The team had their plans for that night and that was to go after Franks Chen and then once they were done with him it left the Queens and Merlyn. They were finally getting close to the end of taking down Merlyn and his plans.
They were all dressed and ready to go. They headed to Chen's house and found that since they had left him alone the night before, there was not as much security as they thought it would be.
"Ok. So, it looks like Chen thinks that we aren't going to come after him. His security is lax, but we still need to take care of this the same way we do with other jobs. We can't afford to let them call in reinforcements." Green Arrow said and the rest of the team nodded in agreement.
Once everyone agreed, Green Arrow told everyone where he wanted them positioned.
"Artemis and Athena, I want both of you on the roof in case we can't stop them from calling in reinforcements. Black Canary and White Canary, I want you to take the bottom Floor. Flash and Supergirl, the three of us will take the top floor. Any questions?" Green Arrow asked and no one spoke up, so they went to do their jobs.
It didn't take any time for them to do what they needed to do and now Green Arrow was in Chen's office looking right at the man that he was after for the night.
"Frank Chen, you have failed this city. You are a part of this undertaking and we are now very close to stopping everything you have worked so hard to accomplish." Green Arrow said.
"I only did it for what happened to my daughter in the Glades. She was raped and no one would help her." Chen said.
"And that gives you the right to kill hundreds of people. You are no better than any bad guy out there if you think this is the way to make things better." Green Arrow said.
"At first it was just supposed to be about making the whole city a better place. After a while, things changed. I wanted out, but Merlyn threatened me using his enforcer." Chen said.
"I see. So, you are an unwilling participant?" Green Arrow asked.
"Yes, and so are the Queens. They wanted out, but then Malcolm sabotaged the Queen's Gambit and that was enough to get them to stay on board as well." Chen said.
"Was anyone else unwilling to work with Merlyn?" Green Arrow asked.
"No, the rest of them were greedy and wanted the power that Malcolm wielded over the city. It was just the Queens and I who were against all of this." Chen said.
"I wish I could do something for you Mr. Chen. I know you were forced into this, but I have to do what is needed to protect this city and that means you have to go to jail." Green Arrow said as he shot a bola arrow at the man and tied him up.
He then walked up to Chen and knocked him out and put the flash drive by him and then he met up with the rest of the team and left the house.

When they got back to the bunker, they all changed and walked back out so that they could talk about what to do next. The Queens already knew who they all were, so they wouldn't have to attack them, but they were hoping that they could talk them into going to the police and telling them everything about what Malcolm was trying to do. They didn't know whether that plan would work, but it was worth a shot.
"So, what should we do next?" Thea asked.
"I think we should go out there and take down Fort Rozz. The sooner we get done with the Kryptonians the better. I might call Clark and see if he is willing to help us out as well." Kara said.
"I think that would be a good idea. Our next target for Tempest would be my parents and I think we can do that without any trouble and in our civilian clothes since they already know who we are." Oliver said.
"That is true. Maybe we should take a few days and get things planned out before we go after Fort Rozz. This will be one of the strongest enemies we have ever faced. I think we need all the planning that we can get." Laurel said.
"I agree. We go and scope things out and make a detailed plan so that we know what to expect." Oliver said.
"Ok. So, some of us are going to scout things out tomorrow night. I will volunteer for that." Sara said.
"I will go with her." Shado said with a smile.
"I think either Kara should go with you as well. She might be able to defuse a situation if that is needed. Her Aunt, who is still undercover, will make sure of it." Oliver said and Kara had to agree that it was a good idea.
"What will the rest of us do then?" Barry asked.
"We will do our normal patrol and make sure that nothing is going on in the city that would need our help." Oliver said and they all nodded in agreement since they now had a plan of what was going on tomorrow night.
Once they were done talking, some of them went to do some extra training while others decided to go home. Oliver, Laurel, Sara, and Shado were the ones who stayed so they sparred a bit and did some weight lifting as well. Once they were done they all went to change into their civilian clothes and decided that it was time to call it a night. They would need all the energy that they could have when it came to fighting whoever was still left in Fort Rozz and they know it. This was going to be their hardest fight so far.
