Magnus POV

We made it to the room and walked in to see the girl just sitting there quietly. She turned her head to us and said, "By the Angel, not you two again."

I heard Jace huff from beside me and say, "don't sound too enthusiastic now."

She just rolled her eyes and turned her attention to me. She eyed me and said, "what are you gonna do now Warlock?"

I returned her eye roll and said, "listen poppet, the name is Bane, Magnus Bane. We just came back down to talk. No tricks."

"You really expect me to believe that? It is obvious I'm not talking and I can tell by the look on Jace's face he doesn't want to just ask questions."

I looked over at Jace to see his hands balled into fists and a scowl on his face. I looked back over at the girl and said, "Jace maybe you should leave."

He glanced over at me with a confused look and said, "why?"

"I know your upset. You need to calm down. We aren't going to get anywhere with you pissed off at her and yelling."

The girl smiled and said, "yeah Jace. Maybe you should leave."

"To Hell with that. I'm not leaving till you give us some answers" Jace yelled.

"You want answers, an explanation? Well guess what - your not getting one. So you can stick it where the sun don't shine and leave."

Jace about lost it at that point and stormed over to her, but I stopped him. I pushed him out of the room into the next room and shut the door. I looked at Jace and said, "Jace you need to calm down. Why is everything she saying getting under your skin? She is just a girl. You've heard worse from other demons and interrogations we have done."

He looked confused and said, "I don't know why. Maybe because she is working for Sebastian?! The one person who wants to take Clary away from me. The psycho brother demon who wants to kill us all."

I looked at him and put a reassuring hand on his shoulder, "you need to calm down. We got rid of him once. We can do it again."

He just nodded and said, "yeah, but at what cost?"

Clary POV

I walked over to the room we were keeping Johnathan with Isabel and Simon right behind me. Simon decided to tag along with us.

Simon grabbed my and before I could reach the door knob and said, "are you sure you want to do this Clary?

I wasn't sure I wanted to talk to Johnathan, but I wanted to know if we could fully trust him. I looked at Simon with a small smile and said, "yes I'm sure."

He let go of my hand and I entered the room. Johnathan immediately looked to see who entered his room. When he saw me a smile grew on his face. I couldn't help it, I smiled back.

"Johnathan."

"Clarissa, I'm surprised to see you here." He turned to Simon and Isabel, "Simon it's good to see you again. Isabel it's always a pleasure."

They both just nodded and walked to the far corner of the room. I could tell they wanted to give me some privacy to talk to Johnathan, but not let me out of their sites.

"How are you here?" I asked him with a concerned look on my face.

His smile faded and said, "I guess you want the whole story?"

I nodded and said, "That would be nice."

He cleared his throat and began, "well Sebastian was brought back to life by Asmodeus. However, to bring Sebastian back they had to bring myself back, but he didn't want Sebastian and myself to be linked together anymore. He wanted a pure demon with that much skill and rage to kill you all. So he brought us back to life, but separate from each other. I was immediately locked away in Edom all those years while Sebastian trained and became stronger. He got demon allies and found that girl. She was only young when he brought her in. Sebastian did the blood bond thing on her. He doesn't quiet control her. She can make her own decisions, but kinda like how a new born vampire is drawn to its clan... that's how she and Sebastian are drawn towards each other. She will want to protect him at all costs and he will want to protect her as well. Killing Sebastian won't kill her and same vise versa. It will just sever the bond between the two."

Isabel stepped in and interrupted to ask, "the girl, will she help us?"

Sebastian shook his head, "I honestly don't know. When she was first brought in she was rebellious to Sebastian. She didn't want to be there. He took her away for a while and when they came back..."

Johnathan looked like he didn't want to say the next part.

I stepped forward and put a reassuring hand on his shoulder. He smiled a sad smile at me and said, "when he brought her back she was beaten, bruised, cut. It was so bad, but she had a stone face like nothing was wrong. She was laughing and joking and training with Sebastian. He did something to her mentally. She was just a young girl..."

Simon cleared his throat and asked, "how young exactly was she?"

Johnathan turned pale and said, "she was only six or seven. He took her away for a couple of years. When she came back she was completely different and she had that bond between them two."

I think I was gonna be sick. I know how bad Sebastian was, but to take an innocent child at such a young age and brain wash her... I can't believe he would do that. It mad me sick just thinking about it.

Isabel about lost her mind at that point, "What the hell! What bastard take a child and tortures them to become a weapon?! That's stupid and when I see that son of a bitch I will kill him!"

Simon hugged her and said, "Isabel none of us like this any more than you do, but you need to stay calm."

Johnathan nodded and looked at me, "as for your question about if we can get her on our side, I don't know. She maybe too far gone from what Sebastian has done to her."

Luke POV

Isabel and Simon came walking into the room where Alec and I were about 30 minuets later. "Where is Clary?"

Isabel looked at me and said, "She is in their with Johnathan just talking and catching up. Don't worry he is good. I approve that it's 100% Johnathan and he has no ulterior motives. He told us everything."

Simon and Isabel then told us everything that he said and what they talked about. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. How could he do something like that? He is more sick and twisted then I remember. Well maybe not, but it's still shocking.

Alec spoke up and said, "I'm going to go talk to him."

He immediately left the room and Isabel continued on her rant about how sick and twisted Sebastian is.

Alec POV

When I got to the room that Johnathan was being held in Clary was just walking out. She seemed happy. She stopped when she saw me and said, "I guess Izy debriefed you about what Sebastian said?"

I nodded my head and asked, "you don't mind if I go talk to him do you?"

"It's cool, but he really is my brother Alec. Just don't be too hard on him."

She walked off and I entered the room.

Sebastian looked up and saw me. His smile immediately turned into confusion. I chuckled and said, "what's wrong? Not expecting to see me."

He shook his head and said, "too be honest no, but you are the man I wanted to talk to."

Now it was my turn to have the confused face. I looked at him and said, "okay..." I walked over to the table and sat in a chair across from him that he had been bounded to.

Johnathan cleared his throat and said, "what I'm about to tell you, you can not tell Clary or Jace. It's just a hunch."

I nodded and he continued, "Clary told me she had a daughter who was taken by demons about 9 years ago."

I nodded and said, "yes, but what does this have to do about anything?"

Sebastian looked hesitant and asked, "did she have red hair like Clary and golden eyes like Jace?"

"Yes?"

"That Little girl that Johnathan brought to Edom was 9 years ago. She had red hair and golden eyes."

I was beginning to catch on to what he was insinuating, but it can't be... "that girl in their now she has dark brown hair and black eyes."

He shook his head and said, "Sebastian made her dye her hair. When she came back from the bond ritual her eyes turned that color."

I shook my head, "so you are saying that you believe that girl that is Sebastian's weapon is Elizabeth? Clary and Jace's daughter?"

"Yes"
