Beep…

Beep…

Beep...

Red brows furrowed as a distinct noise drew Axel out of the darkness. He struggled to remember where he was, what had happened. His eyes fluttered open and he realized that his clothes were gone. There was an IV in his arm. He was wearing a hospital gown and was hooked to machines that were monitoring his vitals. At the same time, he exhaled in relief. Had he been dreaming? It made so much more sense than taking an awful trip out of town. Maybe if he was lucky, Reno's shenanigans had hurt him badly enough that he had no choice but to take him home. A sharp gasp drew his gaze. "Axel? Are you really okay? Holy shit, you scared the fuck out of me!"

Axel groaned miserably at the sound of his brother's voice. He just wanted it to stop. "I'm fine," he muttered back.

Reno laughed in disbelief, wiping his eyes. "Oh thank God. I don't know what happened at the phantom mansion but… I'm so glad you're awake." Axel sighed, closing his eyes.

"Why am I in the hospital? I don't remember getting hurt and I feel fine. What nonsense are you up to now? Don't you think you're taking it a little far, bringing me to the Emergency Room to prove your point?" Reno stared at him for a long moment.

"You feel fine..?" he whispered in disbelief. Axel stared at him in confusion.

"Yes? So stop messing around. Why am I here?"

"Woah, I'm not joking right now. That's taking it too far. Axe. I don't know what happened. When I found you I rushed you back to town to get you to the emergency room. The doctors said you have hypothermia. Your temperature's thirteen degrees above lethal and climbing. They gave you an ice bath and everything but it just keeps going up. You… you should be dead," he murmured shakily.

"You sound insane…" Axel whispered. Reno took a shaky breath.

"I couldn't find you, and when I went looking I found you locked in the truck having a goddamned seizure. I had to break the window to get to you and everything. You've had at least three since I found you… and you have these marks on your face that won't come off." Axel automatically touched the spots, remembering where Roxas had touched him and Reno gave him a funny look. "Yeah, right there. What happened to you yo'? Did you see something after you lit the candle?" Axel sighed. Even if Reno was concerned, he still had the audacity to look excited. He looked away. There was genuine fear in his brother's voice and it rattled him. He grimaced. Oh no no no. If that was… If Roxas was… He squeezed his eyes shut, just breathing.

"Reno… I think… I saw ...something," he admitted hesitantly, allowing himself to feel afraid. "It might have been just a crazy dream but I don't think you should have brought me here yet. You said the candle only lasts until sunset right? Does that mean everything goes back to normal at sunset?" When he was met with silence, he scoffed. "Okay, I think I saw the ghost. Laugh now! You got me to admit it!" but when he glared sharply at his brother, he gasped in alarm. There, in his brother's place, was a breathtakingly beautiful blond with enchanting blue eyes. There was a wicked smile on his lips that only added to his allure and Axel shuddered helplessly, feeling absolutely weak.

"Are you trying to escape me, Axel?" The blond asked amusedly. "Neither of us are going to like it if you disappoint me," he warned gently. Axel grasped the hospital sheets to try to stop himself from shaking.

"You did this to me," he gasped softly the blond nodded, humming in satisfaction as Axel acknowledged him. Axel swallowed the lump in his throat. "What did you do to me?" The blond hummed and tilted his head gently.

"I gave you pyrokenisis. You have such a fondness for fire, I thought you would think of it as a gift, rather than a curse," he purred softly. "Your body is merely adjusting to the hellfire now."

"What?" Axel gasped. "Wait, I'm not dying?" Roxas gave him a gorgeous smile.

"I waited three hundred years for you. Would I allow you to die?" Axel swallowed carefully before slowly asking,

"Where is my brother." Roxas' expression darkened a bit.

"Oh, that. He's here." Axel scoffed back. His defiance piqued Roxas' interest and he could sense it.

"Let me guess, do as you say or I never see him again." Snorting a bit, wispy darkness swirled around the blond and he materialized into Axel's lap. The urge to touch Roxas was almost overwhelming and Axel clenched his fists in an attempt to stop himself from clinging to the blond. Reno remained frozen in the spot Roxas had been sitting in, his eyes impossibly wide, even as he called to his brother in terror, but Axel couldn't hear his voice.

"I merely grew tired of hearing his incessant talking," the blond answered dismissively. Axel laughed, despite himself.

"Way to offend the best spook you could find, Reno," he sneered as his brother stared at them speechlessly. Roxas hummed softly.

"Perhaps I shall still reward him," he murmured, drawing Axel's gaze. Roxas paused to trail his fingers through fiery hair. "He did give me such a nice gift, after all." Axel's breath caught and he couldn't look away from simmering blue eyes. The beautiful blond bent closer before chuckling in amusement, "Now, Axel," he murmured softly, commanding Axel's attention and completely captivating the red-head, "you're almost ready. What will it take to get you to obey me?" he hummed softly. "Shall I steal your virginity and then your soul for forevermore?" He teased, waving a hand over Axel's body. The red-head gasped when his hospital gown and the wires and IV tethering his body to machines faded away. He paused when a deep blush crept across Axel's face. "Oh, that's right," he murmured thoughtfully, "you're shy," and with a flick of his wrist, they were surrounded by darkness. Green eyes swallowed up his every movement Roxas made hungrily, ensnared by the blond.

"Is this… Are you really real?" he whispered. Roxas hummed softly.

"For today," he murmured back. Soft touches trailed his body and Axel was gasping softly, arching into him, needing more, "but if you give yourself to me now, you will be mine, with me, forever."

"And you'll be mine too?" Roxas' lips curved upward.

"Tell me yes and I will give you whatever you want." Green eyes fluttered, drowning in desire.

"But you want to hurt innocent people..." A hand cupped his face, and the kiss that followed left him dizzy and losing his reason. Dreamy green eyes met enchanting blue as he was gently pushed down. Axel's pupils dilated and he knew with his whole being that resisting wasn't an option. "Yes, Roxas," he whispered dazedly.

A hand rested on his chest, right above his heart and Axel gasped intensely. Fire surged into him, flooding him with heat and with pleasure. Soft lips pressed to his and his back arched as he groaned. Arousal was sweeping though his body sharply. When his hands pressed to Roxas' hips, he moaned softly at the feeling of bare skin under his hands. He pulled the blond down to him, feeling as much of him as possible. It was incredible. It only took a moment before he hissed in irritation, realizing that the blanket remained between their bodies. Axel didn't notice the smoke with his exhale, or the blanket catching fire, simply Roxas' pleased purr and how satisfied he felt. He gasped sharply when Roxas rolled their hips together, waves of pleasure crashing down on him as he tried to hold on. It felt like he was in a dreamy haze, even when the kiss was broken and he was gasping and moaning for more. "Axel, look at me," Roxas commanded softly. Heated green eyes met shimmering blue. He was lost in their deep depths, hardly realizing what was happening as his legs were lifted to Roxas' shoulders. The blond pressed into him and Axel's head fell back as he gasped at the feeling. There were undertones of confusion. He had always heard it hurt, but he felt so good, just having Roxas inside of him. Their gazes never wavered from one another, even as Axel lost himself. Roxas' lips curved up in satisfaction and he brushed a spot inside of the red-head that had his mouth falling open in a breathless gasp of pleasure. The blond pulled back to thrust back in harder and harder and harder, purring in satisfaction as Axel fell apart. Axel felt fire swirling inside of him, burning hotter and hotter, releasing all around them as he came, arching his back as he cried out in ecstasy. A moment later, he felt Roxas coming deep inside, and with it, a connection he'd never felt to anyone before. It was as if their souls were connected forever by that searing hot bond.

Axel was gasping harshly, even as Roxas kissed him one more time, stroking his fiery red hair. Darkness swirled around him, taking on the form a black hooded coat that adorned his body. Heavy spoked wheels materialized in his hands. Then Roxas' voice purred in his ear.

"Good, Axel. Now bring me my book and let's begin."

With a dispersing motion, the darkness around them tore apart and fire tore through the hospital, blazing furiously. Axel grasped Roxas' arm, his brows furrowing, "My brother…" The blond chuckled.

"Fine, but I'm keeping his voice," he purred with a smug grin. Darkness closed around Reno and a moment later he vanished. Axel tugged the blond close, kissing him possessively. All he could think about was pleasing Roxas. The blond moaned softly, pulling back, just barely. "Enjoy yourself," the blond purred in satisfaction, "and when you're done, you can enjoy me," and with a teasing chuckle, Roxas was gone.

Axel had never been to Twilight Town before. The insignificant blot on the map had never meant anything to him before Reno had convinced him to come here. Yet he knew with such clarity all of the details of what Roxas wanted him to do and where he wanted him to go. Fire swirled around him as he went, laughing in mad delight as the town caught ablaze. Finally he found a crack in the outer wall, running through trees in precise movements and in no time at all, he was in front of the phantom mansion once more. Axel finally understood why Roxas hated it so much.

With a mere thought, it was ablaze, just as he had envisioned hours before and it was indeed beautiful. Axel walked through the flames, not a single strand of hair burning as he went inside, retrieving the book. He held it under his arm as he descended the steps, stepping out into the cool air. His lips curved up in pleasure. The cold no longer blew through him. He paused, eyeing the tree Reno had gloated about. He gasped, seeing a vision of what they had done to Roxas. With a sneer, he threw a spoked wheel at it and snapped is fingers. The tree exploded into flames as well. He understood Roxas a little better, now as he saw flashbacks from his past. His mother had been a siren, hence his allure and beauty. Along with Fae blood, his father had been a powerful warlock. The townsfolk had labeled Roxas on assumption alone and had hung him for being a witch, but only after doing despicable things to him in the name of entertainment. Even after his death. Roxas had cursed them with his dying breath. It fueled Axel's rage and his fire and just as Roxas had commanded, he burned the rotting town.

Reno gasped when he materialized with Roxas in a dusty old cottage, in a dusty cage hanging from the ceiling. The hearth came to life in a bright green blaze in the home he had once lived in. The blond peered out the window humming in pleasure. He could see the amber glow in the horizon already and he could sense that Axel's vindictive delight matched his own. That is, until irritation flicked through Roxas. He rolled his eyes and flicked them to the captive red-head who had been yelling at him without pause, despite losing his voice.

"What are you going on about?" His eyes fluttered as he mocked Reno. "Wanna see a sign, yo?" With a dispersing motion he released his voice. "How about a cheap trick!"

"Go to hell, give me my brother back!" Blue eyes sparkled.

"Oh I've been there, I find it quite lovely, thank you," he purred back, twirling the cage he was keeping Reno in with a delightful smile and hummed. "Whatever shall I do with you?" he mused. "I think you would make an excellent hell hound, since you insist on talking to me like a beast." Reno gasped. "I had thought you'd learned your lesson by now." The red-head opened his mouth to speak but barking came out instead and he covered his mouth, eyes wide as the color drained from his face. Roxas pressed a finger to his soft lips, smirking wickedly. "Shhh now, or I really will curse you," he promised with a wink. "One more word and I might have to sew your mouth shut."

His threat sufficiently scared Reno into silence, his worry for Axel consuming him. He remained quiet until the door opened, the younger red-head appearing in the door frame. His lips curved up, but before he could speak, Reno was yelling,

"Axel! Axel I'm so sorry! Please forgive me!" Green eyes never left Roxas and he went to the blond, kneeling before him and holding up the book. The blond smiled in delight and gently stroked Axel's wild hair. Sparkling green eyes lowered a fraction.

"Are you pleased?" he asked. Roxas bent close to whisper in Axel's ear,

"Very."

"Axel!" Roxas huffed in annoyance.

"I thought you were keeping his voice," Axel teased. The blond's lips curved upward.

"I needed the proper spell to punish him," he answered, his eyes flicking up to Reno's maliciously. He stroked the cover of the spell book lovingly, "Boook," he sang gently, Reno gasped when the eye on the cover blinked open. "Hello sleepyhead, we have work to do, so time to wake up." The book opened, the pages fluttering wildly.

"Don't hurt him… he's just worried about me," Axel murmured gently, glancing up into his brother's eyes calmly.

"Come here, Axel," the blond answered. Axel went to him without hesitation and Roxas whispered in his ear, "if he insults me again, I'm turning him into a dog." Axel laughed softly.

"Okay." He wrapped an arm around Roxas, pulling him closer and asked softly, "What now?" The pages in the book stopped turning and Roxas lips curved up in delight.

"Now, we fly and watch them die." Blue eyes flicked up to his captive red-head. "Don't make me be vicious." Then he gently took Axel's hand, the spell book following them as he took hold of a broom, mounting it. He gestured for Axel to climb on behind him and then they were soaring into the sky. The red-head held him closely. Roxas observed his handiwork and smiled up at him. "Beautiful," he purred in satisfaction. A warm hand buried itself in blond hair and Axel pulled him into a kiss. Roxas kissed him back, and as it intensified so did the blaze below them. When Roxas pulled away, Axel was gasping for air. He hardly realized what was happening as Roxas turned away and spoke, casting a spell.

"Blackest of black, dead of night. Storm clouds gather on this accursed night. Rain of death, burn the guilty, melt their flesh, down until there's nothing left." The winds changed, howling and Axel gripped the blond as thunder rumbled and lightening cracked across the sky. "Shake the ground, wake the dead, melt their bones, curse their wretched souls!" Axel held him, watching the ground shake and graves break open. Rain crashed down over the town and Axel gasped at the screams of agony.

"Is that… acid rain?" he whispered. Roxas' gaze met his.

"Oh how the world has changed," he mused. "No. Its cursed rain. Nothing will save them. Not even their rotten flesh," he sneered, "not a single drop of their bloodline shall remain."

"Will it hurt anyone else?" Roxas shook his head.

"Are you afraid?" Lips pressed to the nape of his neck and Axel paused to whisper in his ear.

"No. I saw what they did to you."

"They tormented me before they killed me," Roxas agreed. He bit his own tongue and spit. The storm howled, becoming more volatile. Axel held him, quietly understanding his anger.

"What will you do now?" Roxas didn't answer for a long moment. As abruptly as it started, the storm started, it ended and the blond inhaled deeply. He glowed gently and Axel watched in awe.

"Build a tower of magic from the ashes of this town," he whispered, feeling the wind in his hair, "and protect those who are like us." Axel's brows furrowed.

"Us?" Roxas hummed softly.

"You will have that power for the rest of your life," he murmured, "and me…" he promised. A gentle hand raised his chin and Axel kissed him. Roxas smiled, doing just as he promised.
