Warnings: From here on and forward, Harry's title for Sirius changes, as he becomes his father, as the years they spent together now change things now. As he and Harry start acting like father and son, as year 5 changes things further as he's now acting like a real father here. To him as he and Harry developed a bond that would take his place with James as the years go by now.
For this Chapter Harry decides for Hermione's sake to keep her with him at all times now, and separate from Ron until he stops acting like a jerk. Regarding Ginny, and stops listening to Dumbledore, as Draco takes his place now. And as he, Harry and Hermione become the Silver trio, as Harry chemically binds Hermione to him. As they head for Hogwarts, as the year starts now….

Chapter 46: Fixing Friendships, The Train And The Sorting II
"And there we go, Mione's not so openly vocal about the bashing of Dumbledore, but she keeps her opinions to herself, Ron." Percy said in agreement and I nodded. "I…, I guess I am, but if this means you're giving me that drug to free me from his control then…." she asked and I nodded. "Yeah I'm the one you're connected to right now for that baby, once we get you it, I've already taken the potion, I can put in some of mine, into your's." I said and she nodded gently.
"Year long immunity, I got it set from August to next July." I told her smiling and she hugged me tightly. "Then by all means, do it in the morning, before class now, they can't tell the difference between drugs, to know he's getting the wrong one." she said in desperation to me. "Shh, it's okay, I'll take care of this, but each year is the same thing here now, we both get it. You're connected to me, I'm connected to dad, year 3." I said and she nodded smiling in relief then.
"But you and me, I'm your best guy friend, but Draco is Severus, I'm your father, you're mum." I said and she looked down smiling at that and the duo exchanged smiles. "Well the Silver trio is officially born as of tonight right now, but now the Golden trio has to have work done on it." Draco said and I nodded in agreement. "Agreed and you are my best friend, you know me, you're not jealous, but her, she's beyond good, but needs to relax." I said and he nodded then.
"Free me Harry, free me from this affliction so I can be free of his mental tampering again forever now, we go back to being a duo again, brother/sister." she said and I nodded. "I will, Mione, but with you this is easy, because of what we are, he's screwing our connection. However Ron, he's in this up to his neck now, once I free you, I can show you then after. But him, with him under his control, security risk, so just you." I said smiling and she smiled happily then.
"But you and the girls, my sisters, Ginny, my everything, and together you make up my entire life, but we been together so long, why give it up. We're muggleborns, I maybe half, but I prefer being muggleborn, so we keep to what Patrick taught us, him and Liam. And before Hammond came into it, but you're Sam, I'm Daniel, we're inseparable." I said and she nodded then. "Time to return to who I once was here, but Patrick's right, as are you." she said and I nodded gently.
And she hugged me tightly as she pressed her forehead to mine, smiling with sisterly love. "Like he said, though I drive him crazy, he loves me anyway, we can work through this. But fast recovery, I'm on a drug to block out compulsions and the imperio, so I can be trusted here. But so long as you listen to him, you're the enemy now, think about that starting now, Ron." she said sternly and he paled, realizing we were closing ranks on him as I nodded in agreement.
"Ron, if this is the way it's going to be till you actually get it thrown in your face, that he's not as you seem him as, then so be it, I'm protecting her starting now. You're on your own, as your entire family followed me, before Percy graduates here. But you and your jealousy, I'm not taking it that year, so throw that at me, I'm revealing my true position, this." I said sternly, as I yanked my lightsaber, looking at him and he looked down at that, realizing I had it with him.
Now, realizing he was acting like an idiot then, to realize he was alone, I was taking Mione back and she was safe under my protection then, as I looked into her eyes gently then. "You are being such an idiot right now at the moment, what, your jealousy costs you everything. But she chose me, because I'm her twin brother, repeat, I am her twin brother." I said sternly and he started shaking, realizing, his attitude triggered this response in me as she gripped my hand.
"She belonged to me first, you're going to have to grow up, before I even consider giving her to you in marriage now, but we're muggleborns. We're muggleborns, the cat is mine, I'm her brother, now get used to it, I belonged to her, growing up. But as I get older I fall in love, and now that she's accepted this, she doesn't mind." I said and he swallowed hard at that and she nodded in agreement. "And I don't, I'll take care of him, Gin." she said and she nodded smiling.
"Boy, back in." I said and he meowed, said that had a 'Why, I don't like my doctor box, I want to be out here, can't Mistress carry me into our compartment. On long metal box.' tone to it and I said it gently to him. "No we leave in 10 minutes, once in little traveling kennel, in long metal box then out of your basket, but you need to be stowed, so you don't get lost." I said and he meowed a second time, but walked into his basket then gently as she looked at me amused.
"Just imagine if my parents took you in, and we hear that day in and day out, he hates his carrier, wants to be hold, it's like to him, we spoil him too much. But you or me, the response is always the same, but we're practically twins in the eyes of the entire school here. You started calling me your sister, long before we could remember and we understood what it really means." she said and I chuckled and nodded in agreement. "Yep." her parents and Severus said smiling.
"Hang on." I said and crouched next to Crookshanks's basket. "You hear that mate, mistress and I are back together now, you're my cat, so me or her, you belong to us. But red fur Master is suffering hero worship, so before you ask for some kitten food from the table. We have to blue light check it for bad potion, meant to control Red fur and 13 month old kittens." I said, putting my hand on his carrying basket and we heard a mew in acknowledgement then with a smile.
Said was in the tone then and she chuckled then. "Well that means 'I understand Master, so is controlling liquid, normal version, tying mistress to you. So you stay together, and he can't control her now?'." Percy said in translating that gently and I nodded. "Yeah it is, only way to protect Mistress from training school alpha, he's mad with desperation. So Mistress is never out of my sight starting tonight, and I do good control liquid tomorrow." I said and he mewed then.
"And to repeat this, don't feed these fluffballs from the dinner table please, or we've got scraps all over the place." Molly said with a chuckle and we nodded. "Mew, mew meow." I heard, before I heard Crookshanks say it. "Meow!" he called to the voice and we heard a smile in the tone. "Mew meow, mew mew." we heard the cat say in response. "Mew." we heard from him and I chuckled. "I think that means, 'okay she's my version of Mistress.'." Ginny said laughing at that.
"I know you brought your cat, but guys is this really necessary right now, you're talking to each other, before we get in there?" Fred said with a bemused smile. "Alright, who brought the cat!" we heard and I started laughing at that. "Dad, she's coming with me for the rest of the school session, we got two cats in the dorms, an owl, and possibly the rat. Knowing said possibly, the duo are back in Gryffindor, so Crystal has a brother." the girl said and to that and I knew it.
"Karen!" Percy shouted out and she nodded to him. "Yeah I brought my cat, so Crookshanks has a sister now, and these two are like Harry and Mione now!" she called back and he nodded then. "Make that 3, I got a cat myself, he's a calico." Millie said and he nodded. " We keep this up we have cat fur all over the dorms next, so make sure you get the fur off the furniture. And before you have a repeat, baby." he said and they both nodded to him with a smile then to him then.
As I pressed my forehead to her's and she closed her eyes smiling and the duo smiled at the response as she hugged me tightly then, as I gripped her hand. "You'll be fine, but remember the things we get ourselves into here." I said and she grinned then. "Just stay out of trouble you guys, please!" Dad and Dan said together and we both nodded smiling. "For these next 3 years I'm never letting you out of my sight now." I said and she nodded in agreement then gently.
"We never let each other out of our sights before, so why start now right now exactly." she asked me with a smile then and our parents started laughing at that. "Case in point, being the sisterly best friend and that's Austin and Amy altogether right now. Amy got severely territorial with him and David Yost that to her, touch the boys she's going to beat them to death." Dean said with a smile in relief she was about to be back to normal and she smiled at him then.
"Don't worry Dean, I'm almost there, once I get that serum, I'm back." she said and he smiled as he hugged her tightly then and she tightened her arms around his neck. "We're 11, but guys we're not the rangers, so keep sparring practice under control, before someone gets hurt. When or if they get caught in the middle, mats on the floor, and I hope you brought your gi's." Justin said and we nodded. "I did, but I'm a green belt." I said and he grinned at that news then.
"To repeat that cubs, keep practice under control in sparring like a muggle, I get caught in the middle and get smacked the cub that did it, gets it on full blast and young man. Remember, the side effects here with that stuff." Ted said and I covered my eyes. "Highly ticklish, so no smack, or I'm going to die laughing as the system puts in too much moisturizer into the bath water. My skin is very soft and that makes it easier to subdue." I said and Minerva nodded gently to that.
"And to repeat this, how can anyone be in two places at once." she said and I looked at her as we exchanged knowing smiles and our parents chuckled. "No kidding right now, but if he sees us beam out after we get back in there, but we arrive just as our future selves beam out. Now that really is taking playing with time a little too far here right now, but things from year 1. To year 3, you were there with me, and now we're back in working order." I said and she smiled at that.
"Make that 4, I'm coming with you to the academy." she said and I grinned at that and Minerva smiled in relief then at the news. "Yeah good idea, you never leave her alone, and Dumbledore has no way to use her against you." Severus said and Dan nodded in agreement. "Nice, well this helps, but he does high school, so Sev', let me guess, he does 5th grade to middle?" Dan asked and Arthur nodded to him. "They also did muggle medicine." he said and Dan nodded smiling.
"Meaning what exactly, what Harry showed us?" Draco asked and he nodded, gently. "Yes, but what pamphlets were sent out, before you started school leaves alot in there. So you got some reading to do, but if Horace is back in control of Slytherin, these guys are not getting away. And with anything anymore, based on what Sev' and Lilly told me when we were your age now. It's he never tolerated bullying before, and he'd won't now." he said and Draco nodded sternly then.
"Baby, this is your medical files for Dr. Bentley now, I want you to get yourself checked out medically." Emma said, pulling her shot records and medical information out and she put it in her back. "I will mum, but I need to get my shots here, and then a dose of said serum in my system, but as he said, not leaving me alone ever in between classes now. So based on what we know, Jackson set it to magic standards, so I'm good." she said and they nodded smiling then.
"Saying of which, guys we got our boosters, so each dorm takes their turn, 5th grade boosters, purebloods the Professor created yours as drinkable, rather then I.V. so no worries." I called out and my entire class nodded as the purebloods nodded in relief then. "One down and 39 to go here right now, but every first year, each house, is to go to the infirmary. For full medical examination, and their boosters, starting tomorrow!" Minerva called out and we nodded to her..
"Be careful baby girl, but time for a switch up, let the others answer questions, but if Smith is in his pocket, he's facing being placed under Slughorn for attempted coercion." Dan said with a stern smile. "Young man, you have a lot to learn, but not all Slytherins are like that, that's like saying all Gryffindors are the bad side of the Juvenile delinquents." he added and he sighed at that. "Indeed and we're not letting you run wild." Severus said sternly and he nodded gently.
"I hear my name Danny?" we heard gently and he smiled at the title. "Hey Professor, nice to see you again, and yes Sir, Severus and Arthur just dropped the bomb on us. You're back in control of Slytherin, can I assume that your club has been reactivated?" he asked and Slughorn nodded. "Indeed it has, only the best and destined for greatness, but young man, that's why you were excluded, you have to work hard, Harry's the son of my lost member, he gets in by blood now."
"Before you say it, I'm not playing favorites, I just see a future whatever occupation and throw in a good word, why do you think. In some of these areas, that I loved my old students, but at the same time, anyone that wants to achieve greatness. Is destined for the school trophy room and even more on my shelf of treasured pupils." he said and he looked down at that. "His mother is one of said, I loved her like a daughter, to me, I know this, he has her abilities here."
"But 3 years in quiet terms, the tournament and two adventures, as he spends 1 year separated from you, taking her with him, along with your entire family here. Reason, if you cross the line in your jealousy here, but if you're so sick of being overlooked then do something about it. Pay attention in class, but just say she set you up, and then Ms. Brown drops the news. Back on the old insecurities, but want to succeed, best pay attention in class, and 2, leave your brother."
"In truth, be right now, that what happens if you're acting so full of your self, you eat something tanked, before said tampered with brandy, meant for the headmaster. And Harry has to be the one to save you, before we get you from my office to the infirmary?" he said and he swallowed. "Your ego just finally put you in the infirmary as you realize you made a fool of yourself after waiting 6 years to be out from under the trio's shadow, maybe this will teach you something."
"Acting with all the arrogance that Jamie did, before his ego deflated and he becomes Harry now, but if you were paying attention this was why he was paying attention in my class. He earned that position to my shelf, by hard work, paying attention in class and being there. And for me, since he was this age, but Eileen, Severus and I, like him, we're in mourning. And of Lilly herself, so we have her in some form, by his being our top student." he said and Ron paled.
"Baby girl?" he asked and she nodded. "I chose my friendship with Harry over Dumbledore, but if I have to deflate his over inflated ego, then so be it, Sir." she said and he nodded in approval. "And now you earned that place as well, you showed just want I want in a prize pupil here, but potions, just because it's not the official text, doesn't mean it's cheating, he had tutoring. By your aunt and Severus, even Eileen, he's got her ability." he said and she nodded to him gently.
"Neither of you needed me to collect you, because you're like my star pupils in Potions, he's Severus, you're Lilly, but don't let your rivalry with Lilly's scores drive you, okay." he said and she nodded, smiling. "You're very good from what Minerva, Filius and Pomona tell me, but best let the others answer questions. But you got me from 5th to 8th year, those test questions and projects in class get a little out of hand." he said and she nodded as he looked at Ron sternly.
"He doesn't need to have me collect him, or let me collect him, and it's because I did already, in effect by adoption, through his mother, but now. Now can you show you earned that position to my shelf in the way he has now?" he asked and he sighed sadly, realizing it finally, I earned this, but he hadn't, and now he had to work passed what Dumbledore did to them then. "But those books carry his name, him and the stone, him and the chamber, him and the prisoner now."
"Him and the goblet of fire, him and us, the Order." he said and Ron swallowed hard. "He earned it with all of us now, but that jealousy will not be tolerated, he's seeing if he can match them. His parents, he can and he earned his place as, in muggle, as valedictorian of your class, as you graduate from school and start college next before your lives truly start. Your age group as your class now, he's working hard for it now." he said and Ron as Severus nodded then sternly then.
"Indeed, Ronald, you want me to contact your parents, simply because you're refusing to see this and that your brother made sure you got in trouble, then control the attitude." Minerva said sternly to him. "He got caught actually, he's Sidious of the lightside, Molly, he wants, in year 7, to have all of you hate me, because of that stupid search. Families torn apart, even Teddy hating me, because of that stupid prophecy." I said and Molly crossed her arms sternly and they paled.
"Meaning my daughter is your version of his, your blue laser sword carrying counterpart, but his wife?" she asked and I nodded to her smiling sternly and the twins nodded. "Exactly, but I find that diadem, and that's all 5 of them, he creates the snake, year 5. I'm standing there waiting…, oh hello, freeze headmaster." I shouted and he went as stiff as a board. "Silencio!" Neville shouted and I said it silently. 'Confundus!' I thought sternly and we released body bind.
"Is there something you wanted headmaster?" I asked and he looked confused. "I can't remember, I'm sorry, I will depart, see you at the school." he said and left and I sighed in relief then to that. "Yeah that just says it all right now, he came to try again, but us surrounded, he realizes that's a big mistake as you take him down now." I said and Hermione nodded sternly then. "Oh nice try, you old fool, you lose." she said sternly and I gripped her hand tightly then.
As I hugged her tightly and she smiled. "Neville, you going auror with me, we're the only aurors in our class here?" I asked and he nodded smiling then. "Well we got 3 of 5 here instead of 5 of 5, with Ron in his pocket." he said and Ron flinched at that remark, realizing that meant he was excluded in our eyes. "With the truth out right now, classes start after lunch and till 4, because prior is physicals for you, okay." Minerva said and we nodded to the orders then gently at that.
"We got physicals, followed by you, Severus and then flying class?" I said and she nodded. "In knowing Ben, he's putting you cubs on a special diet now, with you growing cubs right now. So you're taking whatever he gives along with the food now." she said and we nodded. "Issues in the balanced diet here growing up, from here, but we're borderline 10 to 16 at this age. Our parents if health care, look at the said diet, and made a point to make sure label several."
"In things, being the child of a dental care professional, that's healer for teeth, though I can treat myself, brush my teeth, after eating anything that has sugar in it." Hermione said and she nodded. "One bad side effect in a balanced diet, for a person suffering from said ailment, the good news is they put 1/4 amount of the sugar in muggle food. They do into wizard candies, especially the chocolate itself, it's 8/10's dark to milk to 2/10's sugar levels in wizard cocoa."
"So you can eat or drink as much as you want, but it never effects your teeth." she said and we both nodded as her parents nodded in relief. "Our parents had us on a specific diet growing up, which is labeled in health and wellness here." Dean said and she nodded gently to him. "That why you brought that up, having Ben doing medical, and your physical education class. When you're this young, you did responsible food set ups as a babysitter, with your little siblings."
"Real and surrogate?" she asked and we nodded. "For our parents as minor medical, to real healers, they went to a balanced diet here now." Hermione said and she nodded. "Poppy and Ben ran over what said diet was and got it set with you this young." she said and we nodded. "In school, they, that's the school medical department, had us students on a balanced diet growing up, from preschool to high school, because they always took health very seriously."
"But currently and seeing this from our current age level and up, with being a boarding school carrying everything in being muggle, one of them in high school. Like we said was medical concerns and this is why it's turned mandatory for high school." Hermione said and she nodded. "She means we're taking vitamins, our diets were set to protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals a small amount of fat and sugar, everything involved in what eating a balanced diet is."
"With us growing cubs, our parents, if their healers made sure we ate right, though we can treat ourselves if we want: Vitamins are a crucial piece to the diet. So we need vitamin D for strong bones and teeth, Vitamin C supports the immune system making it stronger. There's a pill that carries every single one in vitamins we need, so we eat said diet, take said vitamins and we're staying away from the toxic chemicals: tobacco, alcohol and drugs." Penny said to Percy then.
"And let me guess, the iron supplements, these red ones are for you girls?" he asked and she nodded to him. "Once a month for a week to 10 days, we lost alot of iron, this helps with that, so nobody passes out from a hot flash. In the case of the girls, but a boy, you can collapse if you suffer an ailment called orthostatic hypotension. Which is really why Kristine mentioned that, with Pettigrew on the loose we need to stay on top of him, before he passes out for real."
"With Billy and us being the oldest of our dorm now, it's our job to take care of him, make sure if he's sick to report it immediately now, the fact he told us this now. Just the once, and that's the last time we keep that hidden here right now, in our dorm." Sarah explained and he nodded in understanding then. "Yep, and buster, just this once am I covering for you, but once the emergency with the stone is over, my position as prefect begins." he said and I nodded then.
"P.E. class is mandatory for us, so we study biology here." she explained and he nodded. "What you call this age again for us, as my youngest brother started this year, and the twins are 3rd years?" he asked and she explained that to him. "We call our current age high school, we're 15, so we're called freshman, Charlie and Dora are seniors in high school. The twins, Lee and the girls are 7th graders and Ron and his class are 5th grade, that's the highest class in primary."
"That's primary school, at times they separate the first 8 years from each other, in what we call junior high school, others, they got everyone. From kindergarten to 8th grade piled into what we call elementary school, Colin and the girls are 4th graders, that's the next one back. They got another year, before they start." She said and he nodded understanding. "So the guys are entering high school the year we got Pettigrew back on the loose, yeah okay I understand."
"So baby, has another year, before she joins us, and in protecting her, our game plan just activated and Ronald, stop playing with the damn car controls. I'm getting my drivers permit this year, before I get my license next." he said and he nodded quickly. "And that's all we need right now, we don't have time for this and why is Dobby crashing the party that night. We all know Uncle Sirius took Harry out for dinner and a movie that night." Wes Jamison said to that.
"I don't know, but I'm going to find out, as like being our current staged muggles, like the Stargate program is common knowledge the statute was just dropped, we can mingle." he said and Arthur nodded as I looked at Hermione who had a bemused smile on her face. "And Ron if you want to hang around with anyone, join Smith and the Patterson gang right now. Because you're not joining us till you stop acting like this." Hermione said and he looked down then.
"Time to go guys, it's leaving any moment." Seamus said and we nodded then. "Alright guys, be careful and we'll see you at Christmas now." Dad said and we nodded to him gently as we gave our parents a hug then gently then and then boarded. As Hermione jabbed down the hall and Ron sighed and walked away from us, as the rest of our group, took two compartments. And she and I were joined by Neville and Draco then in our compartment at that, as we our stuff up.
And sat down then as as we settled into the cabin then and I said it. "Hey mate, want out now?" I asked and he meowed a 'yes' and unlocked his carrier and he pushed the door open and laid down between Hermione and me then. "With there being 14 of us, we're 5 to a compartment, so 3 compartment, and nobody is all crowded into a single one." she said and I nodded in agreement as we looked out the door. "Get Ron, he's with you." I said to Terry and he nodded.
"We're watching him starting now, but question everything, say why is he telling us to not going into the 3rd floor, with a vague warning. Or why is there a need to stay out of the forest, aside from the acros in Dumbledore's case. That type of thing, Ron, he's in his pocket, so nobody take what he says seriously." Hermione said and they and the Hufflepuffs nodded to the orders then as I yanked my pamplet out and read through the add on's now that we put into the school.
As we looked it over and nodded sternly. "Hey guys, lunch time." I said, tapping the wall, and then heard a bang on the opposite side to the next wall and I unloaded our lunchpails. "Anything off the trolley, dears?" the witch doing snacks asked and I nodded. "Eight chocolate bars please, and a chocolate frog." I said and she nodded as she gave me the amount and I passed her 6 galleons then, as I passed two each to the trio and put mine in my pack then for later then.
"As well as 8 pumpkin pasties." Draco said and she nodded. "Two each for all 4 of you, hmm?" she asked smiling and we all nodded. "Well there we go, I know you're the new version of your old quartet now." she said and we nodded as she left the cabin. "Take it easy on the junk-food, or we won't be able to eat tonight, guys." Hermione said and we nodded then. "Said mug of pumpkin juice has the issue the size of pint here in these pails." Susan said to me then gently.
And from around the corner. "I know, and that's like drinking two gallons of water in the middle of lunch, but anyone that needs a bathroom, do it before we reach the castle." Draco said and we all nodded in agreement then. "Kreacher and Toppy set these to what you like here, in sandwiches, but chips are a different story now. And as you're getting a crash course in muggle chips now." I said and they nodded, as they looked at the lunchbag sized portion chips then.
And nodded. "Yeah alright, I'm going with cool ranch then." Neville said." he said and I gave him that, as I set mine aside, mine being sour cream and onion Pringles. "Nacho cheese." Hermione said and I gave that to her. "Lays barbecue." Draco said and I nodded, as the others named off their's and I gave them to them, before I unloaded our lunches and they put their chips. Into each of their buckets, as I gave Crookshanks his slices of ham and a very small slice of cheese.
And he mewed a 'thank you', as I put it on his plastic food-dish then as they were cut to fit his mouth then. "At least there isn't a mess of candy wrappers in here right now, we get a real meal leading into dinner here right now." She said and I nodded in agreement then, as Ron's bucket was jumbo sized then, with the fact he was a bottomless pit. And as I opened up the bottle of pumpkin juice and took a swallow. "Whoa, these are good." Neville said smiling and I nodded.
"Yeah healthy lunch, somewhat, these chips are made are made from corn and potatoes and directly sliced and fried and seasoned. With the whatever seasoning on the potato chips and sprinkle season on the tortilla chips." Hermione said and they nodded. "Issues in being a preteen witch or wizard, at this age, food was a big deal, as was health class here. As first it's a semi healthy lunch and then a snack and then dinner right now." I said and they nodded gently.
"You know if we were in grade school still, we'd be doing each one from our basis of books, at this age, we're now learning the basics. But English, reading and spelling all got jammed into the same class, said being English in high school here. Middle was English and Reading into two different classes along with history and science and saying of which. Why is there no science class in being magic, aside from chemistry?" Justin said from around the corner and we nodded.
"Exactly what did that jerk mean by that Mione, after her charge's older brother laid into him?" Draco asked her then and she sighed. "As a girl, men like him only go out with them till they get one thing, to a parent they know exactly what it is, because it's the same thing. They wanted, but if she refuses, it's he either ends by cheating on her or worse, trick her into the bedroom. After drugging her and then doing it." she said gently and he nodded in fury at that news then.
"Some slimy little sucker touches you or the girls they're a dead man right now, but doing it in front of you or the girls, I won't, but he's so slimy, I'm not sinking to his level right now." Neville said sternly and Draco nodded in agreement to his opinion then. "And to repeat that right now, I'd love to hit Cormac, I'd love to pound on his face for touching you like that. But I won't, he's so slimy, I'm not sinking to his level, we're supposed to be civilized." I said and they nodded.
"Alright subject change, before you knock the bottle over, and make a mess." Hermione said and we nodded gently then. "Yeah alright, let's see here, and we already had the Slytherin 5th years test out the bowling lane, they like it, but they hexed their bowling balls. We can teach you guys how to play, but this game in swinging around a 2 to 7 pound ball is meant to. In truth, strengthen your muscles in the arms." I said gently and the guys nodded to me gently at that.
"Alright froggie, we're not doing this again." I said after finishing my sandwich then and opened it, and caught him, before he jumped out the window. "Hoot." Hedwig said in amusement, and then saw it. "Hey Mione, check it out, third time's the charm." I said and she looked and saw Dumbledore and nodded. "Well let's see what we got here." Neville said and I nodded as I read it out. "ALBUS DUMBLEDORE: CURRENTLY HEADMASTER OF HOGWARTS."

"So what book exactly?" Neville asked and she said it smiling. "Alchemy, Ancient Art and Science, he's 665 years old, so not really recent right now. So study taken care of, we know what's under the trap door, mystery solved, we just mark the doors. And the trap door hatch, but the thickhead would never see this coming I made an adjustment or two. To further slow him down, here take a look." I said, showing her my key and she nodded smiling then in relief.
"Mew?" Crookshanks said and I nodded as I gave him some water, and put it in his water dish and he mewed a 'thank you'. And he got himself a drink then before I could say the door opened and we saw the duo then. "I can't believe you're really mixing with the likes of the mudbloods and Potter, Draco, if your father found out…." Crabbe said and he stood up. "Can't do anything about it Goyle, I'm not a Malfoy anymore, I'm a Black now." he said sternly to him at that then.
And I looked between them as Goyle looked at me. "Well once again with losers are we, Longbottom?" he asked with a smirk. "You're one to talk, your fathers leader got arrested by a muggle raised 5th year, Goyle, but hey, we're the resistance, you're Death Eater spawn. But Enemies of the Heir's ally beware, you're next if you attack the cat." Neville said sternly and he smirked, before seeing her and smirked, "What's your name?" he asked her firmly with a smirk.
"Hermione Granger." she responded, grinding her teeth. "And you must be a Muggle born, seeing as I know nothing of your family, and, by the looks of you, a poor one." he said to her and I stood up. "Her parents own their own Dental healing business, actually, a well to do family, but they're under the protection of the Noble House of Potter." I said and he straightened. "I guess you want proof, well how's this." I said, showing him my hand and he saw my ring there.
"You're one to talk though, you big baby, does the syringe mean anything to you, us muggle borns have our ways of medicine. But knowing you're desiring to be in Slytherin, there's a little surprise waiting for you right now, and anyway who are you calling riffraff exactly?" I asked sternly and he turned back to me. "You'll soon find out some wizarding families in our world are much better than others. Potter, you don't want to go making friends with the wrong sort."
"I can help you there." he said and I simply looked at him as he held out his hand to shake my hand, but I didn't take it. "I think I can tell who the wrong sort are for myself, thanks," I said coolly and Goyle didn't go red, but a pink tinge appeared in his cheeks at my remark. "I'd be careful if I were you, Potter, unless you're a bit politer you'll go the same way as your parents. They didn't know what was good for them, either, so you hang around with riffraff here now."
"Said like the Weasleys, Muggle borns, and that Hagrid, and it'll rub off on you, same is said for you, Draco." He said and she and I stood up. "Say that again," Draco said, his face going as red as the Weasley hair. "Back off, Goyle," she said, her fists going as red as her face. "Oh, you're going to fight us, are you?" Goyle sneered at her then. "Unless you get out now," I said to him sternlu, more bravely than I felt, because Crabbe and Goyle were a lot bigger than me, her.
Or Draco. "But we don't feel like leaving, do we, boys? We've eaten all our food as you still seem to have some." he said and then heard it. "Alright break it up in here, gentlemen, I see a punch get thrown, you're getting detention for the next month!" we heard and I looked up in relief then. "Saved by the Wolf, nice timing, Uncle Remus." Hermione said smiling and he nodded as he looked between them. "Strike one." he said sternly and they paled and quickly ran for it.
"Uncle Remus, Toppy made you lunch here, but here you go." I said, passing him a lunchpail with a very fresh batch of roast beef, chedder cheese, candy. His favorite chips, and favorite fruit and his bottle of pumpkin juice and he nodded smiling. "Thank you cub, I'll eat after I do my rounds, but looks like I caught a near fight, well these guys are in big trouble. Knowing where they're headed here in school houses." he said and I nodded as the team arrived at that remark.
"What was that about, guys?" Fred asked, as the twins arrived with the girls, Oliver and Lee. "They're picking on Draco, because he decided to not join them anymore." Hermione said and he nodded to her gently. "Get used to it, so where's Ron exactly?" he asked and she smiled. "The Ravenclaw born are keeping an eye on him right now." she said and he nodded, smiling. "Mew?" Crookshanks said to him and he chuckled. "Yeah, just checking." George said and he meowed.
As we settled in for the rest of the trip there, as it started getting dark. "All students, time to change clothes we will be arriving in 30 minutes!" we heard over the intercom and nodded as we took turns to change in the bathroom and then bagged everything up. "Crookshanks." I said and he mewed as he climbed back into his carrier, as I stowed away everything we brought into our compartment then. "Hoot." Hedwig said with a smile in the tone and we nodded smiling.
It was around 7 that night when we arrived at Hogsmeade station, the train blows its whistle and pulls into outside the station. As I saw Hagrid walking along the side aisle, with a lantern, as the 5th year to 8th years unlocked the doors. And opened them for us then as everyone, began pouring out of the train. "Right, then! First years! This way, please! Come on, now, don't be shy! Come on now, hurry up!" he said gently and the four of us moved to him then smiling then.
"Right then. This way to the boats! Come on, now, follow me." he said and nodded as we followed him to the docks then, as were followed into our boat by Draco and Neville then. "I hope it doesn't choose now to start raining." Lavender said from the boat next to us and we nodded in agreement then smiling, as we passed under the bridge. Said was now unloading a beautiful scene, where up ahead we saw the castle, and we exchanged smiles then gently.
As we arrived then, and then I looked up and saw Minerva, who was waiting for us as she came to meet us then with a smile. "Welcome to Hogwarts. Now, in a few moments, you will pass through these doors and join your classmates. But before you can take your seats, you must be sorted into your houses, they are Gryffindor. Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin, now while you're here, your house will be like your family, your triumphs will earn you house points."
"Any rule breaking, and you will lose points and at the end of the year, the house with the most points is awarded the house cup." she said and we nodded. "Neville, Trevor made a run for it, grab him before he dives into the moat next." Hermione said and he nodded as he grabbed him and Minerva hid a chuckle as she said it to us then. "The sorting ceremony will begin momentarily." she said and we nodded smiling as she leaves to go into the Great Hall at that.
Before I heard an arrogant tone from an young evil looking boy, with short blonde hair, called Zacharias Smith, speaks up. "It's true then, what they're saying on the train. Harry Potter has come to Hogwarts, this is Justin and Ernie and I'm Smith... Zacharias Smith." he said and Ron snickers at his name at that then gently. "Think my name's funny, do you? No need to ask yours. Red hair, and a hand-me-down robe?" he said and then said it with a smirk then at him then.
"You must be a Weasley." he said and and he looked at him in annoyance. "Well, you'll soon find that some wizarding families are better than others, Potter. Don't want to go making friends with the wrong sort." he said as he looked at Ron then. "I can help you there." he said as he extends his hand to me and I looked down, and then back at him, not going to take for his arrogance. "I think I can tell who the wrong sort are for myself, thanks." I said sternly to him then and said it.
"And for the record if I thought Slytherin Death Eaters are arrogant, you just furthered that opinion Zach." I said and he looked at me. "Don't call me that, my name's Zacharias." he said in annoyance. "Yeah well my name is Harold, but I like Harry." I said smiling and he smirked in disgust. "You sound like James, when he says his name, I'm Bond, James Bond." Justin said and we started laughing and he looked at us in embarrassment, realizing I was not impressed.
"Harry, you sound like Zach in his conversation with Judge, before he got that fluffball." Sally said to me from behind us. "And to repeat that, and no one is tougher then you, eh Zach." I asked and Hermione, Justin and Dean hid a laugh, at the arrogant bravado in this character. "Smith, are you really choosing now to do this though?" Dean asked and Ron nudged Hermione and she unlocked the mental door at that, so Severus could listen in, into the conversation then.
"Zach, if you're trying to pick a fight, I'm not biting, I know some would say that's a coward, but no, I know better then to do this, in hearing range of the entire faculty." I said to him and he sighed. "So I heard you and Malfoy are living with Black right now." he said and I said it sternly. "If you're trying attempted brainwashing, nice try, I'm not falling for it, but in truth, the truth was always in reverse here, Pettigrew sold my family out to Riddle, who is Lord Voldemort."
"He shouted to say dad did, cut his finger off, then changed into his animagus form, said being a rat, Dumbledore knew this for 10 years, this was in my parents will. If he sold them out, us out, dad was to hunt him down and bring him to Mr. Crouch, Madam Bones and the Minister. He sealed my parents will, kidnapped me away from my family, my real family. My parents chose a few people for me to live with, including Dora Tonks's parents." I said sternly and he paled then.
"You're one of his brain dead drones, aren't you?" I said and he flinched and I nodded sternly then. "Then forget about it, I'm not listening to whatever you have to say, and you can tell this to your beloved Professor Dumbledore and I know you're listening, headmaster." I said and I felt a flinch shoot through the link at that. "Because I am getting sick and tired of being manipulated here, but nothing's going to change ever, but you're close to jumping out of the firepan here."
"And right into the fire, you know what that means?" I asked and he shook his head shaking then. "It means your situation is bad and keeps getting worse here right now, how much did you study forward, you know who Greyback is?" I asked sternly and he shook his head. " You know how Neville came to be raised by his grandmother?" I asked and he shook his head shaking. "Do you know how Marlene Mckinnon died, Benjy Fenwick, Dorcas Meadowes, Caradoc Dearhorn."
"The Prewett twins?" I said and he swallowed hard. "They were all killed, and because of a spy right now, Pettigrew is that spy." I said and he started shaking, realizing I knew exactly what he was trying to do. "Don't bother, I am not listening and just so you know, she left the link open, they heard the entire conversation, through Professor Snape." I said and he went white at that. "Get back in line, before she thinkings you're picking a fight." I said with a tone of finality then.
Zach glares at me, before Minerva arrived and taps him on the shoulder with a roll call list, and he gives me one last glare. "Indeed and young man, maybe you should consider house characteristics, because attempted coercion is cunning and that's a Slytherin trait." she said and he paled, not realizing he was acting like a Slytherin. "As is the picking on someone, just because of appearance, so you're a green bellie, well get ready." I said and she nodded sternly.
"Lord 2 in one night, come on, enough already, treating others like gutter trash, just because they're from hardworking families, you're as bad as a Slytherin, or rather a Death Eater. What's next exactly, 'You see, unlike some, my father can afford the best', but at least on Gryffindor. Nobody had to buy their way in, and say it, and you're getting detention before the year even starts." Hermione said and she nodded in agreement as I saw Remus with his arms crossed.
And I nudged her and she nodded, as Dean, Seamus, Neville, and the girls exchanged grins, knowing exactly what I was trying to say to her. "Message received and understood, but we can discuss this later." she said and I nodded. "Guys group up, don't rise to the bait, stick together, we're a pride, we work as one, guys." I said and our gang assembled and Minerva smiled in approval at my remark, as our side of the class assembled into a single group then for her.
"Like you said, never mind your title treat you like normal, but you're the leader of the pack here, but that's exactly what I want to see here." Kettleburn said smiling and the 12 looked at me, their leader, as the 11 looked at me fondly with brotherly and sisterly love then. "Like always we stick together guys, but there is no reason to sink to their level. And by taking the bait as they're so slimy, we're not reducing ourselves to being a slug." I said and she nodded.
"Indeed, but 10 points for not taking the bait, Mister Potter." Minerva said and I smiled then. "We're ready for you now, follow me, the sorting is beginning now." she said and we nodded, as she lead us into the great hall, and I saw some of the muggleborns looking up at the view then. "Oh that's wicked, we can actually stargaze at night, during third year this way right now here." Dean said smiling and Hermione chuckled as she said it then as I looked at them smiling then.
"It's not real, the ceiling, it's just bewitched to look like the night sky, I read about it in Hogwarts: A History." I said, saying it with her and she nudged me smiling and the faculty chuckled, knowing we put our relationship back into place at that. "If I didn't know any better, you're really acting like you're twins here, you guys." Sally said from behind us and I nodded. "I know, things changed and got better." I said to her gently and they smiled and nodded gently.
As Minerva leads us to the front where the Sorting Hat lies on the stool. "Will you wait along here, please? Now, before we begin, Professor Dumbledore would like to say a few words. She said and I nodded then. "I have a few start of term notices I wish to announce. The first years please note that the dark forest is strictly forbidden to all students. Also, our caretaker, Mr. Filch has asked me to remind you that the 3rd floor corridor on the right hand side is out of bounds."
"And to everyone who does not wish to die a most painful death. Thank you." he said and I crossed my arms. "Maybe you could be more imperative and clarify why we can't go into that hall?" I heard from Percy and he swallowed. "Thank you Mr. Weasley, to answer that question is there is level 10 artifact in that hall we're protecting from the Death Eaters. And we got a class XXXXX creature in that room covering a trap door." Minerva said and they all nodded sternly.
"Class 5 huh, well with knowing that now, and us drawing heavily on greek mythology, and that hall or trap door is being guarded like the entrance into hades. We got a Cerbereus in this castle now, a fully grown one." I said and she nodded and Hermione and I exchanged looks. "Indeed and 10 points for that observation." she said and the 5th years at the tables exchanged smiles, knowing whichever of them ended up with me, I just got us our first score that night in points.
"Anyone catch this, that knowing exactly our world is drawing heavily on Greek mythology, that with a Cerberus in the castle, that trapdoor is like going into the entrance into hades. And he's guarding the trapdoor the way the Cerberus guarded the entrance into Hades. At least there isn't a River Of Styx in this castle, or we got a problem here, but watch it here. Because you're going to develop an Achilles heel from that: a weak-spot." Hermione added and they nodded.
"Indeed and take another 10 points." Remus said and the tables exchanges smiles, knowing with us acting like this, we just earned them 30 points in under an hour. "But my class is doing more then magic, I'm covering Ancient History, Mythology and Urban Legends. And the chamber falls under that, so class gets more interesting here now." he said and we smiled and I saw an annoyed look on Dumbledore, knowing he was irritated that Madam Marchbanks ripped it apart.
