Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Lovestruck Lombaxes. Enjoy the 2,200-word chapter. I don't own Ratchet and Clank; Insomniac and a few others do.

Spade seemed to question what to do next as he dodged one of the pirates who tried to strike him to the side. He pivoted and twisted before he stabbed the robot which collapsed into the side before, he seemed to be a lot more to find curious for now. Whatever was to be done and dusted before now? the Lombax was to be a lot more to question before now.

Whatever else came next would probably be more insane than he could find it. Whatever had been an odd little thing for this to come down and dusted. He seemed to question what this had been dusted for the time being. He sighed and looked at the question.

Whatever seemed to be oddly interesting as of now had seemed to throw him off more than he had been a few times. It made him a lot more curious as to how to stop them if he wasn't able to handle this. They were a lot stronger than he assumed they'd be. It made him blink as he realized they were a lot stronger than they looked despite what had been coming and going.

He sighed and ducked to the side while smashing his axe into their back, interested as of now.

"Robot pirates… This is a lot weirder than it's been before." Spade muttered as he sighed and pivoted around the soldier in front of him, curious as to his next move now.

He couldn't simply dodge them. There was more gunfire that tossed him around as he sighed and started to think more to himself. Whatever came next would be the weirdest for now. It'd be a lot to handle when it was all said and done.

Yet? Somehow it beat before now. Whatever came next before this came next. Whatever had been as of now. It was to be something for the history books.

There was a problem with this. A weirder problem, but still a problem, one which needed to be addressed.

If the problem wasn't all done and dusted? He'd be prepared for the worse. She was a warrior before now, whatever it seemed to be in a position of power. It came down to what little would need to be done next. She was oh much curious when it was all said and done.

Still? He yawned to himself, tired of the machines as he started to swing his axe through the robots, smashing into them like they were pieces of wood.

Still? What little he did next would be a problem, there were more droids, more to which he needed to handle next, this problem was going to be a lot worse than was to be done and dusted.

He sighed to hum to himself. It was oddly curious as of now. she had been oh so curious for now about what was going to be done and dusted.

"Oh, this is going to be a nightmare, isn't it?" Rivet heard from Spade as he hummed to himself.

There were more problems from this. She knew that Spade was going after the rest of the droids. This seemed as of the moment, there were more problems. She seemed to be a weird little Lombax for now. It was going to be a problem for now, what little thing came next to be a problem?

"Hey, you, ok?" Rivet questioned over her communicator as she seemed to be tilting her head and dodging the next sword swing.

Still? Whatever came next would be a long little talk. It had been a long time before they managed to get to speak, it seemed as if they had more to talk about. She knew he was oh so curious, oh so unwilling to back down.

"Dodging robots trying to take my head off, but yeah," Spade stated before more shooting broke over the communicator.

"Do you usually get shot at this often?" Spade questioned as he started to dodge more of the machines. "Cause I'm starting to think of what to do. You're a lot better at fighting robots than me, but that might be because I'm used to fighting people and not robots." Spade stated to which Rivet dodged one of the swords.

"Well, you get used to it. Lots of people want to try and kill you at the end of the day. Lots of people that had been a lot worse and all that… Sorry, trying to talk and fight is weird." Rivet stated before he sighed to himself.

He was a lot more focused on his fight than it sounded. It was all too little; she had been in fights this easily before. The only time that hadn't yet when it was decided for now. It had been something that had to be decided more than anything. The battle was to be decided at the end of the day.

There wasn't much of anything she could do to stop it, nor would she attempt to even slightly find it less than ridiculous at the end of the day. She knew more than her friend what would come after this, what would be behind the door in front of them. If anything? All it did was give them another problem to deal with.

"Man, I hate robot pirates sometimes," Rivet muttered as she blocked Pierre's sword which made a clanging noise as it threw both of them back. "Seriously, why didn't you just steal stuff from the emperor? Didn't his stupid power suit give you guys a bunch of stuff to steal? Power cells, controls? Weapons? Stuff should still be clogging the Black Market." Rivet stated to which Pierre seemed to roll his eyes as now.

(With Spade)

Spade caved in the top of one of the pirates, his axe cleaving through his skull as he tilted his head, dancing around their hits with his suit. He cleaved one of them in half, unsure of what to do for now. He was prepared, for now, unsure of how to properly handle these robots.

Still? If they wanted a fight? Well, he'd properly handle it for now. There was a lot more on the line sooner or later, if anything else. He had a lot more to question before he tilted his head.

He smashed his weapon into one of the robots when it came down to it as he now knew what to question before now while he tilted his head before slowly looking down at the others as of now while all of this was said and done.

He yawned, too unsure of what to do next before he questioned. He seemed to perhaps understand for a second what was going on and knew he had to stop these robots.

He just didn't know how. He wasn't used to fighting robots, but he did know that they hadn't all the raw power he expected… They were still entirely at the mercy of the people who had built them.

"Still hanging in there?" Rivet asked from her end as she got a hum. "You're not good at fighting robots, are you?" Rivet questioned as Spade hummed, unsure of how to answer her question if at all.

"If by that? Do you mean I don't know how robots fight that well? Yes." Spade stated with a sigh as he did for now.

Spade made do with the idea that she was going to help before he sighed to himself. There was a lot more to have done for now. It didn't at all seem as if he needed to be in the position, he was in… Yet? He hadn't the fortitude, for now, to just back down… He wasn't going to just dance along to the fight that had done something for now. There was a moment of silence for now.

He hadn't a lot more to question as of now. He didn't know what else to do before now. He sighed, cracking his fingers as he looked around the room

There was a lot more to handle next. She hadn't now seemed to focus as of now. There was a lot more to handle as of now. There was more to focus on before he sighed now. He hummed as now.

There was a lot more on the line if he didn't act and he would well act as if he hadn't before. There was a lot more riding on it if they failed, a lot worse that could have been over with now.

There was a lot more going on if they failed. This was going to be something horrid before he questioned now. There was a lot more to focus on for the second. This hadn't been something that hadn't been a lot more to question as of the second before now. He had more to do, but it wasn't going to be upon this.

Didn't know what else was going to happen next and this could only end in so many ways. He didn't know what to do next. He was focused as of now. He had a lot more to focus on as of the second.

Rivet was also still skilled at the idea of fighting the rest of the machines when he wasn't which gave a benefit he couldn't entirely understand as of now. There was a lot more to question for now. This was becoming a rather awkward thing when it came down to it. There was so much upon his mind that he snorted, too far done with such a silly thing. There was a lot more upon which he could have done, a lot more he wished would have been done at the question.

He knew that Rivet was also a lot more skilled which at least explained some of his poor showings. He was used to fighting people, not robots from another dimension and he knew that she was at least somewhat aware of this.

Before he could say anything? The Lombax in question was thrown down towards him, using her jet boots to allow some small measure of peace, just some small measure if nothing else. There was a lot more upon which she could have done.

She looked at him, her matted hair eclipsing her face as her innocent blue eyes glanced at him, probably wondering if he was ok just as much as he was wondering about her. There was a lot to unpack.

"Hey…" Rivet said before more robot pirates dropped down. "So, going good down here?" Rivet joked as she rubbed at the nape of her neck.

There were a few seconds as she turned and looked around, there was only so much she could have done to put a stop to this anyway. This wasn't going to be easy anyway and she knew that well enough when it came down to it. There was a lot more to question as tonight ended for the time being.

He was far too tired, far too unsure of himself. This was a nightmare, one which he could have done such a thing, but it could be handled, it could be cut downwards.

He just needed time and effort to get it all done and dusted. He was too able to get done and dusted. Such a thing for now. He had a lot more to question when this was over with and yet? He was terrified. He was thrown off, focused more on what else could have happened, how this could have happened.

They were all going down, all of them. He wasn't going to be able to question it, but he was going to relax, find some mirth in the situation, get it all over with, get it all tied down. Such a thing would make him laugh if he wasn't scared out of his mind.

Such a thing boggled his brain as much as everything else. He didn't know which way was up, but he wished to. He did wish to find some relaxation for such a thing.

If anything? She was being baited into a proper fight, one which she felt she could have handled for now. They had something that she had more upon her mind. She didn't know what else had come to her mind, something that needed to have gotten to such a weird spot.

She spun her hammer in her hands, eager for a proper fight, one which she could win. One which she could grind her teeth upon it was over for now. There was something else for now She hadn't the proper idea of what to have this been over.

Rivet seemed to have gotten able to question her moves. She didn't know what was on Spade's mind. The Lombax was constantly driving her up and down, she hadn't the proper idea for now, but she did know that he was as giddy as she was or similarly thrown off. His pickaxe was still raised to fight as he glanced at the Female Lombax for now. There was a proper idea of no. They'd have to be able to fight sooner or later.

They looked at one another. Their weapons were raised in eagerness for battle. They just needed a second to fight through this.

Then? Came the rumbling. One familiar much to Rivet more than Spade. He felt as if the ground would collapse, everything would have exploded. She supposed she could have felt that way for a while, it was so much worse compared to these robots. They were mincemeat, but whatever had made such a problem for them? Well, he didn't know… And he kinda didn't want to.

"Blasted Fixer… Men, retreat. We shall deal with the loathsome Lombaxes another day. Besides, it seems her friend will not last much longer anyway." Pierre ordered as he sighed, smirking at Rivet as he turned and retreated.

Space sighed and leaned on his axe as the robots retreated. Rivet looked at her before he raised his hand to his helmeted head, feeling like a truck or a train had slammed into him. it didn't help a lot. All it did was remind him of the fact that such a thing had almost killed him… Almost if he wasn't careful. It hurt, but he had fallen too used to it, far too used to it to have gotten to such a stage anytime soon in this form or fashion. It just wouldn't have done much to him now.

Spade looked up at the junk around him before he collapsed to his ground. This was a problem that hadn't yet gotten what it should have been. He slowly started to climb to his feet while watching as Rivet helped him to his feet before she questioned before she rubbed at her ears. There were a few seconds before she tilted her head.

She looked before she seemed to have gotten tired. She looked up into the wall of junk towards her. She seemed to have gotten bored and bored more and more. She smirked as she playfully poked his shoulder as she seemed to have gotten where she poked his shoulder and he turned to the side.

"What are we doing?" Rivet asked as she slowly started to have climbed to her feet, there were a lot more problems here… A lot more that it could have done.

"We're going to all have to get going, I do hope you know that," Spade said as he tilted his head and then turned to leave. "We're going to have been able to have relaxed before it came down to it. There will be a lot worse problems when it all is over with." Rivet stated as she sighed and cracked her fingers, too bored with what had happened to do much.

She looked around with interest at all the robot bodies that surrounded them. Rivet had forgotten she had been so good at killing robots that it honestly seemed like there was nothing they could have done for now. It just bothered her to the core to see that she had ripped through so many yet they kept coming.

Sure, she knew why they'd keep coming, they were robots for none which meant they had no real care for losses. They could manufacture more and more until every little thing was covered in robots and they were forced to die. Still? Such a damn problem would drive her to insanity. She didn't want to have to keep dealing with them until she fell over dead or something but that seemed to have been the reality of it.

"Hey, you, ok?" Spade asked from behind her as she turned to be greeted by the Lombax once more. "Sorry, not used to all of this and that," Spade said before he scratched at his throat.

"Hey, nobody is always good at fighting, you did good enough to cut through them like butter. Sides. Pierre always cheats, he's a pirate. If it was so easy to beat him? He'd be scrap metal and we'd be laughing about it." Spade heard as Rivet tapped on one of his ears playfully.

"Perhaps he does not mean to fight us. He ran away pretty quickly. Perhaps we are not his target." Kit stated to which she got frowns.

"She could have a point. There are a lot more of them running away than there should have been. Shouldn't some of them be staying behind to try and stop us?" Spade asked before he rubbed at his temples. "I'm starting to think Pierre ran away for a good reason. There's a very good chance he just wants us out of the way for something we didn't even think about. He'd probably think we're being tricked or something and just trying to mess with us over and over." Spade said which annoyed her.

They both could have had a point with this which one could be true. Pierre was many things, but he was not a stupid idiot to the degree he always lost. The fact that he had the plan to get out of fighting her also reminded her he wasn't above dirty tricks which meant more than anything that they had more work to have been doing.

Still? Rivet was agape with amusement when it came down to something else. She didn't at all know things she had wanted to have known for this very moment. Their ideals were still drawing on her when it came down to it.

"We need to get going before more of them come here," Rivet added before she frowned. "And I don't know what else he's up to… Kit? Can you phone the fixer and ask if he knows what the pirates want here? There's no real reason we need to stay here and think about this when we can just ask." Rivet asked to which Kit hummed.

"I will try. Spade? I would not be mad at you. It is not easy being a hero, I have learned this myself." Kit stated to which Spade hummed.

"Maybe, but I still wanted to help, Kit," Spade stated as he sighed.

"You helped quite well," Kit replied with a smile as he glanced around the area in interest.

There was a moment of silence as the two Lombaxes both shared a glance and gazed into the sky. It was clear that something else was here that was driving them both forwards in a fever pitch that could not have been matched anytime soon. It was perhaps because that few little logical pieces were something that neither of them had tried to understand.

He had a lot more problems to have focused upon. He didn't know what to have done while this was still unfolding for the time being.

Rivet made him smile as the Lombax rested his weapon on his shoulders and then glanced around. It was clear something had pulled them to this place and it was simply staggering to them, more and more.

He hadn't yet found a good reason to abandon it for now. it had been something he didn't at all know what to have done for the time being. He had a lot more moves to have made for now… A lot more moves and so little time to have made them in. He smirked at Rivet who simply wore a smirk all over her face. It was clear their gestures had fallen silent, all too much for now and it was glorious, glorious to it all.

He shook his head before he yawned to himself, prepared for the worse as he brought a hand to the back of his head. It was a lot more of an odd gesture.

Rivet was silent before she questioned what to do next. It was clear to her as well as the rest of their lands that something was going to break. Rivet didn't at all know what was coming or what was going to have happened that it had come and gone. They had more and more problems with such a deterrence while he shook his head before he sighed to which he had fallen silent before he seemed to have been tired, all too tired, all too uneasy as to how it'd have gone for the moment.

He didn't at all want anything to happen when it came down to it. They had such a moment of pleasure when it was all over.

Spade was silent, it was too much of an odd little moment before he came down to it. He didn't at all prepare, for now, when it came down to it. She didn't at all understand what was going on, how this was going to play out and it had played out. They simply needed to deal with it and then push themselves to where they should have been.

Rivet was probably just weird like that. He liked it about her when it came down to it. They both had some odd form of kinship and it was clear more or less such problems had only served to have reminded them of it.

Rivet leaned on the wall behind her as she tried and failed to have done so. She looked at Spade who seemed to have been checking his armor as of the time being, it was only amusing in the context that such an issue was more or less.

"Ugh… This stuff always wants to stop working when I need it… It's going to be fun when it comes down to it." Rivet seemed to hear for the time being when it came down to it.

They had a lot more on their plates and it was clear to her that at least this wouldn't be so easily done as of now. it wasn't going to be something that she needed to have to handle for now as she clicked her tongue before she looked around the room. It was worth a smirk to her friend as Spade started to work on it.

"Hey, Spade?" Rivet asked as she turned to Spade who had fallen silent, utterly confused as to how to not mince her words. "I wouldn't worry about Pierre, the first few times I fought him? I almost lost a LOT because he cheats, the emperor did as well. You just got to learn how to roll with the punches." Rivet stated before she hummed to herself.

"Didn't expect him to pull out a fancy sword, did you?" Spade asked, earning an elbow to the side as he did so. "OW! Such a horrid expression, Spade…" Spade joked as he pretended to hold his side.

"Thanks, though. I'm glad I didn't screw that up worse or such. Anyway, now what? Pierre seemed to leave when he was winning. Is he toying with us for now?" Spade asked before he sighed to himself with a yawn as he did so.

It was clear at least for her there was something new to uncover for now. There was all too much on the line for now as she looked up and around the room. A few seconds before she looked around, questioning what to need to do for now, and yet it'd all end sometime soon, all it would do is collapse into nothing. She didn't at all know if that was at all too soon and yet? Well, Rivet was far too proud to see it come to an end so soon.

Rivet looked at Spade who had fallen silent, curious as to how this needed to go, it was going to be a problem for a longer time than usual to try and take them downwards. It was all too easy to see it end so soon.

"Whatever comes next is what will come… And all the hero talk Rachet talked about." Rivet stated before she looked around with amusement as Spade yawned and tilted his head before finally deciding to speak a few seconds later.

"Well, this and that isn't going to answer my questions anytime soon, you know about." Rivet heard as she turned and looked around with interest as of now.

Rivet was all too amused by his antics today. It wasn't going to be a problem for now. it would be a lot more to question upon as of now while it was for now…. it would need to end and end properly as if anything and Rivet knew it. She was well and truly interested in it, for now, all too focused for the time being upon things, for now, things only would get better, for now, interested before it came down to it.

So much would need to be done and yet? It'd only end sometime soon. Rivet smirked at Spade before yawning and looking upwards before slowly tagging Spade forwards.

She sighed before slowly starting to move. Spade rolled his eyes, yawning to himself before looking around, curious as of now. It didn't end sometime soon. It'd need to be ok more and more and it'd become more and more, for now, it would end sometime soon and yet it needed to be properly focused.

Spade was only too silent, looking upwards as if expecting something soon, Spade crossed his arms before looking at Rivet, smirking as of now as he clicked his jaw before now and sighed to himself and smirked.

Spade was all too quiet before now and it bothered him more and more at the end of the day. These problems would continue to get worse and worse at end of the day, it became more annoying for now as he looked around, tired more and more at the end of the day.

Rivet would continue to grow more and more upon such issues. It was not something she was used to and she didn't want to need to focus on it for the time being. it would not be the first time to try and get out of here. There was a lot as of the second, looking around more and more, interested in Spade's pain and such… It didn't end well to see someone like this confused by doubt and panic… It did not at all make it any better for now.

All of it simply mixed, for now, curious as to how he was holding upward now.

He was eager to try and get it over with, amused for now, curious as to how well it might work, for now, eager as to how it could go… Would go if these sorts of problems at the time being die out?

Rivet watched more and more fear fill him as if he was a leaking bag rather than a Lombax. It was something she planned on working on at the end of the time.

Rivet was silent, utterly taken at the end of the day before she was unwilling to grow at the end of time and it was beginning to grate on her. She knew very well what it was like to wallow in sorts of things like this which was something that needed to be at the end of the day.

She grasped a hand upon his shoulder which made him turn to look at her and felt more and more tired at the end of the being. There were a lot more games that needed to play at the end of the day and he sighed and started to drum his fingers on his helmet while he yawned to himself.

He was all too amused by antics that continued to grow more and more at the end of all days when push came to shove. It was clear more and more they needed to relax but she couldn't allow it.

She didn't want to since it meant a few things at the moment as it meant a lot more than it should have and how well it was going to be. It was just more and more of a thing at the end of the day, it became a lot harder to try and deal with than anything else… Yet? Rivet wasn't mad or even annoyed.

Spade was her friend; she could tell he was just lost and a little tired at the moment. It happened to everyone and she knew it. she knew that it was easier said than done and a lot more and more did she wish to try and relax the same way.

She didn't at all know what he had been through and she didn't want to pry. Nor would she at all, she was well aware of what it was like to be in that hole at one point and she was well aware of what might come out if she allowed it to crawl back up and consume her.

It was a very terrible thing, something she wanted to be buried and would allow more to remain buried more and more at the end of the day. It would only come back to harm the at the moment and all of them would continue to grow.

"Well, I don't understand it too well if I'm right. All of it's just so weird, Riv. Like, I don't even know what's going on half the time." Spade pointed out before he sighed and leaned on the wrench.

He knew more and more that whatever was laid in his path he'd find an answer to it all at the end of it all. It became harder and harder to do and he knew it to be something to understand all. It'd be really hard to figure out either way and no amount of control or pressure would make it ok.

He sighed all too much as he remembered that Rivet was just as off put as he was by it all.

Still? She'd not relent, not till she got some sort of answer. This was something that could only be explained a lot more than it didn't.

Rivet set her hammer on her shoulder and looked around, too interested at the moment to relax, unsure and uncertain at the moment to fix anything, change anything at the moment. All of it was odder and odder to her at the moment.

She rubbed at her temples, watching the retreating pirate ships. She doubted that they'd get rid of Pierre at all when it came to punishments. They didn't at all dislike him enough to just overthrow him or else they'd have done so and considering now he had been free to let them pillage whatever had been left behind by the emperor?

Yeah, Rivet didn't seem to think they were going anywhere anytime soon. They were still better than the robots that worked for the emperor considering that at least with him? Well? All of them continued to be something that the galaxy just had to deal with and that was fine compared to Emperor Nefarious constantly trying to kill them each second of each day when it came down to it.

She didn't at all know what was coming next and both of them knew it, not when it came down to whom were best fought and killed at the moment.

She slowly led him down and towards the other end of the line, eager to figure things out, ready to fight battles that just straight up felt odder and odder at the moment, hopeful as to what was going to be said and all of it felt odder and odder, something far beyond measure.

What little he could and would control at the moment, a measure of mercy that he really could do and deal with the more and more he managed to allow him to relax for now. it was so weird and so controllable to she could only fathom it for now.

She didn't allow herself to be relaxed and figured out, for now, something that could and would be allowed to end sometime soon.

Yet? She didn't at all know what was coming or how to stop it for now and would continue to do so even if she didn't wish it to end.

All of it bothered her but she had no real room to judge her friend, it was his business and she was to simply aid for now. All she would do was scream later on, eager to repay her friends as she seemed to think for now. She thought of how best to kill it all and burn it to ask, if need be, Pierre always brought back up and it was never a little.

That meant another raid soon, one they simply couldn't or shouldn't have defended for the time being or the time after now… All of it cut deep to the bone and wouldn't continue to go anywhere anytime soon, they had a larger habit to deal with, a larger habit than he could deal with when it came down to it, and would always be in such a shape.

All of it only told her Pierre wasn't done, he'd never be done until her hammer parted his head from his metallic shoulders and even then, she didn't think he'd be stopped, he was far too willing to harm others to get what she wanted, she was far too unscrupulous about her methods to stop either.

They had a lot more unsure and uncertain of what the next move was for now as he looked downwards at the ground as of such things when it came down to it, they had a lot more to try and figure out as of the time being and would only continue.

"Are you good? Do you know you kinda look like you're staring off into space? I'm not entirely sure when it comes down to it what's going to happen next as of now…" Spade said before he clicked his tongue.

"Never really had a life this quiet when it comes down to it. I don't know what's coming next. I do know what these robots are going to do if they aren't stopped at all." Spade said before looking down to the ground.

Author Notes

Phew. Another chapter is done! I want to point out that the next chapter will be in 2-10 months and will be showing Rivet and Spade talking about their next plan. Until the 900–6500-word chapter, Lighting Wolf out!
