On top of that, she knows everything about the supernatural; vampires, witches, werewolves and hyrbirds.

I've come home. Finally after a year of roaming the world I have returned to my hometown of Mystic Falls where I once had a loving family. My parents were killed in a car accident with both my sister and I inside. Somehow, we both survived, so when I heard the news that my parent's didn't, I couldn't take it, so after their funeral I packed up my stuff and left leaving only a note behind.
Over the past year I have discovered things about myself and the world that I live in. When I was a little my parents used to tell me stories about the supernatural, but I never thought that they could possibly be true, until one day I found out the truth; vampires, witches, doppelgangers and originals exist.
I found out all of this when I was left for dead in an alleyway in New York City. I woke up in a stranger's apartment confused and from that moment on everything that I thought wasn't true, it was.
Nik was his name. The man that saved my life. His real name is Niklaus but many know or fear him as Klaus. Klaus, is a hybrid: a werewolf/vampire that has lived for over a thousand years.
Klaus explained to me that he found me in an allyway dying and took me back to his place. After bumping into one another, which I eventually found out was on purpose, we started dating and eventually we started to fall in love and he finally told me his secret. I didn't believe him at first, but he showed me his true face and after sometime, and a lot of work on Nik's end, he won me over again.
From then on, he began to tell me things about the supernatural, including the curse placed upon himself, and I was shocked to find out that I wore the same face as the original doppelgänger Katherine, famously known as Katerina Petrova. Klaus was originally going to use me for the sacrifice, but when he found me in that alleyway he was instantly drawn to me and from that moment on he was going to protect me from anyone that would ever hurt me.
Over the past year, Klaus has transformed me into a vindictively confident person and I don't care about anyone accept the people I love.
When Nik said me he loved me for the first time, I knew in that moment I couldn't live without him, so I made it my own personal mission to help him break his curse. He told me everything that was needed and I finally new how to get my revenge on my twin sister. Yes I said that quite convincingly and I don't regret it I thrive on it.
Elena Gilbert is my evil bitch of a twin sister, and I plan to have Nik use her as the doppelgänger for the sacrifice. Now before you hate on me for wanting to kill my sister you have to understand where all this anger and hate comes from. Ever since I could walk we never had that twin bond. We had an awful relationship, I hated her, she hated me, no love lost. The one thing that always made me despise my sister even more, was that she always had people do things for her, and she always wanted to one up me; where I was popular she just wanted to be a little bit more, hence when I changed and finally saw her for what she is, I channeled all the burning hate I have for her and I let it out in my training and together with Nik we designed a plan to use Elena as the sacrifice.
Now put yourself in my shoes, my parent's always loved her more than me, some of my friends favoured her over me and don't even get me started on guys, she just had to go after the ones I liked. And now I get my revenge, I'm going to make her life a living hell and finally make everyone see her for what she truly is: a cold hearted bitch!
So here I am, back in my hometown ready to put this plan into action. From what we've been informed by Klaus's contacts, Mystic Falls has changed a lot.
For instance my brother Jeremy, who I love dearly shortly after I left; turned to drugs, he then slept with Vick Donavon who got turned into a vampire, who then attacked Jeremy and then died right in front of him, which he then got his memory erased by Damon Salvatore, by Elena's doing. Jeremy, eventually found out about vampires from his ex Anna who sadly died by my uncle who is actually my birth father and he has just recently had his neck snapped by Damon.
Elena on the other hand is in a love triangle with the two Salvatore brothers which is history repeating itself. She's put Jeremy's life in danger multiple times, she's put Bonnie's life in danger and allowed for Damon to use my best friend Caroline as a human blood bag and did nothing to stop it, who is now a vampire herself.
My sweet Aunt Jenna another person that I love dearly is now our legal guardian. I call her every now and then to check in and she's having a hard time. She lost her big sister, she never really got the chance to mourn as she had to look after two troubled teens, and whilst that has been going on she's been kept in the dark about everything that is going on. I'm glad that I'm home because she won't be kept in the dark much longer.
The summer has just finished and the town has just rapped Founders Day. What a perfect way to make my monumental return by arriving a couple days before the masquerade ball and flaunt this new and improved Briana Gilberto the town. Buckle up everyone because I'm about to wreck havoc in Mystic Falls.
