Hi! I know you are pretty busy, but how about a prompt about these deleted lines from "A Wedding." Brittany: "You and I met because she(Sue) put us on "The Cheerios." Brittany: "The first time we fooled around is when she(Sue) sends us into the wilderness naked..." I think this will be a fun one when you get time! No rush! ;)
When Coach Sue said that she was planning on getting rid of the dead weight on the team, Santana honestly didn't know what to expect. This woman, this crazy, crazy ass woman had them doing a lot of things to prepare them for competitions, to mold them into the best of the best because she wouldn't accept anything less. She was driven and ambitious and a winner.
Santana wanted to be a winner, like so bad. Being a winner meant no one could mess with you, that you didn't have to take crap from anyone, and Santana desperately needed that if she wanted to make it through high school alive. She had to protect her and Brittany at all costs, even if that meant selling her soul to Coach Sue.
Brittany just wanted Santana, at least that's what the internet said when she looked up what that throbbing feeling she got between her thighs every time Santana changed her clothes in front of her or kissed her meant. But most importantly, she wanted Santana happy and if that meant going along with whatever off the wall idea she had, then she'd do it without a second thought.
So when Coach told the girls that they had to survive a night in the wilderness, naked and alone, to remind them that she only coaches the toughest of the tough and whoever gets eaten by a bear first is out, Brittany's all too eager to tell Santana they've got this.
Santana's not so sure, she doesn't work well with the outdoors, and her will to win wavers but not Brittany's. One look at the determination written all over her best friend's face and it's all Santana needs to pull through.
The night before they're sent into the forest, Brittany and Santana binge on old episodes of Man Vs. Wild, Dual Survival, Man Woman Wild (Santana likes that one because she thinks the wife is cute but she gets all shy when Brittany comments on it) then finish with Cast Away. Brittany seems more confident now that she's learned so many survival facts and tips; Santana thinks it's so cool how Brittany can just absorb information like that and she's suddenly an expert, it makes her wish she could do that too. Santana's mostly going on pure adrenaline and the undying want to be a winner, her fear of the dark and lack of wilderness survival skills are only minor obstacles in completing Coach's challenge. There's no doubt in her mind that she's not coming out of this on top. Why? Because she has something the others don't have, a secret weapon; Brittany.
She tried to keep telling herself that as she followed Brittany, naked, into the woods. She tried to remind herself of the popularity that would come, that being a winner was important and she was going to be one. Her and Brittany, together were going to be winners. But the darker it got, the colder it felt, the scarier all the little noises made her; confidence was dropping fast.
Brittany was kneeling on the ground in front of the lean-to she and Santana managed to make before it got too dark. She had a pile of sticks and dry leaves in a small pile surrounded by rocks as she rubbed two sticks together. Santana kept her arms tight around her torso, hugging herself in hopes to keep warm, while her eyes kept flickering back and forth from tree to tree at different sounds.
"Oh my God, did you hear that?!" Santana shrieked, ducking her head as if she could shrink herself down. Her tone was shaky and her kneels wobbled at the chill breeze and fright, "Britt..something's out there."
"Probably," Brittany nodded, unfazed by Santana's worrying, and continued to rub her sticks, "These woods are home to a countless number of wildlife species. We are definitely not alone."
Santana gulped, that wasn't something she wanted to hear.
"It'll be fine though," Brittany added cheerfully, "This fire will ward them off."
"Are you sure? I mean, what if the wolves and the bears and whatever else is lurking out here want to warm up too?"
"That's what their fur is for, silly." Brittany chuckled as the sticks finally caused a spark and took to the dry brush. Brittany cheered at the glow of the embers and leaned in closer, blowing lightly at the small flame until the fire was just big enough.
"Wow, Britt.." Santana breathed out in awe, "You..you did it. You built a fire!"
"Mhm, take that boy scouts!" Brittany smirked triumphantly and motioned for Santana to join her on the ground, "Come on, I know you're freezing."
Santana gulped at the offer, now with the flight of the flame illuminating Brittany, her eyes begged to wander. To wander over soft curves and taut abs and defined muscles and smooth skin and freckles and that, that wasn't allowed. She could look at her best friend, just, just not in that way. In the way that made her belly burn and her lady bits tingle. That wasn't allowed.
But it was hard not to look when Brittany looked so, so pretty. Yellow and orange light blended together and lit up Brittany's skin, her blue eyes clashing with the colors but sparkled nonetheless, specks of light lost in long strands of blonde. She was gorgeous and Santana ached to touch, but she knew better.
Brittany was persistent though and reached for Santana's hand instead, "Sit with me, I'll keep you safe and warm."
Before she knew it, Santana was on her knees, trying to find a comfortable way to sit while Brittany curled her arm around Santana's waist and poked at the fire with a stick. She was tensed, Brittany could feel it, but she guessed it was to be expected, they hadn't really ever cuddled naked before. Actually, that hadn't done anything naked before.
Now Brittany was a little nervous. The good kind of nervous though because the longer she held Santana close, the faster the brunette relaxed.
"Are you hungry? I could go find us some berries or a kill a squirrel if you are?" Brittany mumbled, the feeling in her toes and fingers slowly coming back thanks to the fire.
Santana smiled at Brittany's offer, but shook her head, "One, I am not eating anything out of these woods. Two, you aren't going anywhere in the dark by yourself."
"Okay, I don't think I could kill a poor innocent squirrel anyway." Brittany shrugged and the two settled in a comfortable silence, switching between staring at the fire and looking up at the stars.
"You know, it's kind of pretty out here." Santana said a few minutes later, eyes directed to the sky, "I might actually enjoy this if I wasn't bare ass nude."
Brittany just glanced at Santana, smiling softly at the peacefulness on her face, "Yeah, beautiful."
"I don't know if I would say all that but-" Santana looked away to find Brittany staring at her, blue eyes dark with something she had only seen a handful of times and a smile that was a cross between adoring and amused. Santana smiled too because she kind of liked the look she was getting, "What?"
"You're beautiful too." Brittany said, her voice airy and light.
"Britt.." Santana sighed in her soft Brittany voice.
"You are," Brittany added, "You're the most beautiful girl I know."
Santana didn't know what to say and maybe it was the cold and her raging hormones and these strange feelings she got whenever Brittany would say things like that or touched her or looked at her or even thought about her, but she didn't know what else to do but kiss her.
It had happened a few times before at parties and they were too giddy on alcohol to care about guys cheering them on and it happened a few times when it was just them hidden away under the covers and alone. Sometimes they'd let their hands room across shoulder blades and hip bones as their lips dragged along jawlines and collarbones but most of the time they were soft and slow and sweet. They translated things neither girl knew how to say in words and it worked for them.
But this time was different. It was still soft and slow and sweet but the feelings attached were stronger. There was desire and want and an animalistic need instead both of them that rattled inside and that caused the kiss to deepen. Soon hands were tangling in knotted hair and Brittany was coaxing Santana into her lap, to straddle her and wrap her arms around her shoulders while Brittany clutched at the back of Santana's neck with one hand and pressed at the small of her back with the other.
Brittany could feel the warmth radiating off Santana's body, she could feel the pure heat so close to her center and it drove her crazy. It seemed that Santana could say the same and couldn't help but rock against Brittany's lap.
"You're so sexy, Santana." Brittany mumbled, watching Santana's body ripple. She could get off on just watching her, but she didn't have to. Not when she's already wanting and naked and sitting in her lap.
"Feels good, Britt Britt." Santana moaned, tilting Brittany's chin to kiss.
"I can make it feel better," She said shyly, getting Santana to stop her shallow movements, "Can I make it feel better, Santana?"
Santana bit her lip, realizing what Brittany was asking. She was going against everything the believed, breaking all the rules she made for herself, but how couldn't she when Brittany was looking up at her with big, blue, pleading eyes. Not when she promised to keep her safe from all the big bad wild animals in the woods. Not when she built a fire to keep them warm and a shelter just incase it rained. And all because Brittany knew Santana wanted to be a winner. She knew about Santana's dreams and she wanted to help make them come true any way she could.
Brittany deserved anything she wanted and Santana was going to give it to her, she would work at it all night if she had to.
"Please?"
