Lucy looked at herself in the mirror. Britany should be here soon to pick her up. Lucy loved her blonde hair in the up do to she had styled it in. She also really liked the light blue dress she picked out. She lost 30 pounds but still had quite a few to go. She looked at her makeup and decided she just needed her lipstick, She heard the doorbell ring, She headed for the stairs and as she walked down the stairs, she heard her mom say "just like Cinderella". That may have been a typical or cheesy thing to say right now but it was good to hear. Lucy's mom took pictures of her daughter and Britney as well as Mazie and Becca.
Judy said" too bad all of you are not going to the same prom."
Becca said" It might've been fun to go to the same school prom but it didn't work out that way. I think Mazie and her boyfriend would have probably liked it better if we could have all gone to Britney's prom."
Judy said "I don't understand why that is."
Maisie and Becca exchanged looks and giggles.
Becca Responded "because Greek God and greatest man alive ,Blaine Anderson, leader of the warblers, and his and his boyfriend Kurt, the luckiest boy in Ohio, are going to the same Prom as Britney and Lucy"'.
Judy, responded "I still don't Understand"
Britany said "oh your boyfriends go to Dalton."
The doorbell rang and Mazie Said "the boys are here, time to go".
Britany and Lucy and the others left in their own cars and met everyone at Bread Sticks where they had a nice dinner. Lucy and Britney left for McKinley high school and Britney and Lucy parked next to each other. Lucy got out of her car first and Britney came around and put her arm around Lucy.
Britany looked ahead at some people going in. Britany said, "wait a second we need to wait for our audience to get inside before we put on our show"
Lucy asked "what do you mean our show?"
Britany replied "just because we are now both pretty blondes doesn't mean either one of us are stupid.
We both know why we're here together, now let's go because like I said it's showtime."
The entrance into the gym was just like the girls had hoped. They strutted in holding hands and a lot of people saw them including Santana whose face tried to hide her jealous expression. And standing by herself for the moment, was Rachel Berry who for someone who wanted to be Tony winning singer and actress wasn't even trying to hide the look of jealousy on her face. Some of the members of the new direction got on stage. Britney and Lucy danced for a while then Britney went to go sing a song so she left Lucy on the dance floor alone. Lucy continued to dance for a while and then towards the end of the song Lucy decided to get some punch.
Finn had been dancing with Rachel. Then Finn went go sing a number with of some of the guys from the new directions. Lucy really hadn't noticed because she was involved with getting her punch and talking to a cute guy. She turned around and noticed that heading right towards her looking beautiful was Rachel.
