So as promise, here's an update. It took me awhile to write it since I'm busy with work and stuff.

Enjoy!

Chapter 73

Percy woke up with someone being pressed to him. And then he remembers that Annabeth just arrived yesterday with her brother to surprise him. He smiled with his eyes still closed. He pulled her closer to him to savor the moment. He missed this. He missed the warmth of her body. He missed her smell. He missed her. Though technically, he misses her every second she's not with him.

These past few months that she's away from him is torture. If only he can be with her all the time. It always crosses his mind, leaving his profession just to be with her. But he knows Annabeth will not be happy with it. Because she knows how he's so passionate with his craft and how he loves his fans so much.

He lay there still just holding her for a few minutes. He can sense that she's still in a deep sleep, probably tired from the long hour's flight and from last night. He smiled remembering the event last night. Who would have thought that after the shit he had been through from yesterday's shoot will be gone from the moment he laid his eyes on her? Gods how he loves the girl beside him.

He glanced at the clock only to be shocked that it was already 9 in the morning. He remembered that not only Annabeth was here but also her brother, who needs his help. He slowly and carefully untangled his body from her, not wanting to wake her up.

After fixing himself, he carefully walks out the door but before he closes it he took a glance at his sleeping girlfriend, a smile immediately crept on his face before slowly closing the door. He headed straight to the kitchen to find Martha. He immediately saw her once he enters the kitchen and she's having a nice conversation with Malcolm.

They stop when they saw him and greet him with a good morning. He went to Malcolm and gave him a hug and gave one as well to Martha.

"How are you Bro?" He asks Malcolm.

"Good. Thanks again for this man."

Percy pats his back as he sits beside him at the kitchen counter. Martha gives him a glass of orange juice. He said his thanks as he glances at Malcolm.

"So are you ready for later?"

"Honestly, I'm still kind of nervous. What if she doesn't like me to be here?"

Percy chuckled. He faces Malcolm and squeezes his shoulder. "You know that's bull, right?"

"It's just that, she's been so busy lately and we rarely talk."

"And that's not a good reason to think that she doesn't want you to be here. Besides, she knows that you are attending the wedding, right?"

Malcolm nodded.

"See. I bet she's going to be so static when she sees you later. All she knows is that she's having lunch with me, since I insisted."

Malcolm let out a deep sigh. Percy smiles as he assured him that it's going to be alright.

"So where's my sister anyway?" He smirks as he looks at Percy as he changed the subject.

He sips at his juice before answering. "Still sleeping, she looks tired as me. Is she working so hard again?"

"Well, it's kind of my fault actually. When I managed to make her come with me earlier than expected, she has to double time on her work. I kind of feel bad actually."

"You know your sister. She's hard working so it's probably nothing to her."

They both laugh at that.

Annabeth then enters the kitchen with a pout on her face. When Percy sees her, he immediately stands up to greet her with a good morning kiss.

She wraps her arms around him as she lays her head on his chest savoring the moment.

"Is everything okay?" Percy asks her.

"You left me alone. Why didn't you wake me up?" She pouts as she looks at him.

Percy kisses her nose. "You look so tired that's why."

She tightens her hold on him. "I miss you already."

"You are awfully clingy this morning sis." Malcolm teased.

"Are you complaining, because I can't hear Percy complaining?" She challenged as she untangles herself from Percy and crosses her arm to look at her brother.

Malcolm laughs as he raises both his hands in surrender.

They eat their breakfast together while catching up. As soon as they finish, Percy excuses himself to make some calls while Annabeth and Malcolm went upstairs.

Percy also called Bianca to remind her of their lunch date.

FASTFORWARD TO LUCHBREAK

Percy, Annabeth and Malcolm are inside the elevator. They are on their way to Bianca's office.

Percy and Annabeth are holding hands and Malcolm is a bit jittery. He's so nervous. Annabeth gave him encouraging words as they neared the office.

Bianca's secretary was not on her desk when they reach her office so Percy decided to just go knock on Bianca's door but they saw that her door is open.

Percy peeks inside and he saw Bianca talking to some guy. Then his brows furrowed when he identified the guy she's talking to. He immediately went inside leaving the two outside the office.

"What's this asshole want now?!"

Bianca and the guy were both startled by Percy's booming voice.

"Percy." Bianca warns when she got back to her senses.

Ethan, the guy's name, clenched his jaw when he saw Percy.

Percy immediately went between Bianca and Ethan. He shoves Ethan away from Bianca.

"And what do you think you are doing here?!"He spat at Ethan. Bianca is holding Percy back because she knows how her cousins despise Ethan.

Ethan just looks him dead in the eye.

"You have some balls going here after what you did. Didn't you learn your lesson already? Or you want us to suffer again?!"

Annabeth and Malcolm heard Percy's voice and they immediately enters the room. They saw Bianca trying to hold Percy as he looks ready to punch the guy in front of him.

"Percy." Annabeth calls. "Is everything okay baby?"

Bianca, Percy and Ethan immediately snap their heads to look at her.

Bianca gasps and release Percy's arm when she notice the guy beside Annabeth.

"Malcolm." She mumbled.

Malcolm looks at her lovingly. "Hey, surprise."
