Chapter 18 New Evil to the Digital World

As Kira and Blackwargreymon slept that night, news of MetalEtemon's defeat had spread through the digital world. The news had come to a castle in the darkest part of the digital world. The castle was enormous, with high towers, large doors, and was made directly into a humongous dark mountain. The castle's walls were almost the same dark black as the mountain it was made into and had large ice patches all over the walls, on the banisters, and lined the windows to show this castle belong to an ice digimon. Little orange lights could be seen all around, showing where small fire lamps were perched to light up this large castle. Inside the castle was just as impressive, with large rooms that dwarfed even Blackwargreymon's stature, long hallways, and décor to match the dark mood the castle created. The décor was in dark colors of black, blue and white from the various ice patches that could be seen all over and inside the castle walls. The décor itself looked like it just came out of the medieval ages, with weapons and armor standing guard all inside of the castles hallways. Going through these large hallways a throne room was set directly in the middle of the castle's interior. Dark blue curtains draped across the banisters holding up the high ceiling. Gold shields and blades were the only bright colors that could be seen. Sat almost towards the end of the room was a large throne where a digimon sat proudly. He was an evil looking digimon with devil horns and long hands and fingers that ended in sharp talons. He was pure white and had a large red symbol on his chest that looked like a silhouette of a bat. He wore white pants with black belts loosely set on his hips. He also wore black leather around several parts of his body. The digimon's name was Icedevimon. He was the ruler of the dark parts of the digital and ruled with a cold fist. Being an ice digimon he had control over ice and had froze the dark part of the digital world making it his home. Any who dared enter his territory without permission was meet by a glacier of ice or was frozen by one of his minions or his icy traps. At the moment though he was leaned on his hand with his eyes closed in a bored manner. Then a Gazimon burst through the large double doors to the throne room.

"Icedevimon Ice devimon I bring news from MetalEtemon's territory."

Icedevimon opened his lids to show his dark red eyes and stared at the Gazimon. "Well out with it before I become bored and use you for a target for my ice blasts."

The Gazimon gulped and proceeded on. "MetalEtemon has been defeated and destroyed sire."

Icedevimon leaned up in his throne. He knew Metal Etemon was a very strong digimon, in fact secretly MetalEtemon was one Icedevimons generals who in exchange for their service Icedevimon helped each one claim a part of the digital world for themselves and they were to keep Icedevimon a secret. For you see Icedevimon had kept under the radar and let other digimon fight for him so he could take over the digital world when the time was right for him. So to have one of his generals defeated did not sit over well with him. "I see and who could have possibly defeated one of my generals?"

"Blackwargreymon sire."

"That digimon is a phony. How could he have possibly defeated MetalEtemon?"

"He had help sire….. From a human."

"A human?…Here?"

"Yes sire, I have the tape from the battle here with me."

"Play it."

"Yes sire." The Gazimon pulled out the tape and put it into the drive that had lowered itself from the ceiling in front of Icedevimon. Soon the battle of Blackwargreymon played before the ruler of ice.

Icedevimon watched with interest as he saw Blackwargreymon was almost defeated and then the human shot a light from her digivice, powering up Blackwargreymon and winning him the battle. Icedevimon turned to the Gazimon. "Why did Metal Etemon have the girl in the first place?"

"Because when we battled tried attacking the girl she fought back. Of caorse she was no match for us but she tried and MetalEtemon saw ptoential as a wife for himself in her because of that."

"Do you have that tape as well?"

"Yes sire." The Gazimon pulled another tape out, witched it with the other one and played the battle between the girl and the Gazimon before Blackwargreymon saved her.

"Hmm this human is different from those who have visited the digital world before. I can see the interest MetalEtemon had in her."

"Sire what should we do?"

"Contact the other generals and tell them to stop the duos quest to the guardian. If they learn the truth they could possibly ruin the plans I have to take over this world. Destroy Blackwargreymon but bring the girl to me. She could be useful."

"Yes sire." With that the Gazimon went off to contact Icedevimon's other generals.

Icedevimon tapped his talons onto the arm of his throne. Then a smirk came to his lips. "Perhaps this is the sign ive been looking for to ensure my take over of the digital world is successful. Let us see what this girl has to offer us." With that a small chuckle came out of Icedevimons laugh as his evil thoughts brewed plans for this human.

Uh-oh looks like the Digital World isn't as peaceful as everyone thought. What will Icedevimon do? Who are these other generals of his? What will happen to Kira and Blackwargremon? Find out more in the chapters to come.
