A/N: Welp, been a while hasn't it? I'll just say that a lot of things had happened, and now I found myself a bit unoccupied by anything else, so I thought I could continue this story a bit (for those who even still read it anyways)

Sorry it took me so long, but here we go!

Last time:

Louise turned to look at her. "Chara, Is it possible for you to just warp us back to the academy?" She asked.

Chara hummed, "Well it would be faster.." After thinking for a few seconds she replied, "Oh alright, here hold on to me." She said. Louise nodded and held Chara's arm.

"What are we doing partner?" Derflinger asked.

"Taking a shortcut." she answered simply.

With that, the three of them felt the world blur and twist around them.

Servant's Quarters, Tristan Academy

Siesta awoke to the sound of soft humming, groggily she sat herself up and looked around her room. There in the corner she finds that the source of the humming was none other than Chara, idly playing with one of her knives while leaning back againts one of her small chairs.

Noticing that Siesta was awake, Chara let her knife fade into red particles before turning to her, "Morning Siesta!" She greeted, "Or afternoon in this case. Anyways, did you had a good nap?" she said while grinning.

Siesta blushed, it was not often for her to sleep for that long, and she felt a bit embarassed that her record of waking up early has been tarnished ever so slightly.

"Oh Miss Chara! Forgive me, I must have been more tired than I thought!" Siesta stammered out.

"Hehe, yup! Thats what happens when you spend too much of your magic in one go! I remembered when I used to do that, mom would not stop lecturing me about how it's important to not overexert myself!" Chara said in reminiscense.

"So!" She continued, "Feeling any better?"

Siesta gently got herself off of the bed and slowly stretched her arms out before letting out a content sigh, "Yes, quite so. I'll try not to force myself too hard next time." She said.

"I'm sure you will." Said Chara, "Anyways, the head maid told me to tell you that you could take it easy for today, but if you were to insist on working then you could help fold the laundry for now."

Siesta nodded, before finally noticing the rainbow colored scarf that Chara is currently wearing.

Noticing Siesta's questioning look, Chara explained, "Louise bought this for me," She said wistfully, "What are the chances that there would be a place that made a scarf so similar to my brother's eh?"

"You must miss your brother terribly huh?" Siesta said.

"Yeah...everyday..." Chara let out a sigh, "But I think he would want me to move on And try to be happy." She said with a small smile while holding her scarf.

After a moment Chara hopped of her chair And walked towards the door before stopping to turn towards Siesta again, "Oh yeah before I forget, here." She throws a small item towards Siesta who fumbled a bit before catching it, "Louise got this for you while we went to town, hope you'll like it."

Siesta looked at the item in question and gasped, it was a small shiny silver Bracelet. She turned to Chara, "I couldn't possibly accept this! It's too much!" She said.

Chara waved off her concerns, "It's fine, Louise doesn't mind. She just wants to give you something for being her friend!" She said, "Now why don't you try it on?"

Siesta seems unsure for a moment, before slowly slipping it on her right arm, the precious metal felt cool to the touch.

"I appreciate this gift, truly." Siesta said, "But i'm not sure if it would be appropriate for me to wear this in the open!" She exclaimed.

"Aww it'll be fine," Said Chara, "Maybe you could wear it for our next training session, i'm sure Louise would love to know what you think."

Siesta let out a sigh, "Oh very well." She said "If you don't mind, please tell Miss Louise that her gift is much too generous and I appreciate it. And also that i look forward towards our future training sessions!" She requested.

Chara gave a thumbs up, "Will do!" she answered, "Oh yeah! Just so you know, Louise also bought a magical talking Sword." She explained quickly with a mischievous grin, "His name is Derflinger."

With that, she promptly exited the room and closed the door.

"Eh?" Siesta exclaimed in suprise before shaking it off, "Wait a moment Miss Chara you can't just say something like that and not explain-!"

Count Mont's Manor

"Guards! Is my carriage not yet ready?" Said a tall noble man.

"Just a few more minutes Count Mott! We just need to replace one of the broken wheels!" Answered the driver.

The now named Count Mott scoffed, "Hurry up will you! I have an important message to send from the capital! And i will not be late!"

Mott was a fairly tall Man with fair skin, grey eyes, and black gelled hair parted on his left, with a swirly moustache. He wears a blue-and-red top with turned-backcuffs, where the middle of the shirt opens in the middle vertically, adorned with gold trimmings and linings; along with a pair of puffy blackbreeches and stockings over his shoes. Over this, he drapes a long red cloak clasped by a small black ribbon.

After a few moments, the driver finally finished repairing the broken wheel and stood up while wiping the sweat from his brow and letting out a sigh, "All done Count Mott! We are ready to depart!"

"Finally," Mott enters the carriage and took a seat, "Now quickly, to Tristan!" He commanded.

"Yes my lord!" Answered the driver.

Mott leaned back towards his seat as the carriage moved, for some reason he felt a bit uneasy, like something strange will happen once he arrived at Tristan.

'I wonder...' He put a hand on his chin, a contemplative look on his face, 'No matter, Tristan must be informed of Fouquet the Clod first, I can handle everything else after!' He thought in confidence.

So it was that the next catalyst of the conflict to come heads towards his goal.

A/N: Sorry for the short chapter, I'll try to make some more longer ones like I used to In the future, but for now i just lack the creativity for it.
