Chapter 4
After terrorizing Porkbelly with their action figures, Wacko and Doofenshmirtz were now in Mayor Howard's office, forcing him to give into their demands. The action figures were inside the office too and they were armed with lasers, all of which were aimed at Mayor Howard.
"I know, I know. You want me to surrender and...WHERE ARE YOU, JOHNNY TEST?" Mayor Howard shouted as he cowered in fear.
"Shout all you want, Mayor, but Johnny's a no-show," Wacko said evilly.
"Please don't shoot!" Mayor Howard begged, holding his hands in a pleading motion. "I'll do anything!"
"That's more like it. Here are my demands. First, I want Porkbelly to be renamed 'Wackoland'. Second, I wanna imprison all the kids and fix this place so it's only for adults,"
"Wait," Doofenshmirtz interrupted. "That's it? You just wanna get rid of all the kids here? I mean it's a good idea but you need to think bigger like ruling over the Tri-State Area."
"The Tri-State Area?" Wacko repeated in confusion. "I thought you wanted Danville."
"I do. It's part of the Tri-State Area,"
"Well, Porkbelly isn't. We're taking that over first, remember?"
As Wacko and Doofenshmirtz continued arguing, Mayor Howard noticed a nearby window and slowly snuck over to it.
"Porkbelly is my turf so we're taking it over my way," Wacko declared. "When we take over Danville, we'll do it your way."
"Alright, fair enough," Doofenshmirtz agreed.
"Now, where were we?"
Just then, Wacko and Doofenshmirtz heard the sound of a window sliding open. They turned and noticed Mayor Howard climbing out the window.
"He's escaping!" Doofenshmirtz pointed out.
"Not on my watch," Wacko growled. "AFTER HIM!"
After climbing out the window, Mayor Howard started running for his life. He ran until he heard laser blasts coming from behind him. He turned around and saw the action figures hovering above the town hall with Wacko and Doofenshmirtz inside of them.
"THERE HE IS!" Doofenshmirtz shouted angrily. Mayor Howard screamed and tried to run even faster but soon, the action figures landed near him and surrounded him. Wacko used his action figure to grab Mayor Howard and bring him up to his level. "Where do you think you're goin'?"
"Thought you could give us the slip, huh?" Wacko questioned, aiming his laser at Mayor Howard. "Big mistake."
"No! Please! I wanna live!" Mayor Howard begged.
"Let him go, Wacko!" a voice shouted.
Wacko, Doofenshmirtz & Mayor Howard turned towards the voice and saw Dukey, Perry & their action figures.
"I'm saved!" Mayor Howard exclaimed.
"Dukey the Dog?" Wacko asked.
"Perry the Platypus?" Doofenshmirtz asked. "How did you two get those action figures?"
"I said let him go!" Dukey ordered, ignoring the question.
"You want us to let him go? Okay," Wacko replied.
He released Mayor Howard, who screamed while plummeting towards the ground. Dukey used his action figure to rush over and grab Mayor Howard before he could hit the ground. Mayor Howard sighed in relief after landing safely in the action figure's hand.
"So, now you two have your own fighting machines. At least, we're evenly matched this time," Doofenshmirtz commented.
"If it's a fight you two want, it's a fight you're gonna get," Wacko told Dukey and Perry.
"Can you put me down first?" Mayor Howard asked.
"Oh, yeah," Dukey said. He gently placed Mayor Howard on the ground. "There you go, Mayor."
"Thank you," Mayor Howard replied before rushing back into the town hall.
Dukey, Perry, Wacko & Doofenshmirtz took their battle stances. The former two stood on one side while the latter two stood on the opposite side. After a short moment of silence and glares, the two sides charged at each other and the battle began.
Meanwhile, Sissy and Candace were planning to bust Johnny, Phineas & Ferb.
"So, how do you plan on busting the boys?" Sissy asked.
"Well, when Susan and Mary were helping me, we were gonna use their spy cameras to record the skate park on video but since that didn't work, I'm just gonna take pictures of it with my cell phone and send them to their dad," Candace explained.
"Sounds good to me,"
Candace tried to take a picture of the skate park with her cell phone but she could only film a small section of it.
"I can't get a good picture though. The skate park's too big. We need to get on higher ground," Candace said.
"Maybe, we should go to the attic where Susan and Mary's lab is," Sissy suggested. "When you look out the window, you can see the whole backyard."
"Okay, let's try that,"
Sissy and Candace headed inside the house and made their way up to the lab. Then, they walked over to the window and Candace tried to take another picture of the skate park. This time, she was able to film the entire skate park with Johnny, Susan, Mary, Gil, Phineas & Ferb in different areas.
"Perfect!" Candace exclaimed after taking the picture. "All we have to do now is send the picture to Mr. Test and he'll come home and bust them."
"I'm gonna win that bet for sure," Sissy declared as she and Candace high-fived each other.
Hugh was at the meatloaf festival, exploring and looking at all the different meatloaf-themed rides and attractions. There were also tables containing various foods made out of meatloaf and different flavors of meatloaf.
"Man, I love it here! It's like meatloaf heaven," Hugh commented.
Suddenly, he heard his cell phone ring. He took it out of his pocket and noticed that he had a new picture message.
"What's this? I just got a message from Candace," Hugh said to himself. "Oh, yeah. She said something about the kids building a skate park earlier."
Hugh opened the message and gasped in shock when he saw the picture of Johnny, Susan, Mary, Gil, Phineas & Ferb riding the skate park.
"And she was RIGHT!" Hugh shouted angrily. "There's a giant, dangerous skate park in my backyard! Well, not for long." He dialed Candace's number and she immediately answered the phone. "Candace, I saw the skate park and I'm coming home. You tell those kids I want it gone by the time I get there OR THEY'RE ALL IN BIG TROUBLE!"
In the Test backyard, Johnny was taking a break from skateboarding after riding all the ramps.
"Ah, that hit the spot," Johnny said after drinking a bottle of Red Gush.
"Psst, Johnny!" a voice called out to him. "Over here!"
Johnny turned towards the voice and saw Mr. Black and Mr. White standing behind the fence.
"Hey, guys," Johnny greeted as he approached the two agents. "How's the mission?"
"Well, there's good news and bad news," Mr. Black informed. "The good news is Susan and Mary aren't helping Candace anymore."
"Yeah, I know. They ditched her once I told 'em Gil was here. What's the bad news?"
"Sissy's helping her," Mr. White answered.
Johnny did a spit take. "FOR REAL?" he shouted.
"Hey, Test!" another voice called out.
Johnny, Mr. Black & Mr. White turned towards the voice and saw Sissy and Candace approaching them. The two agents quickly ducked so the girls wouldn't see them.
"We just took a picture of the skate park and showed it to your dad. He wants it gone by the time he gets back," Sissy informed.
"There's no way you can get rid of it by then. You'll be busted for sure," Candace taunted.
"Hey, Candace," Phineas greeted as he and Ferb entered the scene. "Are you done filming the skate park?"
"Yep. We just showed it to Mr. Test and he's on his way back,"
"Cool! I bet he likes it. Maybe, we can show it to Mom and Dad too," Phineas said before leaving the scene along with Ferb.
"That can be arranged," Candace replied before walking off too. "It's gonna be a double bust."
"Say goodbye to your skate park and your video games, Test," Sissy taunted before following Candace.
"Didn't see that coming," Johnny commented once Sissy and Candace were gone. He looked over the fence to see if Mr. Black and Mr. White were still hiding behind it. "You guys still here?"
"Yep. We heard everything," Mr. White replied as he and Mr. Black stood up.
"What do we do now?" Mr. Black asked.
"Keep an eye on Sissy and Candace," Johnny instructed. "I'm gonna warn Susan and Mary. Maybe, we can figure out a plan."
Back at the battle, Dukey and Perry were chasing Wacko and Doofenshmirtz around the town. While they were running, Dukey and Perry grabbed a tire and threw them like Frisbees at the villains.
"OW!" Wacko and Doofenshmirtz shouted when the tires hit the heads of their action figures and flew past them. They turned around and fired multiple gumballs from their hands. The gumballs landed on the ground and once Dukey and Perry tripped and fell on them, they turned into gumwads, thus making them stuck.
"Have a nice trip?" Wacko joked.
"See you next fall!" Doofenshmirtz joked.
"Okay, enough with the puns," Dukey said in annoyance.
Wacko charged at Dukey and tried to kick him but Dukey countered the attack by grabbing Wacko's leg and throwing him over his shoulder. At the same time, Doofenshmirtz charged at Perry and tried to punch him but Perry countered the attack by grabbing Doofenshmirtz's arm and throwing him over his shoulder.
While Wacko and Doofenshmirtz picked themselves up, Dukey and Perry used heat vision to melt the gum and free themselves. Once Wacko and Doofenshmirtz were standing, Dukey and Perry activated their jet packs and took off flying.
"Hey, get back here!" Wacko ordered as he and Doofenshmirtz activated their jet packs and started chasing their rivals.
"Let's split up," Dukey suggested. Perry nodded in agreement.
Dukey turned left with Wacko in tow while Perry turned right with Doofenshmirtz in tow. After going straight for a few seconds, Dukey and Perry both made U-turns. Wacko and Doofenshmirtz followed suit, not realizing what their rivals were up to. Dukey and Perry flew towards each other and at the last second, they moved out of the way, causing the villains to crash into each other and fall to the ground.
"That was a dirty trick!" Doofenshmirtz complained.
Dukey and Perry descended towards the ground in an attempt to surround and capture Wacko and Doofenshmirtz.
"Had enough?" Dukey asked.
"You two haven't won just yet," Doofenshmirtz told Dukey and Perry.
"Say what?"
"Our action figures can do something yours can't," Wacko informed as he and Doofenshmirtz stood up.
"Uh oh. I don't like the sound of that," Dukey said nervously.
Wacko and Doofenshmirtz each pressed a button labeled 'Plan B' inside their action figures. Then, a satellite from space rotated itself and fired a beam at them and their action figures. Dukey and Perry backed away and shielded their eyes due to the beam being so bright.
When the beam disappeared, Dukey and Perry uncovered their eyes and were shocked at what they saw. In place of the two action figures was one that was twice their size. It had two heads, four arms and four legs and it looked like a hybrid of Wacko and Doofenshmirtz. Wacko was inside one head and Doofenshmirtz was inside the other head.
"Ha ha! We knew you'd try to foil our plans so we combined our action figures into one," Wacko explained.
"Behold! Our ultimate weapon of destruction!" Doofenshmirtz began. "We call it-"
"WACKOSHMIRTZ!" Wacko and Doofenshmirtz exclaimed in unison before laughing maniacally.
"Didn't see that coming," Dukey commented. Perry chattered in agreement.
Back in the backyard, Susan and Mary were admiring Gil as they watched him skateboard.
"Oh, Gil," Susan and Mary said in a lovesick way.
"He's a great skateboarder, isn't he?" Susan complimented.
"Yeah," Mary agreed. "I don't think it's safe for him to skate without his shirt on though."
"Susan! Mary!" Johnny called out to the twins as he ran up to them. "I need your help!"
"Not now, Johnny," Susan replied. "We're hanging out with Gil."
"I know but just hear me out. Sissy and Candace took a picture of the skate park. They showed it to Dad and now, he's really mad. We gotta get rid of the skate park before he shows up,"
"That's your problem. You're the one who wanted it,"
"Why is Sissy helping Candace?" Mary asked.
"I made a bet with her," Johnny explained. "If the skate park isn't gone by the time Dad gets home, I'm gonna lose all my video games."
"That's your problem too. You shouldn't have made that bet,"
"Sorry, Johnny. You're on your own," Susan said adamantly.
Johnny was upset that Susan and Mary wouldn't help him. "Fine, but just so you know, I'm not the only one who's gonna get busted," he pointed out.
"You're right. Phineas and Ferb'll get busted too 'cause they helped you build the skate park," Susan argued.
"So did your construction drones which you two built!"
Susan and Mary gasped, knowing what Johnny was implying.
"He's right," Mary realized. "When we told Dad about the skate park, he assumed we built it for them because they used our construction drones. If Johnny, Phineas & Ferb get busted, then so do we."
"Okay, we'll help," Susan agreed. "Let's get the drones to tear down the skate park."
"Wait. When I said 'get rid of the skate park', I didn't mean tear it down, I meant move it somewhere," Johnny protested.
"We can't, Johnny," Mary replied. "The skate park's too big and we have no way of moving it. Tearing it down is our only option."
"Yeah, I guess you're right," Johnny said reluctantly. "I wish there was a way to stall Dad so we'd have more time."
Elsewhere in Porkbelly, Hugh was driving his car, trying to get home as fast as he could.
"I'm so mad right now I don't even care that I'm going over the speed limit!" Hugh ranted to himself.
Suddenly, the car started sputtering and slowing down until it finally stopped.
"Oh, great," Hugh groaned. "I knew I should've filled up on gas before I left. Good thing I always keep a spare tank in the trunk."
Hugh exited the car, opened up the trunk and pulled out a spare gas tank. Then, he opened the fuel door and started pouring gas inside the car's tank.
A few seconds later, Hugh started hearing loud footsteps and laser blasts. He looked up and in the distance, he saw the Wackoshmirtz action figure running towards him with lasers in its hands. It was chasing Dukey and Perry, who were flying through the air while dodging numerous laser blasts. Hugh didn't notice Dukey or Perry because he was too shocked by Wackoshmirtz.
Hugh screamed and ran away from the car. As soon as he moved out of the way, Wackoshmirtz stepped on the car and completely destroyed it.
"NO! MY CAR!" Hugh shouted in despair. "I paid good money for that! Now, I have to run home."
Hugh growled and continued running. Dukey noticed him while he was flying.
"Is that Johnny's dad?" Dukey wondered.
Sissy and Candace were in the living room, waiting for Hugh to arrive.
"Okay, I think we won. Mr. Test knows about the skate park so technically, the boys are already busted. Nothing can go wrong now," Candace assumed. Just then, her cell phone rang. She pulled it out and answered it. "Hello?"
"Candace, it's gonna be a while before I get home," Hugh informed.
"Why? What happened?" Candace asked.
"My car broke down and when I tried to get more gas, some giant robot stepped on it," Hugh explained. "I know it sounds crazy but that's what happened."
"I know what you mean. Stuff like that happens in Danville too,"
"Anyway, I'm gonna be traveling home on foot so it'll be a few hours before I get there,"
"Okay, thanks for letting me know," Candace said in disappointment before hanging up.
"What happened?" Sissy asked.
"Something went wrong," Candace answered. "That was Mr. Test. His car broke down and when he tried to get gas, some giant robot stepped on it. Now, he has to run home and it'll be a few hours before he gets back."
"Seriously?" Sissy panicked. "That gives Johnny, Phineas & Ferb more time to get rid of the skate park."
"I know!" Candace complained. "If only there was a way for him to get here faster. What can we do?"
"What if we get on my bike and look around for him?" Sissy suggested. "Once we find him, we can bring him back."
"It might take a while to do that but it's better than waiting on him," Candace replied. "Let's go."
Sissy and Candace left the house. Then, two cloaking devices deactivated, revealing Mr. Black and Mr. White, who had been spying on Sissy and Candace. The agents walked out of the house and watched the girls ride off on Sissy's bike.
"The coast is clear. They'll be gone for a while. Now's our chance," Mr. Black informed.
Mr. White pulled out his cell phone and dialed a number.
"You've reached Area 51.1," a voice on the other line greeted. "This is the General speaking."
"General, it's us," Mr. White said. "We need a favor."
