When Amelia returned home later that day, she was laden down with bags of food. She struggled to open the door and move to the kitchen without tripping over anything, a task made easier as Dash ran around, moving things out of her way. When she finally managed to put the bags down she spotted the small blond kitten sitting at the kitchen door watching her.

"What now?" she asked curiously. Dash meowed and lifted his paw in a petting motion. He wanted petted or some form of affection from her. Amelia scowled.

"You are human. Not a cat," she stated with a huff. Dash's ears flattened and his tail was tucked between his legs. He meowed again, although this time it sounded pitiful.

"Are you apologising for what you did last night?" She asked as she kneeled in front of him. Dash nodded and butted his head against her hand. Another meow. Amelia sighed and ran a hand though her hair.

"How about a deal?" she asked, looking for a sign of recognition. Dash sat up straighter. Amelia took that as an incentive to continue. "I will treat you as a cat for as long as you like, if you stop your friends from being annoying and bothering us at night. Deal?" Dash thought the decision over.

'Get treated great and be taken care of by a calm person with a roof over my head and food in my belly, or be an evil criminal and help the idiots take over the world. I'll take being a cat, yeah.' He thought before purring and butting her hand again. He wanted her to pet his ears. It felt nice and it tickled. Amelia sighed and finally gave into the tiny cat's demand for attention.

"Keep up your end of the deal Dash," she mumbled before she picked him up. Dash liked Amelia very much. "But you are not allowed in my room at night," she added. Dash's ears flattened. She was warm and comfy. Why couldn't he just stay a cat forever? It would make things so much easier. Amelia made her way to the living room and frowned when she spotted several cats trying to maul Kai and Dawn.

With a huff, she entered the room and waited for them all to pay attention. At first none of the cats cared about her arrival, until Pumpkin spotted Dash curled up in her arms like a regular house cat. He yowled and hissed as he watched the two. Kai 2 watched in vague interest as Amelia walked in with the blond held tightly to her. Dash meowed triumphantly and batted at one of the braids that hung-over Amelia's shoulder. With a small growl that only a Kitten could make Kai 2 dashed over and tried to reach the small blond cat curled up in the scot's arms.

"No, bad Kai 2… don't give me that look… of course I know he's human, but he at least had the decency to apologise for being a dick weed and waking people up at piss O-clock in the morning… yes I do think you're a little prick… don't give me that look you, soulless ginger!" She yelled. Kai, Dawn and the other cats looked between Kai 2 and Amelia.

"You know that's a cat, right?" Kai asked sceptically. Amelia glanced to her friend then back to the red demon before her.

"A human disguised as a cat you mean. A menace to my sleep! I think we should have his, specifically the red one and only that one, neutered." The room was silent as the words sank in. The other cats scattered, but Das meowed happily in agreement. Amelia grinned down at him. "Dash even agrees with me. Bad cats get neutered." Dawn quickly ushered the cats into her room and closed to door so that they could hide. Kai 2 stood his ground and continued to growl. Before smoke erupted from the cat in Amelia's arms and the one before her. She dropped the sudden weight of another person and stepped back. She really hoped the red cat wouldn't kill her.

When the smoke cleared she was face to back with a tall blond, with long hair. It was as long as Amelia's was and looked better taken care of as well.

He was taller than her, though most people were – she was short in height, reaching 5''2' at the most. He was over 2 inches taller than she was. The man in front of both of them, stood none too far away from Kai was also taller than she was, although it wasn't as big of a difference with the blond. Kai glanced between the two as Dawn strolled back into the room and froze.

"If any of them touch my clothes I will murder them" she said darkly before leaving the room once again to release the people from their confined space.

"Sooo… Sasori, who is being a cat treating you?" the blond asked lazily, putting his arms behind his head. Kai sighed at the conversation topic and collapsed onto the couch. Sasori – the previously red kitten – glared at the blond and then glance around him to look at Amelia with a death glare.

"Move Brat, I've got a kid to kill," he ground out. Amelia gulped and glanced at the blond for help. He tossed a glance over his shoulder before looking back to his fellow man-kitten.

"You know, I don't think I will. You see we have a deal and it's pretty sweet on my end. I get to be care free, sleep whenever I want, get fed every day for just being around, have a roof over my head and no need to worry about fighting for my life. All I gotta do is ensure a good night sleep for the girl and make sure the others don't bother them. So, I don't think I'm going to let you kill my ticket to a life in the lap of luxury, yeah," the blond stated. Sasori looked between his partner and the girl who he had made the deal with – because the other two had been annoying him the entire time and couldn't have spoken things through with the brat.

"So, you live in the lap of luxury as a fur ball and we all rot in hell. As selfish as always brat," Sasori stated as Dawn returned with the others in toe. They watched as Amelia's mouth twitched and then a smile appeared and the sound of a witch's cackle let rip into the silence. Sasori jumped backwards as Amelia doubled over in laughter at the idea.

"You really think that I would kick the rest of you out? Are you stupid or just slow? Let us sleep in peace and don't break anything and you can stay here as long or as short as you want. Man, you are just as bad as Kai." As Amelia straightened up she wiped tears from her eyes and hazel met mahogany as their eyes met. "You're welcome to stay as long as you don't cause trouble. I see no problem with the company."

Sasori looked at the girl, and then to his partner, and then back at the girl. Was she nuts?

"You are crazy." Amelia just grinned in response and started to walk out of the room.

"Tell that to someone who cares. Normal is boring," she yelled back, before she was passed the door frame and out of sight. His eye twitched as he heard her cackle from the kitchen. He really wanted to kill her, but from the look on Leader and Deidara's faces he wasn't getting that choice anytime soon. Stupid criminal organisation always telling him what to do.

Authors note: HELLO! yeah look at that, an update. Man its been a while, and turns out ive had this chapter sitting around for while now... i forgot to post it. haha, crazy right? Anyway I remembered I had this because I was reading some Percy Jackson fic... yeah I dove into the deep end on that one a few weeks back... anyway, it was cute fluffy Solangelo stuff and I got thinking and remembered the start of this chapter and then went looking for my USB, spent 3 hours looking for my monkey and it was in my book bag the whole time. (By the way, my USB is a monkey you have to pull the head off of. it was a gift from my parents like 3 years ago and has everything on it.) but yeah, new chapter, as always the best way to inspire an author is to tell them what you think of their writing. sometimes all it takes is a 'keep writing, I'm interested in what will happen' and BAM you get two new chapters and an author who is willing to post as often as they can push themselves too.

Anyway, hope you're all doing alright, keeping happy and as healthy as you can be. Keep it up, you're doing great!
