended. "Calypso and I are done a long time ago. You should know that."
Jason shook his head. This time he was crying while pointing the gun at him. Percy was thinking of the fastest way to take Kelsi away from him. Jason is not stable. And any minute he can shoot both of them.
When Jason wiped the tears away from his eyes, Percy took his chance. He pushed Jason and shouted Kelsi to run. Kelsi sprinted to the door. She turned back to see if he was following her but she saw him battling Jason.
Percy was trying to disarm Jason but even with his state he was holding on it too tight. Maybe it was his rage against him that taking over.
"Percy." Kelsi shouted.
For a second Percy's attention went to Kelsi and Jason took the chance. With all his might, he pushed Percy back. He stumbled back. Jason abruptly stands and hit Percy on the head with the gun. Percy was caught off guard.
With his dizzy vision, he saw Kelsi running back to him. "No!" He shouted. "Go back! Run!"
Kelsi stops in her tracks. Jason turned to look at her. Kelsi backed away. Percy's right, she needs to run and call for help. Jason was heading towards her but Percy caught his foot. Kelsi took it a chance to run inside.
Inside the stadium, Poseidon was furious when he found out that his children where nowhere to be found. Nico was calling Kelsi and Percy but neither of them was answering their phone. Nico turned his frustration to the assigned bodyguard.
Nico was currently outside Percy's dressing room. The others were inside waiting for them to show up.
"Your job was simple. You just watch them and make sure they were okay." He snarled at Shawn.
"I..I'm sorry sir. Ms. Kelsi asked me to get something for her that's why I left. I was just away for 2 minutes but when I came back they were already gone. I didn't know that they were planning something." Shawn explained.
Nico turned to look at Eric who just arrived from checking various places where the two might went.
"Didn't you warn him about this kind of things? You know those two."
"I'm sorry I forgot to tell him. You see he is new and.." Eric tried to explain.
"I don't care if he is new!" Nico was already frustrated. His Uncle was mad already and part of him knew that he was blaming him from the incompetence of their bodyguards.
The door opens, Poseidon step out of the room. He looks terrifying. "Any news about them?" He asked calmly but you can sense the venom behind it.
Nico shook his head.

Kelsi was trembling. She was too freak out to think straight. Part of her wanted to go back to check on Percy. She was panting and shaking from fear. Just then her phone started buzzing again. It was Nico.
"Nico!" She cried.
Nico already knew that something was wrong. "Where are you?"
Kelsi told him where she was. "Please hurry up. Percy's in trouble. Please hurry." She pleaded.
Upon hearing this Nico barked orders to Eric and Shawn. Poseidon demanded what was happening and in a rush he explained it to him. Together they went to find them even with Nico's request that Poseidon should stay behind.
Kelsi shrunk down on the corner. She embraced herself to keep from shaking. Minutes later, her dad and Nico found her. Poseidon hugs her. She was crying violently.
"Percy." She cried. "Go help him." She shouted to Eric. Just then they heard a gun shot.

Percy was clutching his shoulder where Jason shot him. They were fighting for the past couple of minutes already. Jason has the upper hand since he took a blow on the head.
"Not so tough now are we." Jason mocked him. He kicked Percy on the gut.
Percy tried to get up but Jason hit him in the head again. He slumped back on the floor. He groaned clutching his head. He can feel the blood trickling.
"Why don't you just kill me instead?" Percy spat at him. "That's what you want right? Then just do it."
Jason laughs evilly. "Oh I'm planning to but I'm not done with you yet." He pointed the gun on Percy's legs. "I'll make you suffer first."
He was about to pull the trigger when, "Put your gun down!"
Jason turned around and guns were pointed at him. He chuckled. "Guess you're still lucky Jackson."
They ordered him to drop his weapon. Jason has no choice but to oblige.
Nico, Poseidon and Kelsi run towards Percy. Percy has a nasty cut on his head and a gun shot on his left shoulder. Nico called 911.
"Percy." Kelsi cried. Percy smiled at her still conscious. "Hey I'm glad you're alright."
"You idiot!" She cried hugging him. Percy protested.
"Are you alright son?" He asked concerned. Percy nodded. "Just a little dizzy but I'm going to survive." He joked.
"We're not yet done Jackson." Jason called out. Anger flash into Poseidon's eyes but before he can do something for Jason, Kelsi beats him to it.
She kicked Jason in between his legs and punched him in the face. Poseidon was so proud of his daughter. Unfortunately Kelsi broke her arm from the punch.
Jason cried. He was protesting that it was illegal to hit him while he was handcuffed but the police just ignored him.
A little later the ambulance arrived. Poseidon and Kelsi went to the hospital leaving Nico behind to tell the others what happened.
He went back inside. He turned to look at his clothes and there were bloods on it. They're going to freak out when they see him.
Once he steps inside all heads turned to him.
"Oh my gods, what happened to you?" Thalia cried and approached him immediately. He calmed her down. "It's not my blood I'm perfectly okay." He reassured her.
"Where's my children Nico?" Sally was on the verge of tears now. She knew deep inside something bad happened.
Nico approached him. "Kelsi's fine but Percy.."
"Percy." Hestia butted in. "What happened to Percy?"
"They brought him to the hospital. He was shot but he's going to be okay."
Upon hearing this Annabeth cried. Not this again. Apparently the fates hate them. Her friends comforted her.
"You guys can go home. We'll update you tomorrow." Nico suggested.
"No! I'm going to the hospital." Annabeth blurted out.
"Me too." Were heard from all of their friends.
Nico gave in. "Okay then let's get going."
LINEBREAK
It took them a couple of minutes to reach the hospital. There were paparazzi all over the place. Nico groaned news travel so fast. Luckily they have an access to the parking lot inside the hospital. Well perks of being related to the owner of the hospital.
Hestia, Charles and Sally were the first one to go. Apparently they can't fit all at the same time at the elevator.
When Sally, Hestia and Charles arrived at the lobby, Kelsi called Sally to inform them that Percy was already out from the surgery and he was currently at Room 302.
Sally saw his son lying on the bed unconscious. His head was wrapped with a bandage and so is his left shoulder. She can't help but cry. Poseidon and Kelsi hugged her.
"Shh it's alright." Poseidon soothed. "He's fine now."
Charles was hugging his mom who is silently crying too. When Kelsi saw them, "Charles?" she asked.
Charles pulled away from her mom and smiled at her. "Yes." He replied.
"Oh my gods, it is really you." She hugs him. "How come I didn't see you back at the concert?"
Charles chuckled. "It's a long story."
Sally offered her hand to Hestia and together they approached Percy' bed.
Sally stroked his bruised jaw while Hestia holds his hand.
Nico came in a little later. The others were waiting outside Percy's room.
"How was he?" Nico asked.
"He's fine." Poseidon answered. "Apollo said that the blow on his head didn't cause a grave damage. It's a good thing that it bleeds. He's lucky he was shot on the shoulder not anywhere near his heart. He'll wake up soon."
Nico nodded. He went near his cousin's bed. He saw Kelsi with a bandage on her right hand. "Are you okay?"
Kelsi just grinned at him. "Yeah never felt better although there's still one person that I wanted to punch."
"Kelsi." Sally scolded turning towards her daughter. She examined her hand. "Is it broken?"
Kelsi nodded smiling. "Yeah but it was all worth it." Sally was about to scold her but she changed her mind.
Percy shifted from his bed then his eyes slowly opens.
"Son." Sally called.
It took a couple of seconds before he can finally see clearly. He smiled at them. "Hey." He croaked.
Sally cried again. "You scared us."
"I'm sorry mom." Then he saw Hestia right beside his mom.
"Mom?" He softly called.
Hestia realized that he was referring to her. "Percy." She kissed his hand. "I'm so glad you're okay now."
"Sorry, you have to see me like this again."
Hestia smiled sadly. "It's okay. Your safe and that's what important."
Percy saw Charles. "Hey!" He called. Charles smiled at him patting his feet. "How do you manage to always end up in the hospital?" He teased.
"I really don't know." Percy chuckled. He winced on the pain in his head and shoulder.
"You okay?" They asked him but he just nodded.
Nico whispered something to Sally. Her eyes lit up for a second. She nodded her head. She called Poseidon and Hestia. She told them that they needed to go somewhere. Poseidon shot her a questioning look but Sally gave him the look to not question her.
They told Percy that they will be back. Now it's only Nico, Charles and Kelsi who are inside the room. Kelsi was sitting comfortably on the chair besides Percy's bed.
"Hey kiddo!" Nico called her. Kelsi scowled at him. "Who you calling a kid?"
"You." Nico and Charles chuckled.
"I hate you two." She huffed.
"Come on let's go grab something to eat." Nico suggested.
"Eat?" Kelsi raised her eyebrow at them.
"Yes."
"No one's going to stay with Percy. You go ahead. I'm not hungry anyways." She declined.
"Oh no, you're coming with us." Nico demanded.
"You guys are leaving me alone in here?" Percy asked incredulously.
"Yeah." Charles smirked. "But don't worry it will be all worth it."
"Huh?"
Nico pulled Kelsi out of the room followed by Charles leaving a confused Percy.
Nico drags Kelsi away. Charles went to his friends who are patiently waiting outside.
When they saw him, they started to bombard him with questions.
"He's fine."
"Oh thank Gods."
"He's awake now." Charles informed them.
"Can we see him?" Leo asked.
"Later." He answered. "I supposed there's someone who needed to see him first." Charles smiled at Annabeth.
"Me?" She asked.
Charles nodded. "He's all alone now. You can go see him."
Annabeth was hesitant at first but their friends encouraged her.
She was about to go inside when her phone buzzed. She stopped in her tracks to read it. Her instinct was right. It was from Percy.
For the first time she taps the reply button and type in her reply and send it to him.
Percy was startled when his phone buzzed just a minute after he sent his text. He has to squeeze his eyes shot a couple of times to make sure he was seeing the right thing. Maybe the blow on his head does it. He was probably hallucinating.
He stared at his phone for a couple of seconds before he decided to open the message. Her reply was simply, "Look straight."
What? He's probably just hallucinating. He squeezed his eyes shot again. What does she mean look straight?" Giving up, his eyes flickered to the door and he saw someone standing there.
He looked again and this time he felt his jaw drop. Standing right beside the door was Annabeth. He must be going crazy.
"Annabeth." He croaked.
"Hey." She smiled at him.
"Am I hallucinating?" He asked to himself.
Annabeth chuckled. "No Seaweed Brain. I'm right here." She walks towards him.
Percy caught his breath. She really is here. "I.."
Annabeth stops her tracks a few feet away from his bed. "How are you?"
He just stared at her. Not knowing what to say or do. For a second his mind refused to believe that she was really standing there in front of him.
"What's wrong? Did you swallow your tongue?" She teased.
Percy gently shook his head. "I.. You're here. You're really here."
Annabeth walks towards him again and this time she was just standing right beside his bed.
Percy reached out for her face and she didn't pull away. He didn't even realize that tears were streaming down his face the moment his hand touched her face.
Annabeth was holding back her tears but she knows she can't hold it any longer. She reached out to touch his face too brushing away the tears.
"Hey." She softly said. "Don't cry. I'm right here now."
Percy kissed her hand. "I'm so sorry." He kept mumbling while holding her hand near his lips.
Annabeth sits at his bed. "Hey look at me." She said holding his chin up in order to meet his eyes.
There were tears in her eyes too. "It's okay."
"I still love you very much. I.."
He didn't finished the word he is about to say when Annabeth closed the gap between them. On instant his free hand cupped her face drawing her nearer to him. He felt a little dizzy but he didn't mind. He's not even sure which causes his dizziness anymore.
He's the first one to pull away. He rests his forehead against hers. He closed his eyes for a moment.
"Are you okay?" Annabeth leaned back and asked concerned when she noticed his eyes closed.
He opens his eyes and smiled. "Yeah, your kiss never failed to make me dizzy." He joked.
Annabeth laughs. "Well that's good to hear, I think."
Percy kissed her again and again. "Gods I've missed you so much."
"I've missed you too."
"I love you." He said looking straight in her eyes.
She smiled at him and cupped his face. "Well Mr. Percy Jackson, I love you too and I'm not planning on going anywhere."
"That's good to hear." He smiled and closed the gap once more.
Ahhhhh I finally let them get back together.
