Chapter 60
Percy and Annabeth are in the guest room getting ready for the night out. They all agreed to go to Apollo's bar to chill out. They will meet Apollo and the others on the bar. Hazel and Bianca have gone home to change and so does Apollo and Chloe.
Percy is sitting in the bed watching Annabeth get ready. Annabeth feels his gaze on her back so she turns around to look at him while putting her earrings. "What?"
He just smiles at her and shakes his head. He's shirtless and wearing only his jeans. He's not moving on his spot just content on watching her. She looks gorgeous on her red dress and he can't take his eyes on her.
"You should be getting ready." Annabeth scolded. She gives him a sideway look and she is tempted to go and kiss him full in the mouth because damn her boyfriend is so hot especially without a shirt on.
Percy chuckles and put his undershirt on. He stands and walks towards her. He hugs her from her back resting his chin on her shoulder. They were in front of a mirror. She turns her head to give him a kiss on the cheek. "Yes?"
"Nothing." He pulled away from her to turn her around so that she was facing him. "You just look so gorgeous tonight. And I am tempted to just lock you in this room and.."
"And what?" She challenged. She can't help the smile on her face.
Instead of answering he kisses her on the mouth. Not just a simple kiss. It's a kind of kiss that makes your legs go jelly. Her hands automatically went to his neck pulling him closer while his are on her waist. They can feel both the need on each other but one of them should stop before they get carried away.
"Percy." Annabeth moaned when she pulled away slightly. He takes that opportunity to kiss her neck. She can't help it but to moan louder. He went back to kissing her lips once more before he finally pulled away.
Their foreheads are touching. "We need to stop." Annabeth declares panting.
"I know." He said lowly. His one hand starts caressing her face. "You're so beautiful."
She hugs him inhaling his scent then she pulls away. "Get dress." She ordered before she pushes him away chuckling.
Percy pouted before he rolled his eyes and went to the bathroom. Annabeth went back to fixing her lipstick that was ruined with their heated kiss.
She's still in front of the mirror when Percy got out from the bathroom. She watches him on the corner of her eyes. She saw him sits on the foot of bed deep in thoughts. She approaches him.
"Is everything okay?" She asked.
Percy looks startled for a second. "Yes, of course."
"Are you sure?" She was now standing in front of him.
He smiled at her and he reaches for her hand and kisses it.
"Don't lie to me."
He gestured her to sit on his lap and she did so. She sits in his one leg and put her arm around his shoulders. "So tell me, what's bugging you?"
Percy played on her other hands not looking at her.
"Hey." She softly called lifting his chin so that he is looking at her. "Tell me."
"Well.." He started. "We need to talk about something."
"And that is?"
He stops, contemplating on how he is going to tell her about it.
"Percy, you're making me nervous. What is it?"
"About us." He finally said.
Annabeth scrunched her eyebrows. "What about us?"
"I just want you to know that I love you so much."
"That's what you're going to say?" She asked a little irritated.
"Yes?"
She suddenly sits up and about to walk away when Percy grabs her hand.
"Sorry, come on don't be mad." She tugs her hand a little forceful so she ends up sitting on his lap again.
"So what really is it?"
"We are going to a club right? And it's going to be a public place."
"Well duh."
Percy ignored her sarcasm. "And I need to know if you are ready to go on public. If you are okay that they will know that you are my girlfriend."
"Oh."
Percy smiled timidly at her. "If you will ask me, of course my answer will be yes. But it's you that I'm worried about. You'll not use to this kind of thing. Once they know who you are they'll probably follow you around. You'll lose some of your freedom. They'll invade your privacy."
She didn't say anything. She is pondering about what he said.
"It's your decision baby. I'll respect your decision whatever it is. I won't even question it."
"Then can we keep this for a while, at least while we are at public place. I never did think about it and right now I don't think I'm ready for it." She tried to explain.
"It's okay." He smiled. "I can deal with that."
"Are you sure?"
"Definitely." He kisses her on the lips. "I guess I can manage controlling myself to not kiss you for a couple of hours."
"I'm sorry." She whispered looking down at her hands.
"Hey." He softly called. "It's okay. I totally understand. I was expecting your answer anyway. So believe me when I say I understand."
"Thank you." She said hugging him. Even though he said that it's totally fine she can still feel that there's a hint of a little disappointment but she's not ready yet for his world at least for now.
He kisses the top of her head. "Come on I better get ready before they come barging on us." He chuckles.
She pulls away from him and stands up. She offers her hand to help him. He smiles at her. He kisses her cheek before finally putting his gray button down shirt. She helps him buttoning his shirt.
"You don't look so bad." She teases him.
"Oh thank you." He smiled. "You don't look so bad too Ms. Chase."
He pulled her towards him looking at her intently. "I should definitely keep an eye on you tonight. I don't want some strangers hitting on my beautiful girlfriend."
She hits him in the chest. "Oh please I'm pretty sure there are more beautiful girls out there tonight. If there someone who should be worried that will be me. I'm sure there are tons of girls who will beg for your attention tonight."
He pretends to think for a while. "I guess you're right. I can't blame them though your boyfriend is hot." He laughs.
She hits him on the head this time. "Hey!"
"I'm just keeping you in line before your ego gets too big."
"You said it yourself last time that I'm hot. I was just stating it back." He pouted.
"Oh don't pout." She teases.
"Maybe if I get a kiss I wouldn't pout anymore."
She snorted. "Nice try but no." She tries to break away from him.
"Not so fast." Before she knows it he smashes his lips to her and then she's kissing him back.
They pulled apart when there's a knock on the door.
"Hey guys! Are you both ready? We need to get going." It was Charles.
"Yes!" Percy shouted. "We'll be down in a minute."
Annabeth shot her an I-told-you look. He just smiles and pecks her lips before finally releasing her.
After a couple of minutes they joined their friends in the living room. They were all there already.
"Are you taking your car Perce?" Nico asked him.
"Yeah."
"Then we will be taking three cars then. Charles can drive my other car."
"Hey can I?" Connor butted in.
"No!" They all answered.
"Oh come on you guys." But they just ignored him.
"Let's go then." Thalia declared.
"Wait guys." Percy stops them. "We need to tell you something."
They turn to look at him. He looks at Annabeth and he squeezes her hand.
"Tonight, let's all pretend that Annabeth is not my girlfriend."
"What?!"
"Why?!"
"What the hell Jackson! Are you ashamed of her?" Thalia was fuming.
"Woah guys calm down!" Annabeth half shouted.
Nico already knows why even if they didn't tell him so he tried to calm his girlfriend down. "Hey babe, we should hear them out first."
"So?" Silena demanded.
If looks can kill Percy would be dead by now. The glares that the girls are giving him are scary.
"Look guys it's my decision. Don't blame Percy for it." Annabeth clarifies.
"But why?"
"Guys we all know that he's famous and once they know that I'm his girlfriend.." She trailed off.
"She'll lose her privacy." Nico supplied. "We understand Annabeth." He smiled at her.
"Oh."
"I'm not yet ready for that and Percy understands. So it will be nice if you guys pretend too that we are not a couple just for this night. Can you guys do that?" She pleaded.
They all nodded.
"Thank you."
"Maybe we should too." Thalia said to Nico.
This time their friends' attentions are on them.
"What do you mean we should too? Percy's case is different from mine. He's way too famous than me. So why should we do it?" Nico demanded a little irritated.
"Just felt like it." She grinned on him but her boyfriend is way too serious.
Their friends laugh at them.
"Oh come on babe, I'm just joking." Thalia said kissing his cheek.
Nico glared at her. "Whatever. Come on we should go." He turns to walk away.
"Oohh someone is in trouble." Clarisse teases Thalia.
Thalia rolls her eyes before following her annoyed boyfriend.
LINEBREAK
Minutes later they reached the bar. Percy was thankful that his cousin has a secluded parking area for families just like in the hospital. It will be much easier for them. He's pretty sure that there are paparazzi somewhere out there waiting to get a glimpse of celebrities. It's a good thing that the bar has a tight security but right now he won't risk anything. If Annabeth is not yet comfortable with it then he'll understand.
He looks at Reyna and Leo at the back of the car. "Ready guys?" Percy asked them. They nodded.
He went to open Annabeth's door and Leo did the same to Reyna. Before they head towards the bar,. He wants to keep it low as much as possible. Annabeth just looks at him amusedly but didn't say anything.
"Nice." Leo praised looking at the bar.
"Yeah, you'll appreciate it more in the inside." Percy said.
He holds Annabeth hand since there's no one else out there just the guard on the gate.
"Ready?" He asks her. He squeezes her hand and pecks her lips before they can finally enter the bar at the back door.
He released her hand once they set foot inside the bar. He smiled at her then keep a good distance between. Annabeth gave her an apologetic look but he just grinned.
Hazel, Bianca, Apollo and Chloe were already there. They waved at them. They're on the VIP area. Percy was thankful that the bar is not full. It is a working day indeed.
Percy went to his cousins to give them the heads up about him and Annabeth and they totally get it.
The girls sit beside each other which the guys protested but they've got no choice.
"So what do you guys want?" Apollo asks.
They've given their orders and Apollo stands up to go to the bar.
"I'll go with you." Nico volunteered. He still looked piss.
Percy noticed it so he joined his cousins.
"Looks like Nico is still piss." Annabeth whispered to Thalia.
Thalia chuckled. "Yes he is. Don't worry he's just over reacting. I'll make it up to him later and I'm sure he can't stay mad on what I am going to do for him." She wiggled her eyebrows.
"Gross." Annabeth said disgusted. Thalia just laughed at her.
"This place is awesome." Connor stated.
"I agree bro." Travis said. "Look there's even a pool table over there."
"Awesome." Leo said. "Maybe we should go play." He suggested.
The boys agreed. So the girls were left behind.
"So how did Apollo end up owning a bar?" Silena asked curiously.
"Well he likes to party.." Bianca started.
"Excuse me, all of you likes to party." Chloe corrects her.
Bianca laughs, "Well you could say that."
"We got the idea when we were in Vegas and went to a bar that was so cool." Artemis supplied. "So right there with our drunken minds we decided that we would build one when we got back."
"And we didn't know that he will take it seriously." Hazel added. "We were surprised when he said that he's serious about it."
"We did actually fight about it." Chloe said. "But eventually I gave in."
"So does anyone in your family know how to sing besides Percy?" Annabeth asked.
"Apollo can sing but not as good as Percy. He can also play the guitar. Oh and Nico can play the drums, didn't he tell you?" Bianca said.
"Really?" Thalia asks. "He never mentioned it to me."
"You know him, he never talk so much about himself." Bianca said.
"Yeah, which is kind of annoying sometimes."
"Did you know that they played on that stage on the opening night?" Artemis asked.
They shook their heads.
"Yeah I remember that night. The bar is so full mostly women." Chloe snorted.
"Oh yeah, you almost hit a girl that openly flirting with Apollo." Bianca chuckled.
"Yeah she was disgusting. She was throwing herself at Apollo. He had to hold me back from kicking the girl's ass."
"I have an idea. Why don't we ask them to play for us tonight?" Thalia suggested.
"Yeah I think that will be nice." The girls agreed.
LINEBREAK
"Hey everything okay?" Percy asks Nico as he slides next to him to the bar. Apollo was sitting next to Nico. His employees greeted him.
"Yeah, why'd you ask?"
"Don't lie to me. You're still piss on Thalia?"
He shook his head.
"Then what is it?"
"Percy!"A girl's voice caught their attention.
"Hey Belle." Percy greeted when he realized it was Belle, one of the crew.
She blushes furiously. It wasn't a secret that Belle has a huge crush on Percy.
"How are you doing?" She asks shyly. "I heard what happened. Are you okay now?"
"Yeah I'm fine. Thanks for the concern." He smiled at her.
She smiled back. "So what do you guys want?"
"Apollo got it covered already."
"Oh."
"Yup, so how are you?" He asks but then a customer came in. She excused herself.
Nico pointed on the guys that were playing on the pool area. "Want to join them?"
"Sure." Percy said. They informed Apollo that they're joining the guys and he said he'll join them later.
There are four pool tables and currently the two were occupied by their friends Chris, Charles, Travis, Connor and Leo. After a few minutes Apollo joined them.
They were just playing a friendly game when Apollo got bored. "What'd you say you and me, one on one." He challenged Percy.
Percy smirked. "Aren't you afraid of always getting beat Apollo?"
Apollo just rolled his eyes. "You just got lucky."
"You mean he's so lucky that every time you guys played you always end up losing?" Nico teased.
"Whatever, so what do you say popstar?"
"What the hell man!" Percy scowled.
"Popstar?" Leo said incredulously.
The guys laugh at Percy's expression.
"You're so on. Be ready because I'm going to kick your ass for calling me a popstar."
"Oh I'm scared."
"So what's the deal?" Connor asked.
Percy and Apollo shrugged. "What do you guys suggest?"
"How about this, whoever loses he's going to do whatever the winner wants him to do." Leo smiled deviously.
"Oh I like how you think." Connor high-fived Leo.
"Deal."
"Okay then let's begin."
They settled on one of the pool. Percy and Apollo started to play. They were both good at it. They take it seriously afraid of what they'll have to do if they lose. Then it all comes down when each of them has only one ball left. It was Percy's turn and by looking at it he will definitely going to win the game. But Apollo refuses to lose this time so he got an idea to distract Percy.
Percy was about to hit the ball when all of a sudden, Apollo made a side comment that he loses his focus and miss the pocket.
"Oh my God Annabeth is dancing with some guy."
Percy accidentally hit the ball with so much force that it went out of the table. He abruptly looks at where she is and he glared at Apollo when he realized that he only did that to distract him.
"Not cool man." Percy grumbled.
Their friends laugh at him. Apollo was smiling smugly.
"That's not fair. I should take another shot. That doesn't count."
"Nah uh, you already took your shot. It's my turn now."
"Come on Perce, it's just a game." Travis teased.
He glared at him.
"Yeah Percy, it's just a game." Apollo mimicked.
"Shut up! Just take a shot already."
"My pleasure." Apollo replied. He took his shot and for the first time he beat Percy.
Percy groaned. "It's not fair." He whined as he covered his face with his hands.
Apollo smirked at his cousin's reaction. "Come on now be a man and accept that I finally beat you."
"That's because you cheated. Can't believe you'll pull that just to beat me. That's so low bro."
Apollo just shrugged. "Whatever you say bro." He teased.
"Okay now." Connor clasps his hands together. "What do you want Percy to do?"
"Oh I know, make him run around the bar with only his boxers!" Leo exclaimed cheerfully.
Percy whacked him in the head. "Really Leo?"
"Hey!"
"How about make out with random girls?" Travis wiggled his eyebrows.
"Really Travis? Do you want Annabeth to kill me?!"
"Oh right, sorry."
"How about make him do the chicken dance with only his boxers there at the middle." Chris suggested.
Percy just groaned more. How he wishes that he never agreed to the terms. Whatever they're going to make him do will definitely something that he'll regret for the rest of his life.
Charles and Nico just watch their friends as they took turns on suggesting what Percy should do. Although they took pity on Percy, he looks like on the verge of kicking their friends' butt for suggesting inappropriate things.
"Quiet!" Apollo stated. "I know exactly what I need Percy to do." He grinned.
You can see panic in Percy's eyes but he tried to remain calm. "What?"
All of their friends kept quiet anxiously waiting what Apollo has in mind.
"I want you to sing one of your sexy songs on the stage while slowly stripping in front of a girl."
Percy's jaw drops. Seriously? Apollo has one sick mind. Never did he ever done that even in his concerts. He never has been shirtless in any of his performances. And now he wants him to strip in front of these people.
"Wait I'm not done yet. I'm going to choose the lucky girl, so Annabeth is out of the list."
Percy groaned and banged his head on the pool table.
"Oh don't be such a baby." Connor teased.
Percy glared at him. He stands tall and then let out a loud sigh. "I don't have a choice now, do I?"
Their friend smirked at him.
"Fine then."
"Yay! Go Percy!"
"Just give me some time to prepare."
"Whatever you say bro."
"I need to get a drink."Percy announces.
"You're definitely going to need that." Leo called after him.
Percy turned to look at him and give him the finger which causes them to laugh at him.
Charles, Nico and Apollo joined Percy on the bar leaving Leo, Connor, Travis and Chris on the pool tables.
"I can't believe you are making me do that. " Percy whined.
"Just trying to have some fun."
"Yeah in my expense."
"You lose so deal with it." Apollo teased.
"Do you ever realize that whatever I will do tonight will come out in the news tomorrow?"
"Oh shit!" Nico exclaimed. "I totally forgot about that. Our dads are going to be piss."
"See." Percy pointed out trying every possibility to get out from his situation.
"Oh that sucks. I guess I should think of something else then."
Charles who is beside Apollo chuckled, he nudges him on his side. "You realize that Percy's just trying to manipulate you into backing off with the deal."
Nico and Apollo look at each other, realization hit them. Percy glared at Charles.
"Sorry bro, not going to happen." Apollo smirked. "There are no paparazzi in here. And in the event that it actually leak out Nico can handle it, right?" He nudged Nico.
Nico just nodded. "Definitely! Sorry Percy, a deal is a deal. Don't worry we have you back."
"You guys suck! I can't believe you're making me do this."
"Just try to have some fun." Charles suggested. "Here." He offered him a drink and Percy gladly gulp it.
"Just pick someone that will not get me in trouble, please." Percy begged Apollo.
"Don't worry I know that." Apollo smiled at him.
"Okay then I better give my girlfriend a heads up before making a fool of myself."
He was about to turn around when he accidentally bumps into someone.
"Oh shit! I'm sorry." He apologized. He looks at the one he bumps to only to be surprised.
"Taylor!"
"Oh my God! Percy!" Taylor flung her arms around him to give him a hug.
"How are you doing?" Percy asked her as they pulled away from each other.
Taylor hits him in the arm. "You were at the studio this morning and you didn't even bother to stop by and pay a visit."
"Sorry, I've been busy."
Taylor chuckled. "Yeah Allie told me." Percy gave her another hug.
"I'm here too, you know." Came a voice behind Taylor.
"Alejandro!" Percy exclaimed. He pulled away from Taylor and gives Alejandro a quick hug. "How are you buddy?"
Alejandro pouted. "Buddy? What am I? You're hurting me you know."
Percy chuckled.
Apollo and Nico hugged Taylor and Alejandro too. They introduced Charles to them.
"Wow you guys really don't disappoint." Alejandro stated eyeing Charles.
"Quit scaring our cousin Alejandro." Apollo teased as he put his arm around him. Just like Percy, Apollo likes to tease him. "I thought you only have eyes for me?" He asked feigning hurt.
"Oh please. You know I only have eyes for Percy." He pushed away Apollo's hand and went to stand beside Percy who in return put his arm around Alejandro and smirked at Apollo.
"I guess that proves that I'm way hotter than you."
"Oh please." Apollo rolled his eyes. "I can definitely prove that I'm hotter than you."
"Guys." Taylor whined. "Can you please stop, your egos are too big that I'm worried that it will going to explode in any minute now. Why can't you two be humble for once just like Nico and Charles."
Apollo and Percy rolled their eyes at her. Nico and Charles just chuckled.
"Anyways I talk to Allie this morning and she told me something and I want to know if it's true."
"What about?" Percy asked.
"Is it true that you already have a girlfriend?" Taylor and Alejandro look at him.
Percy nodded his head. Taylor and Alejandro are closed to him and he knows that they can keep a secret. "Yeah." He smiled widely.
"What?!" Alejandro exclaimed and pushed Percy away. The latter just laughs at him since he knew that Alejandro was just being dramatic.
"How could you? I thought we already have something special? Oh my God."
They just laugh at him.
"Tell me who she is and I'll show her where she stands." He playfully threatened.
Taylor rolled her eyes at him. "Girl you're being too dramatic."
"Way to ruin my moment Tay." Alejandro whined. Taylor ignores him and turns to Percy.
"So is she here? Can we meet her?"
Percy looks at where their friends are. "Of course."
"Yeah, Chloe, Bianca, Artemis and Hazel are here too. I bet they're excited to see you two." Apollo butted in.
"Really? Oh that will be great. I've missed them."
"So come on then. Let's see if this girl of yours can pass our expectation." Alejandro raised an eyebrow."
Percy just chuckled. "I bet she will." He said confidently. "But we should just keep it low okay?"
"Oh okay. We get it."
"So what's her name?"
"Annabeth Chase and she's an architect. I met her at Greece along with my other friends, whom you are going to meet too."
"Oh that's nice."
"Come on, time for you to meet them."
Apollo stayed behind in the bar, Nico, Charles, Percy, Taylor and Alejandro head to their friends. Taylor quickly asked Percy about the incident and she said that she's glad that Jason is already in jail. Charles called the boys on the pool area so that they can meet Taylor and Alejandro too.
When Bianca, Hazel, Artemis and Chloe saw Taylor and Alejandro they squealed so loud that they attract attention.
They took turns in hugging and asking each other how they're doing. The rest of the group just watched them amusedly.
Only Silena knows Taylor Swift since she's been in New York for quite a long time. The others didn't know her since their not into music that much.
"Oh my gods your Taylor Swift!" Silena squealed which earned a smile from Taylor. "I'm a fan! Your songs are just amazing."
"Wow thank you. Glad you like it." Taylor smiled. "And you are?"
"She's Silena." Charles introduced. "She's my girlfriend."
"Hi." She gave Silena a hug.
"So guys we want you to meet Taylor and Alejandro." Nico introduced. "They are a good friend of ours."
There were hi and hellos. Each one of them introduced themselves. Percy went to Annabeth side before her turn to introduce herself. He smiled at her.
So when it's Annabeth turn, Percy grabs the moment to introduce her. He holds her hand since others can't see enough.
"Taylor, Alejandro, this is Annabeth."
Taylor smiled at her. "Hi." She gives her a hug. She looks at Percy and gave a thumb up sign. Percy just grinned at her.
When it was Alejandro's turn he eyed Annabeth curiously which she finds it intimidating. After a few seconds he smiled before engulfing her into a hug. "I can see why Percy is smitten by you. You're gorgeous."
Annabeth blushed by his compliments.
"I guess I should just give up the fight now." He said jokingly which earned confusion on the others especially Annabeth.
Percy and the rest of his cousins laugh at them.
"Don't worry Alejandro is just teasing. He has this huge crush on Percy, that's why he's acting like that." Bianca explained.
"Oh."
"Yeah, I'm just not lucky enough to capture his heart." He said jokingly. Percy just laughs at him.
"You know you're special to me right?" Percy said teasingly. Alejandro just rolled his eyes.
"Is it okay if we guys joined you?" Taylor asked.
"But of course!"
Taylor and Alejandro take a seat beside the girls. Nico and Charles did too beside their girlfriends. The rest of the guys remained standing, wanting to go back to the pool area.
Percy noticed Apollo waving at him and he grimaced.
"It's show time bro!" Connor exclaimed patting his back.
"What is it?" Annabeth asked looking at him.
"Oh just some stupid thing I need to do." He muttered.
"And that is?"
"Oh don't worry Annabeth I'm sure you're going to enjoy it too." Leo teased.
"What are you guys talking about?" Bianca asked.
"Well Percy lose the game against Apollo.."
"What? When did that happen?" Chloe asked amused.
"Like a while ago." Nico answered chuckling.
Percy glared at him. "It's because he cheated."
"What are you going to do?" Annabeth asks curiously.
Before he can answer he saw Apollo waving at him again.
He let out a deep sigh. "Just know that I don't like what I have to do. Blame it all to Apollo. He squeezed her hand before making his way to his smirking cousin.
"Should I be worried?" Annabeth asks the guys.
"No." Nico chuckled.
LINEBREAK
"What now?" Percy asks grumpily as he reaches his cousin.
Apollo hands him a neck tie and a black leather jacket.
"What are these for?"
"Well you're going to strip right? So we need to make it long as possible, so you needed these for that."
"One day, I'm going to make you pay for this."
"I'm looking forward for it." Apollo challenged. "So put them on and we're about to give the crowd some mind blowing performance." He chuckled. Before even Percy can reply, Apollo already head to the center stage.
Reluctantly he puts the tie and the jacket on with a scowl on his face. He takes a glance to where his friends are and he saw Annabeth looking at him amusedly. He gave her a faint smile before turning his attention back to Apollo.
The music stops and Apollo appeared on the stage. "Good Evening guys!" A cheered comes from the crowd. "So how are you guys doing tonight? I hope you guys are having a great night."
"Well tonight we have some surprise for you, especially for all the ladies out there!"
Another cheer came from the crowd but most especially from the ladies.
"So without further ado, I would like to call my dear cousin, Percy!"
Cue loud cheer from the ladies.
"Percy Jackson everyone!" Apollo announced smirking at his cousin. Percy bowed just to please the crowd before turning to his cousin raising his eyebrow at him.
Apollo turned to the crowd, "So you see guys my dear cousin is going to perform tonight because he owes me something."
Percy just snorted.
"So before he starts I need a lady to accompany Percy."
The ladies in the crowd cheered and almost every one of them raises their hand, volunteering. His cousins just laugh at how eager the crowd is.
They turned to look at Annabeth and she was smiling.
Even Alejandro raises his hand much to their amusement. Apollo saw him, "Sorry Alejandro, you're not included." He said smirking. "That's what you get for hurting me." He teased.
Alejandro just pouted and crosses his arms. Apollo turned to look at Annabeth and he mouthed sorry for what he was about to do.
"So let me call the lucky lady tonight, Belle! Come up here!"
Belle was dumbfounded when she was called on the stage. Percy was just smiling amusedly. At least with Belle he knows he was safe. He looks at Apollo.
"What?" He asked chuckling. "At least I'm making her dreams come true even just for a while."
"Now come here Belle." He hops out of the stage and place a chair in the middle of the dance floor. Belle makes way to him shyly.
"Sit down." Apollo instructed. "Just enjoy, you'll thank me later." He smirked before turning to Percy to give him a go sign. He went to join his family and friends.
"What on earth are you making him do?" Chloe asked amusedly when her fiancée joined them.
"Just wait and watch." He smirked. "Connor makes sure you film it all."
"Aye aye captain." Connor saluted Apollo.
"Good evening guys. I'll apologize in advance for what I am going to do and especially to you Belle." He smiled at her. "I can't believe Apollo is making me do this."
Percy turned to the band on his back and instructed to them what song he is going to do. He adjusted his tie and jacket. The band started playing SexyBack (by Justin Timberlake).
Once the crowd recognized the song they're roared into cheer.

(He fixes his gaze on Belle who's currently squirming in her seat. She's too overwhelmed on what was happening in front of her)

(He jumps off of the stage making way to her without breaking his gaze on her. He started loosening his tie.)

(This time he picks up Belle's hand and put it on his tie before pulling away so that the tie left on her hands)

The ladies on the crowd are too jealous on Belle right now. They were cheering loudly pleased so much on Percy's performance.)

(When she's done, Percy let her take her seat again. He took of his button down shirt but he still has an undershirt much to dismay of the ladies.)

Annabeth didn't know if she will be mad or amuse at the same time. They were ogling her boyfriend. But she can't help but be proud that that's her man.

Before the song comes to an end, Percy faces the crowd and started unbuttoning his pants. The ladies were anxiously waiting if he's going to take off his pants but much to their dismay Percy just smirked at them before bowing signaling that his little performance is over.
He went over to Belle who is still glued on her seat and kisses her cheek before guiding her to stand up.
"Hey sorry for making you uncomfortable."
Belle just nodded her head unable to form coherent words. Percy smiled at her one last time before heading to the restroom.
"Wow did you guys have some fun?" Apollo asks the crowd.
"More! More!" The crowd cheered on him.
"Oh I can't answer for that, I need to ask Percy first. Where is he any way?"
They motioned the restroom to him. "I guess I'll get back to you on that. Anyways thank you Belle for being a good sport, you can thank me later." He smirked at her.
The music went back on as he strode towards Belle." Hey are you okay?" He teased.
"I.." She stuttered. "I need some air." She excused herself before heading outside.
Apollo just chuckled.

"I can't believe he just done that." Annabeth exclaimed.
"Well you have to thank Apollo for that." Leo smirked.
"The place just got hot." Alejandro stated fanning himself.
They laugh at him.
"If you ever got tired of him, I'll be willing to take your place." Alejandro said teasingly to Annabeth.
She just laughs at him. "I'll keep that in mind."
"Hey maybe we can ask Percy on Clarisse's bachelorette party." Reyna smirked at Annabeth.
"Yeah that will be a good idea. I bet he will not disappoint." Clarisse teased even more.
"Really guys?" Annabeth asks exasperated. "Leave him alone."
"Oh come on Annie, don't be selfish." Thalia teased even more.
Annabeth glared at her.
"We can put him inside a box then he will pop out of it wearing a Speedo because he really looks good at it." Silena suggested.
She was met by a playful smack on her arm by Annabeth.
"You guys should stop saying that, that's our cousin for god's sake." Hazel shivered.
"Thank you." Annabeth exclaimed.
"You're no fun." Katie teases her.
LINEBREAK
Percy just got out from Apollo's office. He was heading to the bar when someone called his name.
"Percy!"
He turns around to look who called him and he was surprised to see Calypso.
"Hey! I didn't know you're here." He greeted her by giving her a kiss on the cheek.
"I arrived a couple of minutes ago. I saw your performance by the way." She teases him. "I didn't know you're capable of doing that? I thought you never like stripping in front of a crowd."
Percy groaned. "Blame it all to Apollo. He made me do it because I lost the stupid pool game."
"Aww that sucks."
"Yeah, you can say that. Are you here with someone?"
"Yup, my friends are over there."
"Oh that's great. It's nice seeing you here. I should get back to them." He motioned to his friends.
"Oh okay. See you around then."
Percy nodded his head. "I'll see you around." He turns his back when Calypso called him again.
"Yeah?" He asks turning to face her again.
"Can I talk to you?" She asks nervously.
Percy walks towards her. "About what?"
"Well.."
Someone cleared his throat and the two turns to look who it is.
"What do we have here?" It was Ethan Nakamura, an actor and a friend of Jason.
"Ethan." Percy greeted him curtly.
Calypso glanced nervously at him. "Ethan."
"So it's true then?" He spat at them. He crosses his arm above his chest glaring at them.
"What are you talking about?" Percy asked annoyed. He never likes this guy just like Jason. They're both arrogant.
"Don't play innocent Jackson. You know what I'm talking about."
"Ethan, what are you saying?" Calypso asks. She can feel the tension in the air.
"I can't believe you're still seeing him despite that your boyfriend is in jail." He said accusingly at Calypso.
"Wait hold on. You're thinking it wrong." She defended. "There's nothing going on between us."
Ethan snorted. "Who are you both kidding? Jason told me that you still have feeling s for this jerk that you're going behind his back."
"Hey!" Percy butted in. "Don't dare accuse us of something that is not true."
"Oh come on Jackson. We know that you want to get back on Jason since Calypso dumped you because of him. Now you want to take revenge that's why you're trying to steal her from him."
Percy clenched his fists. "Don't you dare accuse me of that?!"
Calypso put a hand on his arm to calm him down. "Ethan what are you saying. That's not what happened between the three of us."
"What?" Ethan asks confused. "That's what Jason told me."
"Well he lied to you obviously. Get your facts right before you start accusing someone. If there's a victim here, that's me! May I remind you that your friend tried to kill me!" Percy said pointedly before walking off bumping him in the process.
Ethan glared at him before he turns to Calypso.
"Jason and I made a mistake to Percy, Ethan. I didn't dump him. His sister caught me kissing Jason. If there's someone who is innocent here, that's Percy. Jason lied to you."
"Wait, so you mean you didn't dump him?"
Calypso shook her head. "We broke it off when he found out about what happened between me and Jason and when his real identity was out in the public."
Ethan kept quiet. Calypso took this opportunity to explain.
"Jason and I already broke up a month ago. I guess he never told you that."
Ethan shook his head. "He said that you're cheating on him with Percy."
"No!" Calypso defended. "He's sick Ethan. We both know that. I broke it off with him because he's refusing to be better. I just can't take it anymore."
"I'm sorry. I guess I owe Percy an apology."
Calypso smiled sadly at him. "Don't worry I'll talk to him."
Ethan nodded his head before turning his back on her. Calypso head towards the back exit where she saw Percy heading a while ago.
Annabeth just got out from the rest room when she saw Percy heading towards the back exit. He looks mad. She called him but he didn't hear her. She was about to follow him when she saw Calypso heading towards where Percy went.
She stops dead on her tracks. There are million things going inside her head now.
"Annabeth." Silena was right behind her.
Annabeth didn't hear her.
She touched her shoulder. "Are you okay?"
Annabeth glances back at her with a worried look in her eyes.
"What is it? Is there something wrong?"
"I.. I saw Calypso following Percy outside. He looks mad. What do you think happened? Why is she following him?"
"Calypso is here?"
Annabeth nodded. "What do you think is going on?"
"There's only one way to find out." She grabs Annabeth hand and they're heading towards the back exit.
"We can't go in there!" She protested.
Silena stops. "Do you want to know what's happening or not?"
She remained quiet. "That's what I thought so." She drags her again outside.
Silena opens the door quietly. She peeks outside and she saw them a few meters away. Percy is standing beside his car. Calypso is beside him. They're both facing the other side.
They quietly exited the door and settled a few feet away so that they can hear what they're talking about.
"Silena, we should get back inside. This is so wrong."
"Ssshhh."
"I'm sorry about Ethan." Calypso apologized.
"It's okay. He's Jason's friend that's why I'm not surprised if he's accusing me of things like that."
"I told him the truth and he says he's sorry."
"You didn't have to."
"I know." This time Calypso shifted so that he's facing Percy.
Silena and Annabet had to duck their heads so that she can't see them but they can still hear them.
"Percy, there's something I need to tell you."
Percy looks at her. "What is it?"
"I…" She started. She took a deep breath. "I still love you."
Annabeth wanted to show herself and punch Calypso on the face but Silena stops her.
"Calm yourself. They shouldn't found out that we are eavesdropping. Besides we need to know what Percy will say." She whispered quietly.
"Is this some kind of a joke?" Percy asked her angrily.
Calypso shook her head. There were tears running on her face already. "No. It's the truth."
"Calypso."
"Listen to me first. I know I've done you wrong and I totally regret it. The day I saw you for the first time again that's when I realized that I never did stop loving you. I know I have Jason but what I feel about you is different."
"I tried fighting it because it's not fair for him. I tried real hard but he just made it worst when he started acting strange. I broke it off with him because of that and because I still love you."
"I'm so sorry for everything. I still love you." This time Calypso is sobbing. She buried her face in her hands.
Percy pulls her towards him. "Hey don't cry."
He just holds her until she finally composes herself again. She pulls away to look at him.
"I'm sorry."
"Stop apologizing." He told her. "We both made a mistake. We already agreed that we would put it behind us right?"
Calypso nodded her head.
Percy smiled sadly at her. "I'm sorry but I can't return your feelings anymore. What happened between us was amazing back then but it's all in the past now.
He touched her face. "I did love you but I can't now. Annabeth is my world now. She is my everything now. I hope you can understand. I love her with all my heart and nothing can change that."
Tears flow freely on her eyes now but she managed to choke out a yes.
"She's very lucky."
"I'm sorry."
This time Calypso caresses his face. "I hope we still remain as friends."
"Of course." He smiled at her.
They hug each other. When she pulls away she looks at him in the eye.
"Is it okay to kiss you one last time?"
Percy was caught off guard.
Annabeth stiffen and Silena shot her a worried look.
"Just for old time sake." She pleaded. Percy nodded his head. Calypso pecks his lips for the last time. It wasn't long and it wasn't short just enough to make her feel his lips one last time.
She hugs him after, when she pulls away, "Thank you."
"I hope you find someone who will love you and won't hurt you."
"I hope so. I should be heading back inside. They're probably looking for me now."
Percy smiled at her.
"Goodbye Percy." She turns around heading towards the back door.
Percy stayed behind for a couple of minutes before heading back inside.
"You okay?" Silena asks Annabeth once Percy was out of sight.
She slowly nodded her head.
Silena hugs her. "You have nothing to worry about now. You heard what Percy says to her. You're his world now and nothing can change that. Not even his ex-girlfriend."
"I..I know."
"Then why do you look so pale. Is it because he let her kiss him?"
Annabeth shook her head. "I'm just so overwhelmed. I just can't believe he will actually say that to her."
"He loves you."
"And I love him."
"I know." Silena laughs at her. "It's so obvious that you guys are so in love with each other. So I hope when you guys get back to Greece, you'll no longer worry that someone will steal him from you."
Annabeth smiled at her and she hugs Silena because she feels giddy.
"Gods, how did I get so lucky?" She murmured.
"You're both lucky." Silena put her arm around her.
They stayed for a couple of minutes before heading back inside.
LINEBREAK
Percy is already freaking out when he can't find Annabeth. They told him that Silena and Annabeth went to the restroom a couple of minutes ago but they haven't returned yet.
"Are you sure they're not there?" He asks Thalia for the nth time.
"Yes I'm sure. I just came from there and they're not there."
"Is everything okay? You look stressed out. Did something happen?" Artemis asks him.
He shook his head and runs his hand on his hair making it messier. "I'll be back." He said before turning around.
"What's up with him?" Travis asks his girlfriend.
"I don't know when he comes back he was asking for her and when he can't find her he started panicking." Katie answered.
Percy was looking around the bar. He got this feeling that Annabeth saw them and she may got the wrong idea about it that's why he was eager to find her. He already tried calling her phone but unfortunately her purse was left in their table.
Silena and Annabeth just got back in their table.
"Where were you?" Charles asked his girlfriend.
"Why?"
"Percy is already freaking out when he can't find Annabeth. Did something happen? He was acting so weird." Thalia asks.
"Nothing." Annabeth replied. "Where is he?"
"He's probably looking around for you."
"I think he's going nuts." Leo snickered. Reyna whacks him in the head.
Silena and Annabeth look at each other.
Just then Percy came back. "Annabeth!"
He really looks so stress out. "Gods I thought something happened to you." He refrain himself from hugging her.
He was caught off guard when Annabeth threw herself at him. She pulls away slightly and put her arms around his neck pulling him for a kiss.
Their friends wolf whistle at them. Silena just smiled knowing why Annabeth did it.
When they pull away for air, Percy rests his forehead on hers. "I thought you said we should keep it low?" He asked dazedly.
"Yes."
"Then why?"
She pulls away slightly to look him in the eye. She's very much aware that there were others who are probably looking at them right now.
"I don't care about them anymore. I love you and I want the whole world to know that you are mine."
Percy smiled widely at her.
They heard what Annabeth says and they can't help but smile at them. They were all convince that they truly belong to each other.
Even Alejandro was tearing up a little. "They're just so perfect for each other."
"I love you." Percy told her.
"I love you too."
They kiss once again ignoring their teasing friends. He hugs her and lifts her slightly from the floor.
"Gods I love you so much."
She giggled but then she kisses him again and again until their friends can't take it anymore.
"Good gods get a room!"
