Cissie's POV
"Really? You love me?" I asked in disbelieve
"Of course I do. You're perfect."
"Bart, I feel the same way."
I was about to walk over to him when I heard someone running to the room Bart was in.
"I don't care GA he's my grandson (guess who)" A voice was heard from outside saying
"I know Flash no need to make a scene. Bart's fine. He's just resting." Green Arrow told him
"I want to see him and you're not going to stop me." The Flash (I presume) said.
"I have to go, I'll talk to you later." I said to Bart as I made my way to the door
Bart nodded his head and I went out the door.
"Calm down Flash, he only got shot in the shoulder. Nothing serious in fact he is already healing." Green Arrow tried to calm him down
"Doesn't change the fact that he was shot."
He walked in and immediately spotted me
"Um, who are you? I've never seen you before." He asked.
"Flash this is my new protégé, Arrowette." Green Arrow explained
"Oh, nice to meet you. So, what were you doing in Bart's room?"
"Um, well…he saved my life the least I could do is thank him. I would love to stay and chat but I really have to go" I said as I awkwardly shuffled away.
Green Arrow's (short) POV
"What was that about?" Flash asked clearly oblivious of what just happend.
"I'll tell you what that was about, keep your grandson away from my daughter." I warned him
"What are you talking about?"
"Look all I'm saying is that your nephew already took Artemis. I'm not going your grandson take my daughter."
"Okay...and since when do you have a daughter?" He asked
"It's a long story."
"Well it's going to have to wait I need to check on Bart."
Bart's POV
Should I have told Cissie that I liked her? When I was asleep she did tell me she loved me too, should I be worried?
It has been less than an hour and this relationship thing is already making my head ache.
"Bart!"
"Hey Grandpa Barry."
"Are you ok?"
"Yes, grandpa Barry I'm fine."
"Good to hear. So who's that girl that came out your room a few minutes ago?"
"Oh that's Cissie. She's my friend."
"Just a friend?"
" No...maybe?"
